Look elsewhere.The in-store associate that “helped” me wasted a half hour of my time as I attempted to return an item I ordered online using AfterPay. When I initially spoke with him he took my reference slip and attempted to return the item like I assume he normally would. When this did not work he spoke with his manager who instructed him to call a support number to process my return. He attempted to call this support number several times and then told me he could not reach them. I asked him if he was calling AFTERPAY to assist in processing the return to which he said yes. As he was unable to process the return in-store due to being unable to get in contact with AFTERPAY support, the associate then gave me three different numbers to call to assist in my return. Unfortunately the associate failed to mention that the AFTERPAY “support” he called was actually an internal FinishLine support team that specifically assist in AfterPay orders. Once I figured this out I called him out on not being clear about this and furthermore asked him why he would give me numbers knowing that they would not be able to assist me as none of the agents I spoke to sit on the internal team.This is extremely frustrating because it is a waste my time, the time of the people I spoke to and ultimately his time because had he been clear I would have left after my first interaction with him. This is a clear demonstration in what results when someone has poor communication skills and has to interact with the general public. Finish Line, you all need to do better.

My name does not remotely sound Spanish, and the thief opted to not use debit. Check the ID if it's not signed please. Pretty sure that's the correct legal process. Use your head and know the rules.

I was at the south shore mall location in braintree, Massachusetts shopping for the New Years and I stumble upon unfairly treatment within employment staff. I am a mother of 3 and I been looking all around for my daughter a pair of new kicks. She was in tears when we told we could not buy the shoes they had in stock, claiming “if we don’t have your sizes, we can’t sell to you because of the “limited quantity of supplies” which I understand but i am also not willing to pay a kidney and a fortune for something I could’ve easily got in store right here right now. The employees went caught selling the new Nike dunk lows “woman’s panda low” to a customer and lying to other customers about inventory supplies. I was denied service and kicked out of the store for questioning for her about the product. I have photo evidence to submit to this case. The creature with the goofy looking bun on the top of her head is a whole clown. The way she was embarrassing one customer...just foul. She works in a shoe store. She's no better than a customer who is struggling. She got a rich girl attitude for a fellow peasant. She was dead wrong for that. I hope she gets the right customer one day who puts her in her place.

Andrew Ho: Nikki (short girl with mask) helped me find some clothes for the winter and went above and beyond with her service. She was offering her own input on what I should wear and stuff (what was popular). I got what I was looking for and even got a food reccomendation. (Never really went to Braintree mall before so, Nikki made my first time worth it).
DontWorry AboutIt: This place is a joke, trash, and filled with grimey employees that try to act tough for some reason cause they work at Finishline. Right when you walk in all the employees are crowded in a circle like a gang when you walk in. Stared me down and didn’t greet me but the person who walked in behind me was greeted. I don’t even think this place carries Jordan Retros or Dunks cause all the employees back door them. Never coming back here again gonna be calling corporate too. This place is sad.

Jus Alm: This is for online Finish Line. Absolutely garbage. They've cancelled 3 orders of mine in 5 weeks. So guess what? No #$@!!! Christmas presents for my kids. They said they guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Laughable. They gave me $20 discount. Bought ANOTHER pair and guess what?..... cancelled again!!!! Out of inventory. Is this a joke? Why list inventory on your site when you almost never have the item? Management issues, inaccurate inventory, no Wow. Company who doesn't know the basics of inventory or how to figure it out.

Chris: Probably the worst sneaker store I’ve been to in a long time. I consider myself a sneaker aficionado, and this store has very weak minded, very rude staff. I’m sorry you rather be elsewhere, but when a customer asks you questions or looks like he or she needs help, do the right thing. They could put marmoset monkeys as sales people and the outcome would be better, sadly. If you don’t want to work there, go back to school and actually make something out of yourself. Hell atleast fake being nice and helpful, as customers we won’t know the difference. They also rarely carry my size in any sneaker I ask to try on. Might as well just buy online somewhere else.

