Julie: Clean and spacious rooms. I would stay here again.
Ken P.: Really would have like to have a glass or 2 in the bathroom. Wouldn't have even cared that much if is was a paper or plastic one even. The shower door in the room was a bit wonky and needed extra attention to make sure it closed properly.We arrived early and they held our bags for us as we went touristing around. Online check in is nice, but I went with good old fashioned personal service. They were helpful and booked a tour for us and provided directions.The room was good, large king bed. Comfy enough for a good sleep. The I-thing alarm clock time was an hour behind and no apparent way to adjust it. It was also annoyingly bright, I had to unplug it, as turning it away didn't diminish the light enough for sleeping. Building maintenance could be a bit better, there was some broken suitcase wheel parts in the elevator, that were still there the next morning when we booked out. Still better than many places I have stayed at.

Asfand Altaf: This place exceeded expectations. the management Kira was one of the best Hostess I have ever come across. The management made sure to message me personally if I needed anything, they were friendly and smiley all day. Housekeeping was impeccable. Rooms were open, clean and very elegant.Again, the service was the highligh. I just asked for toothpaste it was in my room before I came from work, even small things like getting a warm cookie made my day. At checkout the person (i don't remember the name) chased my down to starbucks to hand me the paper receipt to make sure I had a record when the email didnt work. They went out of their way to ensure I was treated exceptionally. Thank you DoubleTree for a wonderful experience and huge props to the staff!

Darryl Wagner: Totally scammed. I booked a reservation, but entered the wrong dates. Called back to change my dates and customer service said I would receive a confirmation number dates were changed. A day later I called back because I never received my confirmation number and I was told my reservation was cancelled. My money was non refundable because it was a "special rate". I didn't want to cancel. I just wanted to change the dates. TOTAL SCAM. Never stay again at a Hilton.

Jena Miller: Avoid this hotel at all possible costs. It does not feel safe, it is extremely unsanitary and just something nightmares are made of. The hotel has clearly not be well maintained. I was supposed to stay 6 nights and I only stayed one just due to pure exhaustion from my travels that day, but could only sleep 4 hours. The hotel welcomed me with rotten bananas on a plate and molded water in the water dispenser. Then the room itself was not cleaned at all…dust everywhere, water rings on the countertops, stains on all of the towels. Their heavy mold in the shower and even the light switches were molded and discolored looking like heavy dirt or mold. I didn’t even want to take a shower because I wouldn’t feel clean. I checked out as soon as I could and then front desk lady didn’t even ask me why I was ending my reservation early. I guess this happens all of the time. Then talking to fellow coworkers, they told me this part of Boston is not safe at all either. AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS!!!

Butch Wheeler: As a professional bus driver the most important aspect to a hotel is the staff and their customer service skills. The front desk people are rude and short with the customer. If you can't be friendly to people you are in the wrong business. This Hotel must be under new bad management. The location is right next to a large low income housing project and has homeless people everywhere. No signage outside for parking. If you enjoy being talked down to, this is the place for you. Good luck and enjoy.

Jorah Wexler: This really could be a 1 star review, but there are worse places, so I’ll up this old beat down overpriced dump to 2 stars. The place overall is used and dirty. It has paper thin walls and you can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. The guest next to me apparently sleeps with the TV on, which meant I got to hear a TV all night. The window curtains do not seal properly and that means you get to enjoy a early bright sun wake up call at 5am! The bathroom I got was meant for a handicap person, so maybe not the same for most rooms, but it was worn down and gross. Finally, $22 for parking, which is not even their parking lot. It is the parking lot of the property to the right of the hotel and a nice little walk to the hotel.
Egor Gurev: Highly not the best Hilton hotel in Boston.1) It is far away from the center and the underground is smelly and goes very slow. 30 minutes to downtown.2) Breakfast is 20 USD but it is super bad, similar to 2 star motel on the interstate. Bar is no the normal bar, just a table and 20 bottles.3) Rooms are good. There is enough space. But the heaters are very noisy.I would recommend it only in case you need to stay closer to this area.

