Roxanne Robinson: My boyfriend ordered an edible arrangement for Valentine’s Day and nearly all my fruit was rotten. The pineapples had white spore looking specs that I’m gonna assume are mold. My strawberries (especially the chocolate dipped) were discolored and wilted. I’ve been calling for 2 days now and cannot get anyone on the phone. We have left messages and requested assistance via the website.

Dare Odumade: I love Edible arrangements but this location never delivers on time. They don’t follow the contact instructions and you always have to reach out to customer support. I have used other locations without this issue! It is only when you have to try and get your money back, they re-attempt delivery! Go to the other sites (West Roxbury, Medford, etc) if you’re in Boston.
am me: Worst experience. I picked up chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day and had it same day. The some of the strawberries were bad quality. When I called back I was transferred to corporate office and there people kept on transferring me to different agents after promising to come back and help me. They would either say they are going to look up my order number or contact the store and never come back and made me wait like this for an hr. And half and the last peeps on I spoke to promised me he won’t put me on hold and till come back put me on hold and then phone was disconnected. The worst customer service I have ever experienced esp with corporate people. I asked for manager and never got any. It’s was waste of money and with family being upset for the Mother’s Day celebration.

Robert Penny: I had placed an order on February 10th to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day at my girlfriends work place thinking it would be delivered at a reasonable time before she got off work. I understand Valentine’s Day is a busy day but this is ridiculous. I tried calling multiple times but never got through to anyone after being on hold for over 35 mins. Absolutely ruined Valentine’s Day because I had to tell my girlfriend about the surprise. Won’t be using them again.

I have called 5 times over the past 3 weeks and absolutely no progress has been made. This is absolutely outrageous and do not know what else I can do at this point both corporate and the store are incredibly rude and not helpful.
Heila O: I ordered a dipped fruit platter and birthday balloons for my daughter’s birthday and they never made the delivery. I called the shop at Noon on the day of delivery to make sure it was on its way and it took them several attempts to lookup my order and when they finally found it they said it should be out for delivery and arriving in an hour or so. Well that never happened and their tracking system online kept switching back and forth between “out for delivery” and “preparing your arrangement” all throughout the day. Completely unreliable and ruined a birthday surprise for my daughter. I’ll never order with Edible Arrangements again after this experience.

I was amazed how fast the delivery was because it’s Valentine’s Day and I assume they are super busy. And they make everything perfect! The fruit was fresh and delicious and the delivery driver was very thoughtful and polite as well! Great experience! Will definitely recommend and order again!

T R: I ordered for my partner the sweetest valentine day ever platter yesterday and I didn’t want to open it because it was a gift but when she opened it there was just 12 plain chocolate covered strawberries. None with sprinkles, no cookies or even the cheesecake. I called no answer I sent a message no response. It’s very disappointing to spend money and not get what you pay for. It’s false advertisement. I got 12 plain chocolate covered strawberries and that’s it. Horrible when you’re trying to make this a special gift and don’t get what you think you purchased.

The four are specially for Eddie, one of the managers during the week!! I'm late with this review, I hope it catches you before you place your Valentine's day order. Beware!!!!! I'd go to a different location unless I can confirm that Eddie will be overlooking your order. I had a horrible experience here. Ordered for my friends bday, while I knew she would be home to receive it ON her actual birthday. I paid for add-ons and a custom card with a heartfelt message and beautiful picture of her. They decided to set my delivery for the NEXT day without consulting me. When I called they told me that someone called and asked them to deliver on Sunday instead of Saturday. Complete LIE! If I called and said that, I wouldn't be calling to inquire about why it wasn't delivered yet and why the tracking now said Sunday delivery when my order AND email confirmation are for Saturday delivery. Now of course they go deliver on Sunday and no one is home! I call corporate, because at this point, her birthday was yesterday, so my gift is already ruined. My very expensive gift, because imagine paying almost $100 on fruit (a small twix arrangement) only for them to ruin the entire experience. I'm so upset even thinking about it and this was a month ago.Now, it's Monday, and it gets delivered, NO card (remember I paid extra for a custom card), and my friend calls asking if I sent her something. She sent me pics and the fruit were falling OFF the skewers, they were wet and soggy and had clearly been FROZEN, you could see all the condensation. The strawberries were watery, I mean completely unacceptable. I had already told corporate I didn't want it replaced, and that I'd wait til delivery to decide. I sent them pics via email as proof. The store manager Eddie calls me to apologize on behalf of the weekend staff, as he wasn't there but he did hear about it and he assured me that he had staff with him that had over 10 years experience and would do a great job. He also let me know the printer had been down (why didn't the weekend staff SAY that when I inquired the first time and refund me for the custom card instead of sending a BLANK card that caused the recipient to play guessing games?). Anyway, Eddie had a beautiful and delicious arrangement delivered, with the custom add-ons and custom card. She was so happy (I'm sure she would've been happier if she received it on her birthday and not 3 days later). The original mug it was delivered in was also CRACKED and glued back together. Just complete nonsense. Thank you again Eddie!!!!

