citizenM Boston North Station hotel: what do users think?
Fanny Hubert: I loved it! The rooms are cute and clean, we hade an amazing view on the city. Checkin was easy and fast. The rooftop and lobby are had wonderful view too. Location is really perfect to visit all the city. 5 stars without any doubt!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Maura Thomas: Pros: close to everything, staff was phenomenal, very quiet, joining as a free member gets you two free drink vouchers and a little discount, automated check in and automated rooms were very cool, clean, and efficient, vibe was immaculate, common areas were welcoming and cozy, views were great.Cons: expensive, very compact room with no inclusions ie: no parking, $18 per person per day breakfast, no traditional room amenities; beds were not as plush as advertised (medium quality, similar to a futon) and bed location up against window forced one person to climb over the other to get outOverall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again when we’re back in the city.Rooms: Efficient and modernWalkability: We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!Food & drinks: Close to lots of great restaurants; Momosan Morimoto less than a block away in the HUBNoteworthy details: Great staff, great views
Jenny Champ: Really great location, welcoming staff, fun and comfortable decor. The only downside is that the rooms are very small, but for business travel for just myself I was happy.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights High-tech …More
Peter Eckert: Negative:NO PARKING. NOT EVEN REDUCED RATE. I paid 75$ at north station. For a hotel that asks 340$ a night this is absolutely ridiculous!Lower floor room with NO VIEW whatsoever. Completely misleading advertising.Positive:Clean room, breakfast was good (18$ extra)I will never visit this hotel again!
Enrique Vila: Muy buen sitio en Boston, céntrico y perfecto, quizá algo automatizado falta calor humano
Julio Herrera: Amazing view, I would defiantly be back!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

m h: Really nice modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff like Omar, who sorted out an issue with my room very quickly. Up to date technology in the rooms that allows you to control lighting and media on the TV from a room ipad. Big comfortable beds and everything is kept nice and clean.Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: Good size, big beds, clean sheets and towels. Latest technology.

Eloise CREC'HRIOU: Hôtel hyper bien placé, le td garden est juste à côté idéal pour aller voir un match. Aucun bruit literie hyper confortable je recommande vraiment. Le ménage est parfait. Vraiment foncez.
Paul faria: It was our 1st time staying here and won't be our last. We went to the Bruins game and it is literally steps from the Garden. If you are planning a trip to the Bruins/Celtics or any event at the Garden then I highly recommend staying here. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and everything in your room can be controlled by the in room tablet. The breakfast was delicious.Rooms: Very clean and modern looking. The bed was extremely comfortableWalkability: Close to the Garden, T stops, Quincy Market and the North End
An Pham (Andrew): 9/10 Would come again. Recommended for short-medium term stay because of its focus on work-life balance.Canteen / lobby space is open 24 hours along with gym is perfect for people who doesn’t want to bother my neighbor but also wants to have a chill atmosphere to do my work. Drink menu is big, but would prefer more fresh fruit juice options as the hotel is focused on lifestyle.Room wise, technology is great but met some issues here and there. Curtains going up and down by using iPad works 80% of the time, and one time, the curtains got stuck so I had to fix it myself. Airplay doesn’t work really well and chrome cast on iPad works but volume always too low for some reason.Love how easily brightly lit and dimmable it is through buttons near bed. Interior design is neat for the eye, and bed is comfortable.
Ashwin Varghese: If you know what you want this is your place
Michael: Cooles „hippes“ Hotel. Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und schöner moderner Ausstattung. Alles kann über ein iPad gesteuert werden. Hatte Zimmer 1033.

Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston: what do users think?
abhishek singh: Rooms very small, but there should be small table fixed or mounted to keep laptop that also missing. Location and service good but table is a deal breaker for me in future bookingsWalkability: Walkable to all offices in downtown
Logan: Dropped in for a quick pint while exploring the town. Very friendly bar staff and clean environment in the bar area. Hotel prices, but that was expected when we stepped in. Had a great short visit and they recommended some great places to check out.Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Twitchy: Very good hotel with excellent location for visiting BostonThe Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall is a very nice hotel located in the downtown area of Boston. It was perfect for our stay to attend the Boston Marathon. The hotel’s location is close to bakeries/coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, drug stores, public transit stations and all the other amenities you’re likely to need during your stay. The hotel is also within easy walking distance to Boston Common, TD Gardens, Chinatown, the Italian restaurant district, the waterfront and many of the historical attractions.Check-in and check-out was painless and fast. Our deluxe double room was relatively spacious with a flat-screen TV, good Wi-Fi and 2 comfortable beds. We requested daily housekeeping and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a very good job looking after our room.
Curt LeCaptain: Lovely hotel. Very nice atmosphere on the main floor and the staff was wonderful about getting me a room upgrade since I was in a single-bed room previously. Really, really lovely staff. The rooms were nice, automated drapes, decent bathrooms (admittedly, I believe my room was likely intended for ADA compliance so the shower was a "drive in" style for wheelchairs.). Every day there was room service and the room was left nice each time.If I had one complaint, the attached bar's breakfast was easily stupidly priced and wasn't that good for the price. You're better off walking somewhere else.Speaking of... the location. Fantastic. You can walk to so many spots from here. Take the train, go to the TD Garden, walk to the North End, check out Faneuil Hall or the old State House. Great location, easy to walk everywhere.
