Golfers' Warehouse: what do users think?
Josh Golden: Excellent service and experience! They ordered me a club that wasn’t on hand and I was able to use a demo one in the interim. Would recommend!
Lou Mattuchio: Great place, there to buy a set of clubs for my son. They measured him and gave us a few options, there was no hard sell and they were very helpful.
Robert Wojnarowski: A veritable Disneyland for golfers! Offering an incredible array of golf merchandise A to Z, proffered by an expert friendly staff, no golfer should pass the opportunity to visit the Golfer's Warehouse...highly recommend!!
Liz Devlin: If you are looking for discount prices (hence the Warehouse name) this is not the place
THOMAS TAYLOR: Great store nice selection. Nice salesmen ask for Johnny D
Angelina Camacho (Angie C): + Very Friendly Staff... who will not show even a twinge of annoyance when you walk in 30m before closing like we did.+ Sales... They will sell you what you need and they won't oversell you on stuff that you don't. Offered to special order if needed pretty readily.+ Checkout... "OH! You have a coupon! We'll take that!" *happiest response to a discount I've seen in the NE*? It's a bit off the beaten path. If I did not get referral, it probably would have just been a building that I have seen before (in another city) but might visit "one day"? Their prices are not the most competitive on the items that I was shopping for but we'll try to find more information on their prices, sales, rewards program and charitable engagement to see if it's built into their incentives program/community reinvestments.NOTE: That day we were already there and the staff was so nice that we made a considerable purchase buy usually I would have left. Great staff can make the difference..
Eric Phelan: Too expensive for a "warehouse".
Ed Barmakian: Very happy with the service I received. Ended up with a great set of clubs. My experience was far better than other stores in the area
Steve Mahoney: I am always attended to there. There is no pressure from the employees. I feel extremely secure making transactions there.
Ceejay Uwa: This is an incredibly racist establishment!! I walked in here with my relatives to purchase some golfing items; from the moment we walked in, i could feel the animosity, unfriendliness & racism projected towards us by ALL of the attendants in this store. The racist & unwelcoming attitude was so palpable, you could touch it - despite the fact that my relatives were in the store to spend HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of their hard-earned money! My advice to any person of color - DONT waste your hard-earned money with this racist & unwelcoming institution! If they won't welcome us, then they don't deserve our money! Take your money elsewhere!!
Chris Strassel: Good selection of new and used clubs, low-key atmosphere, space to try out demo clubs.Golfers Warehouse is a bit out of the way but worth it!
Nicholas Manganaro: Great service, helped me with an equipment fix while I waited, thank you!
john burke: I love this place, the employees are very helpful, not as big as pga superstore but you get better customer service here.
Ethan Roache: This place is awesome. Really good new and used club selection with simulators to try things out on. Employees are helpful. They also take old clubs for trade ins, which really helped when it came to getting a -new to me- set of used Ping G410 irons. Would definitely recommend
Debbi Tustin: No pressure from the minute we walked in. If we couldn't find something or needed help, we just had to ask. Perfect! We didn't want to be pressured!Very comfortable My nephew got to hit some balls and left, knowing he was going to return soon, to purchase his starter set. I wish I could buy that Wilson starter set clubs for him! We'll play this summer and he is going to be seasoned to join his golf league in high school next Spring. Thanks, to the manager and staff at Golfer's Warehouse. We'll be back and soon!Thrilled we came here!
Robert Ronayne: Great place bought new and used set to take to Florida condo. Tom C was great.
Joe Purdie: Only buy my golf equipment from here. Staff is knowledgeable and not pushy for sales. Every brand, ball, club, bag, or shoe you could be looking for. Always recommend people to come here when buying golf ANYTHING.
Mik3 Golf: I "ALWAYS" love to check out the selection of hidden gems in the used club section.
Alex Huang: Had a tip installed onto a driver shaft. Shaft broke after a few rounds. Brought it back in and the manager replaced it completely.
