Nexamp, Inc.: what do users think?
Bob H: Awful customer service. Although I have always been able to speak with a human the answers they give are vague and there is absolutely no follow up; standard answer is I will have someone look into the matter and get back to you but no one calls back. And when you call again on the same matter the conversation is exactly the same as the first or, in my case, the fifth . . . . still no firm answers about billing. Awful customer service.
xavier washington: Was able to create an account very fast! Customer service is great and the sign on bonus is amazing
David Wolf: I am very glad that Nexamp and other solar companies are assisting in lowering the fossil fuel use we all have doing for over 100 years.I am not happy that the rates have gone up rather quickly.
John Cavuoto: Have been using Nexamp as my electric supplier for some years now. working well rates have been consistent and web interface works well. "Here comes the Sun".
Frank O'Brien: In mid December I received a bill from Nexamp for $251. My utility bill did not show any Nexamp credits. The utility company could not tell me anything about Nexamp except that they thought they had been sold to another company. I have emailed and called Nexamp several times and each time I was told they were working on it. After 3 months still nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Bert Lama: I'm very happy to be a part of nexamp, and recommend others to join! That's all about saving money.
dianne bernasconi: We have a share in the community solar program. My electric bill has increased $100/month with Nexamp. I called and cannot get a call back. The agent was taking this to his supervisor. My KW usage was way down last bill, but the bill still went up to over $500, a $100 increase. I am paying .33/kw. Our neighbors without Nexamp are paying .10/KW. The company almost never answers my phone calls.
Santhosh G: Like many of the recent reviews, I had terrible experience with nexamp over last one year. Ever since I signed up to their program my electric city bill was 300$ month average even in the summer months while my summer bills used to be 100$ with nationalgrid. They have a super confusing billing structure of credits purchased instead of billing on the usage but overall even with their supposedly 15% discount I still ended up paying 10% more than nationalgrid for last 1 year. Customer service is another terrible thing here, the phone lines never gets connected to the real person and they never respond to the emails sent. There were some occasions the phone executives helped me understanding their billing but they never followed up properly on why my bills were higher compared to my nationalgrid bills. The only good thing is they are flexible in payments.
Elizabeth Bowen: Switching back to my previous electric company.
Neal Gregoire: Buyer beware. We signed up for Nextamp almost two years ago. Our project went “online” in May/June of 2022. This is late September and we have not received a sensible bill from either Nextamp or Central Maine Power for four months. Nextamp blames CMP, and CMP in their usual fashion just shrugs. I have canceled my Nextamp contract as of today and contacted both the Maine PUC and the Maine Attorney General’s Office to file complaints. Both seem to infer that no one is driving the boat when it comes to regulating this and protecting the consumer. If you are a CMP customer, I strongly suggest to wait before signing on with Nextamp. They and CMP DO NOT have the billing figured out. No surprise from CMP and apparently no one at Nextamp that can fix it.
Susan Daigle: I received a 250.00 bill in the mail not expecting it! Cancelled the account and bill keeps going up… don’t do it!!
Michelle Brook: I am very unhappy with them at this point. I have paid WAY more to them than I would have if I just stayed with Versant power. I have called customer service twice about this. The first time they told me to make things easier for me to understand the bills, I could consolidate my bills and the bills would be based on actual usage, and I could see the savings. Tried to do that, but website just kept saying it could not link the accounts. I called back a month or two later and talked to another CSR and he told me that they are unable to consolidate the bills at this time and did not know when they would be able to. I do not understand why I am paying $20 to Versant each month and well over $300 to Nexamp. My electric bills have never been so high. I am disabled and on a fixed income and I cannot afford this. Many friends and family have asked about joining Nexamp and my experience with it, and I have told them to stay away from joining. I believe in renewable energy, and I wanted to be happy with this company, but I just don't understand their billing. I have no idea what my bill is going to be month to month, while with Versant I had a pretty good idea. Maybe I am saving, or will be saving money, but I have no way of knowing. Right now I feel like I made a huge mistake and I am being ripped off.
