Tunnel: what do users think?
Vy Nguyen: The crowd was so dead even when the streets outside are still pretty crowded. No coat check it seems
Vanna Ngo: A place to go to if you don’t want to wait in line for Venu, Icon or Bijou. It’s a small club, but ambience is fun. Good music all around (reggaeton and hip hop). Decent drinks. I will say though… the clientele is kind of questionable. Lots of solo males here compared to other clubs in Boston. Had a handful of creeps come up to me and my friend so I would deff just skip out on this place and wait in line somewhere else, even if other places are a little more expensive
Lauren True: Great security, felt safe
ryanrapada1: Trash. Don’t waste your time. Waited in line for 2 hours. Unless you’re “VIP” they’ll make you wait. I don’t know how or why some people were getting in. Bouncers were racist and made snide remarks to minorities. Owner came out and cursed out the front people in the line for asking how long the wait was. He kept shoving us back even when we were behind the line, also encouraged racist comments at people in the line. Go here if you want to be berated and treated inhumanely. Trash
B1ackeyez: Tunnel was very good!
Raquel Rivera Díaz: Not recommendable, waste of time and 20$
Roberto Sims: The short little bouncer/security guy was loooking to pick a fight with anybody that walked past him. It was honestly a bad time all around- bad service and bad vibes. Never coming here again.
Kathleen Attardo: We went here to dance and hear good music! A night out w my sister in law, my daughter & my niece! SOOO much fun!!
Niko Cardini: Went here with a large group of friends not knowing what to expect, and had an absolute blast.Main reason for 5 stars is that the hospitality at Tunnel was by far better than any club I have been to in Boston. Every single staff member were of the most friendly people I've met working at a club/bar scene. Props to you all!
Steven Mendez: Ordered a bottle and waitress charged my card before checking if it was in stock, it wasn’t. Then offered to “give me a deal” if I spent double the amount I originally planned on. I was told I would be refunded but never was. The number posted doesn’t even ring if you try to call it. Scammers, will never return or recommend.
Gina M: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was lied to at the front door saying the bar would be open for 2 more hours and so I paid the $20 cover charge but it was actually only open for 20 more minutes. The music was trash and people were creepy. The only good part was a really nice employee named Heavy.
Lisa “LeeLee” Demeo: It’s everything I expected & so much more 💋
Andrea Estefani: Umm I always go to this place when I’m in Boston lol BUT TeLL THE DJ TO STOP PLAYING DRAKE All night please lol I love him but not all night we need DIFFERENT ARTIST OKAY I’m done lol
Giovanna Marino: Awesome place with great music and great vibes
Camille Brunetti: Had an amazing night here! Drinks are a little pricey, but the bartenders were quick and friendly. Definitely a small space but the lighting was so fun, the dance floor was full without being too crowded and the music was great—cover was $20 when we got there around 9:30/10. Also, security was visible and helpful w/o being intimidating—great spot for how small it is!
Britt Lane: Love this place? Is it still open?
Carley Leonard: We went there for my friends birthday we had a great time!
Irma Nalic: worst bouncers
Mila Z: Bouncers were the worst human beings. My brother had a ticket and they wouldn’t let him in because it was 5 minutes past the time but they were rude and condescending even though he was waiting in line. Do not go!!!
catherine B: By far the WORST night club experience in Boston.
Madison Attardo: Im 22 years old and they wouldn’t let me in cause they didn’t believe I was of age even after showing the bouncer my license. My friends and I then had to call an uber to find a new place to go although we planned all night to go to tunnel, which was a huge inconvenience. I would NOT recommend going there because if it happened to me it probably happens to others. The bouncer also asked to see my facebook profile and still did not believe me. They are unprofessional and absolutely stupid

Lizard Lounge: what do users think?
Trappist 1: bald guy working the door/box @ dub apocalypse tonight was rude and arrogant. will not be back. bad vibe.
Eric Warner: Amazing room and lovely staff. Every night there is special.
James Kane: What a cool venue
Alice Philbrick Potenza: Always great live music. Upstairs, Pub food is also very good.
Daniel Bennett: Been here once and so far I love the atmosphere! Food is pretty good and there's a small bar. The people here are supportive and they encourage artists to speak their mind uncensored
T BXTWO: Chameleon Rift music was fantastic at Lizard Lounge. High energy high quallty electric jam that takes you away dancing even when you're sitting down. Can't wait to go back.
Lakaila Galloway: Always a great time at the Lizard Lounge! So glad they have opened back up! Happy retirement to Jeff Robinson!
Mike Pietrowski: Love this room!
golfinmang: Awesome spot, cool ambience. I liked the options on tap and the live music was great! Shout out to Ghosts of Jupiter!
