PFE: ***EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!We’ve been doing business with Concord Electrical Supply in Charlestown-Massachusetts for many years and within this time we have had nothing but great experiences with the entire team. Hector and Ruben in particular have always provided us with outstanding customer service and knowledge, there were many occasions where they would go out of their way to make sure we got what we needed, matter of fact, there were times they would even stay late at the store (weekdays or weekends) and wait for us to get what we needed to get a certain job done, most times on stock we ordered in the last minute, This is beyond appreciation, specially when we are in the middle of a project that can’t wait till the next day… To us, That’s priceless!I’m looking forward to many more years of doing great business with CES Charlestown store.
Brett Reeves: We are based out of NJ, we had a job in the boston area. We contacted the store at 10 am on a Saturday and was told that they closed at 12. Our tech arrived at 1140am and was told that they are closed. After a 10 minute conversation about the materials we needed for the job, the they refused to sell us the products. I called with our tech in the parking lot at 5 of 12 and they still refused to sell us the product. Thats bad business.

johnny joaquim: It is a nice place for a smaller company. Being that it is the prices are higher than other electric supply companies. But the staff are friendly and helpful they supply almost all electrical equipment and supplies you would need so I would recommend using them if you're in the area.

Joy Lucas: On time delivery with very competent installers.
Saacha Mohammed: Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Too many hoops to jumpy through to talk to anyone. We had a mess up with our delivery (sales person did not tell us it needed custom install) so we are waiting in limbo for these idiots to get their act together. No one takes accountability for their mistakes and they keep passing you off to other sales or service people. Every division is fractured and there seems to be no decision makers left. I would avoid them at all cost and find someone through your contractor if doing a full kitchen renovation. If I could, I would just return everything and never give this company a dime of my business. If you can avoid her, do not use Brittany Jatkola as your sales person. She is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful in every way.
chris jones: Terrible customer service. Damaged my cabinets during installation, had to follow up 6 time for them to get repairs completed. Never received a follow-up to ensure the damage was repaired to meh satisfaction. Definitely not a premium experience, will never purchase anything from Yale again. They do not value or respect customers.

Vero Hall: This is among the best service we ever received from a business! 5 stars from A to Z. Good to know: you need an appointment before you go to the showroom. They are booked and won’t be able to serve you quickly if you don’t have an appointment. They have a great business model: a) they service what they sell, b) they discontinue products that need to be serviced a lot; so you know that if they carry a product they stand behind it, c) they sell insurance for the products they carry so if you need it serviced over the next 5 years, you are covered, d) they offer discounts for bundles and for items that are in working condition but were returned for whatever reason. We bought a Bosch induction range and hood, and the entire process was pain free. The range arrived defective and they sent someone over to assess and replaced it without any issues. I really doubt that such a service is available in many places. Only the trouble of carrying that big appliance in and out, etc. To us, the additional $ we paid for our appliances at Yale (e.g., they do Not offer free shipping) was well worth the price. Also, fun fact: the CEO makes these well produced educational videos that I love (e.g., Bosch vs Miele washing machine), check him out on YouTube :). In short: we’ll use them again and again.
MVP: Great customer care from beginning to end. Great Sales Representatives who are knowledgeable of the products, act as trusted advisors, are reliable, and very professional. Installation team was on time, swift, and kept my premises clean throughout the installation process. They took the time to test the appliances they installed, walked me through main functionalities and provided useful tips. Eddie and the rest of the delivery & installation team were friendly and very professional. This is my second time purchasing home appliances from Yale and am now a loyal customer! Fantastic team, great product quality, but above all - exceptional customer care!

Brittany was very communicative every step of the way, and made sure I understood the whole process. The post-sales follow up to schedule the installation was terrific as well. Tom Austin: Great service! We were out of town for a while and, when we got back to our condo, we were confronted with a flood from a broken dishwasher...so off we went to Yale for a replacement. Their service was great. Their installers fastidious and the experience great. I would have rated them 5 stars except I was disappointed to learn how they sold us the least-featureful Miele dishwasher sold in the States. It has a great reliability rating (from Wirecutter and Consumers) but it's really barren of features.

Pawel Januszewicz: Amazing. My electrician had to reinstall our hundred years old chandelier and we needed a bunch of replacement parts as old ones have rusted heavily. I have been looking for those parts for two weeks at local stores and it looked like the only option was to buy those parts online, which was problematic as $10 of parts would require $30 in shipping fees and three weeks of wait. Luckily Newton Electrical Supply had them all, the sales clerk just stepped out to the warehouse and brought them over for me. And it did cost the whooping $4. On the way to the car I saw a lady coming in with an old lamp. Apparently, this is the place to get the hard to find parts.

Renovating a kitchen in the Back Bay has its challenges, especially in large multi-unit buildings. Samantha DeMarco was the designer and Roberto Ticas was the construction manager. Have to say, we are very particular about things, the final design took more than 30 rounds of changes until we finally like it. Samantha was always super patient, help us visualize new ideas with 3D drawing, provide practical feedback of pro and cons on new ideas, lead us through the kitchen design. Samantha is also very quick of responding, fast turnaround on things, super easy to work with. Samantha even helped us outside of her normal duty, she even helped us with paint color recommendations, faucet design, backsplash, floor color. We really enjoy working with Samantha who designed our beautiful kitchen.

The regular 3-D renderings were essential for us to make decisions and move forward.There are not enough words to express our enthusiasm for Roberto as the foreman overseeing our worksite.There are surely many other qualified contractors who could get the job done, but Roberto does far more than just "get the job done." He became a member of our family during a very difficult time (peak COVID surge). Always thoughtful and considerate, he would not hesitate to give us an honest opinion if he thought something was not going to work or if there was something we might not be happy with, which we appreciated.In short, without Roberto I am not sure we would have come through this process as well as we did. Indeed, we came to depend on Roberto’s superb judgment and skills so much so, that we did not want to have other subcontractors in the house without him there to oversee the work.In summary, we are very happy with the outcome and thank everyone on the team for their efforts.

Usman Khaliq: This is an awesome store for metal and hardcore music vinyls! They have a really cool collection, and I always end up spending a long time perusing through their collection. The records are very decently priced and you will often find some really hidden gems at great prices. Shop local, and support these folks!

Sam Hill: I just got my copy of Angst “lite life”, a somewhat difficult album to find, and it is perfect. The shipping container is extra sturdy. The album is in A++ condition. I’m extremely pleased and will definitely be shopping here again.

Great customer service on top of having a really awesome selection - if you're into punk, hardcore, and metal, I think it's the best selection in the area.