Jeanne G Nadeau: Total scam! Tells you you have hundreds of dollars in "credits" then charges you for them, far more than our normal utility bill would be. And next to impossible to cancel! We are notifying our bank that this is a FRAUD and blocking any and all bills from them!Don't fall for their false advertising!(Also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General, and our Senator)
Jeanne: I was told by Nexamp that I would save 15% on my electric bill with their solar company. Well, it’s true that I am getting $0 bills from National Grid, BUT I am paying Nexamp more every month than my actual electric bill. I have nearly a $2,000 excess with National Grid. I won’t live long enough to use up that surplus; besides the fact that the surplus keeps increasing. Nexamp keeps charging me higher and higher amounts.Communicating with Nexamp is next to impossible…no one answers the phone and when you ask for a call back, you never hear from them. I’ve spoken about my excessive bills to no avail. Make sure you compare your actual electric bill to what you pay Nexamp. MY NEXT MOVE IS TO CANCEL NEXAMP. BE AWARE THAT YOU’ll Be told that cancellation will take up to 6 months!
Cindy Daniels: Just another crooked power company except this one is located in Mass instead of Spain.
Linda Christensen: Nexamp has delivered as promised--10% reduction in our electric supply charges. Invoicing was a bit rough at first but has smoothed out. It will be nice if they are able to send a combined invoice, but all is working well. Happy to be able to offset with solar energy. One year later: Around July and August of 2021, I stopped receiving solar credits on my NYSEG statement--no warning. Nexamp blamed a broken NYSEG meter. The meter was finally fixed around September and I am receiving solar credits again. I was promised that the missing months of solar credits would be applied to my electric usage, not lost. What I received was a bulk dump of "excess" solar credits that were not applied to the electric usage for which I owed $. After almost 6 months of multiple phone calls and a Public Service Commission complaint, NYSEG still refuses to apply those "excess" solar credits to my July and August usage. When challenged, all manner of excuses were presented by their resolution department, among which was the assertion that NEXAMP solar equipment is "breaking" their meters (oddly, only at 3 Nexamp sites). I re-established my PSC complaint but have heard nothing. Bottom line, I am caught between 2 companies accusing one another. I finally just paid my extremely high bill from NYSEG, losing my 10% discount and paying more for electric delivery, etc. for those months. I will add to this review if things are resolved. Meanwhile, I would confirm that your contract with NEXAMP will be honored in spite of circumstances for which you are not responsible and that any discrepancies or disagreements will be settled via NEXAMP customer service, per your contract. The time expenditure is not worth it, if not. I am contracted with the Newfield, NY NEXAMP community solar farm.
Franz Kistner: signed up with them a couple of months ago and I am now saving money on my electricity bill and supporting solar!
Duane Byrum: Save 10% without doing anything and also going green , hoping eventually it will all go green energy
Arthur Wilson: NEXAMP is providing excellent service with reduced electric rates.
Colleen M. Miller: I have saved by going solar, I think we are helping our environment more by this and any way we improve things the better we make our world.
Charles Tasca: I didn't want solar panels on my roof, but I was looking for ways to save on energy costs. Along came Nexamp with a deal that saves me 15% on my electric bill every month. Living in Massachusetts, and not having any electric provider option except Unitil in my town, Nexamp's offer was an clear choice. Sure, they receive all the tax breaks and credits, but at least they pass on a 15% savings to Massachusetts residents. A no-cost sign-up and I was on my way to savings. It was that easy!

EnergySage: what do users think?
Jahmese Myres: The Energy Sage consultants were somewhat helpful in helping me think through my project. They were very helpful in talking through the equipment and product options. However, the companies they connected me with were not very responsive, and the set up of having to select one company to work with really limited me. Ultimately I wasn't able to move my project forward.
Patrick O'Brien: Excellent response to comparative installers. Kudos to Nicole for assistance and response to questions. Would recommend more info/criteria for ratings - why Elite +, Elite, etc., when panels and/or inverters are top rated for 1 or 2-star installers.
Clint Oun: EnergySage made going solar simple and almost painless.
Tim Siegrist: EnergySage's convenient multiple quotes for going solar helps you feel you're getting the best deal possible. There are some great and helpful articles on the site, and it's all non-pressured. Even if you decide to go with another installer not on their site, there is no feel of judgement or disappointment. While the site is great, there is a tendency on part of the financing (provided by the installers) to charge large loan fees. In other words, try to find a bank who can finance a HELOC loan and it will most likely be much cheaper. My savings is in the realm of $14k. And finally, don't be afraid to talk with your electric company; many of them will gladly offer advice and guidance on the process.
Jo J: The best way to shop for contractors without actually looking for them. Got great quotes and details and can message contractors through Energysage.
