Wynter Aiguier: I was looking online to find a good place to fix my RC car and I stumbled upon this place in Malden.I called them up and Adam picked up the phone and said come on by and show me what you got so I proceeded to go over there with all my gear that I needed to get fixed.Adam was very helpful and courteous and helped me with fixing the problem with my Traxxas Stampede 4 × 4.Although I know I can buy everything I need online with Traxxas but there's nothing like going in person to a hobby shop and getting what you need as well as knowledge on anything RC related.Thanks again for all your help Adam keep doing a great job,we in the hobby world appreciate you 🙏🏼.

LxckySnipezz: My nitro wasnt running so I brought it here for an inspection and the problem was found within 10 seconds. My nitro was dropped off and then picked up later about an hour or so. The worker there also tuned up my nitro and can even do wheelie and go way faster than before. I 100% recommend this place and im looking forward to buy more cars from here.All credit goes to Adam💯

Adam is very knowledgeable, knows what he's talking about, got some good deals get good parts you can always find something that you might need you got to be a Traxxas level which I am not but he's got HPI Losi miscellaneous stuff but always a good selection on Wheels with tires and rims so I do like the place and ask a great guy

James Vafiades: Cambridgeside Galleria Apple Store claimed they found an alert on my phone saying it’s lost or stolen - even though I have the receipt. They refused to perform a repair I need, and instead tried to blame ATT and even made me go all the way to the dorchester Best Buy where I purchased the phone, over an hour away. Neither ATT nor Best Buy had any idea where the alert came from, leading me to the conclusion that all these hours of my day have been wasted due to the Cambridgeside Galleria Apple Store’s incompetence, as well as Apple as a whole’s abject failure to communicate problems and offer reasonable solutions. I am beyond disappointed in this failure to resolve my issue and will surely take my business to another company when I next need a cell phone.

They made me wait for an hour to help me (nobody was there), took 2 hours to "diagnose" the problem, then told me that there was no issues with my AirPods and that I should charge them... The problem wasn't fixed at all. Worst service I've had from an Apple Store :(There were plenty of workers chatting that would not take any initiative to help me. Won't be going back anytime soon, sorry!

I am just sharing my experience.This was my first time visiting this store and as expected there was rush but the lady representative who got my appointment request was very pleasant and helpful in explaining everything (how they will text me once it’s my turn).On the other side the representative who attended me was not in a happy mood at all ( I understand that- people are not always happy) but she was very unprofessional. She wasn’t explaining clearly what she was doing and was not concerned about the issue getting resolved at all. She also kind of whispered LOUDLY to her manger (I guess) that she has not taken her break yet, which was clearly heard by me. She actually setup my phone on some update and told me that she will be back (and obviously left for the 15-20 minute break) without letting me know what should I do with the prompts or anything else.I felt that very rude to leave the customer hanging and going for the break. But at least in that time I saw that the other representatives around were so helpful and happy with other customers.

Brianna Lynne: Don’t go to geek squad!Listen, I get I have an older laptop (2017), and I expressed to the worker that the laptop itself turns on with no issue but the screen is black, he told me he doesn’t have screens to replace my laptop since the brand I have doesn’t make laptops anymore, he didn’t even bother taking it to the back and opening it up to see if there’s cables lose or whatever, just shushed us off, didn’t recommend trying anything other than plugging it in to a monitor. Cut me off, didn’t listen to me. Won’t be coming back.
Akshay Vidwans: Sold me a open box tv and tech support membership for $4,000. It turned out to be defective upon delivery. Did not follow up on the issue on the issue. Did not provide a replacement under terms of the warranty or the tech support membership. Cancelled my order on their own behalf without sending me a refund. Just horrible.

If I wanted a new laptop, I would electronics review sites to see which current laptops were best, then I would go to Amazon or eBay and buy one. I have bought quite a few laptops this way. Best Buy didn't even carry the models I ended up buying in store. It's a good store to go look around. The prices are very close to MSRP, so if you want a discount on your preferred laptop, try eBay or maybe Amazon. Brick and Mortar stores are okay for some things.

The staff didn't apologize and in the end we left. Quite a disappointing experience, so check this before you book any tours here!

If you are at all interested in photography , this needs to be a stop in for you, even just to see what “can” be. There is also a gallery in the store.

Jenae Lien: Impressive Leica store and Gallery space. Located on such a hot corner spot in town.I am a huge advocator of the Leica brand, and this store is a must see if you are a Leica fan. They have an excellent selection of cameras available, from classics to the latest and new releases. I love their display section and how they showcase what glass looks like before it turns into a beautiful piece of the lens.Their gallery is supremely run and curated. Highly recommend you leave your email and get on their list for announcements like when the next gallery exhibits. They feature only the best of the best photographers in the game.Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, it’s so fun to pick their brain about cameras and photography.

The other was not. After much searching the team member found the second one.I asked if he could open it for me so I could compare it to the one on display.He refused. He said I had to buy it first. If I wanted to buy it first I could order it online for $60 less.The reason we bother to go to a store is so we can see and experience the product BEFORE we buy.It seems they have forgotten this. No wonder retail is suffering.
John Thibodeaux: They had what I wanted. With the exception of the big fella working the front door, the most unenthusiastic staff possible.
Zachary Marcou: The majority of employees at this location, including the assistant store manager(s), need some serious coaching. It seems like there is no supervision by upper management, or some kind of disconnect from leadership, to folks on the floor. All of the outstanding employees last a few weeks at this location, and are never seen again. Most (not all) of the existing staff lacks the knowledge to do their jobs, which is on leadership to correct. I've witnessed three separate occasions where the support desk in the center of the store treated folks so poorly that it devolved into a shouting match. Their attitudes are just putrid, and they wander around in packs to perform basic tasks; it's a massive waste of payroll. A lot these behaviors are correctable, but without a concerted effort, this location will continue to lose out on revenue that would otherwise be secured by outstanding customer service. It's a shame that performance isn't audited seemingly at all. I'm not interested in costing anybody their jobs, but am happy to provide additional detail so that staff may be retrained and coached up properly.

Sam Polk: Just had a great experience at the Chestnut Hill Apple Store - my iPhone screen stopped responding to my touch within an hour of the store closing time. I ran over to Chestnut Hill on the off chance that the Apple Team could address the issue, or at least get me to a point where I could do my own troubleshooting. Not only did the team stay past closing time on a winter Tuesday to completely fix my issue, they went above and beyond by not charging me for the effort. Thanks again!

Robin Oak: David, in service, and Mustafa (his manager) were the least likable people I have ever worked with in an Apple store ever. We brought my son's brand new laptop in because the screen spontaneously stopped working. There was no damage at all to the device. After spending $1700 only 3 months ago, we were told it would be $420 as a starting place to repair it. They both stated that we were stuck having to pay for the repair or we could leave. With 6 grown children, I have bought more phones and laptops and desktops and AirPods, and iPads than I can count. I have been to Apple stores in Greenwich, Dallas, Palo Alto, Danbury, and Boston and have never had an experience like the one I just had. These two customer service individuals are way off brand and made an unfortunate situation a miserable one.
