Vineeth Kumar Murali: This place is heaven!! Great vibe!! Lovely live music!! And the owner was super kind and polite.. the food takes the cake!!! One of the best vegan food I have ever had!! Super delicious!! Wasn’t sure what to expect with Egyptian food but my god these are delicious delicious delicious!! This is now my fav vegan food in the area!! Many thanks to BostonHerbivore for this recommendation!! Will be a frequent guest here for sureParking: Plenty of street parking and they have a parking lot directly opposite to the restaurant
Bryn Weiler: Delicious food and such a welcoming and warm environment :)
Eddy Bell: In town from Tennessee, I have been wanting to try Egyptian food. I got the Koshari, it was very good, I ordered medium spicy and it was perfect. I also ordered their black tea with mint, it was perfect on this chilly day. The lady was very accommodating and sweet.
Matthew Henry: Beautiful place, incredible food, and all Vegan! Very tasty, great portions.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Patrick Connell: We just took a class with Sawsan (a main chef at the restaurant) last night at Koshari Mama, and she was wonderful! She taught us great cooking techniques for a balance of flavors and textures, all while keeping dishes vegan. She helped season our food phenomenally, and we could tell how much much joy she had cooking (she was excited to show off her pita cooker to us)! The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting as well with great lighting and creative designs of seating and tables. This is a wonderful spot!Vegetarian options: This restaurant is entirely vegan
Ahmed Nahal Nahal: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
T: Some of the most flavorful vegetarian (vegan?) food I've tried! We got multiple dishes shared and would get it all again.
Marianne Khalil: Simply put, it’s a trip down memory lane to me!The music, the atmosphere, the decoration, the owner and most importantly the food!A 100% vegan middle eastern restaurant is not an easy job to pull off and they have done it seamlessly. Every single item on that menu just put a smile on my face.I truly wished to try every single item on that menu.Spinach & Feta sambosek was out of this world! Koshari was perfection! Marinated eggplant was amazing! Lentil soup was mouthwatering! And don’t get me started on the deserts! How can someone transform such authentic deserts , make them vegany and they would still taste sooo incredibly similar. Om Ali was top notch and Konafa was perfect for the sweet toothed. The perfect 5 course meal accompanied with a glass of wine and nostalgic music is just what anyone needs on a rainy day!
Pranay Gandhi: Excellent Mediterranean food. Pita bread made fresh in house. Delicious food!! 😋 Ample street parking.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Falafel Platter, Mezza Platter, Koshari Bowls, The Egyptian Platter …More
Ramit Bhalla: Avoid this place like the plague. The service is obnoxious but worse the food is contaminated and we ended with food poisoning. We fell sick and ended up in urgent care. When I called to complain they were dismissive about it. When I suggested that I was going to lodge a complaint they verbally abused me and told me I couldn’t prove it. Really guys!
Dr. Böhm: Fantastic food, approved by my Egyptian wife.
Ben Schindler: We went for a spontaneous dinner and had a great time. Not much to say other then try as much as you can and experience some delicious flavors. The staff was lovely, warm and the whole place feels intimate and relaxed. We will be back!Recommended dishes Hummus and Homemade Bread, Eggplant Bowl, Mushroom Shawerma Bowl …More

Pooja Pillai: Food was served hot and delicious, service was 👌The babaganoush was creamy and delicious, pita was served hot and fresh. The Egyptian platter was okay, the tabbouleh could have used more green but the falafel was beyond fantastic. Mushroom shawarma was SOOO good - creamy, flavorful and filling! Just perfect ♥️ also tried the hibiscus tea (deep in flavor) and fayrouz - a malted canned soda - which was not bad either, the malt flavor was subtle.Vegetarian options: All vegan restaurant, so plenty of options.Parking: Street parking is limited, but there's a small shopping center nearby (look for the dollar tree or papa John's) and free parking is available.
Momo Koko: Professional& friendly stuff, super yummy Vegan food and deserts , clean& well decorated place we felt the Egyptian spirit

Sheau Ng: Fantastic middle eastern food, very friendly host and staff, small menu but what they have, they made it really really good, full-flavor, and exactly the reason you came in this small, but sunny and homey restaurant. Young owner/chef Ibrahim couldn’t be more welcoming and warm hearted.I had the beef kofta with rice; my wife had a falafel wrap. Both were exceedingly tasty and the portion generous. We bought some baklava to take home for dessert. I definitely would come back.

