A G: If you're looking for a company that is corrupt and does not help people like they say they do in any case they choose whether or not do their job then this company is for you I tried for over a month to contact them both by email and phone and never get any response back then when I got a response back after over a month they referred me to only one attorney who never answers his phone or emails also when I tried to turn this into City Hall they said there was nothing they could do about it and so did the local FBI office they just told me to file a complaint with the company like as if that was going to go somewhere these people may know the law but that does not mean they can break it and especially do it by denying me my right to help and getting Justice

Nicole Wallace: I contacted the office by live chat. The first thing I was asked was my name. We corresponded back and forth about tren times while I explained about my MVA and injuries sustained, then I was asked my name a second time. They asked to connect me to a live person I agreed got an automated call which directed me to a voicemail. They shouldn't offer to speak to a live person if you're getting a voicemail. Also that was five minutes ago and I still haven't received a call back. I'll contact another office.
Sarah Carmody: A couple of months ago I applied for my handgun carry permit in the state of Tennessee. I received a letter from the TN Department of Homeland Safety & Security for a disposition required for my arrest that happened in Boston, MA. This was a juvenile case from 1997 so I knew it was going to be difficult and I obviously couldn’t drive to the courthouse to obtain the certified disposition proving that my case was dismissed. I felt very lost and defeated. The last time I had to deal with this was 20 years ago; almost lost a job over it. In any case, I started searching for attorneys in Boston to help me and spoke with a few and while Attorney Steven Goldwyn was the most expensive, after speaking with him, I was 100% confident he would be able to help me. It took longer than expected but he did a great job. I highly recommend him and have saved his contact information for my family that still lives in Massachusetts. Not only have I dealt with a couple of attorneys, but I have worked for a few and let me tell you. He’s great! He’s kind, patient, and highly professional. 10/10 definitely recommend!
