Alicia Casale: This place is a scam. I put $50 worth of gas and it charged me $100. The man working at the counter was completely rude and yelling at us that it’s not his problem and it’s our problem. This happened to two other customers who were getting gas at the same time.

SGF Wall: Decent gas, always busy on a dangerous road but beggers can't be choosers. I was recommended the pizza at this gas station by my coworker. At first I was like gas station pizza? There's a whole pizza & sandwich shop inside. The pizza is unreal, surprisingly. I highly recommended it. Thanks for the memories cheers!

Abdel Mahimda: This company loves to price gouge its customers . In the contract it states that my ceiling price 4.59 but the problem is they always charge the ceiling price . Currently prices are about a dollar less but they continue to charge the ceiling price . To top it off they try to trap you into the contract with a 399 cancelation fee if you try to leave . Don’t fall for this scam and avoid this company . You are better off not being in contract so you can at least shop for the best price .

Jim DiBurro: NEW CUSTOMERS: STAY CLEAR OF PETRO AT ALL COSTS. Never in my life have I encountered a more unprofessional business than Petro. It all started with locking into a contract. the vast majority of oil companies have them. The issue was they would "top off" my tanks every 5-7 days... Completely unnecessary behavior, to the point of spilling oil over the top of the filler and into my basement. We called to put them on hold, which they agreed to do as deliveries were too frequent. The NEXT DAY, they top us off again for ~10 gallons of fuel... No one at the service dept had any idea how to control their workers in the field, and for that reason, along with the subpar customer relations, they are the worst heating oil company you could possibly get in a contract with. After numerous frustrating phone calls, we decided to cancel our contract due to their ineptitude, and we are met with ~800 dollar cancellation fee... DO NOT make the same mistake I did, sign up with anyone else if you value your sanity

Saman Pezeshki: Similar to what others have noted here, this company will do anything to be dishonest and scam you with your bill. Not only are they one of the more expensive rates in the area, they sent me a bill for almost $1200 and stated that I had “signed a service contract” where they maintain my burner which was completely a lie. Once I asked to see a copy of my contract and where I had signed, they backtracked and said they would remove the extra $300-$400 overcharge.On top of that they screwed the autopay another time where my bill was adding up and I had to call them several times.Avoid this company at all costs.
Nora Petran: Aggressive and dishonest customer service with unfair business practices. They cannot admit to their mistakes and will make you (the customer) pay for it.
Chester Liu: Great for filling your BBQ propane tanks! The going rate right now, 5/2022, is $16 while the better known filling place in Arlington is charging $25.Pay in the front office, then go around to the tank in the back.
Douglas Pimental: Arlex has taken my home account off auto-pay twice due to their internal error resulting in a call weeks later that $800 is owed and the SECOND time that $500plus is owed. The account manager acknowledged that they had done this for a second time, that no settlement could be reached via phone, and that they'd " see me in court". If you want to get suprise bills to the tune of 1,000+ dollars from a company that randomly pulls you off auto-pay, doesn't let you know, then calls demanding the $ lump sum, then good luck go with these jokesters. Worst most rude customer service from a company that admitted to the same serious accounting error TWICE! I never post on Yelp but this place is terrible - with the cost of oil as it is take your hard earned $ elsewhere.
S DeLugan: Everyone at ARLEX has been absolutely the best! Their customer service department is responsive and helpful, and their delivery and service departments take the time to thoroughly explain everything. The people there make all the difference, and that’s why I stay with ARLEX.