Christian Klüber-Demir: Breakfast was good, service was super friendly, but:CHECK YOUR BILL CAREFULLY!Went to the restaurant for breakfast, and the check included a 20% gratuity fee. As this had not been apparent on the menu before, it's very likely to not even be legal.I don't appreciate when the restaurant decides how much I "voluntarily" tip, and then expects a tip on top of that tip.The waitress was so defensive about it that I doubt I'm the first customer to question this. That's not how to do business - can't recommend the place!
דוד עזרא: המיקום של המלון בלב בוסטון מנצח הכל.מלון נעים ונקי.פקידי הקבלה יכולים להיות קצת יותר נחמדים ושירותיים.
Kevin Christenson: Perfect placement right in the middle of the city center! The front desk staff makes everything perfect. Restaurant is fantastic.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Maricela Ponciano: The hotel made an incorrect charge of USD210 to our credit car for meals and drinks at the restaurant that we never visited. The hotel just responded that we need to dispute this charge with our credit card company. We feel very disappointed with their position since it was their mistake and now the problem is ours. Not recommending or staying again at this hotelRooms: Too small
Monkeyboi Reviews: Very good location in downtown boston. Walking distance from many places. The rooms are comfy and modern, and the staff is very friendly. About a 20-minute walk to the convention center. One of the great services offered is that the front desk can hold your luggage in case you have an evening flight and would like to explore the city after checking out.
Becky Pedler: Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms! The location is excellent is you are interested in history.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Andrea Caruso: Great Hyatt Centric. Room are a little tight, but updated, and well stocked.Cozy and upscale for the chain. Good service.Gym: rower, upright bike, recliner bike, two treadmills, two ellipticals, cable machine, weight rack, two benches and a good amount of space to exercise.Great location 10 minutes walk from Hanover Street and 5 from Feneuil Hall.Good restaurant on site tooWalkability: Great location 10 minutes walk from Hanover Street and 5 from Feneuil Hall
R Z: Fantastic service. What an awesome location in the city- near so many places by walking!!! The rooms are very small but it's OK because you're out and about all day. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay and what you need are handled!!!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet …More
Judy Park: It is not big, but the location is close to everywhere. Easy to find restaurants and sightseeing places.Staff is kind. The room and bathroom are smaller than I expected, but it is very clean.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jason Lee: We hosted a Q1 Company Meetup at the Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall and I couldn't be more pleased with the courtesy and service. Wanted to particularly highlight our Group Sales contact Kendra Vanorden, who was not only incredibly patient but also was extremely helpful in resolving any difficulties we encountered booking and during the stay. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this location to business groups!
Ford Christensen: Great location, small rooms.
Maxime Bailleul: Très bel hôtel bien centré dans Boston. Chambre spacieuse et moderne.Manque un café disponible toute la journée...

The Bostonian Boston: what do users think?
Cecilia S: Rooms were nice, nothing nasty and mostly clean. Wall paper was peeling off but it's old!! Had a great view with a balcony. Very centrally located. For the little amount of time in the room, it was satisfactory, needs remodel and more lighting in the waiting lounge area. Its a 3 star hotel for $387/ night (crazy) . The Bathroom on #7th floor had mold. Beds were pretty comfy. I only saw the receptionist so can't comment on staff?!
Joseph Booth: Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The views from the balcony was beautiful. Great location. I had zero complaints.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More

Dvitag123 Taggers: Been staying for the last 11 yrs WILL NEVER RETURN. Room was dirty , service was awful. Anything that is painted was chipping
Mike Stugard: Breakfast wasnt horrible but happy we didn't have dinner... Room was not dusted in a bit, luke warm shower, elevator out like stated in a 12/2022 review, balcony was nice, TV mostly worked and the room fridge looked like it had been on a construction site... Elizabeth T: The hotel rooms need a serious upgrade:- I found 2 ants on my bed when I arrived (see video)- the ceiling paint is peeling- the vanity is way too small. No room for more than 2 toothbrushes and 1 very small makeup bag. No room for more- the bathtub is too wide and too high. Risk of falling- the tub floor is stained with accumulated filth- the 80's is screaming to get their beige toilet back! It's completely out of style.- the shower head is worn and some jets are projecting water all over- the room floors are still covered with old carpet. Updated hotels use combination of wood and tile- the view was awful- some windows clearly needed to be replaced- the hotel is quite ordinary. My traveling partner was stunned when I mentioned this hotel was rated 4-stars. He thought it was a 3-star hotel. The lobby is the prettiest thing in the hotel. It only goes down from there. The elevators are quite fast. We never waited long at all.Great service from staff. The neighborhood is incredibly noisy. Be ready to hear music and beats until 2-3 am.Nearby activities: The hotel is Centrally located. So there's tons to do and easy accessSafety: Very safe neighborhoodWalkability: Walkable to everywhere
Rohit Chimata: Amazing area of Boston to be in if you care at all about being central to things that are happening. Hotel is clean, rooms are very nice and the balcony views here you won’t get anywhere else. Not to mention front desk service was impeccable. All of my needs/questions handled with care and speed. Definitely my hotel of choice in Boston going forward.Rooms: Balcony views are impeccable. Rooms are standard as you’d find but very well thought out. Large bathrooms!Nearby activities: Boston market, Quincy market, Faneuil hall, aquarium and so so much moreSafety: Very safe hotel in a very safe part of Boston. The north end is known for being tourist central and this is exactly that.Walkability: You’re in the northend. Shops, good food, department store - all extremely close by walk. No Uber needed
Ashley Weithers: This is a great Hotel to stay. The front desk staff is very helpful. Room service is amazing. I will definitely come back. Loved the history of Boston and this hotel is close to everything you need to see. All museums, statues and visiting sites (historical) are with in walking distance. I’m super glad I picked here. See you soon Bostonian !Rooms: BalconyWalkability: Everything is within 1-10 minute walk. No need to drive and use car constantlyFood & drinks: AmazingThe restaurant has wonderful food
Thorsten Ruppert: Tolle Lage in Boston, schönes Zimmer.
