Christina Feeney: I can not say enough good things about O'Brien's. We had services there a couple of weeks ago for my father and they made it as easy as possible for my family. They prepared everything beautifully, checked on us multiple times through the night to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything, and overall did a phenomenal job. Mitch went above and beyond and made this time much less stressful for us. We have been to many services here and every time they have gone smoothly and were beautiful. Thank you all so much. I wish I could give a higher rating!

Nicholas loPriore: My dad recently passed away and we wanted to go to a familiar place in Boston. We had known Langone for a long time. We got a call right away from Dino one of the directors after my dad was picked up from our home. He was very kind on the phone and very professional. We made an appointment for the next day to go over our details for the services. Dino was right on-time and took us upstairs to the office. He explained everything to us in detail about the services and was patient and understanding. He helped us right the obituary, pick out a casket, and set up the time of the service. we left feeling very confident, and he could not help us enough. on the day of the wake Dino and his team set up the room very nice with all the flowers placed just right. He took us in when we were ready and help my mom's hand the whole time. he again made us feel very comfortable and was patient with us with details. After the wake they helped us carry out flowers and anything else we needed. the day of the funeral was like precision. everyone was on time the Limo picking us up at the location where we were eating afterwards, the services, and the ride to the cemetery. Dino stayed with us the whole time and was helpful with the flowers we wanted and where we wanted them, to holding my mom by the arm comforting her.going here was one of the best experiences my family had especially when dealing with such a big loss to us. I cannot thank them enough for making a sad day flow so easy and helping my family through the loss.

Dan Luo: I know them from one of the social worker. I wasn't expecting they willing responsed within 15 minutes after I filled up my information and my questions online. Dino called me and email me the details information. We set up the meeting for pre-planned. I glad I did the pre-planning, when the time is come, all I have to do just give a call. Rob is the one take care of my mom, from arranged meeting, my mom's documents, clothes, and pictures, etc. He responsed me even passed 6 pmb and weekend. Nothing more for a big thank you. His sense of humor with no harm pulled me from sorrow. Tumd up!

Beverly Ortiz: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dino and Peter was absolutely phenomenal. From beginning to end, they handled my grandma's arrangements with the utmost care and respect. She passed away in Texas and needed to be transported back up to Boston. There was a hiccup with getting that done but Peter was quick to the rescue and resolved everything in a heartbeat. Communication was fantastic and they always answered our calls. I come from Chinese roots but raised the American way so my mom and I weren't entirely familiar with all the tradional customs of a Chinese funeral which my grandma would have wanted. Dino and Peter had no problem educating us on all of it! We are incredibly grateful to them and their staff. Everything went smoothly and our appreciation for them goes beyond measure.

Peter (and Dino) helped guide me through the preparations with detailed attention. Because of them, everything was beautiful for my Uncle and then my father’s services.