John Gillis: Intimate with good sound. Table service could be better.
Sarra Abusamra: The main memories are of a great time
Ayan Chatterjee: Great food, especially the burgers. Sitting outside is a bit tough during winter.
John McGowan: Great food and super acts/bands in the heart of town! Very intamate.
Reggie Etienne: I'm a big music fan, so when the music is right my mind is right. Went to this spot to check out a drummer friend, stayed for so much more. It was a super funky experience.. words won't do justice. it's worth checking out. I'm going back soon to check out another band by the name of Dub Apocalypse. The musical part of the venue is in a sub level and may feel a bit claustrophobic for some, but once you order a beverage and begin to absorb the music, you'll be fine. It actually enhances the experience You can almost get close enough for the musicians to sweat on you.. If you're into that stuff (..and who isn't)On my first trip I got the chance to see 3 bands.. all very good! Think funky, jazzy, Erykah Badu, Parliament. Vocalists were on point and very entertaining.. and the music? FugetAboutit!!
Annie Rabi Bernard: The tacos are very tasty and flavorful. The cheesy nachos have more cheese than you can ever dream of !!!
Matt Chase: Unfortunately, all I have are blurry photos and some videos but that is a FANTASTIC sign. Lizard Lounge was great, the local bands and artists that played were extremely talented, something I wouldn’t have expected had I not read other reviews. I ended the night talking to a few of the folks playing and they were down to earth and humble of their work. Although there was only one bartender, he was friendly and worked hard. Loved this little spot.
Gnu Gnuzza: Superior spot to enjoy the talents of our local musicians.Bar staff was exceptional.
Andrew Lindsay: The best place in town to see Duke Levine and Kevin Barry!
Samantha Mackowitz: Great spot for live music! Loved it
Chris O'Connell: The Monday open mics are a great place to meet local musicians. George is a great MC and keeps it lively.
Alan Stallings: Awesome place to enjoy true art!

Royale: what do users think?
Izzy Gwen: Got spiked in October of 2021. Don’t recommend
Danielle Betz: All the bouncers are on a major power trip, turned a lot of people away. Kept asking everyone how much they had to drink including myself. End of the night they literally pushed people out of the venue and scream at people who are waiting for Ubers to leave. Ive never had another venue yell at people for standing outside.Cons: no ac, bouncers and security suck, overpriced drinks and 2 drink minimum for credit cardsPros: venue looks nice and good sound quality
golfinmang: Andy Shauf show, first time at the Royale and it was awesome!
Emily Hunter: pretty nice venue. the rules for this venue are strange though. they didn’t let me in over some slides. so beawareeeeee.
Cohavit Gil: It sucks to have to write a negative review on this place bc I’ve seen some cool shows here and I’ve had fun here. But as another reviewer mentioned, the line to get in to MEDUZA on 3/31 was atrocious. I get management wanting to keep a line outside to make it look ‘popular’ or whatever, but this was excessive. Or maybe the management team is simply inexperienced (they recently made a ton of new hires) and they were understaffed and underprepared for a sold out show. Whatever the reason, we spent longer outside waiting than inside seeing the show! Even MEDUZA said something about the line when the dude got on stage. Not cool, Royale!
Holly Reyes: Royale is so nice, I went for my first time to see Jukebox The Ghost and was very pleased . Plenty of parking in the area. Park at tufts and it's right across the street. Staff was really nice.
Cindy: I haven't had such a bad experience until tonight (Friday, 3/31/2023). We waited in line in freezing light rain for over an hour to get inside which was at 12:20am. We had $40 pre-purchased tickets. And at one point while waiting in line, there was a very rude power-tripping security guy telling us to make way for the entrance doorway to which seemed like an apartment. A girl and her friend who have been waiting in line behind me with her friends left the line for a minute. The same security guy told them they can't "cut" the line when they weren't. He said he didn't see them leave the line so it didn"t matter. A guy not from the group said she and her friend had waited in line for a while, too. But he didn't take that info. One of the girl's friends tried telling the security guy the two had waited, but the guy threatened the friend about not getting back in the line instead. So the girl and her friend couldn't get back in line. Ridiculous power-tripping going on that night with that one security guy. He was disgusting. The dj was great and the drinks were good though.
Brian Nguyen: What a great venue. Two stories, multiple bars, multiple dj locations. Looks tiny when entering, can easily miss the entrance sign.
Shon Baranov: First time in a night club in my life and it was the best experience ever. Staff was very nice and helpful of any people that couldn't control themselves. I came twice to the nightclub. Friday night for the discord event and Saturday night for PAX appreciation party hosted by the Royale. Bouncer or security that was standing near the washrooms was very friendly and the females working at the coat check were the best. I would recommend this night club for your events and with great DJs playing great music.
