I hung u to assure I had dialed correctly since it a Friday assume perhaps he’s ready to go! Kept asking what do you want, finally saying nothing I can do for you here you have to deal with the embassy there. I am out of the country the local embassy is no live person, automated email response giving messages ! Yeah

    Luz Mussenden: Have currently been on hold for 39 Minutes, 29 of those minutes with no hold music. At first it sounded like someone picked up and then put me back on hold but nope I guess I am still waiting. Currently have my work phone and cell phone on hold 40 minutes now on hold via my work phone and 21 minutes on my cellphone! All for a 2 second question on why I received a check because they did not put a reason whatsoever. 42 minutes on hold now, with no hold music on my work phone. 24 Minutes on my cell phone now!

    Desiane Bitaraes (Daisy): The lady at the Commonwealth department for apostile document is very rude and have no manners to interact with customers. I felt humiliated. In the other hand, the guy who works there is very helpful, kind, and has a wonderful interaction with customers.Besides that, I was able to apostile my documents very quickly!
    Rebeca Bonilla: I called one and some lady with a snarky tone answered, after I was asking my question, she legitimately said “don’t waste my time” and hung up.I then proceeded to call again, this time a gentleman answered, he was so sweet, answered my questions, and even congratulated me on my upcoming wedding.I legitimately would give it a one star had I only talked or the first woman. I think employees need to be trained and taught on how to talk to people.
    T-SHIRTS AUTHORITY: Without any question this is the best Secreatary I have to deal with. Whenever I request any information or documents it takes few hours to receive the response. Always ready to answer my questions. Great communication.
    Alex Irwin: Visited to drop of documents to be processed. According to the front desk, they cannot receive dropped off documents. Is a slotted locked drop box too much to ask? Even my town office has one.
    Daniel Surian: At least in the corporation division (Filing window) they are very nice, know their work very well, pleasant people that take the time to explain things. Am a business broker and go there often for filings and things, always a good experience.
    Jaimee C: The rudest people I've ever had to talk to on the phone. They are short, hate answering questions and treat the caller like a complete moron. Total jerks.

Charlie open the registry already for Walkin it is not fair To the Massachusetts citizens the registry is something our tax money pays for. It’s been long enough.     Boston W: I wrote three times to Governor Baker regarding his horrible Website for Vaccines and received no response. When asked by the Media if he would make the Website more user friendly his response was "How easy do you want it to be". Time has proven the Media and the Public correct and he multiple times made improvements. His handling of the Vaccine Rollout has been a dismal failure and one that many will not forget should he ever run for Office again.