Bikerz Finest: My new favorite golf destination. Everyone said hi when I walked in. Awesome selection and a lot of really cool stuff. Huge selection of used and clearance and a absolute sea of golf bags. The pro in the back was super friendly showed me all sorts of new stuff and let me hit a few on the big screen. This place is great for all levels of play.
Bob Degre: First and last time in there. Service is horrible.

Club Champion: what do users think?
Joe Davenport: Had a full iron fitting today with Cameron. Highly highly recommend him. We went through what felt like 7 to 8 different shafts based on my ball speed, back spin, and launch angles. Cam did a fantastic job of getting me dialed in with my new cobra clubs! He was extremely knowledgeable on current clubs and even gave me a few added swing tips during the fitting! Excited for the set to come and would go back again in a heartbeat. Thanks again CC!
Ryan Levins: I had a great fitting experience with Bruce. He knows his stuff and I am very happy with my clubs. I have had a less than great experience getting my wife fitted. She went in for her first bag ever, told Bruce so and she was priced for an outrageous price. Pretty disappointed as they seem to have tried to upsell on a newbie golfer. Luckily, she knew enough not to hand over the credit card. We have asked for the fitting data several times and have not received a follow up email. They are not very responsive over email for her set, for regripping my driver, etc. You cannot call the location directly so communication is difficult. Tale of two experiences between the two of us.
Timothy Chepeleff: Proceed with caution. I went in to get fitted for two wedges late August and spent $700. The wedges ultimately got specced out the same as my previous wedges. 0.75" longer shaft, and 2 degrees bent upright. The fitting experience was great and as expected.Six weeks later the clubs arrived, I took them out for a few rounds, and I couldn't hit them for the life of me. Chalked it up to not playing much and it being the end of the season up here in Massachusetts. Figured I'd sort it out next season.A constant push off to the right, $400 in lessons, and _so many frustrating rounds_ later my instructor recommended that we measure the lie angle and bend them even more upright. That's when we learned they were never set up correctly in the first place. Lie angle was standard (should have been 2 degrees upright), and the length was 1" longer than standard (should have been 0.75" longer). I called Club Champion customer service, asked for my money back as agreed upon services weren't rendered, and was ultimately told "mistakes happen" and that they would be able to adjust the clubs, but that's the best they could do. The customer service rep. kept saying "I don't know what you want me to tell you, but I'm happy to keep going around in circles for another 15 minutes if that's what you want to do."Maybe I should have "known" what the issue was and checked the club specs earlier, but the reality is I shouldn't have to double check a custom club fitting companies work. I mean, I don't even have the equipment. I trusted that club champion did their job in getting the club build right. It's how they stay in business.Unfortunately their quality control failed, and I ended up spending hours of my own time and hundreds of dollars of my own money trying to address the issue. Mistakes happen, but please own up to them instead of telling your customers to ultimately kick rocks.Hopefully this review is enough to give folks a heads up that:- You're going to spend more money going to Club Champion vs. going elsewhere.- If things go well, you'll probably be satisfied, although you spent ~50-100% more than if you just ordered the same specs from the manufacturers website.- If things go poorly, you'll be frustrated, working with a company isn't willing to accept fault, making things right, and land a bit SOL.Save your money and go elsewhere. Chris Cote's down in CT is great.
john brigham: I went back for my driver/wood and hybrid fitting. As I mentioned in a previous review, it's pretty grueling. You'll be taking around 500 swings if you're doing a full bag fitting so be well rested. I was beat after about 250, so we broke my full bag fitting into two sessions. And the driver/woods/hybrid fitting was just was excellent as the iron fitting. You'll be taking lots of swings using different heads and shafts. But that's how you find the one that works best. And my irons from the first fitting were ready in 2 weeks, which is no small thing these days. I was also guided by my fitter who knew what they had in stock and what might have to be ordered and would take more time. Anyway, my only problem with this whole thing is I can't wait to start swinging my new clubs. And that's not really a problem at all. The only downside, really, is that it all ends up costing some money. Where a club off the rack might be $120 complete, just the head will cost you that much if that's what you choose. Then throw in the cost of the shaft, grip, and construction, and you've got a costly club. A costly club that's perfect for you. (For instance, I had no idea I needed a midsize grip. I can barely palm a softball.) You need to decide if that is worth the extra money.
