shawnm618: How many people can stand around doing nothing. Come here and find out. Probably 2/3 of the staff "hanging clothes". No cashiers upstairs and two downstairs. 25 minutes to check out. AVOID THIS STORE

HeySani: The sales associate was so sweet. I understand the hectic day, retail and behaviors and everything but a guy who works there maybe supervisor or manager or whatever shouts at you and makes you nervous like the situation which I didn't even create which the associate asked him to help her but that guy is like DO YOU HAVE THE APP ON YOUR PHONE on top of his lungs. Like....he needs to be fired. This was around 6:10 pm exactly do...find it
Karan Sachan: Not profesisonal associate (Ariana) at the counter wasted my time and tested my nervous during a recent shopping encounter. She left the security tag on my apparel and had to go back to get it fixed. I'd highly encourage them to hire sales associate more carefully.
Collin Hongze Chen: They offer horrible service. They can’t refund with Apple Pay and the guy told me to get a temporary physical card from the Apple Store. But the guy lied because Apple Store doesn’t have such service. I will never buy anything from the H&M.

Regan Wilkins: I loved these pants like loved them. I literally wore them a few times and just purchased them a month ago. But this morning when i already had my jeans on and ready to go I bent down to grab something and they ripped right by the pocket. I tried calling customer service but they said it would be difficult to do an exchange because i didn’t have any tags(but i have the receipt). So yeah I won’t be purchasing these or any of these again.

alena Humphrey: I love H&M & as a traveling nurse in Massachusetts, that was one of my favorite spots to shop. On this particular day, I did not feel welcomed in this store. No one acknowledged that I walked in, but soon after I walked in there was a friendly greeting for the people that came in shortly after me. I spent about 30 -45 min in the store & not once was I told about anything the store was offering or promoting at that time. But.... I overheard one of the ladies that worked there telling a male about a promotion they were having. The dressing room was closed so I couldn't try on my items. That's ok though, I really didn't want to spend my money in there that day.

I c: Really great store with a lot of affordable and cute items! I went in today and got a pair of hoop earrings and a flower crown for only $5.30, which would cost $20-30 at urban outfitters across the street. Employees are all very friendly and I hope to come back here more!

Karissa Parker: The cashier forgot to enter my phone number during my transaction, so I did not earn points. She also forgot to update the price of several items. They had discount price stickers on them for black Friday and the price needed to be adjusted. I went back to the counter and spoke to the manager, Justin, and got a refund for the price difference. Supposedly my points were added but when I checked my app later that day the points were never adjusted. I had to call customer support and create a case to make sure I received my points. If things were done correctly at the registers I would not have had to jump through extra hoops just to make sure I received credit for the hundreds of dollars I spent at the store.
Mark Collins: I've shopped here for many years, but I think I'm done. Twice in one month I had to return/exchange an item because it didn't fit. This could have been easily avoided if they would simply open their fitting room regularly. How hard is that?
Kim Miles: I just went online but wind up going to store and bought 2 matching outfits 🙃 was totally in awe. Now need to go to store to buy quality footwear to go with phenomenal outfits I got. Definitely run or walk to this store like today.

Jutty04901: Not as exciting as it used to be. Clothes have gone out of style. I wish I was able to find here the sort of things I was able to 15 to 20 years ago. The jeans are too short and I fit into size M denim short when I usually wear size 36

Rocephin W: One of the few stores with small size clothing for skinny people. Suitable for those with BMI ~16-23. Although the size chart have gotten bigger in the past few years, the price mostly stayed the same.This specific store is rather small. It does not carry many selections (no men’s tie, but LOTS of socks).The staff was patient with me. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed.Many clothings on the shelf were not well organized. I understand that it’s hard to maintain in a busy location.

Me Too: I bought a $4.99 dress that had the wrong tag on it. Apparently, someone had made a tag for $14.99. They didn’t even get the size right on the tag! I called the store on my way home and they said that I have to come back in for them to fix it for “safety” reasons. I have the H&M membership that I used to make the purchase. I have the receipt number. They have video. So why do I have to waste gas going back during a pandemic to get THEIR mistake fixed? Not happy.

Zena: This H&M location is now permanently closed. I uploaded a photo of the vacant space which has a sign saying "Visit our nearest location at Northshore Mall." Don't make the mistake of driving all the way here like I did.