José Ibarra: I recommend against doing business with this hotel. I tried to book a reservation and I received an error/declined message and no confirmation of booking. I made other plans, only to have them charge me $700 for a missed booking today. When I contacted them, Lina from Reservations was extremely hostile. She refused to do anything. This has caused me a big headache and I hope you can avoid the same.
Chloe Lee: I was using the bathroom some kid peeks under and starts saying "ewwwww you smell!" i didn't get into argument so i just told why. IT WAS THE TACO BELL! IM TELLING YOU IT IS THE BEEF TACO WITH TOMATO SAUCE. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Alexis Yohros: As a guest who recently stayed at the Bostonian Hotel, I must say that my experience was subpar, to say the least. The first issue we encountered was that the rooms had a very unpleasant, musty smell that was quite off-putting. Additionally, we found that the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning correctly. When the unit did finally turn on, it was incredibly loud and disturbed our sleep.Another problem we encountered was with the size of the beds in our room. The beds were extremely small and could not comfortably accommodate two people, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The walls of the room were also very thin and did very little to block out the sounds coming from the neighboring rooms. We were able to hear people having intercourse and using the bathroom, which was incredibly concerning and made for a very uncomfortable stay. The shower in the room was yet another source of frustration. It took an incredibly long time for the water to heat up, and once it did, there was not much pressure at all. Additionally, we found it unacceptable that the hotel charged extra for any amenities. The most disappointing aspect of our stay at the Bostonian was the lack of assistance provided by the front desk. We requested a different room but were refused and were not offered any type of refund when we decided to leave and stay at a different hotel. The lack of attention paid to our needs left us feeling undervalued and made for a very frustrating experience. In summary, while the location of the Bostonian Hotel was convenient, our stay was dampened by numerous unpleasant factors. The musty odor, loud air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, lack of privacy, poor shower condition, and lack of amenities, coupled with the subpar customer service, made our stay at the Bostonian not worth the price. I cannot recommend this hotel and would suggest finding alternative accommodation options in the area.

The Whitney Hotel Boston: what do users think?
Zeynep Ekinci: Amazing stay and great location! The hotel staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, we had to make a last minute change to our booking which they had no problems with! From checking in to checking out, its been a wonderful stay! Big shout out to Joyce and rest of the hotel staff, when in Boston, will definitely stay there again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Will Johnson: Visited Boston for a conference, intended accommodations (AirBnB) did not work out, and I showed up at the Whitney on short notice, tired and grumpy. Joyce at the front desk helped me choose the best room for what I was seeking. I was impressed by the personal service. Bottom line on the Whitney: it was a very pleasant experience, and my room worked out great. Will be at the top of my list for my next trip to town.
Kevin Modisette: Food & drinks: Great restaurantRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Afira Hasan: We had a great stay at this quaint hotel with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect!
BH K: The floor manager name Joyce put us in a cheaper room "intentionally." I booked almost the most expensive room and she gave me a smallest room intentionally. I think she was trying to get the money gap between the price of the two rooms. The service is really bad. If you meet a girl name "Joyce" just be careful when she says "I will upgrade your room to a better room." She will degrade your room :(. Don't fall into her lies. Anyway worst experience because of Joyce. Thank you Joyce.
Jin Peh: I enjoyed my four night in this elegant boutique hotel located in the centre of Boston's Beacon Hill area. It is opposite the Massachusetts General Hospital station. My room was very comfortable and quiet. It was a pleasure to have breakfast in the peregrine restaurant in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and duty manager Joyce made my stay a pleasure.Rooms: My room was spacious and comfortable and I was able to organize late checkout with the front desk as my flight left in the evening.Nearby activities: The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants located in Boston's iconic Beacon Hill area.Walkability: I was able to walk to the Boston Common, Chinatown and the shops and restaurants on Newbury Street.Food & drinks: I enjoyed my breakfast at the stylish and elegant Peregrine restaurant in the lobby.
Jaehoon Lee: Had a great stay here. Very good location if you consider ubering out to Cambridge while having easy access to Beacon Hill. Looks like a long walk on the map but it’s a short walk to Boston common as well as Newbury Street. The walls are a bit thin so if you are doing things in the room I’d expect others here you. One downside was the gym. Very small and not much to work with. I ended up ubering go downtown equinox.
Sharsby S: Directly across from mass general hospital, red line is across the street. 10 min walk from fanuel hallRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jordan Schiller: absolutely wonderful stay! book now.
