Carolyn Horn: Love the atmosphere here! Gym has all the equipment and weights you need!!
Joseph Burns: Great gym with trainers who will push you to be the best you can be. I’ve worked out there for a few years now and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to better themselves!
Hunter: Cool gym. The low light is nice. Two floors with big glass windows and cafe that overlooks the two rings and first floor. Super friendly staff.
Casandra Xavier: I just loved the feeling of feeling tall and tough in the ring against the big bag.Friendly vibes & staff. Totally inclusive to those with various disabilities…especially blindness. A large heart for y’all ♥️🥊
Mike Penney: Beautiful facility and nice staff.
Betty Walters: I’ve been coming here over a year and have not one bad thing to say. The staff and trainers are friendly, gym is always clean, and I’ve never felt stronger and in better shape.
Teresa Heck: Professional, clean, helpful ...love ALL the equipment, and extras.
Frederick Fowler: The first workout program we’ve ever done that actually works for us! The staff are incredible and the coaches are super motivating and empowering!
Theodore Davis: EverybodyFights always provides a great workout! The coaches are supportive and engaging and everyone on the team is incredibly helpful.
John Cheney: Great gym with all the equipment one needs to execute a well-rounded exercise routine. Reasonable price. Great environment in which kindness is encouraged. Very little meat heads and toxic energy. Employees at the front desk are friendly and the trainers help build an inviting environment
AnnaKate Nottonson: Anna G. is the best fitness instructor ever! Her classes are well planned, her music always pumps me up, and you can tell she’s super passionate. I’m actually seeing insane results from consistently going to classes, and it has only been a month! Ive never looked forward to fitness classes until now.
Farhana Cannon: I absolutely love this gym. They have great hiit and boxing classes. The trainers are awesome and the music always hypes you up. They also have a juice and smoothie bar for some quick nutrients on your way out.
Luis Arce: Great gym with excellent coaches and equipment!
Aung Htet Lin: Whether ur a pro, or a beginner, this is definitely a boxing training gym/place for everybody
Patrick Bozarjian: I've lived in the city for over ten years and there is no better gym than EBF!!! Pre and post pandemic they have been amazing all around. From the moment you walk in you can feel the energy from everyone at the facility - from the front desk, trainers, and other gym goers. I love every class and the trainers here really care and will help you at every station if you need it. I used to have a hard time getting motivated for a gym but haven't ever since signing up here!
Hana J: I have done many Bags and Training classes here and I find it that it depends on the instructor. Once I found an instructor I was comfortable with; I was motivated to go more. They paid attention and made sure my moves were correct vs just teaching.
Jake Williams: The gym is great. Great classes, great open gym space, locker rooms are clean, showers are nice, and the staff is always super helpful. But for $150 per month can we please get the sauna and steam room fixed? Sauna never creeps passed 110 degrees F and the steam room hasn’t worked since I joined a few months ago. Until these things get fixed I can’t give this place 5 stars

BronCore Fitness: what do users think?
Heather Mattie: Love, love, love this place. Manny is an amazing trainer and knows how to push you. Bron, Mark, Kelsey and all of the other trainers are so friendly and make me excited to be there. Highly recommend!
Rosalie Fazio-Eynullayeva: This place could not be more friendly and inclusive. It’s a great community of supportive trainers, staff, and clients that provides the sweatiest and butt-kickingest workouts. I’ve been working out with Bron for over 10 years and he’s somehow managed to imbue this whole gym with his hilarious, clever, positive vibe. Seriously the best.
ALAN MORONTA: I have been training on my own for quite a while, occasionally signing up for group fitness training(s) around the greater Boston area, training with an abundance of professional trainers and athletes. Broncore Fitness is TOP TIER in training programs, equipment AND location (42 Court street Boston, MA).Fitness programs built to get you in the best shape of your life hands down, from fundamental-to-advance exercises along with a great crew of knowledgeable personal trainers. The place seems to have this exciting comradery and accountability amongst clients and staff, let's be honest, what's a good training session without your 'Battle-buddy' ..Everyone in there is getting after it. Need I mention their social media presence? helpful yet hilarious instructional on "how to"... you'll just have to tap into their Instagram.Lastly, I recommend Kelsey's "BCF Strength" class, she's pretty cool and has a program for gains. Kelsey, thanks again for showing me this gem.
K R: Best gym in Boston! Workouts are always different, challenging, and fun. The trainers clearly love what they do, and care about the clients reaching their fitness goals.
Kwame B.: Broncore fitness is your premier fitness/gym studio. Expect to have fun, work hard, and make community when you join! The music is touch-and-go; Manny's class has my favorite (Grace is a very close second) but beyond that expect to be encouraged and pushed to be your best self.I can't speak highly enough of the owner Bron-no matter what your shape or fitness level he will always go out of his way to make sure you are heard and supported on your fitness journey.
Stephanie O: Great total body workout with a nice mixture of cardio and strength.
Melissa Moylan: BronCore excels in every area! The trainers are motivating, the workouts are dynamic, the facility is excellent, and the community is so welcoming. I went to a charity workout they hosted last December and immediately knew this would become my gym. I have been going consistently for 4 months now and I am so much stronger already. I am so happy I found BronCore Fitness!
Jennifer Schnare: I've been going to BronCore consistently for the past 1.5 years and cannot say enough good things about this place. Bron and his staff are the best of the best. They have made me feel welcome since day 1, each one of them taking the time to get to know me. The classes are always fun, different, and challenging. I've been doing small group and personal training with Brian and he is so knowledgeable and great. Other favorites are Kelsey's Wed 6:30am Strength and Erin's Tues 6:30am. Oh and when Mark teaches a Sunday class, if you don't go, you are missing the best part of the day. After living in Boston for almost 20 years and trying just about every gym/class, this is the type of place I'd always been looking for.
Claire Metrick: Amazing gym! Best trainers, best clients, best community. Truly something for everyone and they will push you to your best.
