Gomez-Carrion Yvonne MD: what do users think?
Priscilla M: Dr. Gomez-Carrion is the best! She has been my gyn for 20 years
Christy Matthews: She came recommended by 4 people for trans and LGBT care in the Boston queer exchange Facebook group. I'm personally a PCOS struggling person who does not want children or the risk of pregnancy due to underlying conditions and Dr GC was my third appointment to get sterilized. Looking forward to getting my tubes removed!
Jamie: If you are a transmasculine individual and looking for gynecological care, Dr. Yvonne Gomez-Carrion is the provider for you. You will feel safe, heard, reassured, and well-cared for with her and her wonderful staff. I am endlessly grateful for the efforts of Dr. Yvonne Gomez-Carrion to make gynecological care accessible and safe for people of all genders— an incredibly intelligent, professional, and kind doctor. Send those you love her way!
Michelle Wigfall: Wow there is not enough words to describe DR Gomez- Carrion she is Caring Loving and very Understanding. Dr Gomez -Carrion takes her time with her patient not pushing them out of the door with a script without knowing what going on with them . I have the pleasure of being her patient with both of my son many many years . I Thank you again for everything you have done for me and my family

Commonwealth OB-GYN: what do users think?
Yue Zhang: I love all the doctors, they are all highly competent and experienced. Especially Dr. Leigh is so caring and patient. I trust her so much and feel incredibly blessed that she is my provider. Sometimes when I read her long answers to my endless questions, I feel like talking to my mom. She is also so hardworking and I can really rely on her. Love this practice!
Nina Lester: I had a very positive pregnancy and birth experience with Commonwealth OB/GYN. We met and worked with all of the doctors throughout pregnancy, and felt very comfortable with whoever was on call at the time of our birth (it happened to be Dr. Leigh, who provided excellent care and a calm and helpful presence in our birth room). A few things I appreciated about the practice were1. Responsiveness - every time I sent a question through patient gateway I received a response (usually from one of the OBs) almost immediately or within a few hours.2. Inclusion of other care types - the practice works with an ultrasound practice and a lab in the same building and schedules those appts for you, so prenatal care is all in the same place3. Inclusion of my husband in appointments4. Standard of care to only do testing/interventions that are necessary. I had no "routine" ultrasounds past the anatomy scan or cervical checks near the end of pregnancy. The practice felt to me like it has a philosophy of only completing tests/interventions if they are warranted - which I appreciated in both my prenatal care and delivery.
Hanyu Song: I had a great experience at Commonwealth OBGYN. I especially liked Dr. Ackerman, Dr. Parker, Ms. Sayegh and Ms. Shulman. They responded to my messages and solved my problems promptly. In the first few weeks after I enrolled at Commonwealth, I had lots of questions about pregnancy; Dr. Parker answered each of my questions in great detail. The staff were also super efficient and helpful. Whenever I had to do an ultrasound or a lab test, they would schedule the appointment for me. I later transferred to a different OB practice due to job relocation. They do not schedule ultrasound or lab appointments for me. Then I realized how great it was that the provider could just schedule the appointments for me.
Erica Couto: Beware of this practice! In my opinion and my new OB’s opinion, they suggested early induction to work with their schedule rather than what was best for my child and myself. I was told that unfortunately this is a new trend with some OB’s.Furthermore be wary of Dr. Petty John. She was not my doctor during pregnancy but unfortunately was on when it came time to induce. I had to excuse her from my care during the induction process at the Brigham. Completely unprofessional and rude. I had to ask nurses for new care and I switched to a new team at the Brigham mid birth process - she is THAT terrible, as a human being and as a doctor. She was visibly UPSET my induction was moving slowly and said things like,“You have wasted our time”“We can’t waste a room on you”“You are too comfortable”On top of that, she never introduced herself to my husband or doula, and even threatened to move me out of my labor and delivery room and send me back to triage if I didn’t choose the interventions she wanted. The final straw was she woke me from sleep (I hadn’t slept in two days) to break my water further, “hopefully this will get things moving”. It was at that point I broke down in tears and demanded a doctor that cared.I am now almost three weeks postpartum and the office has yet to follow up with me at all. That is bad medicine.Stay away from this practice if you want a good birth experience.