Mama Ling: Went to return a sweater I bought last week and the guy at the register was not even trying to attend to me. Was replying to his phone until he finished. Made some excuse saying that it’s not from his store so he doesn’t want to claim it and go back to where I actually bought it from. (Finish line at rockingham) Literally had the receipt in hand saying I would do an exchange or anything. Wouldn’t help, just told me to go back to where I bought it from. I’ve never had any issues with any returns from finish line until today. His whole demeanor just screams lazy.

samuel belay: I bought a $100 shoe to my son from Finish line store located at Burlington mall, MA and a week later I went back to store to switch the shoe. I tod the manager that one of the pairshoe has a little bumper in it and it does not give comfort to my son that is why I asked him to switch with another one. The manager was primarily rude and he was not totally interested to support us. He refused to do that because I lost the receipt, but the box has the bar code on it and he could find the info on the system. However, he was totally unwilling to help us and refused to switch the shoe. I was a little bit disappointed😞 with his treatment and I asked him to talk to his manager if they can help, but he went back door and come back saying that his boss has the same feedback because of the store policy, but he was telling the lie. Finally, I spent another $95 for another shoe on the same store to make my son happy.I totally dissatisfied with their service and really recommend any one not to go that store. They have the worst customer service I ever had experianced on my life.If finish line does not have the bar code info on the system, they are on 20th century. You need to update your system to make your customer happy.
Danna Steinberg: This store has the worst customer service and management I have seen in years. I have been buying my son's sneakers there because it's convenient. I had to special order a size, and it still didn't fit. When I brought the sneakers back to the store, they said they had been worn outside, which they weren't. The right sneaker did look different from the left sneaker, and when we were inspecting them together, we realized it might have been a mistake at the warehouse or in manufacturing. I made a big fuss about them not returning them or giving me a store credit. So the manager tells me that it would be a loss for the store if she took them back. Both her and the employee were young and seemed to have no business sense or knowledge. I told them I've spent thousands in their store over the past 10 years and they've permanently lost me as a customer. Then I had to ask her do you really think that's a good business decision? And she said yes. I even walked in with my 2 sons, one wearing a pair of the sneakers from there! I would bet this store will be out of business soon. You can't treat people like that and stay in business.

Zoey Tran: Finish Line have such a poor management on “first come first serve shoes”... the shoes was supposed to release on 08/17 at 8am, people came to get in line the afternoon before the release. The mall don’t want anyone to camp outside, so they took a picture of those people that were waiting. And those that showed up at 3-4am of the day of release form a line for hours, THEN was being told to leave because it was already reserved?? I understand that the mall have their own policy, but why cant they kick those people out then tell them to come back on the day of release?? Not only that, the manager can’t even come outside and speak to us about this problem. Finish Line needs to train their managers again! This is mad shady

This place is completely mismanaged by the employees, on a recent drop, the aj1 satin black toe EVERYONE was told it was a first come first serve basis. But by the time I arrived outside the mall to line up, a security guard told me there were no pairs left because “people wrote their names on a paper and all 25 pairs are reserved”. This release has been the worst release EVER. The mall has a policy against lines forming in anticipation of a release, yet THIS specific finishline never informed us that all pairs were first come reserved which actually isn’t a thing that happens. The employees insisted that this release was first come first serve, and there was no communication as to the change of release. There is a clear disregard for the wants of the customer, someone needs to get fired from this ASAP. Do NOT support this store because it doesn't care about you or other customers.
Chris: What’s the point of being a sneaker store if you never carry any sizes for any of the likeable sneakers? Everything I’ve gone in and tried a pair hey always give you a damaged box, and dirty shoes or with stains. Other times they say they don’t have your size, I’m sorry but is sz 12 so common? Cmon you guys pride yourselves on being one of the best sneaker companies but fall so flat on your faces. It’s rather sad, this location sucks and other locations pretty much have been the same experience.

Johnny Chan: Not located in the best part of the mall with the most foot traffic but it has been here for a long time and if you want to shop here, you probably already know about it. You can order online and pick up here to save shipping for some items. The products are not organized too well so expect to find someone to ask for help.
Jeffrey Parker: So, the other day, I needed to buy some shoes. So, I went to this place in th Natick Mall. Lesson, never come here. It’s a disaster. It’s so bad you could call it the Syrian Civil War of shoe stores. Stuff was all over the place, the shoes I wanted weren’t there, and above all, th the store manager was being rude to customers and especially her employees. I was very disappointed with my experience and will be shopping at Foot Locker from here on.

William Glover: This isn't a shoe store, not even remotely. It's a tiny department of Macy's. It was staffed by a very pleasant clerk with zero knowledge of shoes, running or athletics. Total waste of time.