Hana Berke: BronCore Fitness is my happy place. The workouts are challenging and fun, facilities are top notch, but most importantly is a sense of community and welcoming that is really hard to find. I never regret a class and cannot recommend the studio and all the trainers enough!
Vanessa Laversenne: Love this gym! Perfect balance in between personal trainer and group class! If you are stuck doing always the same workout by yourself, come check it out!
Paul Schneider: Are you looking for a great community and world class fitness experience? Then check out BronCore Fitness (BCF)! From the location, to the facility, to the staff - I highly recommend everyone to participate in a class or personal training session and see what it’s all about! There is something there for everyone and you can set and crush any fitness goals you may have. Go get your sweat on!
Jamie Lynn: Bron, Mark, Manny, and the entire team of humans and pups here are utterly amazing. I started here 150 pounds overweight and the staff and clients have treated me like I belong, with the most positive and kind atmosphere in their group classes and individual training sessions. Their social media also provides continual smiles long after the post workout endorphins have subsided!
Emily Wood: Hands down best gym in Boston! Bron and his team have built a gym and community that makes working out the highlight of your day. Each class is structured to push yourself to reach new fitness goals. Broncore Fitness is truly one of a kind and couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else!
Crista Schindler: Broncore is an amazing local Boston studio with an unmatched community. All the classes are energetic, well programmed, and customized for all class participants’ fitness level. I love the morning classes the most. Staff is customer service oriented and personable. One of the very first things I noticed about Broncore compared to other studios in the area is the effort they put in to connect with everyone that walks through their doors. This sets Broncore apart. You’ll love it!
Hendrigo Costa: I am a trainer and I only do online personal training sessions, but i always send prospects to this gym if someone is looking into do in-person personal training sessions. I trust them !
Wesley Ireland: I went for a couple of group workouts, basically in strength & conditioning. The instructor, who also is the owner, led this fun workout class. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone who needs motivation after lifting weights and done strength & conditioning for many years.
Vanessa C: The BronCore Gym is what dreams are made of, truly! It's such an inviting space, judgement-free, and the classes are no joke. I never leave a class with Bron or Mark that doesn't leave me grateful for the sweat and burn. I have known Bron for about a decade and his programmed classes never cease to amaze me with how back to basics and functional training-focused they are. The gym is well-stocked with all of the dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX suspension bands, echo bikes, rowers, anything you can think of - they have it. AND cuddling MikeLyons, the gym dog, makes working out that much more rewarding. Run, don't walk to this amazing place!
Jacqueline Jimenez: Great place! A hidden gem. Bron is a health professional and always delivers results. The workouts are super fun and include outdoors weather permitting. Great for anyone who wants to get to their personal best!
Paul Kraemer: BronCore Fitness is absolutely the best Boston gym, offering a team of great trainers in a fantastic urban gym setting. Whether you're looking for personal training, group classes or boot camps, BCF should be your workout location of choice.
Emma Turner: I love going to BronCore! The classes are fun, keep you on your toes, and are always a great workout! The staff, from the instructors to the front desk, are awesome. 11/10 would recommend!

EverybodyFights FiDi: what do users think?
Shane Begin: I have been doing Becca’s “Road Class” which is a cardio based class, with some weight training mixed in. As a former rugby player, having played all around the world, I have been put through some very tough workouts. Recently, I’ve let my fitness take a backseat, and was very intimidated coming into this class. Becca was super accommodating, and welcoming..as was everyone in the class and at the financial district Everybody Fights. It is a judgement free, go at your own pace class, but Becca definitely inspires you to empty the tank and push yourself to the limit. I have shoulder issues, so a few of the floor exercises were tough for me...not a problem, Becca tailored a workout specifically to fit my needs. Everyone in the class got individualized attention and everyone left feeling drained, but awesome and inspired to have a great day. I cannot recommend this class (or any class with Becca at the helm) enough. 10 stars! Can’t wait until next Saturday to go back!
Jay Nicholls: The team is awesome. Classes are challenging and they mix it up enough to stay fresh. Locker room could use improvement, it can get packed at peak hours.
jonathan moran: I love coming to this gym! Super fun staff and there’s always a variety in the classes. And the facilities and locker rooms are very clean. I go in the morning so I can always find parking. Coming here is the best way to start my day.
James Minahan: Great gym, awesome trainers, and I'm always motivated to join the classes
Aung Htet Lin: Best place to experiencing the boxing (Bag) for a beginner. I would go to every single Bag class on Friday which is trained by Kevin Cobbs! He is the greatest boxing trainer who had helped me push my limit every class and always encouraging me to never stop.
Cristhian Mancinas García: The trainers are clearly super qualified and also just nice people. The facilities are top notch.I usually drive in early in the morning and it's not too hard to find street parking around it.
Teodor Georgiev: Love this place! The classes are great, and there's too many fun trainers to name them all. Shout out to Kelli who's Train classes are great despite her playing Bieber.EDIT:Chris N's playlist is pretty good too.
Jamie Wilson: Love this gym. The trainers are all amazing and really take the time to get to know you and how to push / motivate.
Mary Anne O'Gorman: Always a great workout! Instructors are challenging and motivating. Love this place.
Ryan Cacace: Never thrown a punch before in my life but the instructors help to make sure everyone knows what they are doing during class. This is a great workout and a great time.
Gia Adams Wheeler: Best work outs I’ve had in a long time. Switched from trying through class pass to enrolling solely on FIDI Everybody’s Fights packages. A ton of variety, great instructors, clean new set ups, structured classes, great music. I’m seeing results and best part, it doesn’t feel like a salesy cult.