Lily Freyer: Usually have a good time here, asked for a cup of water and the bartender got upset with me and took a dirty cup someone had brought up to the bar and filled it with water and tried to give it to me. Not sure why she was so upset as I was purchasing actual drinks at the same time. Gross AF
Mahak Bhatia: Very bad experience with this place. This is the worst club I have ever seen in Boston.
Jacqueline Rounds: I had just left royale and was finding an Uber home. I was alone, as a woman, waiting for the car to pick me up. I was asked to leave the area and I graciously explained that as I woman I do not feel comfortable leaving the spot I was in because it’s very unsafe, especially the area I was in. The security guard told me that he does not care about that and that I have to leave the area nonetheless. I understand the circumstances but one woman standing alone waiting for an Uber is not a problem and to neglect my own saftey is a real problem with clubs like this. I was once roofied here as well. I thought that things have changed but apparently they have not. Do better.
Shirl Kasanovich: Fun place if you don’t mind being packed in like sardines in a hot can…NO seating.
Arpit Jain: Pretty cool experience seeing a concert here
mena salame: Extremely disrespectful and racist. Was asked if i was “from here” three times by a staff member.
Hannah: Concert Security is really bad. I was front row at a concert and some lady started assaulting me. It caused a scene but no security in sight. They also didn’t direct crowd surfers so people where just lost at the front of the stage. They weren’t wearing uniforms so I honestly had no clue if they even HAD security. Very disappointing :/
Anthony: Good venue.
Anna K: Had a fun night out here.
Anna Marshall: The music was not good and our vip section with bottle service took 30-45mins for a drink. It’s a beautiful space but the service was extremely unfortunate.
Yousif Alani: Worst place ever.
T: A bit expensive for the music played inside. It is mostly crowded, but people inside are correct, I would say.Unfortunately, it is not that easy to get a drink since there is a long queue which can take 10–15 minutes until you can finally order your drink. The good point is that there are several security agents who are helping you if needed.3 stars that could be 4 stars without the queue for alcohol.

Good Life: what do users think?
malik moten: Fun
Zak Binx: The best music and crowd in the city, but it's closed for good
C Hudson: Me and my girls had a great time at their final Caribbean night! The music was great, the people were cool, the drinks were strong and affordable. Only thing was the bathroom situation sucks, only 2 stalls in the women's restroom for a venue than has two floors for events. Overall the vibes were great. Sad to hear they're closing their doors!
Anderson Nance: Nice atmosphere.
Laur M: Second time checking my credit card statement after buying drinks at parties here and the amount is over what I signed. I bought 4 shots roughly two weeks ago and the total was $66 and I tipped $2 on card bringing it to $68 but somehow my statement says $78. I’m convinced they change the tip amounts or something because this makes no sense. Make sure you double check and I will be reporting this as fraud because This is the second time I’ve noticed they charged more than what I signed on the receipt.
Ayan Paul: Music was good in the basement but not so good on the main level. Crowd was nice and the drinks a bit overpriced.
Jovonni Banks: 2 dance floors & mad women everywhere.
Venessa Brown: Very unprofessional venu the bouncers pick and choose who to let in very ignorant.
Marrisa Springle: Okay vibes. It was slightly overcrowded and hard to even dance.
Walter: The food is excellent and the drinks are great.Prices are moderate and does not break the bank.
Ron Riz: Worst club in boston and i been to a lot of places out here .I usually dont leave reviews but let me help you save ur time and money.downstairs is completely dark, you can barely see people ,it has the feeling of a low budget basement party with no lights, upstairs has 2 bars ,thats about all this place has to offer is if u need a drink quick .There are better places that are free to get in. 20dollars to get into this place is a complete fraud i can name 15 better places to go dont get fooled by some of there reviews… place not worth the wait or cover FACTS
CM D: The good life is always poppin'Great music if you're into hip hop / afrobeats / dancehall
Gabi Leovan: Accused one person of my party of having a fake ID even though they had the same ID as everyone else. We were ready to call the cops and have them verify it, but the bouncer was very belligerent and just shut us down. Toilets also had no toilet paper. Food and drinks were good. I am just very confused about their half-hearted carding policies. You can't just say one person has a fake ID when you said all the other similar ones are ok in this establisment. Even if you lack the capacity to verify it there is no reason to be aggressive and rude. Just say you can't verify the ID and move on.
Lumyr D: A great night life experience with an old school party vibe! The bartenders are are super chill and the Door staff Is accommodating.
Christine B.: Attracts a good crowd but a few staff members are rude and just ruin the whole vibe.