Jay Larrick: Saved a lot of time with their research and relationships. Didn't over promise. Always available for questions. Perfectly engaging.
Pamela Ward: I had tried to research solar systems, companies, options, and find a couple solar installers. I spent lots of time and ended up with more questions. Then I read an article about EnergySage so checked it out. SO easy! I got my answers, used their platform and had a wonderful contractor help me with a solar loan, info on tax credits, and install my project within 5 weeks. Really helpful to those of us who have eyes glaze over whenever someone starts talking about electrons, microinverters.... Thank you EnergySage!
Barry Nyer: EnergySage is a great resource for identifying and comparing solar vendor installation quotes. Highly recommend them for anyone considering putting Solar on their roof. They help simplify an otherwise daunting project.
Liana Hill: Great resource for helping me get solar quotes and compare, I loved having everything in one place. There was so much useful information to read through and I felt that someone was always available to help.
Sanqi Li: I like the professional services provided by EnergySage for residential customers, which are timely, educational and responsive to customer concerns, especially for someone who had no knowledge of solar power systems. The price and service quality comparisons from multiple selected installers are also very informational and concise but sufficient.
Alvaro Venegas: Overall a nightmare. Everything seemed to be pushing me to go to the new NEM Metering or NMB 3.O. Before signing the contract, I was being bothered every single day, to now no one answering any calls or emails. Very stressful experience and now close to missing the deadline.
Tom Pace: I am so glad I found EnergySage. My solar experience started with a vendor at a trade-show. They seemed over-priced and were a pushing to close ASAP. This raised a Red Flag and I began worry I was being duped into overpaying for a system. After that experience, I started researching other companies to do some comparison shopping and quickly became overwhelmed. Luckily, I found EnergySage to guide me through the process. They work with reputable solar companies and allow you to easily compare all your quotes in one place. Ultimately, I went with a solar company through EnergySage and saved thousands on the final price of my project. Thank you EnergySage!!!
andrew bogard: Having a centralized dashboard that displayed all quotes and the pros and cons of each offer was amazing. Highlighting the best options and providing the ability to compare came in very handy!
Gary Snoonian: It was great to have one portal to receive quotes, and to do exhaustive research. Having it all in one place was a huge benefit and helped us feel secure we were getting quality information.Only reason I didn't add the fifth star is that some of the bids seemed a bit rushed and generic.
Bruce Johnson: Great experience using EnergySage!!! The site helps you better understand the benefits of solar, installation process and helps identify and select a contractor. The independent review of different contractors was extremely valuable in helping me select my contractor. They provide a consultant to help in the entire process which was invaluable! My install was just completed on Friday and went very smoothly. The county completed the inspection today, which passed and now awaiting Pepco approval so that I can turn the system operational.I highly recommend EnergySage to anyone considering a solar install!!!
Chris Mege: Energysage provided really useful and easy to find information. The tools they have are simple and get you valuable information (like multiple pricing quotes) with minimal effort.
Sean Sullivan: Everybody at EnergySage was very helpful and patient as I considered potential solar companies. There was a lot to explain and they were there to answer questions. We signed a contract and are awaiting installation
Holly Anderson: I heard about EnergySage on Cape Cod NPR radio. The sign-up process was quick and the quotes I received were easy to compare. Caleb was very responsive and helpful. I like that the contractors have been vetted and reviews are available. I'd recommend EnergySage to anyone who is interested in solar but doesn't know how to weed through all the 'scammy' options out there.
Dean Reed: I'm of junior genius level IQ, which doesn't mean I'm smart but means it gives me some good tools to analyze and understand things. I hate being hounded by sales people, I need the time to study and understand before asking for opinions. EnergySage is one of the few fantastic resources I've come across in life. To me, it was frustrating trying to get unbiased good information on solar via the web or sales reps. It was apparent at first glance the EnergySage provided a wealth of information, both raw data and educational articles, and gave me the confidence to register with them particularly since they allow you to choose your methods of communication with vendors - NO UNWANTED SALES PITCHES! EnergySage stuck to those promises. I received multiple quotes within days which could be compared side by side at a high level, or be dug into at technical levels after I was more confident. I did all virtually all vendor correspondence by email and Energysage keeps those conversations organized on their website for you. It took me from bewildered to armed with knowledge. The last vendor I looked at was the cheapest with a name that suggested the same to me, but in the end I realized this 5-star vendor beat everyone else in price and technical performance of their panels and inverters. I decreased my net investment after tax incentives by almost 15% with no sacrifice in quality, plus got 10 years of annual cleaning of the panels (worth around $1749) free from the vendor for going through EnergySage, which is about a 9% bonus on my system. I'm directing my brother to EnergySage now and helping him through the solar terrors and confusion, and as much as it surprises me I would recommend EnergySage to anyone without reservations. EnergySage even offers a small Amazon gift card for referrals if the referral ends purchasing using EnergySage, and the referral is a link that you send to whomever you like and EnergySage knows nothing about it until your referral decides to contact EnergySage. As the British tend to say, "Brilliant!" on all counts!
