Annie Alto: I would give zero stars if I could. Putting faith in this company may ruin your life. I know for me it has had a huge impact on my mental and physical health. I called them at 4 weeks pregnant for prenatal paternity testing they were the first call I made, they scheduled my sample to be taken at 7.5 weeks. The testing center they sent me to was horrifically unprofessional, I expected a doctors office and was greeted instead by an office space straight out of the 70s with one employee. The woman who took our samples didn’t even wear gloves when taking the mouth swab and had to root around on a cluttered book case to find the materials to take my blood sample. I waited patiently for my results and paid my $1800 and the day my results were due after checking my email all day was emailed that my results wouldn’t be ready for an additional 4 days with no other information. When I reached out the woman I was connected with on the phone about the delay was sarcastic and Not empathetic, she also didn’t have a clue what happens in their labs. I was transferred to a supervisor who placated me with kind words but also had no follow through and did not call me back on 2 occasions when he promised he would. At this point I have been informed I most likely will not be given results at all. They will refund my money but it in no way makes up for the last 2 months of anticipation and disappointment during an already difficult time. This time and information was crucial to my pregnancy and determining the future of my life and my babies life. These people are nothing more than cons and monsters. I urge you from the bottom of my heart to protect yourself and use any other company.

Deena Adams: BMC called from apparently the wrong genetic department less than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time to cancel an appointment that was made months ago. After hours of calling multiple times and sitting on hold to figure out what genetic department was supposed to schedule me, I was also transferred endlessly, they were finally able to figure it out but they that scheduler was out of the office for the day. Finally got a call back the next morning, only to be told that I need to now be placed on a waitlist which is approximately 6 months out from this point before they can even schedule me for an appointment. I had taken time off for this appointment and couldn’t even receive an apology from BMC. Definitely would not recommend as I was told from a provider there that this is not the first occurrence.

I work with doctors professionally on a daily basis and have encountered many throughout my previous medical issues, but I have never met as compassionate a doctor as Dr. Ashley Petterson. She has an excellent bedside manner and truly cares to find a solution to her patients problems. This doctor far exceeded my expectations and went well above the call of duty. I also had the opportunity to meet her medical director, Dr. Craigo, and feel she is equally as compassionate. Overall, I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received while at Tufts MFM!

Dzmitry Hliakau: Holy cow...these companies are becoming increasingly powerful and increasingly disrespectful to people. The online info clearly states "Walk in Only Boston Fenway" and upon arriving you will be turned away unless you are Fenway Health customer. What kind of kickbacks does Quest receive at the location to tell the other clients to leave without any tests. First they monopolized the market in Boston - now they create the rules out of the blue. Clearly shady things are going on behind the doors. We are in Boston but receiving a treatment like these people are godsent and we are lucky they even talk to us. I would say never go to Quest - but do we have any other choice here? We need a competing company to treat the Quest market hijack, otherwise this will only get worse.
David E.: Frustrating to come here to get blood drawn for an emergency hypertension situation - only to find out they are not open to the public at this time. Now I have to wait until Monday. It's insane that such a facility is open only during limited hours in the first place.... And doesn't update info online for the public.Don't pay attention to any of these so "called responses" to complaints on this page. It's all for show!
Hans Butler: Super frustrating because the Quest Diagnostics apps and website stated this is a walk in only which is perfect with my schedule and after you spend an hour getting there they tell you they’re ONLY doing walk ins for Fenway Health patients. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOURE TRYING TO WALK IN AND ARE NOT A PATIENT.

Mariana Jimenez: Had a young asian woman who couldn't find my vein and literally turned the needle while it was in my arm and proceeded to stab me multiple times (pretty sure this is not how you find the vein, you need to take the needle out and then reinsert). Then she yelled at me for not drinking enough water but when she went into my other arm the blood squirted into the vile... these people need to be retrained on how to take blood and how to have good manners.
Tim Benoit: I was initially hesitant due to the all of the negative reviews but I had a great experience with a Saturday morning blood draw here. There were a lot of people already waiting when I arrived but the line moved quickly. Convenient , quick and easy.
Aimee Bielot: Felt the need to review since some of the prior reviews almost scared me off from going to this location. I went in around 5pm thinking it would be busy after work. I was greeted kindly and got in within 60 seconds. The lady who took my blood was kind and efficient. I would go back to this location and recommend to others.
Jackie Fischer: I had a very pleasant experience at this facility. I went during lunch hours and only waited half an hour which I thought was fantastic. Both women that I worked with were very sweet and the facility was clean. Khadija (sorry if I am spelling that wrong!) drew my blood and was fantastic. I did not even feel the needle go in and I have terrible veins which usually causes a problem for phlebotomists! Definitely will go back if I have another need for blood work.
Ella Smith: It was a very frustrating experience getting test done at Quest diagnostics. I have a doctor’s order and made appointment at Quest lab in Arlington. When I got there, they reviewed the doctor’s order, entered information on line and handed me a stool collection kits. They told me that I can drop the specimen at any Quest lab. A week later, I went to Quest lab in Fenway. After check in, the technician told me they can not find my doctor’s information online. They need my doctor’s fax number. I had to step out, made calls and found the fax number. I then need to check in again and waited to be seen. After the technician entered my information in her computer, she took my order and the specimen. I asked for a receipt or confirmation, but was told I will receive it in my email. Now, 4 weeks later, I have not received any confirmation nor my test results. Of course, I can not find a live person to ask questions. My entire experience exposed how poorly Quest lab trained their technicians and how their online system is broken. Very disappointed
C McC: DO NOT COME TO THIS QUEST. Employees are incompetent. They refuse to communicate with patients and other offices within the building. They made me play telephone for them between floors. There were also several other people waiting for appointments that were having issues who were not receiving attention or proper communication. They also send you to other offices (which if you are not a patient will not receive service)

