E C: 0 stars! These associates are so rude and incompetent. I came here to print a shipping label. Instead of prioritizing the needs of their customer, they directed me to call the 800 number to print a label. I had to speak with 4 different representatives over the phone who couldn't help me with a business account. I created a separate personal account online. Filled out all forms as directed on the fedex website and THEIR system sent them the label details. They were implying that I sent them the wrong label. Ummm... Your website literally sent the files to you directly. What they should have done is applogize for the inconvenience and povide better instructions to help their customer. Fix your attitude and learn how to do your job! This is unacceptable. I have had such a horrible experience that i refuse to go to another fedex again.
Michael Manfre: Team at the 211 Congress Street location were life savers! They helped expedite some Foam Posterboard items for my group in-time for a big presentation. Liz & Chris were awesome! They also saved me half the cost of the print job if I were to have it done at the nearby Hotel location where I was staying. Saved $$$.

Jennifer Bluemling: The shop hours are posted as 7:30am M-F. I arrived on time, they did not. Had to stand outside waiting for 20 minutes till first person showed up. When she did it was with an attitude of disdain and didn’t even apologize for her tardiness but acted like she was mad at me for being there. Avoid if you need an early pickup.
Anna Lang: Wow what a terrible customer service! I even told the guy that he is providing zero help, and he was like we're not full FedEx, we're here to just take your packages. I went to UPS and shipped it in 2 minutes. Even their manager has an attitude - shows up 5-10 minute late while people are standing outside waiting for him in freezing cold and doesn't even say hello or apologize for being late. This place is awful like everyone else says! STAY AWAY
Raina Dai: horrible services. If you are looking for printing. Don't come here! Their printers are low on ink but don't think they want tor do anything about it. I spent 7 dollars on a large print, got something totally useless because the inkmark is barely seen. But they won't refund me! What a shame FedEx!

Rice Frog: This place is getting dinged on the other reviews, but my experience was great. I walked in the store with a vague description of what I needed, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and what they came up with for a solution was perfect. I left faster and for way less money than I assumed. I feel like the other three customers in the store at the same time as me seemed to be getting excellent service as well.

Tom Limmer: Terrible customer service. The employee (not sure his name, but was overweight, balding and had a beard) was lazy and rude. I had to print one item and he told me to go to the kiosk. When I tried that and it didn't work because the file format (Excel) was not supported, I asked him if I could email it to the store to print. He said "yes" he could only help me in 1 hour because he was "really busy doing other stuff." Seriously? This was even more frustrating because I did the exact same service a week earlier. This guy needs major retraining or to be let go.Will never go back here again.

Judith Garcia: The only reason this is a 4 star is because of the store manager Hawa. Other than that the mail employee who is clearly being trained was mumbling very explicit bad words complaining about customers how we distract him. I was sitting in one of the work stations printing and I could clearly hear him calling us the customers "stupid r---" very innapropriate and unprofessional. This behavior needs to be rectified and at the very minimum do not have him in a customer facing role.
Lee Branch: I had a very fragile package of two silk lamp shades with no box. Henry went over and above to assure they would be secure and undamaged. The peace of mind was worth twice the price.

Rachel Hyatt: No Customer Service. Won’t help us print a label. Told us we have to use self service station and it doesn’t work. We never did end up with a label even after we dragged an employee over to troubleshoot. Choose a different location or a different company.

A B: Shipped items got a receipt luckily. The staff packaged the items and paid for shipping with insurance. Once it got to the destination. I get a notice saying my package was empty when delivered. I would like some accountability for this on the teams part. I’m skeptical to go to this place again. if I had four separate packages pilfered on site or through out the delivery process. I really don’t feel comfortable going to this location or using this carrier. Things usually happen like this due to staff onsite. Some accountability please revise cameras.
Sam Ronkin: Hard working team that gets the job done. Come here to ship and drop off FedEx packages. They have everything you need from a FedEx location. Parking can be tough in the area.
JJ LL: FedEx makes shipping internationally prohibitively time consuming and expensive; and employees in this branch are aloof and unaware. We use DHL for Europe and now Asia too.
Shanelle Robertson: Charles and his team were amazing! We called last minute to have a poster made and delivered to our office and everything from the customer service to the delivery of the poster went above and beyond expectations. We are very happy and will definitely be calling back with more orders soon (hopefully with more lead time, but we are so thankful for the excellent hustle!) And the poster looks great!

I had issues with the delivery of my package that was supposed to arrive one day before a major conference (ironically with FedEx delivery). I came to this location in desperation and Jorge took care of my printing needs. This employee deserves a raise and a promotion!

Alex Sheldon: I loved my experience at the store! Brian was probably one of the most helpful customer service reps I have ever worked with! He helped me reformat my image to print and helped me identify a better type of paper and photo file to use and the result was fantastic! He helped me probably for about 45 minutes and approached the print job with high energy and enthusiasm. I also noticed his ability to show a similar level of energy with other customers who came in. Great experience! Will be back!

I work a job where I actually have to send and ship packages also they are always welcoming and provide great service no matter the need. I always see Brian there and he works basically every day it seems. I would highly recommend this fedex office location to everyone because it’s convenient. However a lot of homeless people do tend to be around that area begging for change and smelling horrible so hopefully that changes in the area soon.
Julie Boyd: We have used this location to print almost all of our in-house posters. The team at the Tremont St. location has bent over backwards for us time and time again. Summers and DQ offer us amazing customer service, dealing with our last-minute changes in a professional and helpful manner. Great job!