Alyssa Mackinnon: Rooms: The room was spacious the bed was equally as luxurious in the amount of room to stretch out which is perfect after a long day of exploring Boston (walking the entire freedom toll will take a toll on you! Lol)The streaming to TV was super easy and convenient, the personalized messages on the TV was fabulous and I really appreciated all the little details. The shower was roomy and the bath products were top notch, everything was clean and overall, the amenities were very thoughtful. The building was beautiful, the staff was so kind, and the room/restaurant were grand.12/10 would stay here again!Food & drinks: I absolutely love that the peregrine gives living wages to its workers, that means a lot to provide fair liveable consistent pay and I appreciated that the staff is taken care of 👏The food tasted wonderful, although slightly small in portion size, the meals were beautifully presented.
Arie Gafson: I absolutely love this hotel - and have just stayed for the second time in as many months.Everything is honestly perfect, the rooms are perfectly clean and spacious and the bed is incredibly comfortable. There are also so many personal touches including the turn-down service, toffees, coffee by reception, lovely restaurant with great variety, complementary water to name just a few things. The staff are so lovely and incredibly kind and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeping staff and to the front desk who are all so fantastic. Joyce Chin, the hotel manager is the most amazing person - she did everything she could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel is in a perfect location - close to major sites in Boston and just a short walk across Longfellow Bridge directly into Cambridge. The views from the room are gorgeous and the hotel manages to stay quiet at night despite being close to a busy road. I really couldn't recommend this place more (even though I would prefer to keep it a well kept secret!).
Olivier Saint-Vincent: Review for breakfast - not hotel accommodation.Ok ✅ breakfast for 5 stars hotel.Café ☕️ espresso very good. But the medialunas croissants, a little dry.Super nice atmosphere for an early Friday morning.
noelle petrillo: Daniel the concierge was fantastic! I stayed here for my sister in laws bachelorette party and Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. It was my first time staying here and I will 100% be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom Thornton: Dining is goodNearby activities: Good locationWalkability: Wander old town
Sarah Crosby: We were thrilled with our experience! Considered the Four Seasons and so glad we went with the Whitney instead. Very nice rooms, truly excellent service. Understated and lovely. Great location for all of Beacon Hill and an easy walk to the Museum of Science or Back Bay. Loads of great restaurants in walking distance. Steps from the T. Only downside would be that there is some street/T noise due to the location but didn’t bother us at all (windows blocked more than I expected). We will definitely be back!
Cal Escue: What kind of day did someone have to mark this below five stars I wonder? a death in the family? Upset stomach? Sushi didn’t sit well with them for the first time?I admonish anyone who gives this less than 4.9 stars. 4.9 not 5? I have a proclivity to avoid absolutes.Above and beyond is a phrase more suitable for a SpaceX flight let alone a boutique hotel in Boston, nonetheless the Whitney holds this phrase near and dear. Beholden to its guests in such a genuine fashion it seems unreal, unlike other chains which seem obligated at the behest of management.Yet a hotel is not a monolith and truly as good as it’s service. Joyce, Carol, and Kamil among others did not disappoint. Their enjoyment for their work is pure and second to none. The Whitney, puts the big boy 5 star chains to shame, Four seasons? No thanks. Langham? Meh. Others can’t hold a candle, the Whitney proves to be a inspiration to the XV, Lenox, liberty, and dare I say, the Newbury.Take notice rivals, the people enjoy the little things.I will be back to Boston soon, and already know where I’ll be staying.
Karen Miller: By far the nicest hotel in the Mass General area, and within easy walking distance of the hospital, shops and restaurants. My room was upgraded at no extra cost, exceptionally clean and well appointed, and very comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly, and the restaurant makes a great latte.

The Boxer Boston: what do users think?
Luka Vujeva: In general, this is an ok hotel, but nothing special. The room size was ok; however very loud and prone to outside noise. I was in a 701 room and felt that room had some permanent ambient noise. For example, you constantly hear an air conditioner, and the minibar refrigerator is very loud when someone is using the elevator. We generally slept very badly in this room, comparing how we have slept in another hotel in NYC a week before. The bed is huge, however, a bit soft, and the pillows are just an absolute nightmare.Cleanness was on point. The location is pretty decent, it's in walking proximity to Beacon Hill and downtown. It's noteworthy that there is some mental institution across the street or some institute for mental health with a larger parking space. Walking there is not feel safe as you will see homeless people and junkies lurking around that parking space, doing drugs etc. But if you take another street, its again super safe. The personnel was ok, but just that. Breakfast was fantastic! However, one person can not serve breakfast for all the guests. The lady was overworked and stressed.Rooms: Spacious, clean, loud and with poor pillows.Safety: Be aware of junkies and homeless just across the street lurking around mental institution parking.Walkability: Very solid location and easy to get into downtown or Beacon Hill.Food & drinks: Drinks were ok, breakfast was absolutely fantastic !!
Enrique Vila: Muy céntrico y confortable hotel en Boston, recomendable. Muy amable la recepcionista, más inglesa que americana
Steven Couture: What a wonderful experience. The staff was very helpful from the very beginning as we changed our plans and had to change the day of our booking - no problem. The staff was very helpful during our stay. The food was excellent in the restaurant and parking was a breeze. We chose The Boxer due to the proximity of the Museum of Science and the Aquarium - very convenient! Met a wonderful server in the restaurant, Liliana. Very professional and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Highly recommend and we will see you again soon!