G Hogan: Great place to grab a mixed drink. They carry IPA beer to. The crowd was a good mix of culture and the vibe in the building was awesome. Great music and two djs.One upstairs and one downstairs. The pizza was really good and fresh , definitely not out of the box. Im definitely going back. I had a great time.
EduArdo Omondi: Incredible music! Cultured spot!
CHERRIES G.H.C. LLC: This is a cute little spot in the Downtown Boston area. There were two floors, strong drinks
Anna Lanza: Decent place but I regret paying the $20 cover. A little after 11 on a Friday and it was completely dead upstairs. Good music and lighting, pretty spacious but totally empty. Downstairs on the other hand was crazy packed. Seems like it'd be a better vibe later on or on another night.
A. Thompson: i love this place. finally a good dance club to hit in boston. diverse music selection because of the two floors and 3 different rooms. a bar in each room. my trick is to check every room for the shortest bar line. i love this place WLW COME FOR SAPPHIC NIGHT ON FRIDAY NIGHTS!
Isaac Ramos: This spot has been around a while and is a fun spot

Paradise Rock Club: what do users think?
Emilia Bingham: The stage was off center, which was kind of odd and made it hard to be in a good spot, but overall it's a great spot and it's fun to see the names of everyone who has performed there before
Jane Abbott: I just got thrown out for absolutely no reason. Do not go here. They will literally rob you. The bartenders are absolutely insane and will cut you off for no reason. The bouncers will throw you out for having dilated pupils. "Becky the bartender" (gag me) has no idea what's she's doing. Serves drinks with no alcohol in them and then cuts you off. Then Matt the bouncer throws you out for having dilated pupils. What century are we living in? We're in a dark concert hall, everyone has dilated pupils you utterly useless tools. All I said to the bartender was that I would leave a bad yelp review. And then she started this nonsense aggression that got me kicked out of a show. Great job losing a paying customer causing zero trouble, for life. This place is absolute garbage and so are all of its employees.
Autumn Boots: Nice venue! Loved seeing The Summer Set here.
Jonathan Fuchs: The sound in this place is great!Staff/bartenders are top notch, I was really impressed by this spot.
Christy Chamberlain: This venue was overbooked, too tiny for the amount of people allowed in, the staff was rude and physically pushing me around. Very little visibility of the band performing. No parking near this venue either!Very disappointed.
Ashlinn Withers: My boyfriend and I traveled to see a show here. The venue is smaller than we expected, but the sound was good. There are pillars everywhere that can block your view, but there is a balcony you can stand on. Two small bars which are sufficient for the amount of people you can fit in that venue. The staff seem well prepared for anything and are friendly. I suggest this venue for any intimate show you'd like to attend.
Alex C: We saw The Black Dahlia Murder along with a stacked bill of bands and we had a good time. There are a bunch of signs stating that stage-diving and moshing weren't allowed, but security was extremely cool, and there was tons of it. I liked that there was a balcony section that provided a good view (one side is closer to the stage than the other) and a reprieve from the moshers.
Jeff Wright: Paradise has excellent shows, professional and refreshingly relaxed security (they take it seriously, but there’s no overly aggressive nonsense), three bars inside the concert hall and one outside, comfortable seating upstairs, great lighting, and the world’s worst layout for sound. The stage is inexplicably oriented to face the short side of the rectangular room, resulting in many, many weird acoustically dead or insanely echoey spots. The two massive pillars also tend to obscure the stage depending on where you stand and make for a good shoulder-shattering surface if you’re at a rowdier show. The staff are consistently excellent and the acts they bring in make it worth the visit, but be prepared to try a variety of vantages to get decent sound.
Aaron Geisel: It's a good venue and I'd recommend it, but with some reservations. We saw The Summer Set in 2023 and they were great. The lights were very well done, but there's a few pillars that can get in the way of the stage. Check in ws quick. There were some jerks that kept trying to mosh and even though they have a sign saying you'll be kicked out, security didn't do anything, which was frustrating. I'm trying to have a good time, not get elbowed in the face. I would have had a better time had those guests followed the rules.
Zachary M (Dr Civilization): Some unfortunately placed columns and strong AC but otherwise great music venue!
Lindsay hynes: Nice layout. Medium sized venue. Clean, books hardcore shows often. Can't ask for much more. Sounds mint. I travel 45 min + so go there and it's surrounded by killer food.
Connor: small, intimate venue that still packs a punch
Dustin Allan: Always a great experience. Venue has amazing sound
Jessie Ritner-Skillings: It is much smaller than I expected, and there are a lot of obstructed views due to pillars. It's an intimate venue to see your favorite band, but you'd have to be sure to be up near the stage in the center, or you'll miss half the show. Security staff was friendly, and the bar tenders were great.
stephanie coffill: Absolutely love this venue! Every show I’ve been to has been amazing.
