She listens to our ideas and then makes thoughtful suggestions. We both appreciate the fact that Nicole doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive piece, but rather what fits your personality and lifestyle. Brandon Gallagher: First of all, Sarah Servino is A+ when it comes to customer service! I was incredibly nervous, and she was so patient with me. Helped break down all my options, explain the difference on cut/clarity/color. I had no clue! She proceeded to casually touch base, and keep me updated as needed through out the process. Then the most important part of course, based off Sarah’s guidance and expertise, the ring was beautiful and exactly what my fiancé was looking for! I would recommend m. I promptly returned and they told me that it must have been loose before (I can assure you it was not...). They are unable to fix the setting despite saying that any jeweler would be able to repair. The women working were not the owners but they called them to inform them of what had happened. Their ultimate guidance was to not wear my ring and to take it back to the original place of purchase (which is out of state and not possible due to COVID-19 travel restrictions)... All in all, if you care about your jewelry, do not go here. Terrible experience and no accountability by staff or owners for rendering an important piece of jewelry unwearable.

Richard Kelley: My husband and I really enjoy working with Natasha and Jose however, I do think Cartier needs to hire more sales people. The last few times we popped in and bought something we were told we should really have made an appointment....this is tough to swallow because we had no plan of buying jewelry those days but decided to get a trinket after brunch plans.This time we tried to make an appointment but the online system was cumbersome and no one answers the phone at the boutique. I understand they're likely trying to limit the quantity of people in the store but it shouldn't be such an arduous process for the customer to make a purchase.

Linda Gadourey: I had my diamond reset for my 30 year wedding anniversary. The new setting had diamonds on the side. I had the ring less than 24 hours. One of the side diamonds fell out of the setting. I brought the ring back to have a new diamond put in its place. Again less then 24 hours after I picked the ring up. They worked on the ring. The sales rep told me "this was not her fault" no apology. Bad workmanship bad quality. I waited three weeks for my new ring for the diamond to fall out. Please do not shop here if you are looking for good quality and good workmanship. Barmakians ruined my 30 year anniversary. I am still stunned that the diamond fell out. Thank you so much for responding to my review. I am grateful that your company responded to my review, and will shop there in the future. As this was for a monumental milestone - I was very emotional about it. I do think that your store has good quality I think it was a fluke. Your recovery was wonderful. Barmakians made it right. Like most people in my position, I had no experience with what to look for. After hearing multiple positive reviews with Barmakian Jewelers from close family members, I decided to go see for myself.After my first meeting with Murat, I realized how lucky I was to have met him. Murat helped me understand the value of a diamond, and with his expertise, compared a variety of diamonds within my price range. Actually seeing the diamonds side by side, I was better able to make a decision. Considering the significance of my choice, Murat remained patient and was more than happy to accommodate my request to either view other types of diamonds or answer my, albeit naive, questions.With no pressure to make a purchase, I was given great advice to think over my options and come back when I was ready. Returning a couple weeks later, I went ahead with purchasing a beautiful round cut diamond that my girlfriend had her eye on. Murat provided some advice and options for insurance and after asking where I was planning to propose, gave me a pouch for the ring so as not to ruin the surprise with a box shaped object in my jacket (I planned to propose on a mountain).I proposed to my girlfriend a month later and she said YES! Every time she puts on her ring on she lights up and smiles.I am truly grateful for Murat's professionalism, expertise, honesty and his polite demeanor. He made my experience enjoyable and my fiancee very happy.When I next look for jewelry, I'll go to Barmakian!

Amber Cary: After a quality debacle with my first engagement ring, we came here because multiple friends had excellent experiences and highly recommended them. We were not disappointed! A now retired jeweler reviewed our budget and provided us with options for a stone after discussing the style I preferred. The ring was ready within a couple of weeks and let me tell you, it sparkles like no other. When it was time to buy our wedding bands we returned and work with Murat, a manager with over 20 years of experience. He took great care in helping me select a band that would look best with my engagement ring, considering cut and shape, and spent a lot of time with my fiance as he decided the weight, style and size of his band. They also resized my engagement ring at this visit while we were there and cleaned it. The rings were ready in about 6 weeks time and are gorgeous. Barmakian prides themselves on quality items that will last for years to come, and offer a range of maintenance services to keep your jewelry looking beautiful but also strong and sturdy. We are so pleased with the knowledge, thoughtfulness and competitive pricing at Barmakian. We recommend them to everyone we know and will continue to be customers in the future.
Trent Thakur: I had a stellar engagement ring shopping experience with Murat at Barmakian this year. Their selection of diamonds is unmatched in the city. If you go somewhere else in New England, odds are they bought their diamond from Barmakian and are marking it up more than Barmakian ever would. There was no pressure to make a decision, and yet I walked out with a custom engagement ring that was better than anything I expected to get because of Murat's guidance and breadth of options. We spent ~2 hours on a Wednesday afternoon looking at a number of different cuts and sizes and seeing the sparkle under different lighting conditions. Something you can never do if you buy from a Digital-only vendor like Blue Nile. Highly recommend going mid-day, mid-week as the weekends can get crazy busy. It has been three days since I proposed and my fiancé is still in shock over her ring and how much she loves it. And that's really all that matters.