How could they just gave over hundred dollar to a total estranger just to say that it was delivered? Why not even bother going to the right address? No phone call, was sent a photo of the supposed “delivery” in which there is no package even in the photo. Tried calling the shop it was ordered from and the corporate office with zero response. I will never give them my business again as they have completely wasted my time with no regard for their customers. I understand the holiday is busy but to just leave packages that get stolen and to not even try to help your customers is a joke.

justin Rubio: Wife got this delivery for my birthday since I was stuck in hotel after daughter had brain surgery and couldn’t do anything. She called and they specially told her they would bring it upstairs so I wouldn’t have to get my daughter out to pick it up. She got notification it got dropped off but never got delivery. Finally called front desk and they said they just dropped it off at front desk (1.5 hours later) called down and they said it was there. Had to get my daughter in her wheelchair and go downstairs to pick it up and the balloon was popped in multiple places and food just sitting out in open with everyone walking by it. Unacceptable and never going to give them business again.
Love: Zero Stars!!!..My husband was trying to surprise me with an order of strawberries. He told me he had trouble placing the order because the young lady on the phone was talking very low and he also had to keep repeating himself because she was not taking down the information correctly. They had been on the phone for some time before she announced she was “training” and then someone else appeared on the phone to “help out”. That didn’t make a difference my husband found out by calling the corporate office because when following up on the order with corporate..they COULD NOT FIND IT! Every piece of information he submitted was incorrect besides his name and his credit card information!!!! The phone number (vital information) was incorrect which made it difficult for anyone to follow up especially the driver that was delivering the package. He is very upset! And so am I!! It was a surprise that turned into a stressful moment he had to share with me making it no longer a surprise. You would think that during these hard times when people are being careful with money and saving and choosing whom to do business with...you would get the service that was deserving. First time. Bari Mattes: This was the WORST experience. SO UNRELIABLE. I was hoping to send a cupcake flower bouquet to a 12 year old staying in Boston - a special treat for a child. The reviews looked good and the website said orders placed would be delivered the next day so I waited untilThursday for delivery on Friday. I had an inkling and called to ensure hotel delivery. I spoke with Rose (the owner, I think) who told me that, despite what the website said, they could not produce those cupcakes for delivery. She said she could do a simpler variety for delivery Friday or Saturday. I said fine and asked if I should place the order in the website. She instructed me to send an email with all details and someone would call me back for my credit card info. She seemed v helpful. I did as asked. When no one called me by Thursday afternoon, I called them - and left a message. I received no reply. I sent another email. I called again on Friday. Again no reply. Needless to say, this child did not receive the gift I intended to send. Avoid this business.

Fabian Belgrave: Excellent service. On one of their busiest days (day before valentine’s day), a staff member went out of t their way to accommodate my order with a last minute extra request. She did it with a smile during the entire process. Very pleasant staff.I highly recommend this location!!!

There's no one picking up the call because the store is closed. I chose this location to order from because the store to to the drop off location is only 15 minute drive.There's no ETA, they dont have any contact with the drivers and there's no accurate information given when calling.It's not worth the money they charge for this.

The store just simply changed the delivery date without notifying me. I attempted to call the store 3 times and no answer. Osvaldo Abreu: Beware I ordered a 20.00 fruit box email promo, i asked for the promo box, then I asked them to swap out the bananas for pineapple because they prep ahead of time and the bananas are always brown and mushy. Simple enough i get to the store there is a 10.00 surcharge for pineapple I have never in my life been charge that much. A pineapple will cost you 2.99 and a bag of chocolate chips 3.50. So for less then 7.00 I could have made a whole pineapple versus 3 1 ounce pieces. What a ripe off. I’ll never go again.

Gretchen Bostrom: Pemberton Farms is great! I am especially full of praise for their gardening department who have always helped me out with re-potting plants, with questions about my plants, and buying new plants. Their selection is vast and really great quality. I rely on them for my plant needs. They have a wonderful selection of cheeses, bakery items, prepared foods, and much more. Items can be pricey but their service is great and I don't mind paying a little extra to support a wonderful, local business like theirs.