Crystal Lavallee: I took my daughter to her first concert tonight and this was the perfect venue to do it at! The bartender was so happy to serve us and the rest of the staff's vibe was great too.
Marisa Barden: My favorite concert venue. It's a cozy size - no matter where you are standing you feel close to the stage.
Nick Korbel: The layout is weird, but this is a great place to see a band. Intimate, amazing sound, good lighting.
Dave Van Iderstine: The grungiest tiny loud rock club you'll ever see blasting damn good shows at in Boston! Comes with secret parking spots too 🤐
Courtney Martin: First time going to the paradise rock club, it was a great experience. Jessie murph and Charlieonnafriday killed it!!!
Emily Roth: The oddest venue set up ever. The stage is on the long side of the room, limiting the space directly in front of it. It's a small venue, but has great shows. I'll keep coming back even if I can barely see the stage.

Minh Anh Bui: Somewhat disappointed! Went here for dinner and ended up paying a lot of money and not being full for the night. I think it might be a better place as a bar (if you want a place to chill out), but definitely not a place to get food. The food was overpriced (probably due to the small portion) and it was mid (does not really tasted "special" or "different"). The place was pretty, that was the only nice side about it (especially if you wanna take pictures). Furthermore, I somehow felt that this place was understaffed as we had to wait for 20 mins just to look for a waiter to ask for the bill.
Thomas Marino: Stopped in after the Boston Marathon. Got a table. Food was very tasty but they serve more tapas style. Only choice. Offerd a nice tequila slushy to start. Very dark inside but was ok. They added a free cotton candy dessert which was kind of fun and tasty.Food: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Free Cotton Candy Dessert …More
Meri Kvitkovskaya: Unfortunately, I’ve had a really bad experience at this location.I was sitting at the bar with a friend. Our bartender was extremely rude. I’ve never seen such a bad attitude. I want to mention that it wasn’t a busy night or anything. The worst customer service ever. They don’t care about their customers AT ALL!My friend and I got two coconut marg and chips&guacamole. We couldn’t finish any of our orders because the bartender took it from us without asking if we still working on it. First he took our chips while I was eating. He was rude with it for no reason. When I asked another bartender to talk to a manager he didn’t pay attention. I went to ask another worker for a manager. When the manager came, the bartender took our drink in front of us and the manager. We were very disappointed. Manager said “ things happen, he might be in a bad mood today”.

Macy Jones: Really liked the atmosphere and attentive service. Good drinks and selection of food. Cotton candy at the end was a unique touch. It was pretty busy when I visited, making a reservation ahead of time is probably a good idea if you plan to sit down and eat. But the bar area seemed lively, too.
Divakar Jain: Extremely glad that this location finally opened again. Food in the Fort Point location is delicious and Lolita Back Bay is no different. The 'Spicy Artichoke Empanadas' is one of the best dishes I've ever had in my life. Can't remember the last time I had a dish at Lolita that I didn't like. 100% recommend.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Carlos Trias: Domingo de brunch, muy buena ambientación buenas porciones, muy buena calidad. Capítulo aparte paea Samy la mesera, excelente atención, gracias Samy.
Erica C: Unfortunately, Lolita was another disappointing dining experience in the Boston area. Lolita's only good qualities are the ambiance, queso, and cocktails. If you are looking for great drinks, I would recommend Lolita, but the food is questionable. The location of Lolita is perfect, within walking distance to most areas of Back Bay and in an unassuming basement of a brownstone. The dark atmosphere is cozy and the decor matches the look they are going for. Our server was polite but rarely checked on our table. The best part of our experience was the free green apple cotton candy and the creamy queso. The tacos we ordered came with "questionable" meat. Avoid the pork carnitas and blackened mahi mahi like the plague. Vegetarians may have a better experience. My tip is to avoid or at least read reviews of restaurants you discover on Instagram. The atmosphere may be beautiful but the food quality falls by the wayside.
Jonathan Stevens: This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to! This place had it all between the ambiance, food and drink. They definitely hit the mark when it comes to all senses. I will absolutely be returning.
Lilya Tkachuk: Terrible terrible customer service ever!!!I don’t go there again. I am sensitive to service more then to the taste of foodDon’t Recommend!!!
Vasyl Hrytsiv: Very rude bartender!DON’T RECOMMEN!!!!I would happily pay more for good customer service
Anastasiia Gnat: Don’t recommend!!! Pick another bar if you want to have a good time. Very disappointed after our experience tonight. VERY aggressive and rude bartender. Worst experience in my life! Don’t waste your time and money in Lolita back bay!