H and H Productions: Spent 4 hours getting fitted for clubs and I cannot actually place the order. Have called 5 times. No customer service, no return calls. Its been 2 months and I can't even get the clubs ordered. Terrible company. Don't waste your time like I did getting fitted and making repeated phone calls. Apparently they don't actually want to sell any clubs.
Michael Tryba: Got fitted for a driver, 3 wood, and hybrid. Nick Fulone did an awesome job. He was knowledgeable of all clubs, shafts, grips, and was able to put together a perfect fit.
Mike Dutile: (Highly Recommend!) An absolutely delightful experience. I couldn't be more impressed with the range of options available and the professionalism of Andie and staff. I completed a full bag fitting and it was great to see the difference in performance between my current setup and all the combinations Club Champion can provide. Looking forward to using these in 2022.
Jake Cabrera: Awesome experience. I tested out a lot of different configurations when it came to drivers and irons. My fitter Nick was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. His feedback was great and the data he was relaying really painted a great picture as to what I needed to take my game to the next level. Overall I had a lot of fun throughout my fitting and recommend any golfer to go and try out club champions. They'll take real good care of you.
Michael Holmberg: Great experience well worth the investment
Jeff Galner: Outstanding experience! Nick was fantastic to work with. Personable, professional, and knowledgeable - couldn't have asked for more or better. I'm so glad I decided to come in for a fitting with him, and I can't wait to get my new weapons out on the course!
Matt Beals: Amazing experience. Nick F provided me the fitting and did a amazing job - no complains. Little pricey but is 100% worth it. I recommend to all golfers who want to take their game to the next level.
Shawn Green: I was originally recommended by Doug Gripp who has been a customer for many years. I met Bruce back in 2018. He is super well-connected in the community of golfers and pros. He works diligently with you to make sure that you are set up with the right custom set of clubs. I am looking to reporting back to him on my golf games progress after my long and short game fitting today.Shawn Green
Jay Heeezy: Anthony was extremely knowledgeable. I was very apprehensive of even doing it because I didn't think I was a good enough players to justify the fitting but Anthony made me feel very confident and comfortable with the fitting. Picked out a nice set of clubs. Anthony pushed me towards the right clubs for me not the right clubs for the bottom line so I really really respected that. I started to get fatigued so Anthony worked with me and kept reassuring me that well finish the full bag fit another day. Thank you Anthony for your professionalism and kind hearted approach suffering with anxiety daily you made a difference in my experience
Bobby Murphy: Bruce and Nick are professional with the best customer service and positive attitudes you will find in the business! No sales pressure whatsoever. And while a bit expensive.... and if you are serious about improving your play, this is where you MUST go.
Jack OConnor: Best place in greater Boston to get fitted for any club in your bag. All the latest technology and all major brands are available. Willing to make adjustments after initial trial period. On the expensive side but worth every penny. Experienced fitters make a big difference.
Fernando: If you’re thinking of having getting a bag fitting Bruce is the man. The idea of spending 3 hours with a stranger going over what works best for you sounded terrible for me but I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun it was with Bruce. I totally would recommend it to anyone on the fence about it.
Joe J: Had a full bag fitting with Bruce Drew. Maybe he was new or something at the time. He failed to do a lie board test to determine proper lie angles for my iron set. He also promoted the Srixon brand. Problem was that iron set did not include a gap wedge so he made up a gap wedge from another manufacturer that played much different than the Srixons. The 7 thru PW were fine 5 and 6 irons and GW were all dogs. $2,100.00 down the drain because of Bruce. Horrible experience !! Never again.
Brian Labow: Great experience! You will learn a ton about your swing AND get a great club(s).