Simone Paquet: This is my all time favourite gym in the world. I've been to various boxing and circuit gyms in the US and abroad and I can say with certainty that the quality and energy of the instructors here is unparalleled. There is a class for everyone, from purely cardio, to just boxing, to weights. And everything in between. They even let members use machines and equipment outside/during class. So you don't have to just take classes here, you can come in and do your own thing. But then why wouldn't you take a class - the instructors are not only experienced and knowledgeable, but kind, funny and enthusiastic people. I am so blessed to be able to workout and be a part of the EverybodyFights's family! Xx
Susan Ha: Convenient location and huge variety of classes. Very friendly staff and clean environment as well. I really enjoy my workouts and feel that everyone is very supportive.
Meg Taing: Great location. Very clean and convenient to get to. A lot of different class offerings and fun instructors! Have been coming to this location for a few months now and really enjoy it.
eleni kouvaras: Was first introduced to boxing after acknowledging that I need to be in control of my own power. With that said I love the gym and the people! Everyone is there for different reasons and are working through things. The facilities are also awesome, clean and easy to use. Becca at FIDI locations bagsxbodys class is fantastic, continuously teaches good technique. And really hyped you up! Thanks Becca Checca you rule. The other teachers are also wonderful, I have taken Eliza, Erin’s and Kelli’s classes too, all rock stars! Always thanks for the good workout mentally and physical everybody fights!
Richard Welch: First time at anything boxing last week. Did a bags and core class with Cassi. Got individual instruction and no shame when I screwed up. Highly recommend and I will be back.
Tobi Shenbanjo: I have been taking classes with everybody fights for almost a year now and still going.I love their positive and high-energy atmosphere and they offer a variety of classes that all feel fresh and challenging. One class in particular I enjoyed recently was Becca's ROADxFIGHT class I took last Saturday. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow and her energy kept me pushing past my limits everytime I felt myself slowing down. I will definitely be looking for more of her classes in the near future.
Riley McGarry Partridge: Very friendly staff! Love it here!!
Kayla Courtain: I am obsessed with everybody fights! I love the classes and all of the instructors! Becca always keeps me motivated and Kelli keeps me on track with my nutrition. I highly recommends everybody fights!
Meta Surjaputra: Absolutely obsessed. Please open one up in Chicago near the loop!! Moving in August and I can’t imagine life with a Becca checca and eliza S. bags class :( but when I come back home to visit I’m coming back just for them :) this place is so inclusive and empowering ❤️
Francisco Guzman: I’ve been going here for about a year and love it. The instructors are all high energy and put together a great workout. You can take classes to learn about proper boxing form, or stick to more fitness classes which are almost always very challenging. Great place if you get bored working out on your own at other gyms.

Barre Groove: what do users think?
Yi Chen Chen: I really enjoy taking classes here. It’s amazing🤩🤩
Molly James: I’ve done a lot of group workout classes, and this studio is one of my absolute favorites! I’m the type of person that needs to trick my brain into thinking i’m not exercising (or else I get terribly board and unmotivated) and their classes are just the trick! Bouncing on the trampoline is SO FUN and the dance/moves/songs are lively and for all levels. The pacing is great too- changes just enough to keep the class moving. By the end of the 45min i’m always shocked it’s over already! The instructors are fabulous and do a wonderful job with explanations, support, posturing guidance and motivation!
Lauren Crawford: I’m so glad I found barre groove! Every class I’ve taken here is both fun and a great workout. I feel stronger since starting and I tell all my friends about it!
Kirsten Mojziszek: I am thoroughly obsessed with Barre Groove. Amazing instructors, super fun classes, and great concept! There is something so satisfying about being in a class full of people trampolining in synchrony. If you're a former dancer these classes are a super fun way to scratch that part of your brain while getting amazing exercise! For the non-dancers, all my friends who I've dragged to classes with me have been equally obsessed. Truly my fave place, I hope they start expanding to other cities!!

Lindsey Cobb: Best way to start my Sunday! A friend and I went to the lululemon studio class with Emily, bounce & barre format, and she did not disappoint! Great playlist and great vibes. Thank you!
Daniela Lee: Super nice instructors, easy on the knees, and a fun girly workout! Also a nice safe space to wear your cutest workout set. The classes are very affordable on either classpass or with their monthly memberships. Every class is a good mix of cardio with some muscle toning, but not overly intense so a good before/after work class.
Maura Kelleher: I have been attending classes at Barre Groove for over a year now and have loved every class I have taken. The instructors are all amazing and the workouts are challenging but great!

I have been going to their classes for a little under a year, and I am so in love with the sense of community and dedication at each of them. All of the instructors are energetic and encouraging, and I always leave feeling so strong and refreshed. If you are debating signing up, DO IT NOW!
Antonia Alvarez: It’s such a fun, feel good class! Highly recommend it, my favorite class is Bounce and Sculpt

Julie Pham: Barre Groove is an instant mood booster - the endorphins from the workout, the music that pumps, and the energy from the instructors all come together to make one of the best workout/party experiences ever! I haven't experienced any other fitness class like this and everyone is so welcoming.
Keira Beatty: I can’t say enough good things about Barre Groove. The instructors are upbeat, positive, and fun, and the classes are challenging without feeling impossible. I highly recommend!

Redemption Strength & Conditioning: what do users think?
Lucy Norris: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Mary Zanor: The instructors at Redemption are smart, fun, attentive, and the programming is unique. It's the first class structure where I really pushed myself to use heavier weights! Their outdoor offerings have been a savior this past year. I so appreciate this locally owned, small business, and hope others in the North End & surrounding neighborhoods will check it out!
Danielle Lorizio: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityRedemption is where I fell back in love with working out. The instructors are not only kind and funny but they KNOW THEIR STUFF! Every workout is so intentional and I’ve never felt stronger. Check it out, you seriously will not regret it!!

I've had to relocate away from Redemption because of the pandemic but haven't missed a beat because of their extensive online offerings - seriously LOVE them!