Erin Hanahoe: Went in for a routine blood test, ended up with the biggest bruise because the women doing my lab rushed the entire process because she couldn’t find my order in the mess of papers in that office. what could’ve been a 10 minute appointment turned into an hour because of how much of a mess it is. worst experience of my life. bonnie novak: Do NOT go to Quest Diagnostics in Boston! When I went to leave a urine sample in the bathroom spinner, I found that there were 3 other peoples samples still sitting there. They were never removed. I called this out to the attention of the employee and was told "Don't worry about it. Yours has a label with your name on it". I told him that this was not ok and that often people are tested for drug use and that they could easily switch it out. Again he said "Don't worry your name is on yours" and left them all. Horrible!!!
Noor: I’ve been here twice and both times I had to wait over an hour even though I was one of the first in line and the screen said I would be seen in 5-13 minutes. My second time here I think the staff didn’t show up until 9 am, and there was a long line of people that had been waiting an hour without anyone coming in or out. I’ll never get my bloodwork done here again, the staff seriously don’t care about anyone’s time.

Brian Wilson: Used to get my draws here a couple of years back and they were nice and reasonably gentle. I am a nervous patient around needles (sweating etc, never fainted though) and they offered me a little bottled water each time which was a godsend. Fast-forward to today and the contrast is night and day. Now they have gone "corporate" it is more like a factory. Instead of a private area I was sat down in a blood-draw chair right next to an active hallway. The lady drawing my blood had to keep dodging out of the way of people moving through the passageway. Another patient who had her blood drawn was dizzy and was seated across from me. She actually had to look at me getting my procedure no doubt making her even sicker. Honestly, is patient privacy too much to ask? To top all that off they could not find my vein (despite me drinking so much water beforehand I had to run to the bathroom 3 times), and collapsed the vein on one arm. The supervisor in charge managed to get it on the second arm, thankfully. But I was bruised for a couple weeks afterwards. Anyhow, now I am 1000x more scared of needles than I was before. I am terrified to go back, but it is not like I have a choice when I need bloodwork done. I do not blame them for not finding my vein (these things happen, I guess, and newbies must be trained), but I do blame them for the utter lack of privacy during the procedure. BTW, the best blood draw I have ever had, the doctor made me lie down flat on a reclining chair (like a dentist chair). It was amazing. If you faint lying down there is nowhere to fall!

Ryanne Parisi: I wouldn't normally write a review like this, but after my experience.. id like others to just be aware. I had a wild event happen about a week and a half ago, that led me in the hospital. I was 21 weeks pregnant and my OB thought they saw a placental abruption.. I couldn't get in with a local MFM till the following Monday. I spent the weekend in the hospital, just waiting and hoping. Come Monday, the local MFM found a large endocervical polyp, not an abruption.. which was AMAZING. He put me on modified activities (basically no heavy lifting, no exercise, I was told to take it easy.) The polyp puts me at high risk for pre-term labor. And being only 22 weeks now, pre term labor would be devastating. Because the diagnosis were so different, I wanted a second opinion and was referred here, to Boston MFM. The ultrasound tech was incredible, so sweet... it went downhill from there QUICK.. The physician assistant came in saying the polyp would need to be removed... which goes against what the original MFM and OB's all say, because THAT can put you into pre term labor... she was adament... then she said , "well then they will see it and demand you have a c section". Well.... they've already seen it... and say its not going to be cause for a c section unless it grew... Which honestly, if I have to have a c section.. WHATEVER, I'm fine with it.. but I couldn't believe she was telling me it HAD to be removed. Then when I met with the doctor... everything switched to rainbows and butterfly's and suddenly I didn't need to worry AT ALL. He told me not to take it easy and just live normally.. he blew me and my concerns off entirely, mind you, I'm also dilated 1cm because of this polyp at 22 weeks. So I think ill stick with my local MFM's diagnosis and take it easy. I picked this MFM because its associated with one of the best hospitals... but was completely let down. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
Alita Bynoe: Dr. Cohen along with his whole staff are just some of the sweetest people I've ever met in the medical industry. I look forward to EVERY appointment there, they are so positive and so kind. It is the highlight of my day. I would recommend anyone to this practice they get 5 stars from me!!!
Stephanie Johnson: i have seen Dr Cohen for 2 pregnancies. He is the best! I was high risk for both, he made me feel very taken care of. He always had a friendly bedside manner and took the extra time to answer any questions I had. The staff is wonderful!
Loreal Lavigna: He did a simply phenomenal job with me when I was pregnant for my daughter. I was a very high risk pregnancy, and he made every single appointment as stress free and easy as was humanly possible. Not only that, he took the time to see us shortly after the birth of my daughter before we were discharged from the hospital. Although I am unable, but if I were to ever have another child I would be certain to see him again as a maternal fetal medicine specialist. I cannot say thank you to him enough!

Won Dong: I had a really bad experience on Boston MFM. Primary doctor referred one doctor in this hospital and I called them to make an appointment. But, it turned out that the doctor no longer worked there but they made an appointment without notice. Even, none of them told my family that the doctor was not there but just wait. Finally, my family got wrong doctor and had to make another appointment with the doctor in different office.I'd refuse the service and got out of the office if they informed this situation. Now, I got an unnecessary bill and they insist to pay it.