Manuel Malle: The hotel is fine if pricey for what it is. Great location. The problem is their parking set up. There’s no Valet. There is room for only one car to park for check in. I had to double park as another car was already there and promptly received a $55 ticket (was there for no more than 5 min). Next you have to drive the car to a parking garage 1/2 mile away. The garage is under construction, grungy and packed. Next you trudge back to the hotel down an alley with a homeless shelter and in my case pounding rain. All this for a $40 parking fee. So if you are traveling by car avoid this hotel; if not have at it.
Sidney Fernández de Castro Tudela: so beautiful and luxurious and service is top tier.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value …More
Nico Samneil Salado: Dont have a parking garage within the hotel. They have a partner garage with the goverbment and is a walkable distance from the hotel. The receptionist will guide you if you want to avail one. It is a $40 overnight fee. The bathroom is stylish and wide in our room. We availed our room theu supertravel and i could say it is worth it since it is also a walkable distance from the TD garden.
JP Creedon: We were trying to stay near TD for a show, and ultimately Boxer did it's job but not without complication. There isn't parking (they suggest a parking garage a few blocks down but there is construction ), the room was fine but quite small and the single elevator made for issue.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Tyler Conrado: Not sure what many of these reviews are talking about. Stayed here for a few nights and it was fantastic for the price. Big cozy bed, comfortable air control, a nice bar and restaurant attached, and they validate parking at a parking garage near by.Right next to garden too!
C UNOIT: Loved our stay here, was a real cold nite and we got there a bit early but the lady at the dest got us in the room anyways so thank you for your kindness on a extremely cold nite..The room was small but had everything we needed,clean..The boxer was close to everything walking, food, drinks, snacks and td garden was a 5 minute walk ..
James Feng: Swanky hotel, friendly staff, clean. Room is on the smaller size, but works great for those just needing a nice room while exploring Boston or going on business trips
Lauren Bruss: We had a lovely experience. The hotel was clean and appreciated the modern boutique look and feel. Heather at the front desk as so kind and attentive to everything we needed. Looking forward to our next stay!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jón Ferrier: Centrally located. Excellent beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.
igal Feuerstein: I stayed at the boxer for one night. The room was very clean, not too small, not too big. Just perfect for a business night. The stuff at the reception were super nice and helpful! The Wi-Fi connection was super fast, which is an important benefit for business travelers. The location is close to lots of food choices and bars.I definitely will book the boxer hotel on my next Boston trip.
Allison Lessard: When we arrived the woman at the front desk was professionnal and lovely. The room was great but there was noise in the corridor, early in the morning, it woke me up.Also when we arrived we were told we'd have 40$ discount at the SP+ parking, they gave us a coupon. When we left, the coupon didn't work and we had to pay 96$ US. Try to explain the situation to them, they told us they couldn't do nothing about that. That's kind of a bummer for me.
Time and Illusion: First time I have stayed and last, the front desk staff was rude, the rooms are mediocre at best. Honestly it is giving off tourist trap vibes because the only way I justified the price of a cramped and out dated room was the location on the hotel. There was a weird humming vibration from the room above me and the beds are hard. You can get the same deals with better rooms and amenities somewhere else.
David Gallant: Nice, clean and updated, Great for a short stay!!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Graham Hawthorne: Mediocre Hotel. Tiny rooms, windows don't open, mechanical ventilation only works if you use heating or cooling, no perceivable ventilation in bathroom - all of which adds up to the room getting pretty stuffy and smelly if you don't want to use climate control. There was a very loud low frequency hum that occurred intermittently - bad enough to prohibit sleep. I think it might have been the fridge or ventilation in the next room over - sign of a cheapo renovation / thin walls / lack of proper insulation. Also - one tiny elevator for an 8 story hotel, which the staff uses much of the time. Laborious when you're coming and going.

The Revolution Hotel: what do users think?
Adam Slote: Fantastic design touches throughout. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, great co-working space, good location.
Julie: We got a premium king with the bathroom inside the room. The bathroom door is a rolling barn door that does not close all the way and you can hear everything. The bed is on a platform which makes it awkward to get out of if you are on the window side. The service was excellent but we will not stay there againRooms: 2/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Marton Toth: Interesting boutique hotel with communal bathroom cabins but impeccable style and quality!Rooms: Luxury dorm style.Walkability: Close to everything downtownNoteworthy details: Co-working space in the lower level
Brian Ferdman: UPDATE: I've now stayed in both a "Premium King" as well as the cheaper rooms. Without a doubt, the cheaper rooms with the bathroom down the hall are the way to go. The bathrooms down the hall are plentiful (I never had a wait during any of my multiple stays here), spacious, and cleaned regularly.) On the other hand, the bathroom in the Premium King is kind of chintzy with a mere shower curtain seperating toilet and showet (although I think the shower is taller than that of the shared bathrooms), and the bathroom actually cuts into the room design with the sink taking up the space where you would have a desk in the cheaper rooms. You actually feel like you have less space in a Premium King.I stayed in one of the cheaper rooms with a bathroom down the hall. Typically, this setup is less than ideal, but The Revolution's rooms have a tote bag with towels, soaps, body wash, shampoo, etc., as well as very helpful bathroom slippers...although they were a little small for my size 11 feet. Nevertheless, there were two separate clusters of six bathrooms on my floor, each with a toilet, sink, and quality shower. There was ample room to get changed, and it was easily the best experience I've had in a hotel with a bathroom down the hall. The room itself was very modern and small yet smartly designed and quite comfortable with fast, free Wi-Fi and a small desk. The rooms had a little light that I believe would let you know if the bathrooms were occupied, although mine stayed lit the entire time. The South End location is very nice, and if you're looking for an affordable room that you won't be spending too much time in, this hotel is an ideal choice for you.
