Had a Sept 1st move and had to change day at the last minute. They offered me flexibility and fit me in. When they were running a bit late they called and gave me multiple updates. My bed frame was tedious to take apart, but they spent time taking it apart and putting it back together for me in my new house which I greatly appreciated. They were very thorough and had me do a walk through to make sure everything was accounted for. The stairs at the new house have a tight turn on the bottom landing which made bringing my dresser up to the bedroom quite a challenge. I was nervous and felt so bad that I didn’t consider this space when requesting the move, but all three were patient and were able to make a few modifications to safely deliver the dresser. The time they took to carefully relocate furniture and boxes was next-level, and I couldn’t be happier with how safely everything made it from Point A to Point B.I have pets who I kept locked in one of the rooms during the move, and Safe and Responsible Movers were extremely accommodating and avoided that room entirely, so I didn’t have to worry about them getting in the way or accidentally getting outside. I really cannot express how professional, prompt, and kind this moving company was. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family looking for moving services - from booking the move to final touches at the new house, they were beyond amazing!

They worked incredibly fast, but kept my stuff from getting dinged up. It was a third floor to a multistory home move, and I had a storage locker to move as well. They had estimated a two-truck move but after loading up the apartment, there was plenty of room for the storage unit, so they called off the second truck. Brian Kim: Worst airport in my 30 years global traveler.1, I have to wait more than 40 minutes inside the plane after landing. Due to the waiting, I missed my connection flight.2. In US, you have claimed luggage and resend it for domestic flight. Most airports do not require you to send your luggage back and go through security check-in again. However, this airport takes more time the transit time because you have to resend luggage and check yourself in again.3. International flight arrived at E terminal, but my Delta is in A terminal. The distance between the two terminals is very far and there is no such thing as a connecting train.4, wow. Big surprise, while I was waiting for my flight at the gate, I saw a mouse passing under the chairs where people were sitting. oh my god.There will never be a transit in Boston in my life. never !!!

Cory Burch: Flight out of Logan not best experience. Some TSA employees were very friendly, but others were not happy about having to be there. Very short tempered and super aggressive. It's not a good look for Boston. I saw fantastic TSA workers in St. Louis and Wichita, but there seemed to be a lot of confusion in Boston. Lanes were opened, then closed, then opened again. Then they closed a big garage door but continued to filter people across lines. Very disorganized, and by the time you got to the X-ray, the workers were very irritated and mumbling. Not a good experience, but I still do appreciate the work they do.

Their CEO in SA Vittorio Massone had the audacity to lie under oath before a juducial commission of enquiry on the matter, and then run back to Italy pretending he was sick.An update: Retired South African High Court Judge Nugent in his final report dated 14 Dec 2018 says Bain & Co lacked integrity and colluded with disgraced head of the tax authority to effectively destruct the organisation and destroy the careers of many honest employees. The cost to South Africa has been immeasurable.

I was moving from Boston to Florida and decided to go with Pods. I could not have been happier. They were very professional, they called when on the wsy, and came on time. Katie Drzewiecki: 2nd trip moved with PODS and I feel like everything except for the drivers has gotten substantially worse. The drivers who deliver/pick up the PODS are the most wonderful people, but the PODS website almost never works for me, it's more than doubled in cost since the first time I used PODS, and their customer service was frustrating. I really wish I liked PODS better, but my experiences haven't helped that at all. The only really redeeming quality is how wonderful their drivers have been each time.