Paul Kracha: I was getting frustrated with my monthly electrical bill increases and decided to go solar. Energysage made the whole process of comparing contractors so easy! I was able to learn about solar systems, get quotes, compare products, read reviews on solar installation companies all from one location. What a relief!
D Mistry: EnergySage is an excellent tool for doing research, evaluating various solar systems and installers. It's an excellent one stop place to get great information. I struggled to find a competitor solar installer until I used EnergySage.

Resonant Energy: what do users think?
Chrissy Holt: We worked with Resonant's team to install solar panels on top of our nonprofit space (a renovated Firehouse), and it was a wonderful experience! The team was very communicative, knowledgable, and we had a point person to guide us throughout the entire process. The team is also focused on impact and how these panels will support our collective missions! Can't recommend Resonant Energy enough!
Tilley Maguire: Love the panels, love the power, love the people
Ellen Marrone: I first met the team through their community outreach, throwing an Earth Day event in Codman Sq. I was impressed by their knowledge of the renewable energy field and their dedication to serving their neighbors, giving us ownership of our energy production.Working with them and their top-notch partners for my residential job was a breeze. They’re sharp and detail-oriented; they answered questions quickly and held my hand through the project from proposal to final paperwork.Best in the business! Highly recommend!
C Tucker: Just installed roof-top solar on my home. Resonant Energy was outstanding from start to finish!
Peter Kane: Working with Resonant Energy to put solar on First Parish in Westwood was a pleasure. Their expertise and experience helping other non-profits was a blessing. Madeleine Barr did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the SMART program and the details of the quote. We are very happy with the results.
Tim Holiner: Temple Beth David in Westwood is generating ALL of its electric power from its roof-mounted solar array. Thanks to the wonderful support from Resonant the process was smooth and as effortless on our part as could be expected. From conception to turn-on their vigilance was constant and much appreciated.
Daryl Warner: East Congregational Church in Milton has a great roof for solar. Resonant Energy was one of the companies the church received bids from when we began researching our solar possibilities. RE's mission very closely aligned with the Creation Care mission at East Church. RE was very patient with the decision making process at East Church. They were extremely accommodating and revised spreadsheet after spreadsheet with figures and options. Also, the church only needs half of the roof to satisfy it's electrical needs. We decided to cover as much of the roof as possible so we could participate in the State's Community Solar program. Resonant helped us find an excellent Community Solar partner, Epiphany School in Boston.
Ben: Great people, great service!

RevoluSun Massachusetts: what do users think?
Nancy Roy: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueExceptional communication and very polite, hard-working installation crew.
Derrick Kong: Overall process was very well done. No pressure and lots of information up front, Dan Valianti and the team were very professional. Installation team was very considerate. A special thanks to Greg who helped me out with a furniture delivery while the installation was going on! They've done follow-ups and I am confident in their support going forward.
Charles Carey: We put off the whole solar process for years fearing that it'd be a quagmire of poor process, spotty communication, unmet promises. I now regret the wasted time. Our experience working with Dan and the rest of the team at Solaris Renewables was exactly the opposite of what I feared. Clear communication throughout, timely movement from step to step, and surprisingly little needed from us during the process. Dan was the first from several companies I spoke with who knew about the municipal utility company in my town and how that change the whole equation for us. I can't think of anything about the experience I would change.
Katherine Dale: Revolusun did a fantastic job with our solar installation. You never feel like you're being 'sold', they answered all of our questions, and were even able to update our design plan after realizing we would have to remove a shutter for the external piping. Paolo did a great job coaching us, and ensuring a smooth experience. Our system looks and works great.