Marie Foti-Fleischer: Absolutely amazing doctors, nurses and staff! I not only felt heard in my concerns, but I felt supported in my care. I was diagnosed with a pregnancy complication and required home care. The way they coordinated with insurance and other medical providers to ensure I receive the resources I needed in a timely manner not only made me feel like a priority, I felt as if I was treated like family! Wow! 5 stars is not enough.
brooke K: Very unpleasant and unprofessional OBGYN practice. They run 30 minutes to 1 hour behind for my appointments. Even during a first pregnancy, they come in the room and ask if you have questions and don't do any exam or give you an overview of what to expect or avoid. When taking urine specimens, they give you a dixie cup without a lid and have you write your name on the specimen with the sharpie. I am switching doctors. I expected much more from this practice.
Stephanie Steele: My experience at Commonwealth OB-GYN was absolutely wonderful, and I recommend this team of physicians wholeheartedly. They offer such high quality, thorough, empathetic, and personalized care. My experiences with Dr. Randi Leigh and the whole team far surpassed a 5-star rating!
Sheena Desai: Dr. Leigh is the best doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate, kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable - everything you could ever hope to have in a physician. I am so grateful to have found her!
Waner DaSilva: I love it there. Dr.Leigh is the best.
Michelle Cohen: I have seen all the doctors in the practice and they are all very caring and compassionate. I never feel rushed or that my questions are not important.
Artemis Panagopoulos: The experience was quick & pleasant. Dr Parker was very thorough. The check-in process was streamlined. Thank you!
Abigail Fletes: The doctors and staff are extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I know I am always in good hands.
Nina Garfinkle: I sent comments directly Through patient gateway. Hope this will end the emails I keep getting asking for feedback 🤞🏼
Mariel Gilbert: Extremely trustworthy doctors!
Annie Petit: Dr. Ackerman is the most thorough physician I’ve seen. She never comes off as rushed even though you know it is a very busy practice. Always encourages her patients to ask questions. Dr. Ackerman delivered all three of my children and I felt like I was in the best hands possible.
Joyce Tanabe: I felt Dr. Ackerman was wonderful with her thorough review of my medical history and exam. Appreciated her explanations. She was everything one hopes her MD to be.
Danielle Richman: Excellent practice!
Debbi Barrios: Very professional and sympathetic staff.
yenitza arias: The staff is very welcoming , I was called at the exact time of my appointment. The NP answered all questions and took her time with my appointment I didn’t feel rushed. I felt very comfortable she was actually using direct contact when communicating not using her lap top and talking to me at the same time. Definitely will recommend.
loubna S: Alicia S was wonderful!!
Stephanie Voutselas: Very accommodating getting me an appointment very quickly. The doctor I spoke with on the phone and the one I saw for my appointment were both great. Dr Parker did not rush me and gave me her undivided attention.

Boston Obstetrics & Gynecology: what do users think?
Christina Hyland: Can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lafornara and the Boston OB/GYN group. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lafornara for several years. She recently saw me through my first pregnancy and postpartum. She answered every last question I had and provided me with reassurance throughout the pregnancy. I was also thoroughly impressed with their entire team throughout the labor and delivery process. I look forward to delivering with them at some point in the future!
Kerry Gardner: Thorough, competent, and caring!!!
Carrie Huang: Don't go to this place.Doctors don't care about you when you are giving labors. My water broke for more than 48 hours, they didn't do anything. In the end I had an infection and my baby had meconium aspiration, he spent in the NICU for 16 days.I had to switch for insurance in the mid way of my pregnancy. Apparently they didn't update my new insurance information at all. I had to call every department to inform them I changed the insurance. In the end they were still asking for clarification on this.I tried to call them but they never pick up your phone. I will never go to this place for anything important.
Jillian seales: This whole practice has been so professional, compassionate & knowledgeable during every one of my pregnancies. Every member of the team is just top spot. Thank you Boston OBGyn for everything!
Alison Ackley: I had a wonderful experience with Boston OBGYN. Dr. Carbajal was very knowledgeable and professional, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I am so appreciative of the care I received from her and the nurses (Andrea, Maija). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN!!
Elizabeth O'Connell: Boston OBGYN is the absolute best place for women’s healthcare. Dr Lafornara cared for me throughout both of my pregnancies (the second being a high-risk multiples pregnancy) and she was attentive, optimistic, and thorough the entire time. She ensured my babies were safe while also keeping me well-informed and focusing on my mental and physical health as their mother. My children are safe and healthy because of this practice. I can’t thank you enough for all you have done for our family!!
