amy: Me and my family have been going here for years, from when I was in elementary to college. The waiters remember you and always check in on you and your family if you come often. Nate Bessell: I was excited to stumble upon Tin Tin Buffet because the one in my hometown went out of business. In short, I paid $38.41 (before tip) for myself and 1 other adult.. including a beverage for each one of us. The beverage, a lemonade was lackluster as well as the variety on the buffet and the food itself. I’m trying to not write a long, exaggerated review but I want to let it be known that I would not come back for a second visit and I should have avoided this first visit.

Zachary Orsulak: My lunch salad included a bunch of raw chicken. I guess neither the person on the grill nor the person that sliced it noticed that it was cold and raw in the middle. I tried to be fair and reach out to the restaurant first regarding a resolution, but all I got back was a form response asking for the check number, the payment info, and a list of ALL the items that were ordered. This was a very large group order, so I don't have most of that information. Because the restaurant didn't care to reach out in person to apologize, I'm instead uploading the photos here. If you dine at Maggiano's check to be sure that your food is cooked. If it isn't, and you get sick, don't expect the restaurant to take it seriously.

Parts of the cake still tasted like they were frozen. I guess they wanted me out of there as fast as possible.Incredibly underwhelming cake and disappointed in what felt like snobbery by the waitstaff.

Breakfast potatoes were bland, did not see a shred of seasoning as far as my eye could tell. They also upsold us beverages, involving us refusing it the first time and only accepting it after we were asked again "Are you sure?", because it seemed as if it was provided complementary; unprofessional and tacky. Now for the famous Boston Cream Pie, this thing is dry... the whip cream that it was accompanied with also tasted like something you would get from the supermarket.Not impressed.

The cake itself is a warm milk sponge and is FANTASTIC even after being frozen. The cream portion is rock solid, and then that dark(ish) chocolate topper? Woo boy...glad I splurged on it.

Ngoc Lieu: I have been coming to this hot pot place for the past 2 years on my way home from work. It’s pretty much standard hot pot where you pick the broth and order from a list. This is an AYCE hot pot place. If you are new and can’t handle spiciness, just sick with House Special broth. They have a wide selection of meats, seafood, and veggies to choose from. The servers are nice and the service is prompt. The facility is decent.

T.: My favorite spot to eat buffet hot potUpdated after 4 yearsI went to this place once a month or so, but once the waitress had the audacity to stop us to ask for 20% tip minimum after a terrible service, but she couldn't even do math, over $24 of tips for party of 3 with a terrible service, and their clams always full of mud, lot of times we get diarrhea after eating here at least 1 out of every 3 times, so we stop going here. I always tip 20% but with terrible service n stopped us to forced 20% is really something, won't ever come back again.

Vanessa Smith: Literally obsessed with this place. By far best hotpot in Boston in terms of pricing, meat options, and service. All you can eat is $32 but will probably come out to around $40 a person. Seems expensive but easily a better deal compared to other popular hotpot places that charge $30 for one type of meat alone. Great options for vegetarians, i really recommend the spicy broth, it's amazing. I've been here almost every week and have been taking all my friends.