Wolf_ Long Beach: Authentic aristocratic Mexican cuisine and the best Tequila collection west of the Mississippi
Alejandra Pulido: I’m conflicted! The interior design and decoration is beautiful and nice-quality! I thought the custom skull with the real red roses was an amazing touch. 10/10 for the atmosphere! The food and drinks were delicious as well, however, the portions surprised me. I feel ripped off.My boyfriend and I were able to squeeze in as a walk in after I asked to be on the waitlist. We were seated and we waited at least 15-17 minutes on receiving water. Then another 10 min on our server to arrive. She was very nice however I only saw her twice during our visit, the first to take our order and the last when we asked for the check (after 20 min when we were done eating). My boyfriend and I are both servers so we were trying to figure out what the servers and support staff were doing this whole time. To include, our food definitely came out quick, and again, delicious. We observed other tables around us also becoming impatient as they waited for water and service as well. Do the servers have to prepare the free sweet ice and cotton candy? We also observed that all the drinks are completely filled with small nugget ice. Another rip-off feel.I would have preferred a slightly bigger portion instead of the free gigantic cotton candy dessert— we also observed that no one picks on it as much so it’s all going to waste at the end?—Atmosphere: 5/5Food: 3/5 due to portionsService: 1/5, friendly just non-existent

Silhouette Lounge: what do users think?
James Catalano: Happy dive with darts and pinball.
Kristen Beauregard: Love this place
Dan Peluso: Best bar in Boston. If you shoot pool there's a serious scene here, and you can always get a solid game in with a regular if you stick around long enough. Big buck hunter machine is in mint condition, both PBR AND Narragansett, pitchers if you want too. Folks are friendly, and the wait for a drink is never too long. If you have friends from out of the city visiting this a great spot that subverts the 'big city bar' expectation on almost every level. They also host live music from local bands Mondays and Wednesdays, which is doing wonders for a town that has had a lot of drama with live music venues as of late.
Mike Grill: Awesome place with darts and pinball...Home of the pitcher and egg punk founder
Clash In Numbers: So noisy all the time. They don’t know how to soundproof. There’s older people hitting on you all the time. Just a weird crowd.
Celia Morse: its now a Monday night and all I can hear is the sound of screeching guitar strings and clashing drums. Like why on a Monday. Why do you need to get turnt to death metal on a Monday. Like don't other people have work in the morning. And why does it have to be so loud.
Jake Chvatal: Good dive bar. Play big buck hunt
Donovan Jermyn: 🤘🎱🍿🌭🤝
Zainab Lakhani: Dive bar with great prices and free popcorn. Definitely overrun with hipsters though who end up fighting towards the end of the night
Matthew Koral: Dude broke a window and we had to leave early
CJW: Really rad dive bar in the Allston/Brighton neighborhood of Boston. The Sil has pool, darts, and a back patio. They serve popcorn that's pretty tasty. Beers and liquor selection is rad.
Anish Deshpande: Amazing place! Nice alt vibes. Great watering hole
Benjamin C: Three darts boards. Glorious.
Fred Lonsdale: Best dive bar in Allston and imo the entire city. Have darts, pool and a couple of arcade games. Go to for pitchers of PBR, booths that are 50 years old and of course, the popcorn. Place can get packed on the weekends but the crowd is usually pretty chill. Only complaint is that mixed drinks are little pricey, but that's Boston for you.
John Hughes: It's a dumpNot in a charming neighborhood kinda way just a dump.
Kristopher Kuss: I love a good dive bar. This is the best one in Allston. They have games(darts, pool, pinball, buck hunter) live music certain days and popcorn. My only complaint is that the drinks are more "Boston" prices than dive bar prices. But I guess they gotta do what they gotta do.
FjordF150: Gansetts overpriced. Mixed drinks maybe a better choice?
Reid Burkis-Oelerich: Pool, arcade games, and dart boards. Pair that with TVs and drinks, and you've got a good night ahead of you. It was a little small and the tables were uncomfortable, but aside from that it is exactly what you'd expect from a standard bar.
Samantha Oxborough: The perfect dive, hands down. Popcorn machine, 9 million tvs (almost), live music, pool table squished into a tiny corner, kitschy decor, regulars-- what more could you ask for?
Sam Abeid: nice
Jane Ndegwa: Great spot for ddrinks! Loved the vibe!

Rooftop @ Revere: what do users think?
bharat agrawal: Good place
Jade Sweeney: Closed for the season but still let us book reservations! So glad I looked the place up again to show my wife where is was located a week before our trip! We made reservations in advance (when they were open) to have dinner here for our honeymoon. No indication anywhere that they would be closing for the season! Their website will even still let you book a table. What a mess!
Michael Shumway: One of Boston's greatest views from over 20 stories high!!!! So beautiful 😍
Enrica Finotto: Beautiful view and atmosphere at the sunset, very good cocktails.
