Danielle: Easiest, fastest, and least painful armpit wax I've ever had. I was so thankful she was able to fit 2 appointments in back-to-back. My partner had never had an armpit wax before and Ghada was comforting and super cool. Her spot is decorated well, and is very clean.Honestly, parking was the most painful part of this whole experience haha I'm not a local, so when I called because I was confused she picked up right away and was so kind. Nature Taylor: I went to Ghada for the first time and I would like to say her work is phenomenal! She’s super clean and efficient with how she gives Brazilian waxes. She wore gloves and a mask during my appointment which made me feel comfortable. The things I noticed she does different than my previous waxer which is she uses stripes instead of hard wax. Hard wax was way to painful, stripes on the other hand isn’t as painful for me personally. I enjoyed the fact she kept asking me if I’m okay during the wax and when it came to the clean up part. She’s sweet and made conversation with me and wanted to know about myself. On top of all the good things I already stated her suite is clean. When I walked in I noticed right away how clean she keeps her place. That’s always a plus and it shows she cares about how her clients/customers see her business. 10/10 overall experience & I’ll be back for another Brazilian in the future.

Rebecca Inz: I see Sabina for threading my eyebrows. I’ve always had my eyebrows waxed, but I switched over to threading with Sabina and she is the best! So kind, quick, and does a fantastic job every time! Highly recommend!
Sara Gaya: I emailed Sabina the night before to make an appointment for the next day and she responded quickly and was very accommodating. She was already waiting for me when I got there and saw me right away. I had a nice conversation with her as she did the waxing. I did underarm wax and Brazilian. It was my first time getting Brazilian and her kindness made it much easier to handle. She is professional and kind, I would definitely recommend her!Some things to note:-she currently only does appointments-her location is inside the hair salon-it’s best to reach her either by calling or emailing. If she doesn’t answer a call, keep trying. Her phone doesn’t receive voicemails so don’t leave one-she takes either cash or Venmo. You may want to ask her how much the services will cost beforehand if you plan on paying cash.

The first time I had to wait 20 minutes for her to come to the salon, and the second time I called her and she told me to come back the next day, even though her store hours said she was open.Eyebrow threading takes 5-10 minutes to do, so Ive never made an appointment, as salons all over the country take walk-ins. I’ve also never paid as much for eyebrows as I paid her, even when I lived in NYC / LA. And she also doesn’t take credit cards. For her price point, would expect her to be more accommodating.I ended up going across the street. They did a great job, $5 cheaper.

I tried to call back to speak to someone else and she declined my phone calls. I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible service from the jump.Edit: I called back from a different number and told her who I was and she apologized. But that was still very unprofessional. I’ll change my review to a two star.

I was not happy when I got up from the chair to see my left eye lid cut from threading. There was no hair in that area in the first place. I was very disappointed in this salon. Do not go here, nor use the Groupon for their service. The person even over cut my right brow and created a nip in between my arch, now it looks like I have a gap in my hair. This place does not deserve the ratings it has - it is also deceiving how Yelp does not show the recent bad reviews.

Agne truly cared about getting every single hair for me, and made sure I was happy before moving to the next service. Agne was easy to chat with while she was waxing me. She used a fresh stick for every dip into the wax and there was no double pulling. Really a great experience.Pricing was reasonable (especially for Boston!), and the location is sooo convenient to the T. I have been going regularly now for eyebrow threading, lamination, and tint and every time has been phenomenal. Like many- I have had bad eyebrow grooming experiences in the past and was nervous to find someone I could trust to shape and clean up my brows. Akriti put all of my nerves at ease with her artistic eye and gentle touch. I came in with very full eyebrows and they completely ruined the shape of them. She took off way too much off the end now which make me look ridiculous. She also did not have any sharp edges which make it look like I didn’t even get my eyebrows done. It’s very odd and I’m so confused how she could have done this SO poorly.2- they do not pull the hair, she simply cuts it with the thread. Again as someone who has gotten my eyebrows done for 10 years, there is a different when they truly pluck the hairs out which both looks better and lasts longer. She uses the thread to cut the eyebrows which also causes a lot of friction against my skin leaving more redness with poor results.If you are Indian and have good eyebrows- do NOT go here!!!!!

I am glad to know they are around for an emergency cleanup. Back to my search again.***update 11/11/20: I experienced two ladies that I really like. For me to like a "threadist" 🤷🏾♀️, that no to little pain (it is possible and what I'm use to). The issue is the staff schedule is not consistent. They have so many locations and the staff is always moving around. All threadist is not equal. However they are the best I've found in the area.Boy do I miss my RI spot.