Shaun Vigeant: An overall amazing experience! Bruce was easy to work with and did an excellent job of explaining every aspect of the fitting. Highly recommend!
looper 4life: Getting fit at Club Champion with Bruce Drew was an outstanding and informative experience. His knowledge of equipment and the game is second to none. Whether you are a scratch handicap like me, or a 30, Bruce will get you dialed in to what is best for your swing and game. I can't wait to get my irons and start enjoying the game again. There is no doubt I will be back again. Thanks Bruce!!Bob Pandolfi

PGA TOUR Superstore: what do users think?
Maddy Laudermilk: Went in to look for a new driver, the employees wouldn’t talk to me unless I had my boyfriend with me. Wouldn’t go back
Jared W: This store has some of the most rudest and abrupt club fitters, I will not shop there again. I came in to pickup my warranty repair and to purchase a new wedge. I went to go test the wedge and I was told to take it easy so the ball doesn't fly back, which is a fair warning, but also a risk I was willing to take. One of the club fitters rudely hollered at me to "stop hitting wedges in the booth" when I was already there for close to 45 mins. He explained to me that I will get "killed" if the ball hits me. I put the wedge back that I was going to purchase and walked out. Ive been there twice and none of the retail workers there seem interested in helping anyone, and one of the club repair workers was extremely rude the first time I came in when I bought a brand new driver. Fix your customer service and learn to appease the customers!
Matty Donlan: I do not typically leave reviews but I felt like my experience at the store yesterday needed to be talked about. I had an issue where one of my clubs broke and despite the fact that it was almost a year old and was purchased in another state, a gentleman named Heath went out of his way to make everything work seamlessly. What I anticipated to be a long, drawn-out explanation did not happen and I was able to get everything I need accomplished in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for all of the help and understanding. Kudos to you Heath.
Daniel Kelly: Went in for the walk-in fitting service and worked with Joe. He was excellent. I’d definitely recommend him if you can ask for someone. He definitely knew his stuff when it came to getting fitted. He has over 20 years of experience giving golf lessons so threw in some free swing tips. Was also just a great guy to be around, super helpful and easy to get along with. Was there for around 2 hours and am definitely going to go back to Joe if I have any golf questions.
Cook Welch: Paradise
Jack: Great store! Ask for Joe!
John Frieburger: A gentleman Joe helped me find a new club and helped me with my swing. My swing felt and looked better instantly.
Chuck Mattina: Great place to practice your swing and friendly staff as well!
Mark Kramer: Great selection, nice people.
TEDRS Tedrs: Great experience today just wanted to hit the new irons to get a feel of which direction I need to go in club wise with my next set. Bob stopped and helped me with several different options. Put some tape on irons and let me hit them. Findings were eye opening. I just appreciated the fact that he didn't look at me and decide he was gonna do minimal to assist!!
Jared Ward: I was in the market for new irons and wanted to trade in my old irons. Aidan gave me an awesome club fitting, using his expertise to help find the iron that fit my game! I was also given a fair trade in value for my old irons. Aidan was extremely pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I had a bad experience with another PGA Superstore so it was nice to have someone so interested in helping me find the right iron.
Cameron O'Neill: Awesome experience with Joe B finding me a driver. Extremely knowledgeable & got me exactly what I wanted/needed.
Thomas Melanson: Good afternoon - I visited the PGA SS in Braintree, MA earlier today (1/9/23) with the goal of finding a new Driver. I was lucky enough to work with Joe Beck who couldn’t have been nicer. Very knowledgeable, great people skills and did a fantastic job tailoring assorted drivers to my particular swing and physicality. Joe helped me narrow down my choices which was my ultimate goal. The session was also very educational and where I have been playing for 50+ years, it was great to hear some new technical aspects of both the game and my particular swing. I definitely will be purchasing from PGA SS because of my experience with Joe and the Braintree store. Thank You Joe! Tom Melanson, Braintree, MA
Nick Tessitore: If you love golf this is the place!
Steven Woodward: Friendly and helpful staffTold them I'm a hack golfer, and they gave me some helpful tips on replacing clubs
Sean Anderson: Great clubs and deals. Only problem was the service. Went in there, they gave me one of the electronic waiting buzzers and waited over an hour to use the simulator. Walked over and they were letting people who just walked in use it.