Jeremy Friedman: Lower your expectations. Made a reservation, met the hostess and they pointed us towards our barstools at a high top table. Not cleaned of the last table's mess, the drink situation was a small, crowded walk-up bar. The drink was okay, but the vibe of looking over a parking garage plus the overall dingyness was lackluster
Evelyn Ann: Maybe we went on an off night, but overall the experience was sub-par. It was our first time there and we got a pitcher of their sangria, which they filled fully with ice first and just a fruit juice mixture and what looked like Prosecco, so only got about 3 drinks out of it and would’ve cost less to get 3 individual drinks. Definitely overpriced for what we got, but can’t speak to other drinks as that’s all we got. And then they told us they’d be closing early because it was cold… however, good thing was there was plenty of seating and different types of seating. Sadly, we won’t be returning but it does have potential to be a cool spot and probably worth stopping by if you are staying at the hotel!
Julie Smith: Awesome atmosphere
Katie McHatton: Food took forever and wasn't good. Service was super slow. If you come just get your own drinks at the bar they were the only saving grace
Jessica Ann: The Rooftop @ Revere was on my bucket list for a while. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the service. We had a 6:30 reservation for their nicest table. When we arrived they sat us at these patio chairs with a small glass table, barely big enough for the two of us. We had waited 30 almost 40 minutes for service before we left. The staff had made eye contact and walked by us multiple times, honestly very upset about our experience! Probably wouldn’t recommend, wish I had gotten better service to provide a better review.
elma murataj: We had a great time , hostess stand amazing ! She was able to assign us a table right away with the best view and i loved it! Her name was Antonella and she made sure we were feeling comfortable and being served properly !I highly recommend it , the food and drinks ,great !We will be back next week for my friend birthday.
Juan Carlos Aguirre Borchardt: We were welcomed by customers asking for a manager. Wating staff leaving customer stranded. We gave them 30 min. Walked out. End of story.
Karim Jouini: Really not politeWe booked 3 weeks ahead, came from farAnd they cancelled on us without any notice when we arrived: "we have private event sorry"Wow... sorry couldn't put minus 5 stars ;)
Mariana Brugman: Spent my birthday there really cool chill vibes waitress had a cool tattoo and was helpful with drink options. Lobster rolls are super good
Michele Pelgantini: Top
John in LB Mallory: You can see far, but not the best parts of Boston. Food is very limited and the service is definitely substandard. Not worth going back to.
Mariana Agostinelli: The service in general is bad. Waitresses don’t seem to see you. At the bar the attendant was rude. The food takes more than an hour. Being the kitchen open they told us because that because of the big delay we couldn’t order food. It’s a pitty and a shame. We are staying at the hotel but we don’t have the desire to came back.
Samantha Graffam: This place was a nightmare. One star.is generous. I've lived in Boston for 14 years and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had. We were forced to make a reservation 2 months ago since we couldn't be seated thenThere was not a single redeeming part of our experiance. Had to wait in line for directions to the 'roof' (patio). Was sent up the elevator to the check in/host area on arrival which was empty for the 10 minutes we waited. Finally waited in line to ask the bar staff about the reservation and they laughed and told us to take any table and "for faster service, order at the bar". Proceeded to find a table that was the least soiled however very sticky with drink rings, crumbs and paper bits. Went to the bar for 'faster' service and the 3 drink order attempts were unable to be made since the premade batch blends ran out the night before. There were bees everywhere on the bar, which whatever, but if you wiped the bar occasionally you could at least clean off the dead ones. Finally settled on a couple drinks (batch made) which were jarringly sweet. Ordered apps as well as our main meal since the drink process was taking so long. Waiting... no bottled water available... second round of drinks, 1 beer and a gin&tonic (safe bet). G&T seemed heavy poured but was very obviously watered down gin. Beer that I ordered was not available but found one my husband liked which was not of the listed options. Still waiting for food... finally checked in on the food and the staff seemed shocked we hadn't received any yet, said they would ask the kitchen. Eventually got to the manager that 'called the kitchen' and walked away. Another large group that arrived 30-40 mins after us received food and we were still left waiting. Finally tracked down the manager again and they said they called it in personally. Still waiting for food... we finally closed our or tab without the food which was removed from another bartender since an hour+ had passed and we still had not received and app, never mind the entree. Finally as we were packing to leave almost 75 mins after ordering, food showed up but was somehow still messed up. The expensive (mkt price) lobster was prepared opposite to the option we ordered. We were comped this but at this point were laughing at the farce we were going through. Every person that works here needs to assess their career at this point. Complete fail on all levels. Never again. Avoid at all costs. We had ran into friends that had also rented the cabana option this same day and they had a worse experience than us and paid obscene amounts for wait staff that didn't show up for 2 hours after their reservation as well as all of the issues we went through. This place holds true to the Revere name. Gross.