Tyler Hendrickson: Called them to install solar on our house. Sent them bills, had a sales call and then was ghosted. During our call I had mentioned we took down 40 trees and they had an old picture that they performed an analysis on. Sent them a new shot from a drone and said they’d follow up. It’s been nearly a month and no contact. I’d expect them to follow up at the least.
Ayse Koymen: We have had solar panels for about 2 1/2 years now. I will say that we are saving money on our electric bill. I am only giving it 2 stars because of the misleading information. We were told that Revolusun guarantees 90% of production each year. Do NOT believe them. In our second year, when there was low production, we contacted the company at the end of the year. And they told us that it’s not each year, but it’s cumulative. And sure enough, they came up with all sorts of excuses to make sure they don’t cover the difference between the electric bill and the panel production. I make sure to tell people they should use another solar company.
Erin Graffam: We have had our solar panels up for 7 months. There have been a few hiccups (not their fault) and have been so helpful with getting everything done! I highly recommend Revolusun!
Jennifer Firneno: Updated Jan 2023: I must lower my rating as Richie left a year or 2 ago and, in 3 separate interactions I've had with the company since then I've received terrible or no customer service. I would no longer recommend them.‐----------------I made my decision to use RevoluSun in part because of Richie Bonney, the sales rep. He's incredibly knowledgeable and really good at answering questions/explaining things and made the other reps look like chumps in comparison (I say this tongue-in-cheek but it' true, frankly).I received 4 solar quotes. While at face value (gross system cost) RevoluSun looked more expensive, when I drilled down into the numbers it turned out to be the most reasonable when comparing KW size to system cost, so I urge folks to look carefully at those components when making a decision. The Solaria panels I got are supposed to be advantageous in part because the rail system holds up to snow and ice expansion/contraction better than traditional systems since there are fewer penetrations in the roof. That makes sense to me, though I can't speak to being able to witness the difference myself, exactly. RevoluSun was responsive throughout the process when I had questions, going through the process of setting up the system with my utility (no small feat), and walking me through the system once I went through my first bill cycle to be sure I understand how to track it and such. All in all I am quite happy with their product. I bought a hybrid vehicle about a month ago and the system easily pays to run that, as well, and I love to get my negative electric bills and checks every month.
Phillip Huyett: Did a decent amount of research before committing to a solar company and went with Revolusun for attention to detail, local team, etc. We ended up moving a few years later and needless to say, I didn't have to do any research the second time around. Both experiences were wonderful.
Jean Audet: I had RevoluSun install my rooftop solar system three years ago and I still believe it was a great decision. I have since recommended RevoluSun to several of my neighbors and they were all very pleased with the quality of the work done. I am particularly pleased with the service and attention we all received from Todd Weinberg, our RevoluSun Project Developer. Long after our systems were installed, Todd is very responsive to all of our inquiries and questions. I never hesitate to refer people to RevoluSun and to Todd Weinberg.
Bob Warner: It was around this time last year that I decided to add solar to our rear-facing roof, and at the suggestion of two neighbors who had previously used RevoluSun, I reached out to Todd Weinberg. After an initial conversation by phone, we arranged for a more in-depth proposal, which resulted in our giving the go-ahead for the project. We were delayed significantly by the need of our HOA to amend existing rules/regs related to the placement of solar, but that was finally sorted out in late summer. By early August, our job was started and the panels installed, the electrical equipment placed in the basement. As expected, it took a bit of time for the town of Plymouth to give their final approval, and then for Eversource to swap out the meter and give the go-ahead. We went live at the beginning of November. One thing I really appreciated was the communication from the company. Todd was very responsive to text messages, often within minutes. The installation team could not have been more professional. The back office support has been fantastic, even holding on to my substantial deposit check until the HOA approval came through, instead of cashing it and waiting for the go ahead.Since the installation, we've had two fearsome windstorms and one minor power outage, and the system has held up throughout.I am pleased to recommend RevoluSun. The may not be the least expensive (and Todd told me this right up front), but the quality of the product, the service rendered, the installation process and follow up afterwards really made this a good decision on my part. I have since recommended the company to others in our community.
Ted Chambers: We had a terrific experience working with Dan Valianti and his team from Revolusun. They were incredibly professional, answered all of our questions, and were flawless in their execution of our project. We are now the proud owners of a 10kw system that is going to make a huge difference for our bottom line. Very happy to recommend this company.
