Boston Playground: what do users think?
Lataya: I had the pleasure of going here for the first time this past Thursday. The pricing isn't too clear on the website. If you have a sibling one of them is free to play? But the sibling has to be a baby. Putting that aside I came on a weekday at the place was well kept. The bouncy is huge, big blocks that are toddler friendly, ping pong and a host of activities for toddlers and big kids. The wooden area where they held the soccer balls is a little dangerous for toddlers who are still trying to find their balance. My daughter bumped her lip on it. It's a little slipper too as you required to only enter with socks. All in all my daughter enjoyed herself and cannot wait to bring her back again.
Cassandra Hudson: This place is great for kids ages 1-8 years old
Gisele Martins: We had a birthday party today and it was an amazing day. All the children, even the little ones, had a lot of fun. I have only two bad situations to mention. We arrived 15 minutes before our time to organize the room, but it was not available for us. Our reservation was at 2 pm and the room was available at 2:10 pm. It was a little uncomfortable because we have some guests waiting. The second point, the bouncy house was flat when the kids went to the playroom. I was waiting a long time for a team (she was amazing and very helpful), she was helping another group, but she answered me well when I asked for help. Despite wasting some time, we really liked the place and our guests were very happy.
Annie C: Great hidden gem for my 3 year olds birthday party! Friendly staff and nice open space and fun activities.
Brian S.: Amazing place for birthday parties. Great staff and very clean.
Nakara Baskin: I booked the place for my daughters third birthday party. We arrived early to decorate and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were all around great! The party room was the perfect size for our family only party. The playground was excellent the adults had a blast and the kids did not want to leave that’s how great it was. The staff even offered to help clean beforehand. I would highly recommend this place definitely a 10/10. Chelsea has been known not to be the cleanest but this place was flawless and air conditioned to perfection! Originally booked a large party a bunch of people canceled last minute so when it came time to play the staff charged us for a medium sized party which took off a hundred dollars. I can’t wait to go back!
Richelle Murray: Awesome! Great place for kids. Clean, organized. Giant bounce house!!
Lisa Tranfaglia: I've been going there for all my grandchildren's birthday parties ... Honestly you get two private rooms of playroom and a little dining area ,, it's just awesome the staff are incredible they're so helpful ,, it's a safe and fun place for your children ,,,
Gordana Zivkovic: Odlicno
Srishti Bhutani: The closing time for the playground is 7 PM per their website. We drove about an hour to go there for my kid's birthday food drop in play and when we got there at 5.50, the person at the counter said he was closing early today because there wasn't much business. We explained our situation but he did not budge. Very disappointing experience.
Bert RX-7: Page not properly updated.
Danny Quynh Lam Ong: Fun. Small for toddlers. Def more fun for 5-10 years old kid games as Archery and Neftwars
Yuguan Li: VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NOT RECOMMEND.Based on what I heard, this suppose to be one of the top indoor playground for families. We booked a private party for total of 18, and hoping to have a good two and half hour there. However, the time was full of disappointment:- The place is super hard to find from outside. No clear notice or board showing you how to get inside. You have to go into a dollar tree and find a secret path to the playground.- Safety concerns all over the place. We have 5 toddlers in our group. But the place is lacking proper protections for all ages: the outlets are all exposed, the foosball table poles were broken...- Staff run into the playground and start cleaning in the middle while kids are playing. This is very annoying because kids get upset when the their settings get reset. The duration of this session was also very confusing, they allow you to add party package to get 30 mins more, which we expect to be two and half based on the website. Their staff cannot explain the rate at all so he has to call the “boss man” to clarify it.Anyhow, it was quite an unpleasant experience for us.
Zoila Miranda: Great place for throwing a small birthday party. You have the playroom and the party room just for your friends and family. Place is clean. Just make sure the people you invite are on time because there is only a 2 hours time frame for throwing a party. Will definitely be coming back again.
eszter bukvai: Its a hidden gem! Perfect place for kids of all ages. Clean, sanitized, spacious. Frendly staff, affordable prices and good location!
Mark Cabiling: Booked a private playground session for the pod. The kids loved it! Spacious and clean facilities.
Clare Chan: I booked the private play session (1.5hrs) for a 2 and 4 yr old, and both had a blast. The space was the perfect size for them to run free, while still being manageable for the adult(s). There are multiple stations with varying activities that appeal to all ages. Who doesn’t love an oversized pool (soccer) table?? Everything was very clean, orderly and new. There’s a snack/break room that you can rent for addl $10. I definitely recommend adding it, unless you have a unicorn child who doesn’t demand snacks every hour. There was one staff member who mostly stayed in their office, besides checking in a couple times. But the office is easily accessible should you need anything. It was perfect for the current state of public outings. We had everything we needed and were allowed to use the whole time for ourselves. At the time that we went, we were allowed to be mask-less once inside the kids’ space. This was the real winner as it’s impossible to get a mask on a toddler...again, unless they’re a unicorn.
Lida Tang: Great place to take your kids and take a breather.
Cheuk H. Shian: Took my family here to hang out and spend some time while the weather is getting cold. Fun place to chill and spend time with family!!
Rayna Lo: It's a great place to bring my nieces and nephews. Super interactive and fun. They'd love to come back again.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park: what do users think?
Drew Evans: Try to call the phone number listed on Google. It give numerical options via automated system. Any option that you choose doesn't work. It says this number is not recognized. CANNOT get a human being on the phone. Very frustrating. Please help
Pete Romfh: The grandkids enjoyed this place
Ivan Batchvarov: My kids love this space but it looks shabby. The walls are cracked. There was a big TV going on with plastic surgery and anti aging commercials in the party area while kids were trying to eat pizza. Nobody could change the channel. Who needs this?