Neil Wood: Update August 1, 2022Last night, a good friend and I went to the Braintree store to get new clubs for him and once again, the service was beyond what most people would expect at a retail store. Joe Beck took the time to understand what Billy needed, how much he was playing and what his goals were.As usual, Joe listened intently, had him test a few irons until he found one he really liked. In less than an hour, we walked away with smiles, new clubs, a driver, 3 wood and a beautiful new bag. The PGA Superstore is an experience that every golfer should try. FIVE enthusiastic Stars!!!I've been to the PGA Superstore in Braintree, Mass. four times in the past four weeks. Every time, the customer service is Superb! They don't work on commission, so you never have to worry that you're being SOLD something in their best interest. They care about their customers needs and desires. The staff is friendly, helpful and know what they're doing. One of my favorite people there are Joe Beck, a former high school golf coach of many years AND a good golfer with a great personality! He helped me with 2 hybrids and we shared many fun stories. It made the entire experience so enjoyable.I also got fitted for new irons, since mine are 15 years old. Don Beers is a fitting expert and shared 90 minutes with me to make sure I got fitted perfectly. I believe you'll like this store! Prices are also excellent.Have fun -Neil
Billy Hildebrand: Thanks to Joe Beck for the outstanding customer service - he helped fit me for a new set of clubs this month. Joe is extremely patient & personable - I highly recommend asking for him.
Julie Ryan: I worked with Joe B and he was awesome. So knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. He was so helpful with my purchases. Highly recommend Joe B. at the Braintree store.
Gary Luongo: Great Golf Store. Manager Anthony was fair with my final purchase price. Sales Associate Owen was helpful and knowledgable with my choice of new Golf Irons.😀 Sincerely, Gary Luongo
Joseph Rahamim: Been there 3 times non of the sales people approached me while checking merchandise, if the had I would mention that I'm a 12 HC,

Golf Galaxy: what do users think?
Mrs. Dwire 302: I brought my 13 year old son in for his first set of clubs, and golf shoes. I do not know the first, or last thing about golf, and Matt was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help us tonight! Thank you!!
Keith Cooper: I had a fitting today with Jamie. His professionalism and knowledge and advice were exactly what I needed to help find what needed. I quickly trusted his recommendations and would not go to anyone else with my golf needs and advice to improve my game. I would highly recommend anyone to see Jamie!
John Stuart: The absolute worst customer service. I was there to buy irons and had an appointment for a fitting. Checked in and the guy behind the counter said he would be right with me. When it came time for the fitting he was nowhere to be found. The manager was no help either. This is a much longer story but I think you get the idea. They lost my business. I will never go to golf Galaxy again.
mike mcnabb: The point system is terrible recently bought gift cards for the store and the manager said they could not be Applied to my points. When you check out they tell you we don’t have access to your points. Many other options for golf warehouse stores
Ryan Capobianco: I had a fantastic 3 Wood fitting with John the other day. There are so many positive things I can say about my experience with John and the fitting. We tried a bunch of different brands as well as shafts. He was very patient and knowledgeable on what club fit me best. Eventually we were able to settle on 2 different clubs and he helped me choose which one would be the better option. Overall John is a great guy and I definitely recommend that if you are getting a fitting, you book it with John.
Darrell Glass: Great inventory. Decent prices and plenty of helpful staff. Definitely will go back for my golf items
Jon Davison: I had a great driver fitting session with John today, he was very knowledgeable and patient. We worked through a lot of different options with heads and shafts and I know I ended up with the right set up. I would recommend to anyone.
Grace Fu: Great store and service, I tried left-hand to play there and bought a skirt there.