Dinean Catapano: I came across amazing reviews for Boston Obstetrics & Gynecology online. I will gladly drive 40 minutes from my house to their office both ways just to be seen by their team! Dr. Brenda Baker has delivered both of my babies and she is just so sweet and beyond brilliant! From their caring staff to a clean and comfortable office, Boston OBGYN is hands down the best!
Catharina Reynolds: I received outstanding care during my pregnancy as well as postpartum. Dr Carbajal is simply the best. She looked after me and prepared me so incredibly well, but all the other doctors and nurses were amazing, too. We are still so thankful for all their help and support.
Andrea Cahill: Dr Baker was my obgyn and Dr Yum delivered my baby. I also spoke to Dr Mitchell and Dr Croopnick when Dr Baker wasn't available or I had something urgent. Every interaction with Boston obgyn was excellent. I had many questions and concerns as this was my first child, and every physician I spoke with explained everything clearly and professionally and reassured me. I felt very confident with the care I received. Dr Baker took my concerns seriously and always provided guidance that was backed by research. If I asked questions about things I'd read online, she'd explain the risks and what had been clinically proven or not so I could make an informed choice. When I had concerns with something postpartum, Dr Baker made time to see me same day. They also respond promptly through the online messaging platform and there is a number to call if there is a serious pregnancy emergency and you need urgent care.I highly recommend this office and the staff here. I felt well cared for and confident that my baby and myself were in excellent hands! Thank you to everyone at Boston Obgyn!
Terri Janos: Oh boy - Where do I even start with this team? I chose (and continue to see!) Dr. Mimi Yum as my OB when I found out I was pregnant with my first. Dr. Yum is kind, supportive knowledgeable and puts you at ease with every worry you have! I trust Dr. Yum whole-heartedly and am so grateful for taking care of me and my little one throughout my pregnancy. I have heard horror stories from friends who received care elsewhere and it truly makes a world of a difference to receive medical care from actual experts. Also, Dr. Yum's nurses were my saviors - With every little worry I had both while I was pregnant and postpartum, they were kind, supportive, nurturing and just outright incredible. I'm so so grateful for this team of ladies! I cannot recommend them more whether you're in the city or outside (WORTH THE TRIP!). Not only are they just amazing at what they do, the clinic is run so well - They're very organized and efficient. No woman should have any doubts about their care!!!
Courtney Kovalsky: I’ve been seeing Dr. Lafornara for 5+ years now because she is the best! Very nice office, friendly staff, would (and have) recommend to anyone.
Natali Mudgal: Dr. Mitchell is the best!!!
Patty Tate: I called the staff to make an appointment. The lady on the phone doesn’t help and not nice. That’s made me really upset.
Kathryn Coleman: I highly recommend this practice for all women and pregnant people - and often do. I interacted with many of these women at the end of my first pregnancy during L&D at Beth Israel & had such a positive experience that when my OB retired, I switched to Dr. Lafornara & Boston OBGYN for my second pregnancy. I couldn’t feel safer or more confident under her care. She is kind, professional, proactive and gives consistently sound advice. Her nurses are friendly, caring, and super organized. Dr. Carbajal delivered my son with extreme competence & even recommended a post-partum exercise/fitness program to follow (Briana Battles). These doctors are outstanding & also seem to always go the extra mile - you won’t regret choosing this practice.
Lindsay Kleya: Dr. Croopnick is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Always patient and understanding, is calm, nonjudgmental, and meets me where I am. The staff and other doctors are amazing as well, and have always been available, kind, and empathetic. Even when it’s not a fun situation, I always leave feeling understood, and knowing they’ve done their best for me.
Samantha Dube: Dr. Carbajal is great!
Marnie Klein: Dr Carbajal was amazing and really listened!
Elise Dunn: I have been going to this office for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. The entire staff, admin, nurses and doctors are all lovely and very attentive to your needs. Dr. Croopnick is incredible at what she does and always makes me feel comfortable and listened to. I am really happy to have found them.
Melissa Dye: I have been going to Boston OBGYN for many years and have had a really great experience both prior to children and now with my second on the way! Dr. Croopnick is amazing and having a high risk pregnancy the staff is always SO helpful in helping coordinate my many appointments during pregnancy- I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new OB.