Omar Qusrawi: Engaged, intelligent, educated, and caring coaching. This is the place to be
Brian Geer: I’ve been going to Redemption for personal training with Chris for half a year now, and it’s been a really great experience. Not only have I hit new PRs with lifting and training, but Chris’s focus on FR conditioning has improved my recovery time between workouts while also helping to troubleshoot the everyday aches of working at a desk or wearing a heavy backpack. 👍👍
Jeannie Washington: So far I've been running a lot lately since I want to do the marathon next year. With that being said, I think the Redemption Strength & Conditioning is a good spot for me to progress my stamina. I also enjoy the pool they have in their location. I highly recommend going. I've gone too a lot of gyms and frankly Redemption Strength & Conditioning is by far a good one. Thank you.
Evan Leighton: Great facility in the North End! Nothing else compares to the one on one result based training offered at Redemption. Whether you are recovering from an injury or looking to take your strength to the next level; the owner Chris has the plan for you. The classes are high energy but also programmed out for maximal results. Highly recommend checking it out.
Ellis Brewster: The studio is clean, easy to get to and very welcoming! (And if the weather is nice classes can be moved outside to the park across the street!) All of their offered classes are challenging and engaging and the small class sizes enable personalized attention. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and motivating making the 45 min or hour classes fly by. The programming is designed on a monthly basis so, while each class is different, they all focus on a similar set of exercises that you can build upon throughout the month. These classes are great as a regular workout, or on a drop-in basis. Chris, Alicia and all of the instructors work on fostering a community amongst members and newcomers alike. (Keep an eye out of specials, community classes and special events!)
Rebecca Varley: Chris is an awesome trainer. Sessions are always challenging, and tailored to my needs and personal fitness goals. Chris has a logic and explanation behind each exercise, which I really appreciate. Reasonable price and great location. I highly recommend his services.
Jon Lukin: If you’re looking for a gym with a spa, towel service, smoothie bar, and a pool, I wish you the best in your search. If you’re looking for a trainer who will take interest in you as a person, your individual fitness goals, and a plan to help you get there, this is your place. Just a complete gym with a fitness geek who can’t get enough of what he does. Chris is a one of a kind trainer who motivates, inspires, and gets the best out of you every day. I wouldn’t work with anybody else in the city.
Katherine Zawistowski: Chris is a great functional movement trainer! He understands how the body works and is great at incorporating what else you do with how you train.
felicia romano: Chris is extremely knowledgeable.. Excellent motivator.. Great trainer!
Pete Romano: Chris is a very knowledgeable trainer and will customize your workouts to cater your individual needs. I highly recommend!
Artie Bonney: Chris is an amazing personal trainer! He works with you to develop a plan to increase your level of functional mobility and strength. His techniques cutting edge and explanations are concise and thorough. He knows his stuff. If I was to be locked in a room for an hour with someone pushing me to be better, I would want to be locked in the room with him!
Steve Burack: Easily accessible location. Chris has helped me reach and maintain my fitness goals by customizing workout routines that are fun and motivating. He takes time to understand my limitations, and challenges me to achieve results that continue to exceed my own expectations in ways that I would not have been able to accomplish on my own. Reaching my fitness goals was the first step. Maintaining them for over 5 years has been the success of training with Chris at Redemption Strength and Conditioning.
Connor Barnes: I have been working with Chris for 3+ years and will continue to for quite some time. He has helped me reach my goals and has been a great and supportive partner along the way. I have lost 20+ pounds, inches on my waist and most importantly become significantly stronger while having fun.
Bella Prumo: Chris is a great personal trainer. His workouts are unique and challenging. Chris has helped me reach and break many PRs. He is always positive and fun.
Kerri Sheahan: I have been working with Chris for a few years now. He is a great trainer with very reasonable rates who cares about his clients designing a personalized training program around their needs. If you are looking for a trainer you should totally check him out for a personal assessment.
Alicia Romano: Great personal training space in the north end with an even better Personal Trainer, Chris Quimby. If you live or work close to the north end, definitely stop by and set up an assessment with Chris. His programs are challenging and client specific, aimed for your personal goals- I wouldn't train with anyone else!
Howard Hoffman: I've been working out with Chris for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable about strength training. He does custom assessments and programs for every client based on their goals. His studio isn't particularly fancy, but his prices are reasonable.

MYSTRYDE NORTH END: what do users think?
Victoria Rossi: I recently started attending classes and I am obsessed! It’s always been hard for me to start new fitness classes because I find it can be intimidating. When I arrived for my first class the instructor showed me how the treadmill worked and explained the structure of the class. I instantly felt welcome and comfortable. The workouts & class energy is so motivating and there is an assortment of different classes and class times on the schedule.Highly recommend!
Victoria Liquori: Great workouts with great instructors. These classes are for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Everything is modifiable. The instructors are super encouraging, but also ask about any injuries at the beginning of class and are not overbearing. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good workout.
Maggie Mollaghan: Love MYSTRYDE and the running/ fitness community that comes with each class!
Jackie Kokomoor: MYSTRYDE is the place to go. Smaller class sizes, motivating and knowledgeable instructors, and a vibe that gets moving first thing in the morning fun!
Ellie Miller: Great workout, better than barrys
Madeleine Molleur: I never thought someone like me, who isn’t a great runner, would love a class like this, but I thoroughly enjoy it! Class feels like it flies by, but definitely leaves a long lasting impact and is very humbling. Definitely recommend it to everyone, not just runners!
Tiffany Byrne: MYSTRYDE is the most amazing work out. Full hour work out! I’m a mom and all the times works for me. The gear and the deals are amazing. 10/10
Maria Rago: Amazing workouts, the instructors are so energetic and push you to do your best. I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in
Chrissy Schmitzer: MyStryde has restored my love for running. The classes are designed for beginners and advanced runners alike. The classes go beyond your run with strength and stretching. The instructors make a point to know you and cheer you on!
Kelsey Doherty: Great workout- these classes supported by great instructor staff are always what you need them to be on the entire spectrum of what your body is capable of that day. As someone who is returning to running after a long injury and hiatus, I was intimidated to go to a running class and it has been far from my worry.