John McKinley: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueCan’t say enough about this company! Very professional, thorough and high quality. Paolo Ricci stayed in touch throughout the entire project and was very proactive in dealing with any issues as they came up. I would highly recommend!
Robert Buchanan: RevoluSun came highly recommended by a neighbor who recently had a solar system installed. We decided to go with RevoluSun and have been very pleased from start to finish. Moira, our project developer was extremely helpful and informative, patiently answering all of our questions without pressure to make a quick decision. Once we decided to move ahead with the project, the team laid out the timeline, detailed project plan, sequence of events, payment schedule, etc.. The plan progressed on time without any surprises or issues. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. Jordon, our project engineer spent a good deal of time answering our questions and included our input in locating system components, etc.. The installation team did a great job, very neat, timely. We are very happy with the appearance of the system. Since going live, any questions we have had have been answered in a timely and complete manner. Molly, an administrator at the company has been particularly helpful with this. Most importantly, our electricity savings are consistent with what had been projected. We would strongly recommend this company if you are considering solar.
Benjamin Suddard: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,QualityHad a good experience working with Revolusun! They were friendly, informative and great to work with. The install was very neat and clean, and got done within the original quoted time frame. Looking forward to Sunny days ahead!
Adam Scott: I could not be happier with Revolusun and my new solar system! The team was unbelievably professional and timely. Most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do and the communication was top notch. When researching companies to go with, the big player only wanted to interact with me via chat. Revolusun was local, responsive and had the best customer service. That mattered to me and was the value I wanted. You get what you pay for and I’m so thrilled I went with Revolusun!
Marie Hartwell: Positive:ResponsivenessWe had such a great experience with our solar installation and now reap the benefits of lower costs during a time of rising energy prices. Everything from ditch digging through Eversource connection was handled by Revolusun. The best thing was how promptly the team responded to my concerns.
Allen Fleishman: I went with RevoluSun primarily due to their consistently high ratings on review sites and the BBB. They were not the lowest price. However, the lowest price vendor had aweful ratings and very poor BBB reviews. I’m happy with RevoluSun’s price. I had a Zoom sales meeting in late February and the panel was turned on in July. A large reason for the five-month delay was town and power company inspections. I was told these delays are expected ahead of time, so no surprise. The steps involved included getting aerial surveillance, plans for the job, checking roof stability, electricians, and as mentioned before inspections, inspections, inspections, and more inspections. The actual installation was done in two mornings, clean and without any issues. I only have the highest regard for the RevoluSun people involved.Pros: Work was done without any problems. My first electrical bill was $5, the next two were around $20. Not $250. I believe them when they said the panels should be paid off in 6 years. I believe my total cost (after tax rebates) will be about $10,000.Cons: I reviewed the contract very carefully and found a number of flaws (e.g., missing guarantee for the panels’ life, some damage exclusions made no sense). I’m no lawyer, but it pays to read the ‘fine’ print. They approved my revisions. The final visit and review of the app was originally scheduled as a Zoom meeting. There were enough details (e.g., what the 3 indoor and 2 outdoor switches do – and what I need to do in an emergency, the app showing electrical savings, review of the power company’s 3 most recent bills) that I strongly suggest it be a person-to-person meeting. The project manager sent four emails trying to get it to be a Zoom meeting. I was able to get a vice president to explain the system. A very, very good 1-to-1 meeting.
Robert DiPietro: Overall a very positive experience. Salespeople explained the project in great detail with good documentation--and they weren't too pushy. The installers themselves were fantastic. Very neat, very fast, very nice. The panels look better than anyone else's I've seen. Low profile, clean lines, sleek appearance. My one and only complaint was our experience post-installation (and post-payment). They weren't nearly as responsive as they were during the sales phase. I guess that's typical, but it was a letdown after our experience up to that point.
Jon Michalek: I had a great experience with Revolusun! It’s a big investment, but Kerri Sadoff was very helpful in answering questions and partnering with my wife and I in running numbers and making sure it was a good fit for us. Installation was swift and professional. I highly recommend working with Revolusun when the time is right for anyone to go Solar!