Rory McCusker: I have had nothing but positive experiences at Boston OBGYN. I have never had a more competent and compassionate doctor (Jackie Croopnick); she listens and I can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I am a new FTM and had my child in the middle of a pandemic - but you would never have known this - the entire staff, from admins to the nurses to the doctors have made me feel supported, prepared & safe despite the challenges of the pandemic. I was well cared for and could not be more grateful that I found such a well rounded practice. Mimi Yum delivered my son and I feel lucky that there is more than one fantastic OB on the staff. She was outstanding as well. Very happy with their standards of care at Boston OBGYN.
Kristen Roggemann: Dr. Baker is an exceptional physician and I felt totally empowered and respected during both my labor and delivery experiences with her and her team.

Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology: what do users think?
Ashley Hu: Stay away from MGH OB/GYN. They don't care about patients. They were not able to read the ultrasound correctly and I had to pay for unnecessary medical bills due to their mistakes.
Quaneka Felton: My experience has been good. Finally received the answers I been waiting for.
Regina Harris: My experience here has been amazing . Dr. Johnson is a blessing and i couldn't be more grateful to have her as my doctor. Stress free environment, on time and attentive, staff is great along with the assistants . Im 37 weeks so far so good couldn't be happier with this place.
W T: Take a long time for get appointment via phone calls or patient gateway. Then wait a long time once you at the appointment too.
Ann Acosta: Everytime I come I have to wait an hour to be seen it's getting ridiculous. Now today me my husband and our 1 year old come for my ultrasound and their not allowed in with me only 1 visitor. They don't call to update me or anyone else who came with their babies and husband's of policy changes. Ridiculous i might really change providers now.
Jasmine B: I always have a good experience here. I see Tamar and I feel like I can really trust her as we make decisions about my health. Highly recommend this practice.
Jessica Santos: I am a RN myself and regretfully feel obligated to write this review. I would not recommend receiving prenatal care at MGH Vincent Obstetrics. For an appointment I would imagine would take an hour, one must expect to be in the office for at least 3 hours, waiting for over 2 hours. I cannot imagine how someone working a Monday-Friday job is able to hold a position at their organization and receive prenatal care at MGH. Unfortunately, I have required MFM consult services and there has been many instances of miss communication between providers and delays in care.
Abdel Djaballah: I was hesitant to put a review on MGH but I feel that people should know about their service. They claim to be one of the best hospitals in the US (top 10), but I would rank their service as less then average. My wife uses them frequently and see her OBGYN. 1. they are almost always late to see you (at least 40mns waiting time), 2. almost of the time unorganized in their schedule. 2. often times you think you would spend 1hr and you end up spending at least 3hs. There are a lot of other issues but just don't want to spend more time on this. We are thinking seriously to switch to another hospital in the area.
Lilo NatB: OMG! I thought MGH was supposed to be one of the best hospitals in massa....just reading these comments is frightening!!! I'm having my prenatal care at MGH not even for 3 months yet and the experience I've had especially with the receptionists (in the Yawkey building, 4th floor, F) is terrible! I never write reviews but I felt like I had to! 1st they barely acknowledge you when you walk in for your appointment, they don't look at you when they're speaking to you!The tone in their voices if you ask them a question is like they're unbothered by your presence or something. On the phone it's even worse....they put you on hold without telling you, they say they'll call you back to confirm an appointment and they don't!! I mean the  job isn't even hard...just do it right! I expected the nurses to be different but not all!! I went for my cerclage and the 1st nurse who was with me for an hour was very kind!! When she was ready to leave she told me another nurse who was right outside the door will come introduce herself. She never came until it was almost time for the procedure...and I could hear her chatting outside the door prior! After the procedure, it seemed like her only concern was that the anesthesia was out, I peed and got out of there! I could barely walk to the bathroom to pee and I had to ask her if I could hold her hand to walk...when I could pee she seemed disappointed and told me that if I can't pee she'd have to put a catheter in me and that will mean that I'll have to stay there for another 6-8 hours!! I mean it wasn't my fault I couldn't pee! And who would wanna stay on those hospital beds instead of going home to their comfortable bed?!!! Just disappointed really....you expect at least a good service/care from a hospital. When it comes to doctors...my fist visit i spent 1hr with a nurse and when the obg came in she was just in a hurry!! When i asked her a question she'd interrupt me saying that im a high risk patient and she's not a high risk OB and that the high risk OB's will answer those questions. She was with me for 5 minutes and seemed very unbothered, just terrible!!!