Amanda Ek: Love the Mystryde experience! All of the instructors are very friendly and bring the energy. Additionally, the studio is always extremely clean. Couldn't speak more highly of Mystryde and this is coming from someone who isn't a "runner"!
Matthew Rice: Great classes with a good mix of pure running, pure strength, or both. Instructors are good as well and each has their own style. You can also adjust the difficulty of the class to your personal fitness level so you get a great workout regardless of whether you're an elite athlete or a newbie.
Nicole Kousmanidis: MYSTRYDE is just fantastic. Unlike other studios in the area, MYSTRYDE did not shorten the length of their classes after COVID. They still have 60 minute classes and you work the entire time! They don't cut your time short, which is so refreshing. They truly make it worth every penny! The coaches are fantastic and it truly is such a welcoming community! It is not cliquey at all!
Ariel Schuman: MYSTRYDE is an awesome work out. Everyone at the studio is super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I've done similar workouts before but I love that MYSTRYDE isn't intimidating. The way the class is leveled makes you feel strong and powerful - regardless of your running experience. You aren't made to feel "bad" for not hitting a certain level because of the ranges they offer. It's never boring and I leave feeling incredible! I can't say enough good things!!
Elyssa Carlson: I absolutely love MYSTRYDE. By far the best workout I’ve had from any class I’ve taken so far in Boston.
Breanna Arnold: I am so happy one of my friends referred me to MyStryde a few weeks ago. It has been my favorite workout class in Boston!! The instructors have all been amazing and you can do everything at your own pace.
Tatiana J: BEST workout ever!!
A K: This is not a gym for running. They expect you to follow the class routine and they do not like people who are doing their own running routine. I will not go back.
Noemi Jiminian: Positive:Professionalism,QualityGreat workout, and even better crew. Definitely recommend if you want a bit of a challenge.
Emily Centrella: Positive:QualityMy favorite workout studio in Boston!!! The classes are challenging, fun, and it's a welcoming community. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area!
Katherine Lombardi: My favorite workout class in Boston! The instructors are amazing. You’re able to go at your own pace and get out of the class what you put into it. You don’t feel pressured and all the instructors I’ve had thus far have been super high energy and great at really motivating you throughout the class. I look forward to each and every class!

Row Republic: what do users think?
Thomas DiGiuseppe: Love it here. Classes are great and the instructors are personable. It kinda has a different vibe than most of the group workout classes I’ve attended that’s hard to explain…it’s supportive and motivating without being over the top. It’s refreshing to be able to turn my mind off and get an extremely intense and thoughtful workout in. Unlike other classes I leave feeling stronger than when I enter, rather than feeling beat down.
Lisa Neville: Amazing staff and trainers. Classes are always different so the unexpected makes the class fly by while also avoiding workout plateaus. Very easy to push yourself or scale back if you need a great workout but need to ease up at times. Trainers are supportive and encouraging during class. Looking for a workout you'll finally stick to, definitely go to row republic.
Sergio Roballo: Amazing classes, crew and great equipament. I’m loving it!
Pegah Parsafar: The atmosphere, staff, and workouts are amazing.
Matthew Urban: Great workout and even better community.
Lexy Doria: Before I went to my first class at Row Republic, it had been 2 years since I went to a gym. I felt instantly so comfortable and at home here! The workout is challenging but the instructors keep it fun and entertaining. The staff is so incredibly kind, I can’t reccomend this place enough!!
Brigid Bowser: Went to my first class this morning and immediately had to write a review. This is THE place to go for a workout class. I can not recommend it enough. The front desk was so kind and helpful as it was my first time, facilities are clean and the class itself was the best group fitness class I have ever taken. The instructor was Kristina, she was AMAZING, provided plenty of modifications, guidance and words of encouragement. Great full body workout (I did full body but the classes vary everyday), great music, great energy. Would recommend for everyone from marathon runners to people who want to get into fitness. Will definitely be back!
Malina Andre: Hands down the best low impact strength training workout in Boston! Been a member since the beginning (3 years ago) and will continue to recommend all my friends and family come here to get in shape or just to feel good😊
Roy Ginsberg: Great place for a high-intensity workout. All experience levels welcomed and extremely friendly trainers and staff. Fantastic gym and community.
Emily Gumbulevich: Row Republic helped me get through my running injuries and back into races with their high intensity but low impact workouts. I’m so grateful for the guidance of their knowledgable trainers and the supportive community that they’ve built. Plus their playlists are always fantastic!
Angie Rak: Love this gym! I found it by Google search before moving to Boston and came in to check it out right away. Kristina was very welcoming and explained how the classes worked and showed me the “Deep Blue”. I have been taking classes for a couple weeks now and have already seen great improvement in my rowing thanks to the coaching (Emily is particularly awesome at this!!) The format is fun and challenging as well as adaptable to every level. Finding Row Republic has made me feel at home in Boston right away!
Thomas Passafaro: This gym provides a first-class experience through and through. The instructors, workouts and amenities make the before, during and after classes an enjoyable and worthwhile experience.Classes are both detailed and challenging, however, the class and environment promotes completing the workout in a way that best suits you. Instructors are incredibly amiable and the personal touch they provide is second to none. If you decide to head to Row Republic - you won’t regret it!
Kerston Corns: Living in a city like Boston it has been a STRUGGLE to find a gym that welcomes you and helps motivate you. Upon first arriving to Row Republic the front desk staff and Steven made me feel like family. I actually look forward to coming here because the energy is always so high and the staff is beyond welcoming. I have only gone to instructors Steven and Emily and all I can say is they are both INCREDIBLE. This is a great option if you're looking to find joy in your workouts and overall have a great time. Cannot rave enough about Row Republic!
