Although I had a really bad experience with the enrollment I want to say everything else was remarkable in a positive way. To talk about the good things, the teachers are awsome, the staff is very helpful and I enjoyed my classes a lot. I'm so thankful with: Dan, David and Nick, between a lot of teachers I have had throughout my life I would say you guys have been the best, their classes are not only educational but also fun and funny!! They make sure to create a class environment where you feel comfortable to talk and express yourself, they clarify all your doubts even if they are not related with their classes and they are also great people. PD: if you are with David he is so creative and have different games to play during class, they are AWSOME!Not to talk about my bad experience: if you are an student looking for learning basic/intermediate English you are gonna be fine and I don't have anything to advise you, BUT if you are looking for a higher level than the average BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE TO ASK EVERYTHING BEFORE you start because their enrollment process is full of flaws and you could have an unpleasant experience as I did. This is what happened: when I was looking for a school I clarified to the seller that I was looking for a "medium/advance English course" in order to improve my English and apply to college here, he told me it was totally fine because they were gonna test me and according to my score they would place me in a class (everything cool so far). However, after taking the test and during the very beginning of my first class (the class they had placed me "according to my test") I realized the English they were teaching was a really basic English so I decided to stop writing in the book and during the break I went to talk to the staff expressing my concern about I had maybe been placed in the wrong level, to make a long story short they told me "your level of English is so high and we don't have any course right now for you" which you can imagine confused me more and made me a little bit angry too because nobody asked me if I was OK with being place in a level about 3 LEVELS BELOW my real level. After that I talked to Liliana (the manager) who made me feel disrespect and not supported for the school at all, they wanted me whether to pay for the book that I used for 1 hour (without knowing was not my book, how coul I have known?) and continue in my right level some weeks later or giving me a refund of 100% and I could leave the school without any problem, I disagreed and tried to make Liliana see how that didn't make sense, I mean: the school was willing to loose all the money I had already paid + the money for the whole book but they didn't want to accept the book back and let me continue in the right level couple weeks after that.I went to my house that day pretty disappointed and angry but I realized that at that point I was out of time to look for another school so I went back the next day and talked again to Liliana with my best face even when I kept thinking she was not making the smartest decision and feelings so disappointed as a costumer, we had a talk and agreed the school was gonna pay for the half of the book and I would pay the other half (which I am still thinking makes no sense) and I'm glad I did stay to study there because I had a really good time after all. I also wanna highlight that NICK WAS ALWAYS SO RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL AND NICE but it was not his decision, otherwise I'm sure he would have taken other path.In conclusion it's a good school but they should work more in the way they respond to those "atypical situations" because that could make their clients to have a really unpleasant process when they shouldn't.

kalyan charan: Wish I could give 0 Stars for this place. Rude administrator. I was supposed to take IELTS General Training test at this location. I was not given an option for online payment, so I had to go to the center to pay for my test. 18 days after the payment they sent me a confirmation via email with out mentioning the module of the test. As it turns out, on the day of test, I found that they registered me into the Academic module. I raised the issue to the test admin, who had no idea of how these things work and asked me to email the center's coordinator. After 2 days, I received very rude email response from the coordinator. I tried to sort things in an amicable way by going to the center, to my disappointment they are not the kind of people who respect people's time, money and efforts.I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THESE GUYS. IF YOU ARE TAKING IELTS TEST, YOU BETTER TRY SOME OTHER LOCATION!

Sincerely, when you attend this school you will find the best teachers who try to make you learn during all classes. I dont know how but every time there were students from Europe, South Amerika and Asia. You will meet with a lot of different cultures, traditions and world wiews. It will make you person who knows a lot about other life stlyes. During all my study time, all stuffs and teachers were so welcome for every differences and opinions. I haven't seen any discrimination or disrespectful behavior from them. Also they provide a pray room for the students. It was so valuable for a person who is muslim and has to pray during the day. I will remember them as people who not only taught me how to speak English also taught me how to be professional and welcoming people. If u have chance to attend this school, you must do. Yo vine a EF BOSTON, la foto es el campus por fuera esta muy bonito , la comida es buena y variada. 100% lo recomiendo.

The school needed more teachers, and the organization wasn’t professional. I understand that it could happen at any time and it’s not the fault of the school directly, even if we had many echoes about the teacher salaries and work conditions. We also paid for our books that never came on time, with current TOEFL teacher we do not even use the books that we received long time ago, we are just using free online sources.Thee campus :The breakfast is between 7:30 am to 9:00am, there is a lack of organization about the quantity of food needed, sometimes you get there at 8:20am and there is already no more food, the same with the diner is between 5:30pm to 7:00pm they asked us to take only a piece of pizza but I strongly believe that I paid enough money to have the right to take as much food as my body need, it is not my problem if they did not know how to organize the food quantityTo continue, they are creating new rules every month. When I arrived, I liked the campus. But with time you quickly realize that they are making so many no sense rules that you may feel you are oppressed.

LAURA RECAÑO COSTOSO: I stayed in Boston for 3 weeks with EF and I really enjoyed the experience I met a lot of new friends. I was accommodated in the campus in a twin room and I was quite comfortable (the bathrooms are shared but there's plenty in every floor), the only problem with the campus is that it's a bit far from downtown but you get used to it quickly and that lunch is not included on the price (my sales advisors didn't tell me). The campus staff and teachers were really nice, you could talk to them easily. I'm giving 4 stars though because the main issue I found was with the english learning, my first week i got an amazing teacher, the classes where dynamic and I learned a lot of new things... But by the end of that week we took a test (because every 6 weeks everybody takes the progress test) and I leveled up and got another teacher for the following 2 weeks, and although I was in a higher level I felt like I didn't learn anything new. I think that the placement test is not very adequate because most of my friends were also misplaced.

Julia Garcia-Lozano Garcia: Hi!! I am a student who stayed in EF Boston for almost a month in the summer of 2019. It was an amazing experience! Before going the assistance was good, they booked me everything and answered all the question I had. Then, when I arrived, the staff were so helpful and kind and the teachers too. The school was huge and awesome and there were people of different countries. The classes were ok, and they tried to make them consist of a variety of nations.There were lots of activities to do in the afternoons but if you preferred, you could go on your own. I had never been in Boston before and I really liked the city. In the weekends, you can pay to go on excursions to New York, Washington, or Niagara Falls.I really had a great time there and I met lots of people of many countries that now are good and close friends of mine. I really recommend this experience in campus of EF if you have the chance!!!

Kaidan Buer: An amazing experience! all of the EF reps were amazing and so so helpful. The school was super fun and I enjoyed my classes in Paris very much! they plan well thought excursions and I enjoyed myself on every single one of them! 10/10 I would do it again!

Mason (Mason): I was a student almost one and half year ago and extremely enjoyed staying this place for nine months. To share this exciting experience, I encouraged one of my friend to stay EF Boston, emphasizing all the staffs and teachers are kind and passionate. When I was there, there were a bit more East Asian students(KR, JP, CN, TW) than those from other countries but they tried to make the classes consist of a variety of nation. They will help you become accustomed with many topics like New England customs and American cultures. Also, because they have TOEFL class, you could be exposed to many chance to improve the score needed for graduate or undergraduate school in the states. Thanks to this experience, I am preparing for GRE to apply graduate school in the US.Plus, it would be better if air conditioner is available for each dorm, not only classroom and public place.