Marissa: Well while I read reviews for Dr. Plante which were great, I guess I should have looked here first and I wouldn't have wasted my time.Leaving this review here in hopes Dr. Plante sees it. I never actually had a chance to see Dr. Plante because of the incompetence of her front desk/scheduling staff. I had made an appointment back in July, it took 5 days to schedule because of a convulated and antiquated process (should have been my red flag). They require you to:1) Call the office2) The office directs you to register with Mass Gen first through their system, separate from the OBGYN office.3) Wait for that to process4) Call and leave a voicemail with Dr. Plante's office5) Wait to receive a return phone call and only THEN are you scheduledAfter all of that, 4 months pass, I received my reminder for said appointment yesterday only to see it's with a NP and not Dr. Plante. I call immediately and had to ...2) Leave a voicemail3) Wait for a return call4) Once the phone call was returned, I was told that I had to actually speak to the scheduling department for not routine visits. Which....wait for it....required calling and leaving a voicemail with that person.Once they returned my call, I was advised Dr. Plante does not do routine appointments which is great, because that's not what I was having. But the person who I spoke to on the phone refused to reschedule me without me first speaking to a nurse so what do I have to do? You can probably guess at this point...1) Call2) Leave a voicemail3) Wait for a return phone call4) Wait to be transferred to a nurse5) Wait for the nurse to call me back because she's busyBy the way, I'm still waiting. I waited 4 months for this appointment only to now be so frustrated, might as well go to another practice. It's 2020. Update your office protocol. Update your scheduling system. Hire competent people. You can schedule everything online these days, there is no need to go through this headache simply to make an appointment. I hear Dr. Plante is great. I dont doubt that, but you know what's also great? Living in a region with hundreds of other great doctors who value your time and have an office that is working in the 21st century.
Sarah Mei: Good luck getting them to return phone calls or refill prescriptions on time. I spent a week calling and leaving several urgent voicemails to schedule a basic appointment with my regular obgyn for extreme pain. They only called me back a week and a half later because I got a referral from the MGH emergency room since I was so desperate I went there. Least professional experience I have ever had, will be PROMPTLY switching to a place that actually cares about its patients
Elena Iakovleva: Never again/ worst gyn experience.
Ashley Procter: DO NOT get your PRENATAL CARE at MGH!! I switched over to Brigham and women's, BWH is s much better hospital that was the best decision...The OB doctors and the technicians at MGH have terrible bedside manner and they were not helpful with my concerns or questions - seems like they have too many patients and has poor quality care. The ultrasound machines is low quality and doesn't even take good video or pictures (I expected much better from a "world class hospital"). When I asked the ultrasound technician, Pattie Bullock if I could get a few better pictures - she said "if you want better quality pictures then you should go to a third party ultrasound office and pay them extra for good ones!" And then I replied with "well what I am paying you guys for then" and she said "in pregnancy, you dontd always get what you want". She was very rude and I reported her to the patient advocacy group!!Then, during my first appointment, I told a midwife, Barbara Curtis about my Hypothyroidism and that I wasn't getting treatment. she told me that it was okay, to wait until my next doctor appointment where they will do further testing. Well I googled hypothyroidism during pregnancy and it can cause major defects and miscarriages if the mother is not being treated so I called the office and talked to a nurse. And, right away, they put me on some medicine that I should have been put on beforehand.Dr. Hanley is also a terrible doctor who doesn't know how treat her patients and doesn't like to do tests. I wanted to test my blood sugar levels as I was previously pre-diabetic before getting pregnant - so to say the last, I was really worried about getting gestational diabetes. She refused to test me until I was 26 weeks!! Just crazy!! She said that "26 weeks is the standard for that kind of testing" but standard is not for everyone, especially if the woman was pre-diabetic previously!! Just terrible care. They don't care about the patients health, they just want to get as many patients in as possible but not give the proper care or time :(I switched to brigham and women's, they are much better hospital for prenatal care!!