J Miller: I signed up for a Row Republic special which was one month free and 2 months at the regular price. There was another special at the same time that was a 6 month commitment that I specifically didn’t chose because I was leaving the country. I explained this to Joey on the phone when he sold me the membership and told me about the longer duration membership. I never had any intention to be on Boston beyond the 3 month contract I signed. I paid for the commitment time of the membership and left the country. While I was away I saw Row Republic charged me for an additional month beyond my contract so I contacted them to say I fulfilled my contract and please refund as I could not use a membership. They said I had to fill out a cancel form and give them a 30 day notice to cancel-despite fulfilling the obligation I had signed up for and completed.I filled out the cancel form online and they wrote back saying they made an “exception” for me and I could use my membership for one more month and they also charged me for a 4th month. This was in no way an exception as I filled out the cancel form (despite signing up for only 3 months and fulfilling that obligation) and I was charged for a 4th month that I couldn’t use after filling out the cancel form.So I filled out the cancel form after fulfilling my contract and they charged me for 30 more days that I could not use and they told me this was an “exception” they were doing for me. That part was phenomenal-telling me they made an exception and then charging me for another 30 days.I wrote to them saying this was not an exception-they charged me for an additional 30 days after my 3 month contract and after I filled out a cancel form. No reply. Super frustrating. The gym was ok. Nothing to rave about.
Jose Ramirez: I have been a member of the Row Republic since December and am all around impressed with how welcoming the staff are to it's members.Prior to December I had been working out completely from home and had been curious about whether joining a gym was a good idea. What I found in Row Republic was a community of motivated individuals who never fail to support and motivate one another. The instructor's all bring their own unique personality and create a workout experience that challenges your individual growth. Each class might have its own spin but the instructors never fail to congratulate community members on their personal milestones and achievements. After each class, the instructors and staff take the time to listen to members feedback about the workouts, provide encouragement and promote friendly competition.I'm grateful for the environment the team at Row Republic has created for its community. Catyn, Nafisha, Abby, Grace, Sarah and the rest of instructors/ front desk staff are doing a wonderful job.
Kayla Tomas: Let's just say, I commute about an hour to workout here. THAT'S how much I enjoy Row Republic! The staff, coaches and community make me feel like I can accomplish anything. Thanks for being the best start to my crazy days!
Nora Shepard: I love it here! Feels like a community and I am always greeted by name and with a smile. Classes are challenging, fun, and I always leave feeling strong. So glad I found you, Row Republic!
Meaghan Connors: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThis place is a serious step up from other niche specialty gyms. The staff, workouts, and amenities are consistently great, whenever I come in.
Erin Kean: Just Finished my first week! Loved the welcoming community and encouraging energy. The coaches are amazing!
Sarah Sloan: We were only in Boston for a few days and wanted a good workout class. We were so glad we tried Row Republic! The teachers were incredibly helpful and friendly - they made us feel so welcome. The classes are hard and work a variety of muscles. We loved it! We will definitely be back next time we are in Boston.
Devan Dumas: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityI love Row Republic! The workouts are fun, intense, and low-impact. The instructors are extremely motivating and helpful. They have all the amenities you need to get about our busy day- water, towels, shower, hair dryers, etc.

Row House: what do users think?
Lizzy Martin: Had a great first session with Monique! She made sure I was happy with the set up and was a great instructor. The set up is really cool- I liked that the average split in the room is displayed. Was a great (and exhausting) experience. Will be back
Nicole Cronin: I’m a first timer and Paulette was a patient instructor who took the time to make sure my form was correct and that I didn’t hurt myself! The music really worked well with the row rhythm and her inspiring words gave me positive vibes! Great class.
Maggie Simeone: I love taking classes at Row House. The environment is extremely welcoming. I'm a new rower, and all of the instructors take the time to check in with me about form and answer my questions. I feel great after I do a workout, and will definitely be back for more.
Benai Kornell: I had a wonderful first-time experience at Row House. The staff was very communicative prior to my visit in terms of finding out my fitness background and goals. When I arrived for the class, the instructor led me through the operation of the rowing machine and explained the workout. The class itself was exhilarating and fun! I took a Signature class and got a full body workout through the combination of rowing and floor exercises.
Eva Sultana: I never had the chance to visit this location when I lived in Boston, so I had to take a class when I visited my friends. So glad I did because it did not disappoint! The location is definitely intimate and cozy in size compared to the nyc locations I’m accustomed to, but the wonderful instructor made up for it. The class was challenging and the instructor even cheered me on out loud. The front desk is helpful and friendly, and the amenities areas cleaned.Overall, I recommend this location and look forward to visiting it again, hopefully for an outdoor class!
Stephanie Harrington: Love the rowing class
Robbie Ashton: Welcoming team, and the classes always have something new to help break things up. And it's hard to beat an afternoon or sunset row overlooking the Charles
Keith Morency: It's a great workout, suitable for most fitness levels because you can push yourself as hard as you want to. Friendly, motivating instructors and clean facilities.
Itzel Lopez: I love Rowhouse because the coaches are awesome and professional and take care of you, mi goal there is to do the half marathon
Joshua Pershpalaj: Fantastic first class and incredible instructor. Extremely friendly and welcoming community members helped me and made it extremely enjoyable.
Olguine Augustin: Low intensity and yet a total body workout. Clean space and fun instructors
Kelly Michal: My sister is member at Row House and brought me as a guest for my first time. I've since taken a few more classes and loved every one of them, specifically strength with Gyee and intervals with Evonne. The instructors and management team are super welcoming to newcomers and I felt challenged throughout. I'll definitely keep coming back!
Patricia Moran: We loved our first class- it was an energetic, challenging, low-impact workout. The instructor Haley did a great job welcoming and orienting the new folks and created a fun vibe for class!
Margo Feeney: Loved my first row class with Haley at Row House Love Joy! High energy, easy instructions for a novice, and perfect pace that challenged everyone. It was a mix of rowing and lower body strength which I need as a runner who is cross training. The music and vibes made it special. Signing up for my first class was very easy and Steve the owner made it fast and easy. The facilities are clean and accommodating (and there is a shower and two bathrooms with a changing area). Can't wait for class number two this week!!!!