Last December, I was looking for a place to print a poster, I only had a couple of hours before my presentation; the manager, Brian worked so hard to have my work on time. He was then rude, continuing to do other things while I waited to ship my package. When I asked for help he said I would have to wait. Bad customer service, poorly run location.
B H: I’m very unsatisfied with the service at this specific location. The employee was so lazy that he wouldn’t fill the printer with white paper so I could print my documents. I spent $5 and waited for the employee to refill the printer, when I asked him about my issue he would say “I would will be right with you”, and continued to have casual conversation with someone he knew. This location the most unprofessional and unreliable place I have ever encountered, I will never go back to this place ever again!
Paul Laing: Very disappointed and unhelpful staff. Judging by recent reviews management needs to step in. Wanted to drop off an item being returned in the original packaging and was told I would need to buy filler material to protect the item more. This was completely unnecessary, the box was purpose designed to carry the item, and was a faulty part being returned. I have returned similar items in the past without any issues from this very location. Simply going to use a different Fedex location. Stupid waste of time.

Waited for him for 10 mins hearing him laughing with his friend on the phone. I was going to be late for my meeting so I left. Came beck after the meeting and in the process of shipping my package he wrote my name wrong and refused to fix it. Even though I told him that he got my name wrong earlier and he started saying “ it’s in the system and I can’t change it” seriously fedex!! Hire some professionals who can make us feel confident shipping important documents.

C J: Just go to the FedEx next door in the Westin to avoid paying an extra handling fee at this location. Also, the location information is a bit off. It's not in the middle of Hall A, it's on level 1 of the building on the west side, above Hall A. I tried editing the location info but Google refuses to accept my edit. Thanks Google, nice job.

You can find a Fedex shipping center across the bridge right off summer St. Similar as other reviewer, the staff was friendly and professional when he explained the reasoning for the fee due to location.

Lacey James: This location is inside the Convention Center and charges an additional handling fee for Ground and certain other packages, irrespective of having a prepaid label. That said, the customer service representative was very kind and thoughtful, offering other locations nearby that don't charge handling fees.
Rob Vernon: Kevin is a good guy, but the nerd with the glasses takes his job way too seriously. He seems to get his jollies off of people shipping beer and busting them. It's probably how he justifies his boring life while citing state AND federal law and the amount of the fine. Get over it. I can tell you are a well liked guy with many friends, probably an interesting hobby or two. If I was that proud of busting people for shipping beer, I'd seriously reevaluate my life. Oh, and of you read this, you didn't bust me the past three times you shipped beer for me, a lot of beer. Also, he said he was going to call trillium to tell them to stop doing this...again. This nerd has called a brewery more than once to tell on people for shipping their beer. Yes, trillium; stop making beer, because this nerd gets offended. What's wrong with you?
Alanna Meola: Horrible. Spent almost an hour waiting in line as it was just after a conference and there is no FedEx location closer to my office. Waited patiently in line, while everyone else complained about the wait. When I got the the front of the line, I was told there would be an additional handling fee because I was at the location after a convention. I was told that they tell all local offices that there is an additional fee and not to come during a conference. Worst part is that I called before I got there, and no one ever answered. While I was waiting, I heard one of the FedEx employees listen to the phone ring and never picked it up. He then stated proudly "the person on the phone can wait, I'm dealing with an important customer." That's great, until it's someone who wish they could have saved 40 minutes out of their day if they just picked up their PHONE! Will never go back to that location and am not going to use FedEx for this small parcel item that I need to be delivered because I'd rather give the money to a company that will not waste my time.

Megan: Everything everyone in these comments are complaining about is standard for EVERY shipping center in a hotel or convention center. You can go off site and spend 20 bucks on an Uber and not pay your handling fee and then pay another 20 bucks to avoid it I guess.I have used their services for a few years now for a yearly work trip. The employees here are kind, helpful, and go out of their way to assist us every time. Working a convention is stressful and the employees make sure that shipping massive amounts is as painless as it can be.
Brian Szuksta: Don’t be fooled by this FedEx center. I had a label already printed and they wanted to charge a handling fee on top of that because “they are a FedEx within a hotel”. Like many others, now that I read the reviews, I laughed and walked out.

Chris T: It took 15 minutes to ship two small boxes that would normally take 5 minutes at another location. Went through the verification process (had the right address and name) and paid, then my packages gets returned a week later for a “bad address”. I always write the addresses of my packages in sharpie on clean white paper. I think the associate changed the address and wasted my time and money. This was a package to console my grandmother (her brother is in the hospital) for Valentines Day, that I sent a week in advance. Now it’s gonna be a week late. This Fedex site isn’t worth visiting. The workers there are slow, seem unhappy and, for whatever reason, scam folks. Use a different one.

Justin Bailey: Horrible experience I don’t recommend it for anyone just turn around
Greg Richardson: Quick and painless. They provided me with a shipping envelope and although there was a $2 handling fee, the ground shipping was cheaper than the quote I got on the FedEx website.
Brad Campbell: To find, go to the second floor of the Marriot in the elevator lobby. It is just a door next to one of the elevators.Also note they charge $10+ per package based on weight to ship from this location.

When he was done with his business I asked if I could leave a prepaid, labeled USPS small box for the mailman. "There is a $2 drop of charge inside the hotel." I told the gentleman I don't think so and walked out. Found a mailbox around the corner. I will never use this Fedex location unless it is 20 below outside with snow blowing sideways.

Anne-Marie: Don’t go here - there’s a fee to drop off packages even if they already have a shipping label! But at least the sales associate was very friendly and upfront about the fee, providing me an alternative store address to visit.
Tej Shah: This is NOT a real FedEx location. This is just an outlet owned by the hotel. They will charge you extra handling fees even if you have a prepaid package. This is extremely misleading and should be removed from Google maps.