Kiana Chanel: Called midday and I was on hold for a long time which made me uninterested in coming to this hospital for ob care. I decided to give them another try considering the office opens up at 8:30 so I called at 8:33 and I been on hold for over eight minutes. You can’t win with this department. It’s a hurry up and wait situation not sure if that’s good for ob care.
Dina shaker: I visit my friend last night and I slept overnight and I met one the rn name Tiffany from white balding 9 floors she was so helpful and great she was smiling every time my friend call she super friendly she was the night angel I’m happy to meet this person

Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN) at BIDMC: what do users think?
Davita Westbrook: Dr Christopher Awtrey, Leslie, and other staff members were absolutely wonderful. Dr Awtrey remains one of my favorite physicians, many years later.
Kay Marie: rude
Serenity Mahadeo: I am pleased so far with my care at BI. As a person of color I feel like staff care and are attentive to my needs so far.
J Millz: DR. Gomez Carrion and Mary Beth are AWESOME
Victoria: Not a review of the dept HOWEVER the answering service should be fired immediately. I told the guy I didn’t know if I was calling the right place and while trying to explain the situation/asking to be directed to the right place, the operator didn’t let me finish my sentence, cut me off and told me to call back during business hours. The attitude I received was insane. I had fully anticipated he’d direct me to where I could leave a voice message. I can’t imagine being the operator for a women’s health provider and being so awful. Absolutely disgusting.
Lauren Demers: I love my OB and have had nothing but good experiences here. They have taken great care of me throughout my first pregnancy and I look forward to delivering at BI this November.
Enajite Onos: I had an appointment with Erin Hatley and she could not have been more wonderful! I was anxious going in but her warm bedside manner immediately set me at ease. She even let me have my sister on video with me since no one else was able to be physically present at my appointment. She was attentive, listened fully to my symptoms and was incredibly thorough in her care. She also took the time to walk me through my results and made sure both I and my sister was comfortable. I left having had the best health are experiences of my life. My sister was also thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend her!
Ariana Cannavo: We recently delivered at Beth Israel Deaconess. We had top-notch care throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Dr. Chi-Fong Wang is my ob/gyn and I always felt that she was really looking out for me. Special thank you to both the inpatient and outpatient RN's who could not have been more exceptional.
Sherry Z. Thomas: If there was an option to give no stars I would. Dr. Mason literally was the worst. She didn't answer any of our questions, my husband and I left our first appt with her just so confused and disheartened. Poor communication skills all around. I ended up having a miscarriage, not once did Dr. Mason call instead she would pass massages along through her nurses. I ended up going and getting a new OB at another facility who was just as mind blow as we were with the lack to treatment we received. Would never recommend this location to anyone no one deserves to be treated the way we were and no one should have to deal with Dr. Mason and her lack of professionalism.
F O: I will be considering going to Brigham and women’s for the first time. Kris was very rude and dismissive and wasn’t helpful at all. It seemed as if it was such an inconvenience for me to try and get an earlier appointment after several trips to the emergency. She told me it’s probably round ligament pain. it’s not my first, second or third time being pregnant this doesn’t feel like round ligament pain. The emergency department asked that I try to get an earlier appointment and do repeat blood work to insure my hcg is rising. The woman Kris was very dismissive and almost made me feel ashamed or that I was asking for too much for wanting to make sure everything is ok with me and my pregnancy . It’s truly sad and sickening how these hospitals treat people of color. Pregnant Women of color have a higher fatality rate and our concerns fall on deaf ears and we are often times dismissed or made to feel we are asking for too much or doing too much. In this day and age we should absolutely have a survey for women of color to voice our concerns in anonymity with the care we are given . So our concerns are not going unheard and to help implement change for racial disparities in hospitals. If it’s not already an option please consider it. no pregnant woman should feel this way.
Melissa Bowen: Elisa M. Jorgensen, MDIf I could put no stars I would. Dr Jorgensen just wants to get you into surgery. She will not follow up with you , no matter how many times you call the office. She will lie and tell you what you want to hear at your first visit, but then no follow thru with anything she says at the hospital. Very rude on surgery day and left with no answers. Did not hear from her until calling a handful of times and was 11 days after surgery. I would never recommend her to anyone. And won't be going back for anything.

Brigham & Women's Ob/Gyn: what do users think?
Alejandro Martinez: Horrible! I’ve never had a worse experience with a doctor like I did here!