Oleg Rudakov: Very nice!!!
Justin Shaw: I stayed here for a few days on a winter staycation last year. Loved it. It was such a unique experience for me as I was new to the micro-hotel thing. But I get it now. The rooms are tight, but it is more than enough for 1 person. (A bit small for two, I think). But you can get a bathroom in your room or not. Either would be just fine. The decor of this hotel is super interesting to look at. It's modern and funky and classy at the same time. And there is the great big workspace/kitchen on the lower level that is just a dream to hang out in. The location is really nice, tucked in the South End...but is a little bit of a walk from Back Bay station. Hard if you have luggage or if the weather sucks. It's really awesome to have the lovely Cosmica restaurant downstairs.Rooms: Small, efficient, modern, high tech, luxurious
Gerard Ureña: Hotel muy aconsejable. Habitaciones muy bien equipadas, colchones muy cómodos. Baños compartidos individuales muy limpios y bien cuidados. Hall amplio y bonito. Personal amable y atento. Muy bien situado. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
H K: The room was miserable. It felt like a storage room with dusty pipes running around the stained walls. The ceiling was chipping. Apart from the immediate use surfaces, everything else was cover with dust, lint, and grime accumulated for years (the floor corners, the pipes, the window screens, etc). It was very poorly equipped which made the stay in this tiny room for 2 people even more difficult. The heat was supposed to come from the AC but most of the time only cool air was coming out. The AC unit was clogged with dust and lint, obviously never cleaned, and without proper maintenance. We stayed mid-January but there was no comforter provided and when we asked for one, they brought us a twin-size one for 2 people! We expressed our disappointment on our checkout and got a $50 refund but overall, the room was of the quality of a cheap dirty motel one at the price of a proper hotel.
Evan Wawrykow: For the price, it can’t be beat. Yeah, the bathrooms are separate, but they’re clean and spacious. The rooms are small, but everything you need. Great location and friendly staff. I would stay here again in a heart beat.
lena webster: Rooms cute & cozy...Great walking distance to all attractions and shopping area.Heat very good !! Pet friendly .place really clean & quiet. The bed was most comfortableRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Selina Diaz: Staff in the front desk were awesome!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Braeden Diehl: Very comfortable room with very clean bathrooms. The room is cozy but filled with so many ingenious and quirky space-savers. The bathroom tote bag filled with slippers, towels and soaps is a smart touch. The front desk staff is very friendly and go out of their way to explain all the hotel amenities. For less than $150 per night in an expensive city, it's a no-brainer to stay here in Boston. They have a coffeeshop with a cozy hangout space, a fitness room, and a restaurant.
Lauren “Teerdrop” Teer: Let's be clear, the revolution "hotel" is more of an upgraded hostel experience. If you book your stay with those expectations, you should find it more than accommodating. Super cozy beds, responsive staff (with texting capabilities at that), and the shared bathrooms were nicer than other hotels I've stayed in and very private. On occasion the bathrooms closest to our room were all in use, but I didn't have any issues finding an open restroom just a short walk down the hall. So long as you remember to lock your bathroom door, as you should, you won't have any issues. Toiletries and shower slippers provided. I especially liked the shampoo and face bar. Cleaning crew was seen multiple times throughout the day.We stayed in both the triple and quad rooms on different nights and both met our needs well.
M. K.: The room was really noisy. People next door did not sleep at night, which kept us awake. The room was across the bathrooms which we had to share. If you were lucky enough you could go on the toilet in the morning and shower. Otherwise you had to wait. The distance was okay, but kind of far from everything. Parking was really expensive and hard to find near the hotel without walking distance. The windows do not have a good isolation meaning the cold got into the room. People sleeping next to the window were freezing. Overall it was an average place to stay in Boston. Don't expect more.Noteworthy details: Es ist ein leckeres und nettes Café in der Straße, dass dem Straßennamen gleicht. Sehr zu empfehlen:)

The Newbury Boston: what do users think?
David Richards: This is the original Ritz Carlton and is located right on the common. Super old building limits how many modern amenities you can pack in the (e.g. spa, club floors, etc), but they've done a great job with what they have. Expectations were sky high, and frankly the experience was just ok... Room was nice at 1st glance, but then numerous little details left us wanting. Examples: Staff was nice, but service was slow. Rooms had some high tech options for connectivity, but could never connect Bluetooth to the speakers. Window coverings were nice, but were impossible to black out the AM sun to sleep in. Room looked good, but seating and pillows were actually pretty uncomfortable. To be sure these are all nits, but for the price and the prestige you expect a little more attention. Overall a great place, and you can't beat the location in the heart of everything, but couldn't help feeling a touch disappointed when we left.