Chloe Poon: Just attended my first ever row class. Haley's class was so much fun! Her instructions were clear and her music made the class flew by! The energy of the class was contagious. Such a great workout. The studio is also very clean. Steve the owner clearly takes pride in the studio - highly recommend if you're looking for a low-impact, effective, and FUN cardio + strength workout!
Marissa Langevin: After trying many classes and never quite feeling like I found the right thing, I tried Row House on a whim almost 3 months ago and I love it! The coaches are super fun, high energy, and push you to be your best self without making anyone in the class feel self conscious. The high-intensity, low pressure workout is great for people of all skill levels, and the different class options provide the right fit for anyone.Whether you're a gym rat who loves daily workouts, or someone starting your fitness journey, I'd highly recommend Row House to anyone!
Kathleen Baum: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityIt’s a great workout, the instructors are inspiring and the atmosphere is so friendly you just want to come back. The best!
Andrew Smith: Super supportive staff. Fantastic instructors. Great community. One of the things I also find incredible about this particular Row House location is the enthusiasm of every employee. Everyone seems to just love working there. It feels so genuine. As a customer, that matters. It makes me come back again and again. It's hard not to feel inspired when there.
Hannah S: Rowhouse helped me gradually get back into rowing after my accident! Such a great team there!!
Olumide Adebo: Great place to staying shape for the winter
Alex Beckwith: I love the energy Kayla brings to her classes!

Joint Ventures Physical Therapy and Fitness: what do users think?
Vibha Puri: I never post reviews, but since the care I have received here is exceptional, I am making an exception. I am under the care of Brianna, and she is an outstanding physical therapist. She listens extremely attentively and empathetically. She clearly has an in-depth understanding of the body-- any question you ask her about any issue, she has an explanation and a solution off the top of her head. She has always been incredibly patient with the myriad of questions I bring to each session, whereas I often feel rushed and as if my questions are annoying or unimportant with other providers. Her recommendations are personable, and she meets you where you are at, not only physically but with respect to how often you are able to do the exercises she prescribes. While I have experienced past physical therapists as more rigid in this respect and have felt the need to lie, Brianna never makes you feel bad about not being able to meet the regimen, instead meeting you with understanding and encouragement. She is concerned with her patients well-being even past treatment, emailing them to check in on their progress and well-being. And lastly, she has good humor, is kind, and fun to be around. Thank you Brianna!
Conor Mackin: Highly professional & had me cured in a few weeks.
Daniel Haslam: I worked with Sam for several months. I came in with runner's knee pain and Sam got me back to a point where I felt comfortable running long distances with no pain again in no time. Now I am equipped with a plan moving forward to stay on track. Thanks Joint Ventures!
Thomas Hogan: My PT Sam did a great job helping me get back to a life with no pain. When I started PT, my back hurt so much I couldn't put on my socks in the morning. Now, I'm back to hiking, working out, and putting on socks without a smidgen of pain.
Frank Cavaleri: great therapy service and awesome attention to the details of my physical conditions, as well as implementing a program to address my conditions which greatly improved my health
Jackie Bredenberg: I worked with Molly Durigan and she was amazing. She gave me helpful exercises and tips on form to make sure I was using the right muscles. She always helped me understand the "how" and "why" of what we were doing. She was also friendly and engaging, and I looked forward to our appointments. Thank you Molly!
Kristina Monakhova: I highly recommend Molly at Fort Point for postpartum and pelvic floor PT. Molly is super knowledgeable, but also very compassionate and friendly. Over the course of a few months, she gave me tailored progressive exercises to strengthen my weakened core, heal my diastasis recti, and eliminate my post-C-section pain. Moreover, her kind words, positive attitude, and encouragement were just what I needed as a struggling new mom. She helped me get through the postpartum months and thanks to Molly, I'm back to my pre-pregnancy workout routine and feeling great. I couldn't have had a better experience.
doug bevan: Elicia Is amazing! She has a particular love for ankle and foot rehab, which was perfect for me. I’ve had a lot of physical therapists over the years for foot and ankle surgeries, and Elicia is the best so far!!
Jeannette Sarmanian: The therapists at Joint Ventures have great knowledge, expertise and compassion in their field. They practice trauma informed theory which is so essential when working with the most intimate parts of a woman’s body for pelvic floor PT. The therapists work collaboratively with their patients and to the patient’s comfort level. I have made great progress with my PT Bridget O’Halloran and I feel so grateful for her help. No woman needs to suffer when there is the right support and help such as this specialty of pelvic floor therapy that Joint Ventures offers. I also like that Joint Ventures has multiple locations that are convenient. I am able to see Bridget at two different locations which has given me the flexibility that suits my schedule. I highly recommend Joint Ventures.
Deco Halloran: Super staff — very caring and extremely competent!!!!
Jacqueline Grady Smith: Amazing experience at Joint Ventures. I've done years of PT on and off and restarted to try and put off a hip replacement as long as I could. Not only did Sam get me to a place where I've been basically pain free, but my I've even run a bit - something I haven't done in over a decade. Right now a replacement isn't even on the table and I'm stronger and more comfortable than I've been in years. Highly recommend.
Danielle Pace: I had a great experience working with Brianna as I prepared for a race. She was always super helpful, kind and knowledgeable!! I was able to run the race pain free thanks to her help!
Sam Atkinson: Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Elicia helped me with a knee issue; the exercises and training she gave made a huge difference. They are all a pleasure to talk to and work with.
Christopher Ryan: I had a great experience working with Joint Ventures Fort Point. During my time I worked with Brianna, and we were able to reach the goal of achieving a more comfortable day to day within our 4-6 week time period. They were flexible with scheduling, and always prepared for each session. I recommend Joint Ventures, and Brianna if looking for a reliable PT in the Boston area.
Tammy Robbins: Brianna was great to work with. Really cares about the patient, process and results. I highly recommend her.