P Smith: The “care” here has gone way down hill. They are all stressed out and could careless about you, your illness, pain or whatever you have wrong with you. It’s really sad because years ago this was a great hospital. You are better off trying your grandmothers remedy or say a prayer for good health. This place will take your money ( unexplained co-pays) and you will leave with the same problem you came in with and another appointment to frustrate you further. New England OB-GYN Associates Inc.: what do users think?
J Fo: I have been a patient here for 3 years now and I finally give up on this one. This is not a competent clinic for low to high risk pregnancies. The doctors are always running late (what's the point of scheduling an appointment if you won't be seen until after an hour) and have missed several pregnancy complications. The consults were barely helpful and if you ask relevant questions, they gave you either scientifically unsupported claims (citing their experiences) or dismiss the questions which they assumed you won't care much about or won't understand their explanations/answers anyway. Only a few nurses have been actually polite and helpful. THIS IS NOT THE CLINIC FOR YOU if your pregnancy is even the slightest risky. If you also experience pregnancy loss, this is an incompetent and unsympathetic clinic to handle that.
Emma McGoldrick: Went here for my first visit, front desk Sarah is the most heartwarming, upbeat, patient and helpful person ever!! Dr. Marsh was very gentle, easy going and informative. Highly recommend
B Tang: I got turn away and asked to reschedule for my Pap smear appointment . I am also held responsible for it. I was almost 30 minutes late and didn’t called. I would not have written the review if the staff did not stated that Sarah Nadarajah NP has a strict 15 minutes rules . Which I find it unfair. Provider often runs late between 30 - 60 mins . It is okay for the patient to arrive on time and still have to wait beyond their scheduled time . Unless The New England OBGYN never runs more then 15 minutes behind . Which is not true from my experience. I often have to wait at least 30 minutes . It is also such a coincidence after I checked in online for today visit. I got a text from the clinic saying they are running behind . Please continue to wait in your car . There should be more cushion room and consideration when turning a patient away. Dr Reilly was my surgeon . He is the most caring doctor I ever met. Today experiencing was very disappointing
Shira Weiss: The staff here is so sweet and caring. I especially love the receptionist Jacque. She’s so sweet and helpful. I’ve seen her being yelled at unfairly by a patient and she never lost her temper or shouted back. She’s kind and professional and makes everyone feel comfortable
Graham Gullans: The doctors are always late to their appointments. They average 30-60mins late.
Nicole Kinney: This is one of the more personal and sensitive areas of medicine and I switched to this practice hoping to get the level of care, compassion, and responsiveness I need to get through conception and pregnancy as someone with a battery of complex chronic health issues. I have questions, lots of them, that google alone can’t answer and I am being told I must make a 2 hr round trip for an in person appointment just to get questions answered. I was previously told they would be willing to have phone calls with me to answer questions. Phone call or portal response would be fine, but my questions are being dismissed and going unanswered unless I am seen in person. It also seems like the doctor has little to no interaction with the portal and never actually sees any of my questions or messages.Reason I am especially outraged is that I have spent the last several years establishing a care relationship with Dr. Connolly to have a doctor I would be comfortable with when ready to start trying for a child only to find out now that I am ready for that they are unwilling to meet my care needs. I feel I was quite clear that this was my intention and now I am going to have to start all over to find someone else willing to use the phone/internet as a communication channel at the worst possible time.I also feel a bit misguided in being given the impression that this practice would meet my needs for child bearing, since I was also clear about my health complexities that really should have prompted guidance for me to consider or look sooner at options that could support high risk pregnancy. On the plus side the office is nice and clean and I have been pleased with all direct interactions with Dr. Connolly. He is very calm, understanding, and reassuring I think this practice would work well for anyone who is looking for routine check- ups or is comfortable with pregnancy and feels they need average care and guidance from their health care provider.Update: I did increase my rating since Dr. Connolly followed up with me which is appreciated. That being said all of the above still applies.