david corbin: Truly elegant. I mean every aspect from the environment to the service. Everyone seems to love this hotel and I totally agree. The staff sincerely wants the guests to enjoy themselves. I’ve stayed here many times and each time I emerge with a story to share about their remarkable service. Their attention to detail is outstanding. I love my room- especially the fireplace. They even have a fireplace concierge! And the room service? It’s world class. The food and beverage is beyond comparison. I’ve sent friends and colleagues here and they thank me as they rave about it all. However they pull this off I hope they keep it up. Cannot imagine going anywhere else when I come to Boston.Seriously great place and people. If you’re reading this Newbury….PLEASE KEEP IT UP!Rooms: Understated elegance.Food & drinks: Fuggeddaboudit.
lorraine jaffe: Lovely renovation. Best location in Boston. Only disappointment was that in such a sportcentric town they don't have NESN channel on their cable TV. We had to go out to a bar to watch Bruins game.Rooms: Nice renovation .
Danash Ahad: Very rude doorman and valet guys. They don't even let you stop on even for a second on a public street. And when you stop for pickup, they will come running and ask you to leave. They will keep knocking on your window until you move your car.
Alex Kruse: My wife have been coming to Boston for a better part of a decade. We have stayed at many of the hotels in the area. The Newbury is by far the nicest. Rooms are amazing & the staff all around area helpful, friendly and efficient. We will be lifetime guests. The rooftop restaurant is so amazing. Great view of Boston. Concierge got us the reservation. The hotel is luxurious and has some really cool technology in the rooms. Hotel is worth every penny. They really make you feel like they appreciate the patronage.
S D: Nice spot to stay, dine and shop when in Boston.
Bastian Domajnko: An amazing hotel. Perfect location. Outstanding customer service. They accidentally gave us a room that was already occupied. We were then given a new room 4 floors up and a $100 restaurant credit. Beds were very comfortable, room extremely clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Steve Lankton: Contessa Restaurant
Maria Vehslage: I have not stayed at the hotel, it looks beautiful and it’s in a great area. My friends are staying there and loving it. I’m writing this review because I called and asked for them to send a birthday treat to my friend and Jairo was over the top, amazing hospitality and I am not even a guest! Thank you Jairo, will visit Boston soon.
EB Lazo: Stayed recently here for a wedding. I was a resident of Boston for many years and have seen this hotel go through a few ownerships. I was excited to see the "Newbury". The decor was overall odd, but the real disappointment was the horrible lack of service in the bar. As much as we made eye contact to get the waiters attention they would see us but ignored all signals. This went on for 20 minutes if not more. There was no shortage of staff so our party could not understand the lack of service? I agree with a previous customer. Try the Lenox. It has served us well in the past, a classic Bostonian Hotel.
Addy O'Donnell: We’ve stayed at the Newbury multiple times and it’s always excellent. The rooms are beautiful and updated. The service is impeccable and efficient. It’s been a consistently great experience!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Kit Parker: Excellent bar in the lobby.

Boston Marriott Long Wharf: what do users think?
V AI: Thought was ok, well designed, furniture, bathroom, room set up. but there were no amenities in my room at all, just bare minimum, amenities of a 3 star hotel. For 600 a night I didn’t feel I got what I paid for. Walls don’t seem thin but I could hear the guy next door snoring all night and couldn’t really sleep.

Marc St-Amour: We are here in Boston for 5 days, our original hotel was in Hull, but driving around in Boston is a real nightmare for non-locals. So we decided to change to a more central hotel...well that was the right move, yes it more expensive than staying outside the city but when you take into consideration: no use for your véhicule it's 100% worth it.Step out of the hotel door, you are in historical Boston, trolley tours, Aquarium, Quincy market, its all right there a few steps away. Staff is awesome from the valet to the desk staff. Highly recommended.

Jess J: Had a hard time picking from the many hotels in Boston but so glad we went with the Marriott Long Wharf. Nicely appointed rooms, friendly and attentive staff (we had a little issue with our neighbors that Marc at the front desk quickly resolved), excellent breakfast buffet (loved our server Michael), indoor pool for the kids, great layout, quiet despite being fully booked. Location cannot be beat with subway station right on property, Faneuil Hall (great location for variety of casual foods....Regina Pizziaria was our family fave) across the street, an easy 15 minute walk to a ton of attractions (Paul Revere's House, Old North Chapel, Boston Tea party reenactment, etc.), and ferry access on property to USS Constitution and airport. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Thomas Welch: My goal is to stay at this hotel but the treatment from the corporate office and chase as a co owner of my credit card has been beyond horrible and very close to canceling my stay! I hope you deliver this review to your manager and hope we can work together to improve it! This review will stand only because of the way the corporate office handled things.
Dave Champman: Don't forget to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a place. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.Great place to stay if you are visiting downtown Boston. It is within easy walking distance of many great restaurants in the North End as well as Mike’s Pastry. Right across the street from Quincy Market and next to the Boston Aquarium. Great location!
Amanda L: I recommend upgrading to get access to the Mclub if there on a weekend. Great location can walk to all attractions in the area.Rooms: Rooms are a little on the small side but we were out alot so it was fine.Nearby activities: Aquarium, Quincy Market, restaurants, boat tours everything is nearby.Walkability: You can walk to everything. HI Boston Hostel: what do users think?
John Bisschop: I stayed overnight while traveling by train. It is less than a mile from South Station and conveniently located close to the Freedom Trail. The room had comfortable beds with lockers. The shower / bathroom is close by and clean. The room is nothing fancy but inexpensive.Food & drinks: A continental breakfast is included with hot and cold cereals, bagels, muffins, toast, yogurt and fruit. Beverages include milk, juice and coffee.