Maura Woods: Joint Ventures is the best! I had a great experience working with Brianna. I pinched a nerve in my back and Brianna worked with me to come up with a comprehensive plan to get better. I am feeling a lot better and I am super happy I decided to go here. I would recommend Joint Ventures to anyone!
Haylie Virginia: Highly recommend PT Brianna Holmes! She’s the best physical therapist I have ever worked with, and has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind through the process. Brianna has helped me through a chronic ankle injury that I’ve had for years, and I can’t thank her enough for finally getting me back to running!
Dan Colman: I had a nagging ankle injury and after seeing Brianna at Joint Ventures Fort Point over the course of a month, she helped me get my ankle back to 100%. Couldn't recommend her enough!
jason krzos: I had some mid back pain and neck pain. I went to Joint Ventures for a couple of appointments with Sam Nesbit and had a great experience. Sam took the time to walk me through a variety of exercises and motions to utilize and pay attention to through out the PT sessions and rest of the week. I'd say after a couple sessions at Joint Ventures I can happily say my neck and mid back pain has gone away. I am really thankful for the expertise that Joint Ventures brings to solving peoples PT issues.
Benjamin Seldin: I had a longtime shoulder injury that Sam was able to greatly improve. I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise. The woman working at the front desk was also very professional and knowledgable about my insurance. This was a positive experience and I high recommend this business.
Sean Koljonen: I went to Joint Ventures because I had been experiencing migraines for a number of months and tried many different forms of treatment. Not only had I been unable to find something that relieved the headaches, but I was struggling to even realize what was causing my symptoms.Elicia was able to point to some muscle imbalances during my first visit that could potentially be the cause of my issues. In just a few short weeks of working with Elicia, I was able to greatly reduce the frequency and severity of my headaches!

Broadway Jiu-Jitsu and Fitness: what do users think?
戴学进: Came by to train judo during a visit to Boston. The coaches were great, and I had a good training experience overall as someone who has had bjj and judo experience. There were a lot of good randori rounds, and I did not feel like punches were pulled for newcomers/visitors. However, I would say that it is not the most beginner-friendly setting, as the mats are rather hard and the class format is very loose, with more emphasis on individuals working their own techniques independently.
Marlon: Great instructors and classmates
Ben Smrtic: Very nice place filled with friendly people
Brandon Ceperley: Great high level facility, great environment
Moaz Mahmood: The guys are mad chill and welcoming. Dima took answered all my questions over phone and helped me have a smooth experience in class. Afterwards, since I was a visiting blue belt , he even went with me to the nearest subway station and swiped his metro card to let me in. The class itself was also great, got smashed by the white belts there - super technical guys. 10/10 would recommend
John Abney: I was looking for a gym to train at in Boston for a few days, and was immediately welcomed here. Great, friendly group of instructors and students, and great competition. All around a fantastic experience.
Shane Melisi: Coming from another gym to train BJJ here. Gym is very professional and attentive to each student. Would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Boston area!
Brian Saunders: I drop in here whenever I'm in town for work. They're always extremely welcoming, and the jiu jitsu is high level. Go get some!
Esperando a graduação OSS!
Cem Gultekin: I was in town for the weekend and Broadway BJJ was super accommodating for an out-of-towner to get a class in. Level education and support is top notch and staff is extremely helpful/flexible. If you’re looking for a serious BJJ gym in Boston this it it.
Malakhai Pearson: 10/10, this place is super solid. The training sessions are competitive, JC and the other profs are incredibly knowledgable. If you are looking to learn self defense or, improve your BJJ, then I would highly recommend this place.
Devon Thormodsgaard: Dropped in for some rolls and felt lucky to find this Dojo. I’m an old white belt & they were very welcoming to me. Luckily Thursday was open mat and they had about 60 folks getting after it. Mats we’re clean and everyone I trained with and spoke to was extremely respectful. Can’t wait to come back and recommend to all.
Gabriel Cuchacovich: Great coaches, very approachable and friendly
Ron Tassoni: Instructors were super knowledgeable and professional. Talent pool was deep so there was plenty of competition at every level. Dima at the front desk was really helpful when I went there for the first time.
Benjamin Skeer: Horrible coach/owner, before class, high pressure sales to switch membership from free trial before the class. During the class, I broke the bone broke in my knee. As I was hopping on one foot, towards the door to leave, the coach (Demetri, Russian Guy) blocked my way, and said "hurry up, the cleaners are coming" and told me to put my shoe on my bad foot. I told him I was okay, this continued for 3 minutes standing on one leg, I finally got past him, and as I was hobbling up the stairs he called after me and continued to try to sell to me.The other critical reviews about unprofessionalism, and rudeness is spot on. The owner responds to these online comments with fake niceness. All he cares about is selling you a membership.
Faris Katkhuda: Stopped by the Saturday All-level judo class. They separated the class by experience level, which was great for a beginner like me. The instructors were very welcoming, patient, and found a way to give everyone some personal attention. Would highly recommend!
Sam Guinan-Nyhart: Dropped in for a training session while I was in town, excellent all around and very welcoming!
Liam Donovan: Welcoming gym that gets right to teaching. They were flexible and understanding when I had to cancel my membership.
Brandon Knowlden: I was in Boston for work and dropped in for a morning session. They welcomed me with open arms and as a purple belt, it was a challenging class as the team really knows their stuff. Great instruction, no egos and a spotless facility. Highly recommend!
Aaron Eicoff: Big martial arts gym. Many nice people. Athletic training environment.
Daniel Medalie: I am a BJJ black belt from Cleveland, Ohio and was visiting Boston for a conference. I dropped in to roll and couldn't be more happy. The whole gym was welcoming. They lent me a gi and introduced me to the whole class. We had some great instruction and rolling and the level of Bjj I experienced was top notch. I highly recommend this gym and will definitely add it to my must visit list the next time I am in Boston!