Arjol Papingu: The worst clinic ever
Stephanie F: Initial Review, 7/14: The staff from the nurses, the front desk, and my OB (Dr. Vincent) are very courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Vincent is an amazing human being who truly cares about her patients. This is a good practice for yearly check-ups or if you have a low to moderate risk pregnancy. If you happen to have a high-risk pregnancy, I would look elsewhere. The specialists I worked with had good intentions, but either couldn't come to an agreement about the ultrasound findings or would give contradictory information. They also communicated the information in a callous and alarmist manner. The genetic counselor was the worst about this. When I communicated my concerns about the delivery of the information, they were not taken seriously.Because of my experience above, I will seek another practice when it's time for my second pregnancy.UPDATE, 7/26: I followed-up with a phone call to admin after reading the response to my review below to express my concerns in greater detail. Admin called me back and left a voicemail A WEEK LATER. Patients who set boundaries and advocate for their needs should not be punished for doing so.
Tiffany Sheehan: The team at New England OB/GYN is outstanding. My husband and I felt truly cared from by their entire staff. Dr. Connolly spent so much time listening to my questions (first time mom -2017) and taking care to answer each one. I love that they have you meet with other doctors throughout the practice. Dr. Lampert was there for the start of my labor and she had great humor and advice for us, Dr. Bunnell took over the next day and could not have been more empathetic to our situation. The team was very respectful of my voice as a patient. Postpartum assistance was provided by Dr. Lieberman, she was incredible. Jennifer Harper also provided postpartum care to us in the hospital and then after for a lactation counsel. I also loved that they perform the ultrasounds right on site. From the check in desk to the check out desk - each person always had a smile on their face! Thank you for the amazing care!
Samantha Belinkie: The past three appointments I have had at this office I waited an hour, 45 minutes and 45 minutes past my appointment time before I was even seen by a doctor. That is pretty bad. Additionally although I came to this practice for pregnancy, I am now 8 months in and not one doctor at the practice has asked about my pelvic floor or talked to me about pelvic floor health. I have found that none of the doctors I’ve seen have proactively tried to educate me on what to expect, so the burden is on the patient to research on my own to even know what to ask.
Yureidy Medina: I'm on the third trimester of my second pregnancy with NE OB-GYN. I've seen most of the doctors from this practice and they are all very caring. I had my fist daughter with Dr. Connolly and had an amazing delivery. My favorite is Dr. Hernandez ( too bad she is not seeing prenatal patients anymore)
Lindsay E: I have had a wonderful experience with this amazing team of physicians. They are professional, supportive, knowledgable and caring.
Aisha N: I think every woman should have an OB-GYN from this team. Everything about that team is fantastic; From the doctors to the receptionists. In almost a year I have met with over 3 doctors during my difficult times (I have one OB-GYN but if she isn’t available immediately you are given an opportunity to meet with another physician so that’s how I have met other docs). Every physician and support staff I have met with has such politeness and approach and that helps a lot especially when you’re dealing with sad news.I tell every woman i know to switch to this team. I'm like a walking Ad for them. They are the best.
Lau Fedele: On my third pregnancy through this practice and it has always been a pleasure going there. Love Dr Connolly and Dr Hernandez- I always feel so comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend.
Diane Murray: Dr. Reilly is the best doctor. Unfortunately Donna from the billing department is a very rude person. I was hung up on by her. So unprofessional.
Priscilla Coleman: I have been a patient of NE OB-GYN for over 11 years. The Doctors, NP's (Jen Harper is amazing) and staff are wonderful. They are very prompt when returning phone calls and always pleasant. I have also started seeing Dr. Haden who is brilliant. She is very kind and, has a wonderful bedside manner. The office is beautiful and always immaculate. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new OB-GYN. My mom who is also a patient drives 60 miles to and from to stay with this practice.
Cat L: Wonderful medical practice. Dr. Reilly has been my physician for over 40 years and I have always been treated with the utmost care and concern whenever I visit for my check up our any other reason. Top notch. They set a shining example of what other medical practices should strive for.
carol nelson: I've been very, very happy with New England OBGYN. I'm a patient with Dr. Hernandez, having transferred from another obgyn in Chicago during a move in my third trimester of my first pregnancy. The transition itself was so easy. Nurses were very responsive and willing to schedule a first time appointment.
Elizabeth Rose: Dr. Lisa B. Lampert, MD is one-of-a-kind AMAZING! She always makes time to make her patients feel at ease. Best OB in Boston! :)
sheri ferreira: this place is very professional and efficient i love it
Courtney Sander: Great doctors and affiliation with the Brigham. What happened to their nice office staff? Bring them back!