Will Marchand: I was there recently and was set on purchasing a new set of irons. I found the TaylorMade P790s which have been the ones I have wanted for over a year, once I picked them out and got to the register it made me rethink ever picking up golf to begin with. The employee at the register kept making remarks towards me about how the clubs I selected may not be suited for my game after asking me one question about my current 8 iron?? He then proceeded to tell me how expensive they were (Only $700) and it almost seemed as if he was trying to talk me out of purchasing my dream set of irons. To finish the interaction he told me that the TaylorMade P790's are bladed irons which is unequivocally false and one google search tells you that. I have never once had a customer service interaction where a cashier is actively trying to talk me out of a purchase while making snark remarks about how he thinks my golf game does not support the irons I chose. Only gave two stars because their prices for used clubs seemed better than other stores.
jim marifiote: Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Drew: I dunno why the reviews are so bad. I went this morning with a specific putter in mind, but wanted to try a couple others. There were only two guys working the floor/registers and they went out of their way to help me and let me test the clubs at my own pace. Place was well stocked and organized, got what I came for and left feeling good about it, will definitely visit again.
Matt Keough: Has been my go to for re-grip, accessories and have bought a hybrid, Driver and now 3 wood there, honest and informative and have always left happy with service and product.
Jason Ryder: Huge store, helpful staff, but they have no left handed inventory. They only had two lefty hybrids in the entire store. Not two brands/models, literally only two clubs.
Joseph McDavitt: Super rude staff, I called and asked a question on a products availability and simply got a “no” and hung up on
John Brian Anderson: Good selection
Samuel Lazarus: Honestly no idea what the other reviews are getting at. I was helped by Scott who was super friendly, informative, and a great person all around. Would absolutely come back!
Nathan Farber: I am a golfer looking to get a new set of clubs. I walked in there with a female and asked an employee for help and he was rude to her. They didn't have the set when the website said they did.Horrible service and mean employees and I won't go back back there again.
Kelen Barinelli: I don’t like how I walk in to the store ready to by new clubs but I am a lefty so I go back to the lefty section like always no lefty clubs very upsetting walked out of the store empty handed
Claire K.: Unprofessional staffs. Asks if we need help just as a formality. (Doesn’t really try to help you.) Observed a staff swearing/shouting too.
Myong Hoon Koh: Very bad customer service
craig mahon: They don't sell driver adjustment tools, no matter what the website says.

True Spec Golf - Boston: what do users think?
Laura Hegarty: My experience was amazing! Cody was so helpful and informative fitting me to the right clubs after assessing my game. I was so happy with my experience!!
Matthew Calkins: Great service and very knowledgeable
Maria DiTommaso: My first fitting experience and I'm now a True Spec Golf customer from this point forward. Cody Booska was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and really made the fitting process a great one. He was thorough and took the time to walk me through each step of the process while taking my feedback into account throughout the entire fitting. The time and effort spent by Cody and the True Spec team is superior and already looking forward to going back in a few weeks. Highly recommend!
Greg Stanton: Cody Booska at the Boston location was amazing. He helped me find the right equipment to fit my swing. I have been through a few different companies for fittings and he was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful of them all.
Brian Bernard: I worked with Cody and he was very patient and insightful! Also great guy. Will go back when I decide to get new woods!
Mike Young: First fitting @82. Cody quickly identified a need for lighter shafts. Picked up 20 yards on my driver. Can't wait to see if I can take it to the course. Great to work with Cody. Only complaint is the wait while they build the clubs.
Andrew Niemann: Kris was excellent. He really listened and focused on my needs and preferences. I can’t wait to get my new clubs and hit them on a real golf course.
Marc Berninger: My experience was above what I expected. I went in for an iron and driver fitting. The associate made the fitting process easy and comfortable. I'm a high handicapper with limited knowledge of what goes into the current golf tech. With this in mind, I was walked through what options were available within my price range - expectations were set and maintained throughout the fitting. Great experience start to finish and I would recommend them for a truly custom fitting process.
Jordan Winnicki: Had a great experience with Cody at True Spec getting fitted for irons and wedges. He took the time to get a feel for what my goals were for the fitting and took plenty of time working through lots of setup variations. He was quick to point out setups that quickly proved to be a bad match for my swing and fine-tuned options for things that looked good. My metrics in their simulator showed immediate improvement with his expertise. Would recommend giving them a shot.