Jaffrey H (jhede1): Great food, worker and atmosphere! Glad there was wifi. Furthermore, the location was good. NY Shawarma Guys: what do users think?
patricia nacu: I like the shawarma here. I am very particular about a good shawarma as it is a challenge to find a good one in Boston area. There are good ones here amd tasty and it is cooked quickly too!
Jess Behrer: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes FalafelMore
Harwood: Great food, super friendly staff, and a better value than anything else you'll find in this area. The shawarma plates are $16 but I always end up getting two full meals out of it.
Oleksandra Sadovska: I am a ukrainian and I love shawarma (shaurma we call it at home). I really like this place as well. The taste of meat is full of flavor. It's being cooked right in front of you with veggies and seasonings. Super fresh. I would prefer a thiner wrap though. But I couldn't find a proper (on my personal opinion) wrap anywhere, so I wouldn't blame this place in particular. Not a first time here and definitely come for more.
Edgar Yaghison: Wasted money - wasted food, I asked nothing spicy, but what I got was super spicy and with burned chicken - had to trash it as well as their pies that also burned! Sweet bakhlava tasted like it was 2 weeks old, one bite was enough to throw it away. Unfortunately I’m not one of those people who can return food, but I can share my opinion to inform others!
Lisa Lovee: amazing food and amazing service. The man who works here is literally so sweet and you can tell cares about his customers. The crazy thing is just stopped in real quick just to grab some food and didn’t expect to be so blown away. I grabbed the falafel with French fires. You must visit!
Kaitlin: Recommended dishes Falafel, Shawarma Dinner PlateMore

Brian M.: Great traditional food and friendly people
Anna Bee: The food was delicious and made to order right in front of you. The dudes running the place were super nice, and there was an "A" from the health department posted on the door. What more could you ask for?
Omar Alazzawi: I recently had the pleasure of trying the shawarma at New York Shawarma, and I have to say it was truly amazing. The meat was perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, and the toppings and sauces were fresh and added just the right amount of additional flavor. The portion size was generous and I left feeling satisfied and full.I also really appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the staff. They were happy to answer any questions I had about the menu and made the whole experience enjoyable.Overall, I would highly recommend New York Shawarma to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal. The food is top-notch and the service is excellent. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Tom McManus: The shawarma sandwich is excellent. The service was also excellent.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
ASMAA IBRAHIM: Did not like it at all , the taste is plain , shawarma not hot and hard to chew because it burned.I ordered shawarma salad.bad experience.
Scott: Great place to get baklava. Also, their sandwich is great. More than anything else, the employees are super nice. Highly recommend.

Only one gentleman was working the counter, and he was so polite and killing it with the line of customers at his door at midnight. Thanks, Azama Grill!
Hamzah Alghzawi: OMG! It is the worst restaurant I've seen in my life! I throw my meal away! I don't recommend it at all.
Lowell Son: not a falafel i like better or more often than this one anyone in america if i think about when i think about it
Yaaqoub Boumedra: Worst food quality, not fresh and no taste spinach pie..soup as well and chicken wrap was cold and had no food quality 👎
samantha simon: All the food looks spoiled and smells spoiled. Purchased old chicken inside of a shawarma and spoiled rice pudding. Baklava had sour taste which indicated that it was not fresh. Save youre 20 bucks and eat else where or cook at home.

