Serenity Cove: I had a great experience exchanging euros for dollars in CXI Coplay Place yesterday. Natalia was very professional yet friendly. She also gave an idea of visiting Commonwealth Ave with beautiful blooming cherry blossoms.
Judi Freeman: Not only is this the best place in Boston to exchange currency, but Yong and his team are incredibly helpful, patient, and resourceful. I travel annually to Europe with nearly 50 students and faculty and this year, Yong made it possible to plan out cash needs for the many sites that required cash payments for this large group and to have the right currency and denominations for each--at what was an extremely competitive exchange rate without fees.Not only that, but they made it possible for my students to exchange money on both ends of the trip without excessive fees and surcharges.I've been using CEI's service for many years in conjunction with this travel. How lucky am I that I leave near the CEI office in Boston. It makes so much of what I do easier.
D. Crown: I needed Argentine pesos and these are not as easy to find as euros. I used their online process and got an email when the pesos were ready. The location was easy to find in Copley Place. I just used the subway to get there.
Gopi Dhokai: It was quick to put in an order, and they were very responsive about the status of the order and one currency that I needed back ordered. I would highly recommend for last minute travel situations!

Kim Campion: I've been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. For the last few weeks the site will suddenly go down, like 5 times a day. This is not good as I trade often. Today the site has been down for almost 30 minutes. Customer service is not answering, I'M SO FRUSTRATED!!! Might be time to change platforms.
Steven Wu: The worst brokerage firm ever! Sent me an email with a promotional offer, followed all the instructions to open an account and transfer money, but they don't honor it! It says the offer was from last year and cannot enter into the system, what a joke! STAY AWAY!

David Scott: The worst of the online brokers. Not only are they one of the few remaining ones that charge for trades, but they also never met a fee they didn't like, and their customer service is atrocious. They are run by incompetents, and you can be sure they're screw up something. Totally messed up an Estate transfer for me recently, and are slow as molasses. Do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere.

He took the time to explain how the stock market works, etc. I was treated as if I had a major investment already. Really appreciated that!In following months, have made a few calls to get a trade placed or with an inquiry, and yes, sometimes there have been long waits, yet everytime I get an agent on the line, they have been extremely helpful and courteous. Every time! I have seen the negative comments here, and the entitled temper tantrums because of a long hold on the phone...it inspired me to share that the dozen or so calls that I have made have been 100% terrific.
Tommy Leonard: Horrible customer service - every time I call I am on hold for over 30 minutes. I have spent the last 5 months trying to resolve an issue and they never get it right. If there was a 1 rating that is what they would get.

Dzmitry Hliakau: After reading other reviews I was not very comfortable to go visit the branch. But it was actually a very good experience. I brought some old paper certificates to deposit to my brokerage, it took around 3-4 to get assistance and around 10-15 minutes to complete forms. Pretty comfortable branch to visit in a convenient location.
Sajid: Etrade is most expensive of all the accounts I have (Schwab, & Vanguard are the others I have.) The fund transfers and trade settlements take forever. I am stuck with it due to my ESPP program, else I would have closed this account long back.

Ren Jax: Like the person said above, there is no Currency Exchange at the location the GPS indicates...not anymore.You must go to Terminal E (International Flights) where you can find a Currency Exchange located on the Lower level, outside of ARRIVALS.The exchange rate is current with the market.
B M: The GPS is wrong it is not at the 1 Harborside Dr Logan Offices- it is right inside Terminal E. I had to ask for directions 4 different times. Skip that hassle and go right inside Terminal E. There is a currency exchange carousel right inside