Ned Holmes: Scheduled a full bag fitting and was blown away by how thorough, informative, and fun it was. Learned some very interesting things about my old clubs and why I was having the same misses repeat themselves. I will definitely be recommending True Spec!
Patrick Daly: Got fitted for some new irons with Cody. He was very helpful and extremly knowledgeable, I highly recomend true spec!
Brian Morgan: Cody is the man. He quickly understood how to improve my drives drastically by letting me test the correct equipment for my swing. The 30 minute session added 25+ yards to my drive, and now I know I have the best driver for my swing.
Jonathan Lococo: I had a great experience at my full bag fitting with Cody. He helped me understand more about the specs to focus on and was patient as I tried a variety of club heads and shafts to find what suited my swing best. Learned a ton going through this process…would definitely recommend!
Kevin DeMeza: I worked with Cody for a putter fitting this past weekend. Overall, the experience and time spent with Cody and True Spec was amazing. I had gotten a driver fitting with True Spec out in Colorado two years ago so my expectations were high going into this fitting. I actually fit well into my current putter, but Cody gave me some modifications to make to the putter, as well as tips for ball position and set up to really sure up my putting based off of the data we were seeing. At no point did he push trying to sell me another putter. If you are serious about improving your golf game, I would highly suggest getting a putter fitting and do so with Cody at True Spec Boston!
Jon Wilcox: Very eye-opening and the education and service was phenomenal. Highly recommend Kris....
Cameron Rothfuss: Great experience! Cody was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful for the full fitting. It was nice to finally see data behind the swing, and some areas that I can now focus on and improve. Cody was able to find that perfect, brand-agnostic set that fit my individual swing, granted there is always room for improvement. I would recommend to anyone in the area who loves golf, and wants to invest in the long term improvement to their game.
Chris Bodner: I had never had a professional fitting. Historically, my experience buying clubs involved hitting a few clubs at a golf specialty store and buying the set with which I was most comfortable. It has been 8+ years with my current set. It was time to upgrade the equipment and I decided to go with a proper fitting. As with most things I do, I researched all the fitters in MA and chose True Spec as I felt their reviews were the strongest. I went with the full bag fitting (less the putter). I was very fortunate to be paired with Kris McCormack who is working in Boston for next few months. Super guy. Friendly. Personable. After warming up with my current clubs, I spent almost 4 hours hitting balls with different head/shaft combinations. Kris explained the nuances of every combination and what he was trying to accomplish. He ran through the meaning of all the data. He was patient with my numerous questions. If you’ve never had a proper professional fitting, give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. It really was a pretty awesome experience.CB14 index25+ rounds annually
Matt Cutler: True Spec exceeded my expectations. The facility, monitoring equipment and expertise gives me confidence I'm making a great choice in equipment. Cody was knowledgable from a fitting standpoint, and even gave me some golf tips. I highly recommend True Spec.
Eric Blanchard: Very good putter fitting. Technology used during the fitting was interesting. Cody did an excellent job.
Matthew Lucy: Cody was the man. Very knowledgeable and made it enjoyable at the same time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serious professional fitting.
Jonathan Belk: Cody is great. They are very thorough and I felt it was totally worth it.

PGA TOUR Superstore: what do users think?
Brian Hohn: Went into the store yesterday. Received excellent customer service from Larry. Larry spent over an hour with me on the simulator providing numerous swing tips. He was extremely patient and not at all pushy. We rotated through several different shafts and heads before I found the perfect club for me. I will be back!
Mark Gilmore: Great store, Larry was the best, gave great feedback on what settings my driver should be. Hooked me up with a shaft, will be back
Alex Pilger: Just had one of the greatest customer service experiences of my life here, not just at a golf shop. It was so great that I called a friend immediately after leaving to tell him about it. The team I worked with understood exactly what my goals were and worked with me to come up with the best value solution. I would highly recommend coming here for any perceived holes you have in your golf bag.