Sincere Yemaya: The rug definitely wasn't vacuumed as a housekeeping supervisor I was disappointed but I didn't make a fuss bout it definitely need to work on vacuum n also putting liners in trash cans the glass cups was also dirty we had to re wash before using them there was a stain on our sheet that we removed I will not be back here the cookies was great though

The bus stop is not marked. From the hotel walk to the intersection, hang a left. Hotel should be to your left. The bus stop is on that bridge slightly up with traffic heading towards the hotel. There are no signs to show bus stop. We just happen to find it using Google maps.

Großzügige, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Charles River und die dort ständig auf uns ab fahrenden Ruderboote; auch Downtown Boston und der Campus der Harvard University befinden sich im Blickfeld. Der Campus wird in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Das Restaurant bietet qualitätiv hochwertige Speisen, ist aber etwas zu teuer.

Brian Dunagan: I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have been so for years. On average I spend more than 250 nights per year in hotels and many of those stays are at Hilton properties but this particular stay really makes me question why I remain a Hilton customer. The airport shuttle wasn’t available when I called for a pickup shortly after 10 PM. After a $36 Uber ride I finally arrived at the property and was greeted by a surly employee who probably needs a lot more coaching in customer service. Not exactly a welcoming experience!The room was only moderately clean and even though I requested daily housekeeping I didn’t receive a visit from the housekeeper during my stay. If you are considering staying at this property you should also be aware that there isn’t much soundproofing and you get to listen to everything your fellow travelers are doing in their respective rooms as well as the arrival and departure of every diesel locomotive at the passenger terminal announced by diesel air horns all day and into the night. This is also one of the sites using the infamous food and beverage credit that does not cover the breakfast “buffet” at $16 plus tax. As an added bonus the property had only a single elevator in service during my stay. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I will not be back to this property.
Ian Lupejkis: We had a floor reserved for our high school band trip. We arrived late on Friday night, around 10:30 ish and just wanted to get our rooms settled, and that’s how it went for most of the rooms, except for mine. We wanted to switch the chaperones room to the other side of the hall so there was coverage on either side of the hall, and it should have been an easy switch, by just giving us the amount of keys to different people, but instead, the people at the desk took another hour to switch the rooms, calling up the manager. I don’t know why this took so long to complete as it should have been an easy switch. Other than that, employees were pleasant, and breakfast was hot and ready.

Jerry Mullins: The bed was comfortable and most of the staff was very friendly. The pool was closed and the elevator broke down half way through our trip. The breakfast was not very good and very expensive and was like most complimentary ones at other hotels. When I booked the hotel it said free parking but it was not free. It was actually very expensive. Why a hotel would charge their guests to park in their parking lot is beyond me. It just shows how much they value their customers. If you want quiet this is not the hotel for you. It's right next to a train that travels back and forth all night.

Very comfy beds but no air matresses available if you have four people and two beds. if you order milk and fruit from shaw's (shoutout shaw's love you guys!) they will carry it by hand without a bag but the milk was from cvs. we read about unexpected guests such as roaches but we were pleasantly surprised to find our unexpected guests were under the bed. shoutout to the chickpea, deodorant cap, and a hairtie under our shower, also shoutout steve! we were told there would be cracked ceilings in the bathroom, but the ceiling was together and sealed!!! bring a flashlight though, it was very dark! can make oreo cakes in the microwave! limited channels and no tv guide unfortunately so we had to guide ourselves luckily we found jessie on disney channel. we were also told there would be lots of hair in the shower, but after a long and in-depth search we only managed to find one strand throughout the entire tub. We found a mysterious substance plastered to the wall next to the toilet. stan 5ever!! told us that everything was nut free but the following day was told to avoid certain food. overall nice experience loved the chickpea addition! thanks twotrees! 🌲🌲