I’m in love with the ring, I went back in to get beads put under the band because my finger is small and awesome service! Murat in Boston worked with my boyfriend for the ring and worked with me twice to help us fix the beads to fit me. Great and friendly service. We can’t wait to go back for our wedding bands and we recommend people go there for theirs!

Jacob Edelheit: You would think for a high end store the customer service would be better. The woman who checked out us was nice and professional but everything went downhill. We bought a ring and had it resized and shipped to us since we do not live there. There must of been confusion in the store because they called us twice to come pick it up even though they said it would be shipped. They sent the tracking information to the wrong email. Then we call to try to get the tracking information and then they said they would ship it out Saturday. No tracking information Saturday or Sunday. I understand FedEx doesn’t run Sundays but the label are printed at the store so they have the number. I call again Monday and try to get the tracking number and finally was able to get it.I would never have shopped there if I knew the trouble I was going to go through. I expect so much more out of a David Yurman store.

William Roch: I had a great experience at this David Yurman store. I went into this store location after having shopped at a few other stores in the mall. I had really no intention of buying anything, just browsing and killing time since I had validated parking. I was greeted by a really nice client advisor named Maggie who showed me some really nice pieces of jewelry. I was treated so kindly by the staff that I returned during the August tax free weekend and purchased a really nice ring. I worked with Maggie who went out of her way to find the ring in the right size, ordered it from Canada, and I was wearing the ring three days later after picking it up in store. I will definitely be purchasing more from this store, and the champagne that I received with my purchase was a pretty nice touch. Class act all the way.
Cam L.: I've had my yurman piece cleaned from time to time at this location and more often than not it looked good but it still needed to be slightly slightly touched up with a cloth. I went there today and Cinzia was able to make it look probably the best its looked since when I first bought it. Not only that but I did notice that when I first came in all of the staff were already working with other and as soon as she was done she wasted no time in noticing I was waiting and asking how she could be of help. Great service!

cindy l.: I am going to share this here since I have not received a reply to my complaint to customer service in two weeks even with a follow up email.I knew what I was going to be purchasing since I looked online beforehand and I wanted to get it engraved that were not initials. As I walked into the store, a group of sale associates just looked at me, up and down, and continued to talk among themselves while I was looking at them for help. This was on a Friday around 5-6pm, so there were a few customers in the store, but they already were with different associates. They finally sent someone over to me after a few minutes of me waiting by the entrance. I thought that experience was rude and judgemental when I knew what I was going to buy in the store. If it was not a personalized gift, I would have gotten it online! My sales associate was nice, but I felt like I was being rushed out during the process. She explained the different engravings and we confirmed twice on where I would like it. We both pointed at the location of the bracelet. In addition, she told me that it will be ready by the end of the week, but proceeded to tell me it might take longer which was fine because I was planning in advance.Two weeks or so have passed, and I finally got a notice that I can pick up the bracelet. I picked it up two days after the notice. The sales associate who showed me the bracelet wore no gloves when he took it out. He was nice, and I only mentioned this because I noticed a smudge inside the bracelet. However, I tried to wipe it off with a jewelry cloth, and it did not come off. This is minor but disappointing when this is a luxury brand and the bracelet has an ID link which can be noticeable. To add to this disappointment, the engraving placement was wrong, and I did not want to make a commotion in the store since it was getting busier. I was confused because my first sales associate confirmed the placement with me twice and I clearly pointed out where I wanted. It was on the front of the link when I wanted it on the top. The receipt also mentioned top for the engraving.This was my first visit to Tiffany and I will not be going back to this store. I will buy my pieces online instead next time.
Alyson Robinson: When me and my boyfriend walked in, we were immediately judged by the whole staff at the front door. When they asked what i was looking for i told them since I knew exactly what I was coming for. One guy helped us get the item for us.Im sad to see how some ppl got bubbles to drink when they got in the shop as I didn't. They obviously thought I wouldn't buy anything. I did.And when I came home, I opened the box to see my necklace all scratched up in the back and a bit in front too. I had to write to customer service the same day to ask for an exchange as I don't live near this place. Fortunately, I sent it back and I'm waiting for the next steps from tiffany's. But it was definitely not a great experience which is disappointing because we hear all those great stories around people buying luxury brand and being treated like goddesses. I can affirm it was not our case. Just because we were younger and did not looked like we were out of a vogue magazine.Beware of that place. You guys need to up your game and stop being so judgy towards people coming in. Not professional at all.Also, instead of talking to eachother, your staff could wipe of finger smudges on your jewelry in your counters. $$$$ jewelry in demo with fingerprints all over them is not cute.

I felt very unwelcome and judged and no one would help me except one man. I left the store happy with the product but with the environment I probably wouldn’t go back for a while.

While she was looking around to find the perfect pair, they gave us champagne and chocolates. What an awesome way to experience her birthday!!! Wie Wang and the rest of the staff are simply amazing.