Matt Leigh: Always clean with great inventory. Staff is terrific, especially Larry. Will continue to buy all my golf related products here!
Chip Benson: Terrific store! Excellent help from Larry to get a new putter, and from Assistant GM Chris to get the right golf shoes.
Matt Stedman: Way better than the Braintree location! Went in to look at some used clubs. The individual who helped me out was fantastic! Larry knew what he was talking about, gave me great recommendations, and took his time with me to make sure I was getting what I really wanted. Once I finished hitting clubs I headed to the front desk to check out and the staff who help me there was also very informative on how I should care for the clubs as I purchased all used clubs. All around a great experience!
Jacob Stopka: Very good.
jackdrummer10: Amazing service, as well as help with picking the perfect clubs for me. I was able to test every club out and also offered pointers on how to improve! Larry in particular was amazing, very nice and happy to help!
Boris Alexandrov: Great store, highly recommend. My wife and I are both starting out, and went in to purchase a set of clubs. Larry helped us and was amazing! He was patient, explained things, and let us hit balls in the simulator for over an hour. I ended up picking up a great set of used clubs, a used driver, and a used putter for a great price.
Patrick McKenna: The best PGA Superstore in the Boston Metro area. Always has a great stock of anything you need, staff is friendly and helpful. They do sell some but not a lot of tennis gear for women. The club fitter was great and helped my fiancé without hesitation. He was so knowledgeable. Make sure you schedule in advance and the cost is on top of the club(s) you buy. They have practice bays you can rent out for cheap. They have a table of used balls you can normally pick at and find some good Pro V1s. Would recommend this as the best golf store I’ve been to in Boston.
Steve mullins: I worked with Larry at the PGA super store this past weekend. He was very knowledgeable and professional in helping my wife pick out the perfect putter. I Highly recommend the staff in Natick
Jake Cabrera: Great golf selections. Nice putting practice green, friendly staff who always try to assist as needed. Enjoy coming here for my golf needs.
Jack OConnor: Very large store; great selection of merchandise. Club fitting & regripping on site. All the latest technology. Worth a visit
Tom Malcolm: Tried out the new Ping and Taylormade irons. Jim was very helpful.
Eric Swersky: Golfers Paradise 🏌️‍♂️ 🏌️‍♀️
7eight1: I had a scheduled appointment to get fitted for a driver. Greg Wright was my instructor and he did a fantastic job. My overall experience was great and I appreciate his help I would highly recommend going to see Greg to get fitted for any club!
William Keeler: It's the complete one stop store. Great selection of any golf items your looking for. Friendly knowledgeable staff answered all questions. Pricing on the high side but that's normal for chain stores. I wish the floor had chairs throughout for seniors with bad knees.
David Kaufman: The staff are very helpful, a large inventory to choose from.
Rob Cohen: Ben was very helpful in getting me a range of demo clubs and setting me up to try them out. Good advice on club options and not overbearing!
Rick Flynn: 1. Club repair department lacks basic knowledge of machines/tools and how to operate them. Four people did not know how to use a swing weight scale! I asked if I could use my $500 digital swing weight scale to save time and they flat out refused.2. I paid for a full bag fitting and was fit for a driver and irons and that was it.3. Their customer service is just flat out terrible!Save yourself a lot of time and money and avoid these big box stores. The smaller independent fitters do a much better job and will find the right club for you not recommend what is in stock.
Margaret Lee: Our experience should not warrant a star. My husband and I were shopping yesterday, Sunday at 4pm for golf clubs and lessons/fitting as a birthday gift for someone special. No one ever approached us to offer help. My husband flagged down a sales associate for help and he told him he would be back. He never came back! We flagged down another sales associate who eventually help us after waiting for 25 mins. As we left, my husband approached the check out counter with 3 sales associates sitting there no customers. My husband told the sales associate that never came back to help us, that "we had waited 45 mins"...another sales associate piped in that it was "more like half an hour". We would understand if it were busy...but it wasn't.