The Egyptian fries were fresh and well seasoned. The Kushari was great too with a fun assortment of pastas, legumes and a simple but tasty tomato sauce. So glad this opened up near me!
Amita Sekar: Was craving for some comfort food and so glad we found Mr Kushari! The kushari bowl was so satisfying and delicious, felt home made. Kareem's Restaurant: what do users think?
Kenny tv kenny TV (KennyTV): I tried this place this the old guy is the owner he make me a plate was too old the food left over and he charge twice of the money I don’t recommend it
kenny salayi: I order food for me and my wife on May 22 -2020 the food was left over and to expensive I get 2 plate $74 not A Good deal Not good Food not Go to this place???
Jackie Chang: I love coming back to this place again and again. The menu is always slightly different. The food is always delicious. The kanafeh is to die for.
Barmak Heshmat: Amazing food from a syrian chef.
Lolita Trachtengerts: So goooood
Asem Ghanim: The food is extremely delicious. It was prepared right in front of us as we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. The food is a bit over priced, but is totally worth it. Make sure you have cash or check as they don't accept cards! Oops!Oh, and walk ins are welcome but it's better to set an appointment. Seems like their menus change over the week, so calling in advance would be a good idea anyway.
David Walch: I went to Kareem's with my wife and we had the pita & hummus, a salad, and some grilled chicken and some vegetarian dish (wife ordered, but don't remember the name of). Everything was fantastic. Fresh, simple and healthy. Would definitely recommend!
Arthur Safira: I loved the experience here! The food definitely comes through in flavor and homeliness. I'm not sure there are any dishes I would not recommend. Definitely have a chat with the chef!
Colin: Great food. Great experience.
David Meshoulam: Some of the best middle Eastern food in Boston! Make sure to call ahead
Sabriya Syed: We took a wonderful cooking class with Ahmad in October 2016. Ahmad walked us through the steps for making Lahmahjun and Zatar bread, tabouleh, and Fattet Hummus. The cooking class was fun and interactive. We strained the chick peas, learned how to cut parsley properly, rolled out the dough, and taste tested items as they were completed. Ahmed's class was also interspersed with short lessons on Syria's rich history. At the end of class, we dined on the Fattet Hummus and tabouleh and were treated to some delicious pomegranate juice and Kannafa for dessert. Overall, the cooking class was very enjoyable for the 11 participants. We walked away with a great appreciation for Syrian cuisine and will be sure to return.
Erius Houston: OMG I am so glad to learn that Ahmad is back because he and his cuisine have been sorely missed for the past 10 years or so since he closed Kareems on Mt. Auburn St! My family and I had many fabulous dinners there, and my Armenian friend Joe (who searched the world for the best Falafel), declared Kareems to be the best he ever had.I remember the baby eggplants that he would pickle for 6 months - they weren't cheap - but they were always worth the price. So - I have not been to the New Kareems - but I will go soon!!! Ahmad does not (did not) compromise on quality...
mohamed martini: Awesome arabic food, extraordinary deserts, familial atmosphere, very suitable for dating but a little expensive though.

Mo'Rockin Fusion: what do users think?
Leo Wang **: I found out about this place through a mandatory school project that required me to interview and observe an interesting person at work. Morad, the lovely man who runs Mo'Rockin Fusion, was the only person who reached back to me and offered to help me out. Since day one his radiating kind energy welcomed me into his fast-fusion restaurant. I noticed his emphasis and strong commitment to customer service; he demonstrates this through his frequent usage of free samples and explanations of his menu as well as his accommodating nature. He's also one of the most hardworking people I've met. His story of how he came to America when he was just 19, moving around, and then settling down in Boston really is inspirational. And his food. It's phenomenal! The pricing is good and the food is great! So are the portion sizes which are large. The food is a Moroccan food with a twist on it. What is the twist? It's his years of cooking experience starting from when he would cook in the family kitchen when he was younger. With all those years of cooking experience he knows what works well and that shows in the product he sells!I could not recommend this place more!!
Amy Bemis: Great vegetarian options and delicious food!
Kim Nguyen: Food is amazing! I had the yellow rice with chicken. Their chicken is so tender and juicy. This is a must try if you are at hay market! Owner is friendly and service is fast! Overall best experience at Haymarket

Andries DuPreez: We loved everything about Mo’Rockin Fusion! The service was amazing and the food simply delicious! We shared the Sultan (sweet lamb dish) last night and had to go back to taste the King (beef tagine dish) today! The meat was super soft and tasty, and the chickpea flavors blended perfectly with the meat and yellow rice! We will honestly come from out of state just to eat this food again! Don't miss them.

Chris w: Stumbled upon it walking through the public market. Awesome food! Highly recommend!
Patricia Li: I built my own bowl and half/half all the selections to try everything. Everything was super flavorful and delicious
Haley Devlin: I work across the street and have come here for lunch at least once a week for the past couple months. The food is SO good! They have delicious vegan options (I recommend the Queen, just ask for it vegan). The staff is always so friendly and accommodating as well. So glad to have been introduced to Mo’rockin Fusion!

Joey Boats: Best rice/chicken spot in Boston. I’ll go out of my way for it again, soon