Tom Beck: As a solo traveler on a budget, this was the best option I found in downtown Boston. The positives: Dorms were clean, there was always a free shower, and the cooking and washing facilities were great. The things I wasn’t as keen about: The doors are HEAVY, so I was constantly woken up by people coming and going from the dorm. It also doesn’t feel like a community, as you’d expect from a hostel, more just a collection of individuals trying to ignore each other. I’d hoped to meet more people.
Luke Franco: great place, clean friendly and central, get more than what you pay for!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Avery Miller: I’ve stayed here twice now, both with friends, and this is my go-to spot. Cheapest option in Boston and in the funnest location possible with everything just a couple steps away. Floor 2 is a great hangout spot with a pool table, study nooks, and a kitchen with cereal and bagels + a larger dining room area with an amazing view of the blocks in front of the hostel. Friendliest staff EVER. They are super accommodating and worked with me and my friends changing flight schedules over the phone and e-mail. The staff love to chat and converse about where you’re from and your plans. Bathrooms are always extremely clean it feels like showering at home. The crowd for this hostel is mostly college age and sometimes older. All the hostelers have great etiquette as well. The friends I took here for the first time absolutely loved it and I 100% recommend choosing this place for a group over a hotel! It’s the best place to stay if you want to focus on the city and just have a place to rest at night. Will always recommend this spot over any other hotel.Cons:Walls are thin and you can hear conversations in other rooms thru the walls and vents but it’s fine with ear buds.Rooms: Great dorm style rooms. Extremely clean and organized. Convenient locker spaces and extra storage + an outlet at the head of your bed. The separations between bunks makes for great privacy from other hostelers, it didn’t even feel like I was sleeping with 2 strangers across the room.Nearby activities: There’s 4 clubs right less than a 4 minute walk away if you’re into nightlife. It’s right next to Chinatown so there’s a million cheap food options and it’s 2 blocks away from the Boston Commons + the T so it’s super easy to explore and get a feel for the city. Very accessible !!Walkability: Extremely walkable. The only thing separating you from the city is the front door. Everything is seconds away.
Jonathon Addington: Fantastic service, great rooms and fantastic value!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Bart Bial: SuperRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Felix Riether: VERY good location close to subways and train station. Room (had a private room) are spacious. As you would expect from a hostel there’s no room service or housekeeping during the stay. Pretty clean as well. Minus one star for still being pricey but adequate compared to a full service hotel.
Can AYAZ: We came for Boston Marathon and normally we did enjoyed everything. however i lost my heart rate monitor in kitchen when I realized is gone I checked in kitchen it wasn’t there so I did inform reception, if they should look camera record they might actually find it but they didn’t… I buyed new one 100 USD, After we checked out in hostel we have a Amazon delivery. so we came for our cargo for take it. There is old guy with white hair he is behaving did to us too rude, he didn’t listen to us, we were hurry we need to catch our flight we just try to explain but he never listen to us…
Jennifer Scott: I stayed here for Boston Marathon weekend and had a fantastic experience. I was in a 6 bed dorm with 5 other women (3 from out of the country, 2 from the States) who all happened to be running the marathon too. Everyone was very respectful of one another and all the guests in general seemed to do well with adhering to the quiet hours. I also felt very safe. The dorm room itself was clean and organized. The lockers within the room were very large and had plenty of space to store a suitcase, purse, large backpack, with extra room to spare. I really liked the fact there were individual bathrooms and large a dining area where guests could store and cook food. Location was amazing and a half mile or less to the Common. One mile to the convention center for the expo and other marathon events. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
Cindy Herrera: This is a long overdue review but I am so grateful to the staff at this hostel! I left my AirPods on my bed and they sent them back to me via UPS. It was also a great experience in general.A nice, affordable option to visit Boston.
Kelli Dougal: Location is awesome--very close to T station. The facility itself was pretty nice as well. I'm taking off a couple stars for 2 reasons, though. 1) Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. The staff came off as very cold and unfriendly every time I interacted with them. This is not only the front desk staff but also the kitchen breakfast staff. When I checked in, they were unenthusiastic to help me and the few times I brought questions to the front desk staff they also appeared uninterested in providing helpful responses. 2) Issues with storing belongings in lockers. On the day I checked out, I asked about luggage storage for a few hours before my flight. They told me there were self-serve lockers in the back for $3. I paid for a locker, locked it, took my receipt and left. When I came back later I was surprised to find that my locker was wide open! Luckily, I had not left behind anything of much value, but I was still pretty shocked and unimpressed. If I'm going to pay for a locker I would hope it would at least stay locked. So, although the facilities and location were fine, overall I was less than impressed.
Art Blackburn: It's just OK. The lighting is dim and the hallways are kind of eerie. Most rooms are quads, for 6 or 8. Rooms are very "hard" looking with little fabric to soften the look. I find the guests to be on the snotty side when they really have no reason to be. Management/check in is cold and stand offish. Breakfasts are mostly carbs. It's an OK but nothing exciting. In an expensive city like Boston, you get what you pay for.
Josiah Devine Johnson: Great lobby area and solid kitchen and community space.Walkability: Near enough to the red-line which is an easy route to Harvard.Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Romantic, Quiet …More