Kathleen Byrne: They lost me today. I went in to buy rice krispies for a snow day activity for my kids. A family size box was $9.99. The same box at target is $4.79. I know shopping local will be more expensive, but that mark-up is more than what I am willing to pay.
V.S.: My go-to place for wide variety of healthy foods and spirits. Nice selection of meats, cheeses, and wine. Friendly and kind staff. They make the best ham & cheese croissants in their bakery section. Produce could be fresher, but no complains otherwise!
Alejandra Rodriguez: today (3/12/23) my partner and I went to get some groceries. We both has face masks on. We got two bottles of wine and got carded by the cashier. The cashier barely glanced at mine, but took my partner’s ID and put it in a machine. The cashier kept staring daggers at my partner. My partner was wearing makeup. On their ID my partner has a beard and says they’re male. The cashier kept staring and wouldn’t complete our transaction and called a manager. I askedthe cashier if my ID needed to be scanned as well. The cashier just said no. The manager asked my partner to pull down their mask and gave a thumbs up. This was humiliating. The manager did not apologize. The cashier barely whispered a “sorry about that.” I don’t think we’ll ever shop at Pemberton again

Nicole: Terrible service. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my sister as she's just experienced a loss and I live a few states away. The delivery person called the recipient to ask if they could leave it outside of her home as she wasn't there and she said yes. I received a delivery confirmation email, but they actually did not leave it for her. Why would you mark it as delivered if it was not? By midday the next day she still didn't receive anything so I called corporate to confirm if it was going to be delivered since the store number is an automated message. They spoke with the store and confirmed they would deliver it the same day. Later the store called the recipient saying they couldn't deliver it today. I wouldn't even be mad if it needed to be postponed but it should have been communicated, because it looks like if I didn't initially call and ask they were never going to actually deliver it. Corporate was really nice and helpful and was able to just cancel it and refund me
Gerryk143: Absolutely horrible experience. Paid extra to have delivery on Valentine’s Day and specifically asked for them to be delivered after 3pm due to recipient not working until 3pm at the hospital. Order was delivered at 10:30am!!! I called and was on hold for 1.5 hours and finally received a rep. Was told they would call me back and never did. On top of all this, the balloon I paid extra for wasn’t delivered with the order. Will never order from this location again.
Katharina Jordan: Amazing floral bouquets and arrangements, perfect for any occasion or design style, so many different color and flower selections. You pay for the quality, but for a special occasion, their selection can't be beat
Rieng Kim: My boyfriend buys from here every other month. And it’s been so sad to say that they have been slacking on their chocolate cover strawberries. They use old and just about rotten strawberries and just cover it with chocolate and think people aren’t going to know. They lose a loyal customer. Very sad they don’t use good quality fruits for the high price they charge. This happened one too many times

Ordered for multiple birthdays and it seems to never be delivered on time although we are always ordering within the time frame for it to be delivered “same day” as they advertise. Also received my valentine’s day gift a WEEK late due to them. Still got charged for it btw even though it was their error. Don’t recommend ordering from them!
T Tran: 2/14/22: I wanted to have a surprise arrangement delivery for my girlfriend at work for Valentine’s Day. I ordered a bouquet full of roses, and a tray of strawberries. Only the box of strawberries and a half deflated balloon arrived to her. Which was strange because it’s not the full order but it’s a holiday so I understand that it’s prob super busy. So I waited all day, maybe they’ll deliver it a second time? I called many times and left voicemails and NO ONE answered. Was put on hold for over half an hour and still no one could help out.2/16/22: Her work then received some flowers 2 days after V-day. And of course she was off, not there to receive it personally so that was pointless. And the flowers received was almost wilting and looked NOTHING like what I ordered or was supposed to get. To me it looks like scrapped flowers that nobody bought so they used that to make it up instead.But biggest disappointment is that my gf was so bummed out and sad she didn’t receive any flowers for V-Day. I don’t usually write bad received but this is terrible service.

Abigail Moore: I wanted to surprise my brother and sister-in-law with an arrangement while they were vacationing in Salem, MA. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to their hotel room only to learn that they had checked out earlier that day, and I had mistaken their vacation days. I was quickly notified that Edible Arrangements was unable to make the delivery and I received instructions to call the store. I called the Medford store, explained what had happened, and they were extremely kind and helpful! A new arrangement was ordered (at no extra cost!) and will be arriving to my brother and sister-in-law's home 5 states away! I am so thankful to have ordered from the Medford location, they offered A+ customer service and are true professionals!
