This happens every single time I want to drop by around opening hours. Terrible management, it seems. Not to mention, 2 out of every 5 vapes are duds. Even if you come back the very next day to exchange or get a refund, they will not give you one.

my reviews opinions: this place is awful. they sell flavored nicotine and they sell them to minors. poorly run. priorities not in place. manager is rude and staff are lazy. they harass female customers, as well as bully and belittle them as well. i have never felt more upset leaving a store than i do every time i leave. the manager seems to belittle people with disabilities, like myself. the manager, Mayank (mike) is extremely hostile, extremely privileged and acts extremely aggressive and rude towards less fortunate people. i would NOT recommend shopping here unless you want to be disrespectedEdit: after a whole month after not shopping at this store I still receive horribly disrespectful messages from the OWNER. I absolutely cannot believe this place is still in business. ,ean employees, their stuff is waaaaaayyyyyyy too expensive and they make some people pay more than others.

Tyler Hoban (Spectre): My experience with Safehouse has been great and it has gone from my backup to my primary store when not ordering online after Luxe Vapors in Waltham (RIP) closed down.I was particularly impressed with their selection of unflavored CBD Liquids that can be used in combination with another Salt/Freebase Nicotine liquid. It helps me out alot with nerve pain that I get in my leg.I also appreciate the openness and honesty from staff, especially the owner Mike. They will be honest if you are looking for something specific and it's not the right place to find that rather then try and shift something else on you. But at the same time know the products they sell very well and have the ability to make great recommendations.Original review: Knowledgeable staff and good selection.