Emmanuel Bruneau: Nice place to bring your kids.
Vi Ga: Place is fun for my kids. But the prices are way to high ☁️🌬☁️🌫
Leyda Ruiz: Love it want to go again
Phanielle Orelus: Amazing and very fun
Danny Quynh Lam Ong: Fun for both kids and adults
Mitsuki Fury: Me and my son celebrated his 14th birthday there today and omg we had fun! I was the only adult jumping but it felt good to play with the kids...I felt younger
Wendy Ash: Staff wasn’t very accommodating or helpful. I over purchased socks and they couldn’t figure out how to refund the “extras”, and I waited in line 3 separate times for issues/misunderstandings relative waivers. It was definitely a, “figure it out yourself cuz I have no interest in helping you” attitude.
Daniel Shafrir: Fun place but they ask for waaaaay too much unnecessary personally identifiable information as part of the waiver that you sign.
Rachel: We went for the Holiday Glow Night. It was advertised as a special themed event. Unfortunately there was no theme, nothing holiday about it. There was no difference from any other night.....I wouldn't recommend paying for any special events because that was def false advertising. OTHER than that....the kids had a very good time, and it wasn't crowded. The employees were all friendly and helpful. When one of the girls slammed a basketball off of the other ones face, ice was immediately brought over! I would go back. The only other issue we had....a man that was there with his kids pushed one of mine up the obstacle wall and she couldn't get down as the only way is to slide down a full height fire pole and she is six.....she was crying and staff had to rally, and eventually send someone up for her. Not the fault of Skyzone but maybe post something so adults with little common sense know better? I am not sure how else that could have been avoided. He was just standing there and pushed her up. Anyways, kids are resilient and they did have a blast.
Sheryl Drude: Challenging web site
Andy Prezeau: Personally this place is just to small compared to all other parks I have been too. We paid and my daughter and her cousin didnt even Juno because there were no squares available for them to jump as it was to crowded and the again, the space for actual jumping is just WAY to limited. On the other hand it does have a run up the wall and little jungle gym obstacle course which was cool. But for me today was just a waste of 40 bucks, stayed for 15 minutes as my kids just couldnt get themselves to be happy about the space they had to jump.
Lou Bianchi: We went there last night for my grandson’s 13 th birthday. The kids have been to other parks before and all said this was the best because of the kids they had working there. They were AWESOME!!! So great and helpful to all the kids big and small! They made it the BEST TIME!Great work guys!!!!Nana Jean
Joycelyn Shavers: Excellent! Grandchildren had fun. Second times here and always have to drag them out!
sharon: This was so amazing. Trampolines were so bouncy and the dodgeball was like a different world of dodgeball since we were on trampolines
Josh Hwa: We had our kids birthday party here, and it was a wonderful time. Terrance, Anthony, and Abreya went above and beyond to help us and all the kids and parents for the entire 3 hours. I had doubts that SkyZone could keep 20 kids entertained for that long, but honestly, the kids could have been there longer. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!
Rosa Lara: Disappointing. Poorly managed
Katie Harris: ***UPDATE*** I wanted to add a quick note to update my review of SkyZone Boston. I took the customer service team up on their offer to follow up after posting my review. I was honestly very impressed with Colleen's response. She and her team took the time to reach out to their staff that was on location the day of our event and also spent time on the phone discussing my experience and addressing each and every one of the issues I noted in my review. I continue to stand behind my initial statement that everyone I've dealt with at SkyZone has been kind and respectful. I felt that Colleen took my comments seriously and did what she could to help address things after seeing my review. I appreciate it very much and look forward to giving SkyZone Boston another try.We had my son's birthday party at Sky Zone. Although the facility and staff on-site were nice, and I would consider bringing my kids to an open jump here, I would NOT recommend it for parties. The day-of staff were very nice, but were disorganized on the day of. They held up a group of antsy kids on bleachers near the entrance for over 20 minutes of party time while they dealt with software issues and searched for signed waivers in their software (despite watching parents complete them at kiosks right in front of them). The kids had to line up and jump into the foam pit one and a time, which is fine in small groups, but takes a LONG time for 18 antsy toddlers - there should be a way to split the group so kids aren't standing around bored. After the kids were moving into the jump area, I was asked whether the staff could change the theme based on an event held earlier in the day, despite having confirmed the party theme the day before the party. I called twice during the planning process to see if someone could help me accommodate a child's food allergy and no one got back to me; I finally tracked someone down and SkyZone did not offer an alternative or a solution, but simply said I could bring in "outside food" for $50. The add-on food options that were offered were low-quality and overpriced. (We opted for a fruit platter - the stop and shop fruit platter they dropped on the counter that day would've cost me under $10 had I bought it in-store or elsewhere, but I was charged $30 and the fruit was not good.) The beverages which were supposed to be included in the package were not provided until I tracked someone down to bring them into the party room. Also, they ran out of forks and spoons. (Try eating cake with no utensils!) At the end of the day, I'd say the facility was great and ideal for parties, the outside vendors for pizza and cake are awesome, the staff on-site was truly nice, the tools to have a great event are all present, but the process is a mess and lead to a stressful couple of hours for the parents and guests! To top it off, I got an email from the owner asking that I complete a survey, never got the survey, and got no response when I reached out via email.
Kathleen Cunningham: Very disappointed! I bought a Groupon for so called “family night” only to get denied by the staff for every station to stay with my 5 year twins. One of which is autistic. Really bumbed with the turnout. Definitely won’t go back
