V: The first time I met Micol is in a big office with a wall is full of awards and certificates. Since my first attorney is not familiar with student visa F1 reinstatement, I searched the internet who is adept in this aspect, then I am so lucky to find Micol.She is very friendly, responsive, sincerely, and helpful. She jotted down all the details I mentioned and she quickly organized in her way to help you analyze. She will tell you the truth and give you well-informed ideas and suggestions! For example, in my case, it would be very hard to do the F1 reinstatement in a short time (maximum 18 months ), so she suggests me to go back to my country and re-apply the visa. Not only i was strongly discouraged from applying for this category (without reviewing my case in detail) but was also advised to apply for a different sub-category (O1A vs O1B) than suitable to my case. Looking back at service provided, now as O1 visa holder living in the US, I would not recommend this company and their services as their knowledge seemed to be pretty basic compared to others specializing in O1 visa & having more individual approach.

We never sent you any docs to review for free cause we haven't even started the process yet. Future advice: try to build some rapport with a potential client rather than pushing them out the door with your money hungry antics ($500 for in person consultation). I have been living and working in Boston for over 15 years. I believe my English isn't that bad to had had to repeat myself five times to make my story clear. Either she can't understand English, or she couldn't understand the story. Please find a better front desk assistant or a paralegal, and if not, you will lose a lot of your business.It's clearly not about the accent. It's about attitude. Unfriendly, Rude, and Impatient have nothing to do about the accent. Terrible customer service.