MKC Productions (MKC productions): Literally the most snotty staff. I left and spent money anywhere but there. Gross hotel but the staff acts like it’s 5 star definitely my 1 and only stay
Harsh Chheda: Pretty decent place. Very limited options when it comes to food and especially vegetarian food. Only fries and flat bread is available
Alsu Traveler: The place itself was nicely planned and decorated, but the whole experience did not match the experience. Food, security and hospitality services requires management’s attention. We came there to grab a few drinks with appetizers, and we were surprised they let a party of more than 10 people to crowd our table (the guests from other party literally stopped at our table a few times, putting their drinks on our table). We shared that info with our server but it was more like sharing our thoughts with him, no actions were taken.

Brighton Music Hall: what do users think?
Walt Lutter: One of my favorite music halls in Boston. Great sound in such a quirky room.
Richard: Great venue. Smallish but I like this as it allows for an intimate experience. A lot of choices for beverages, plus some water coolers to ensure people do not get dehydrated. Music was not extremely loud, good volume for me
Robin (sunrook): I was here in 2019 when Ensiferum played. It was a Finnish sauna. It somehow got up to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit in there mid January.Went back again Thursday (May 4th) to see Khemmis. They got air conditioning now! And moshing is now banned (great for me because I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I don't recall it being banned in 2019. Just crowd-surfing). It was nice to be back. The vodka cocktails are great, albeit pricey. Make sure to bring your ID! They check everyone!
Henry Dera: Great venue for an intimate concert. There is prepaid parking available for purchase with concert tickets which is in the cvs parking lot across the street. Otherwise there is street parking around but you have to look for it, may be a walk.Set times are pretty punctual in my experience.
Meredith Fisher: Called at 8 pm and they said tickets were available at the door. Arrived at 9:30 and they wouldn’t let me in as it was “sold out.” While waiting 10 people left. I was solo. Woman fronted band playing l. Women at the door. Solo woman trying to get in. Boooooh. Guys to the front, I guess.
Eric Kalis: April 25th Fishbone show was an all-time gr8 experience. Fun venue, good drinks & beer selection. Cool place!
Richard Coleman: Place was Rockin and had such a great atmosphere we had a awesome night of music,I remember when location was Reillys Pub as a kid I'd go in the bar with my shoeshine kit and charge 25cents a shine, have great memories from both ends of the spectrum .
cprateau: Probably good for local artists with a decent following but way too small for bigger-name bands touring nationally. Place obviously gets oversold for a GA/SRO venue so you can't see the band very well. Also thought the acoustics weren't that great for such a tiny venue.
Nick Olivieri: Fun time
Cesar Ziegler: Awesome place for concerts
Tabitha McMinniman: Very nice venue. Smaller, but nicely spread out. The stage is in a good spot where you can see it from most areas in the venue. Nice speakers. Staff there are nice. Bathrooms were clean. I like the area of this venue because it’s easier accessible by bus and the green line.
Kerry Murphy: Great little venue. Easy to get to, paying for parking ahead was very worth it, and staff was great.
eric francke: Saw Jake wasley rogers.....what a performer. But the venue is just a room that they pack crowd into. Acoustics mediocre.
Joshua Mirôn: Lovely, small, intimate venue with a chill-out area in back
Chip Schlansker: Great experience. Very accommodating for wheelchair accessibility and great atmosphere.
Stephan Gilly: Great venue for shows. Super friendly staff.
Rachel Berger: Caught the Wax Tailor set here tonight, this venue was great! tastefully decorated, reasonably priced drinks, and very good security guards. Someone tried to start a fight with my boyfriend and they were very good about it, removed the problem patron & checked to make sure everyone was safe. Great guys, great set, great venue.
Alyssa Peguero: Don’t pay for parking through ticket master. Just park for free somewhere else. They had no signs or instructions where parking was. Cafuné tickets said the show started at 7 when in reality doors opened at 7. I waited until 7:45 for the show to start then left. I found they were two opening bands coming. I left at 7:45pm. I did not want to stay until 11:00pm on a Sunday. I think everyone should have came out on time or earlier. I would give 1 star but the second star is that it is physically a nice venue. Better off seeing bigger artist or going to an open mic.
Athena Moulopoulos: Pleasantly surprised at the size of this venue! Had a great time!
akari: IM GONNA SEE BKTHERULA ON MARCH 28!!!! IM SO EXICTED 10 MORE DAYS YALL
Robert Wilson: Awesome little venue, very nice inside with 3 bars, pool tables and great shows! Parking isn't too bad if you can grab a spot in the public lot around the corner.