Andrew Smith: Great systemI have had to change my review as the system has fallen flat and the company as a whole is a disgrace to the industry! They installed the system over my roof that apparently had major issues, after telling me it looked great. The team cared enough about taking photos of damaged shingles, pulling nails, but installed anyways without telling me.About 2 years later and my roof leaked. The companies respond was, too bad, not our fault.Updating my review as my roof is again leaking and I found a photo of my roof just before they came... It looks perfect so you be the judge but I would RUN away from this company.

Schneider Electric: what do users think?
Jae Teter: Jeff came out to help diagnose a problem I was having with electrical going out in half of my house. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain my options to me clearly and show me exactly what was going on with my breaker panel as well as the cost to fix it. After this visit I am absolutely going to call this company out again and request their help to do this work. Fantastic company and great people to work with both on the phone and in person.
Gérard Vidal: Pas mal mais SDR trop petite

TCG Network Services - Boston IT Support, Managed IT Services & IT Consulting: what do users think?
Han Chang: Our office have used TCG for IT-related services for 20 years. Whenever we have a question or issue, they provide responsive support to keep our office operation going. Recently, they also helped upgrade our Wi-Fi and Server capabilities. Overall, TCG is dependable, reliable, and knowledgeable. We are pleased to have TCG for our IT support.
Eric Vasallo: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAces all around! Our Sophos firewall crashed bringing down all three of our offices. At a critical time their scheduler and IT tech offered calm, expertise and thoughtful consideration of our needs. We restored the firewall service in a short time. Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you TCG!
Sharon Lewis: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueWe are a busy, medium size law firm in Boston. We have utilized TCG’s services for over two years. Their technical skills, response time and professionalism are all excellent. We recommend TCG highly and without any reservations.
David Moy: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness,ValueI oversee the IT of two companies that share an office. We have used TCG Network Services for over ten years for various projects, equipment upgrades and phone support. Highly recommend TCG!
Steve Auger: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueOur company might be relatively small but our IT needs are NOT. TCG gets the job done and always has my back.
Steve Collins: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI strongly recommend working with TCG!!!
Alison Sweeney: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueOnly the best! Highly recommend!
Aaron Roy: Positive:ProfessionalismJonathan Browning was very easy to work with and extremely professional. He made the entire process easy and simple to understand. It also feels good to support a veteran-led company. I highly recommend working with TCG for all of your IT needs!
Jaimie Adler: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness
Karen Moretti: Best IT service around. Can't say enough about this company.
Renee Adams: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueIt had been our pleasure to work with TCG for more than 20 years. They are extremely responsive. Their IT department is professional, personal and always get the job done! We couldn’t be more pleased with Frank and his exceptional team!
Prasanna Perera: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessTCG is an established, well managed company for all your IT Support and Service needs. They are great to work with!
Alex Hill: The technician assigned to work with us has been incredibly proactive and thoughtful over the past two days. We went through hell and back yesterday and he was timely, proactive, and followed-up without prompting. It did not feel like I was working with an external partner, but rather someone on my team. He has been great to work with and makes it easy
Theo Madreid: Positive:Quality,ValueI've worked with other MSPs, but I wouldn't go anywhere else
Amanda Beaver: It was a day where all technology was against me. I called TCG and was listened to, spoken to in a calm manner and with a judgement-free attitude. I was offered solutions, one which took place over the phone and the other that was handled on the back end. I was grateful when everything worked again, but just as grateful for the pleasant customer service from TCG that helped get me up and running.
Marcial Bones: Our Company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, just used TCG to purchase, install, and setup a new server. They were able to examine our needs as a company and supply us with multiple server options at a few different price points. Once we decided on what would work best for our company, TCG purchased all the equipment and had it shipped directly to our location. We informed TCG when all the pieces of equipment had arrived and two days later they sent a tech out to complete the project. The tech arrived on time and was very respectful of our current office procedures. The tech, Brian, spent 3 days setting up the server, getting it operational, connecting all our systems, moving programs and licensing applications to the server. Brian did not leave until every one was satisfied with their machines and how they interact with the server. He set up printing and scanning on all our machines to our different printers, scanners and plotter. It would be my recommendation and the recommendation of my company, Hanlon Sheet Metal, to use TCG if you need help with networking and general office computer setup.
Dave Joseph: Positive:Professionalism
Chuck Swanson: The folks at TCG were knowledgeable and helpful to say the least! It was a pleasure working them!
Priya Anand: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessIf you needed major tech upgrades i highly recommend TCG Network Services.
