Damian Carter: Got to the store at 6:50pm and the store had already locked the doors. The employee also even said to me they already closed the register and didn’t let me in. Luckily there was another hair store near bye. 🙄
Dada: Really bad, the exchange rule is so dumb, why is there no exceptions for exchange especially if you haven't opened it? Why shouldn't there be an exchange exception when the product that you buy isn't what you expected? I told the lady that works there that the hair doesn't looks like what I'm looking for but she convinced me that it was. Later that day I found out it wasn't. So why can't I exchange especially since the lady that works there told me?

darnone barreau: So I was planning on buying a Butterfly loc crochet but one of the lady gave me something else and said I could also use that to make butterfly loc and she tried convincing me and i i fell for it but now that I'm at a hair salon they said it's a lie, the hair that they gave me isn't able to do that and they told me i should exchange it, and that should be an exception especially since it was the worker that made me buy it. So i called them and they said i can't exchange it. There should be an exception to when you can exchange but to them there's none

Kris Fuller: The owner is absolutely awful! He was rude and his Exchange policy is extremely misleading. I read the receipt and said ok I can exchange but not return within 5 days, as long as it's unopened, fine. But he said no look closely and when I did the list of things that cannot be exchanged was EVERYTHING IN THE STORE! So basically even though he says he does exchanges, he does NOT! I tried to explain to him how that's misleading and he should have just put all sales final and leave it at that. I told him I didn't even want my money back, just something I could actually use! He told me he didn't care and he wasn't exchanging anything. So if you shop here, You better be 100% percent sure it's the product you want or better yet, just shop somewhere else.

This was the worse hair i have ever seen in my entire 20 yrs of buying hair. Nothing human about this hair. Shedded and kinked up within 6 days. They sold as 100% himan hair. This hair has to be synthetic mixed. Worse thsn synthetic hair honestly. Only looked decent 1 week. After 2st week it matted and shedded so horribly.I cried that they sold me this garbage hair that was trash atcsuch a high price!Hair should have been $5/ bundle.This store to me vkearky dont care what they sell to ppl.I would never step foot in this store for hair ever again.Order you hair offline. AMAZON HAIR is 100 times better and cheaper.

She made me a 26” custom color (ginger) wig with bangs in one week! They cut the bangs perfectly on my head to make sure it fit properly and put a band in the wig to help keep it secure! Love this place and highly recommend their shop! During my visits I’ve seen some beautiful installs on other customers. High quality products and great staff! Can’t beat this shop!

Roshni: The service I received was a 360 install. I called and asked if I needed to drop the wig off before the appointment to get knots bleached, plucking, etc (wig prep). As recommended, I ended up dropping the wig off a day prior to my Appt. The reviews are accurate that everyone is nice and professional. Very approachable hair stylists.However I gave 2 stars because nothing was done to my wig in preparation for the install. They didn’t pluck the hairline, wash it...nothing. Dropping it off the day before was unnecessary. They did offer to give me some baby hairs, but I didn’t want them. I did get the wig flat ironed, but I do wish there was more to the service. I don’t think glueing the wig down and trimming the lace amounts to $150.

Kee Bee: Had 3 bundles of Brazilian deep wave installed earlier this week. My natural hair wasn't blending too well, but Nikki and Nikki (I don't know if they both spell it the same) blow dried, flatironed, and curled my leave out to blend it in. The two ladies are high spirited with a great sense of humor. Nikki #2 did an amazing job! She doesn't braid super tight to where your eyes look Chinese, and she sewed the bundles in so quick I was for sure they would come loose. But nope. They're still secured and I can't even tell I have cornrows under the tracks. I straightened my deep wave yesterday and the hair still looks beautiful and bouncy with VERY minimal shedding when I comb/brush it. The quality of hair is great and it's real human hair! I dont understand a couple of these other reviews stating otherwise. I do wish that they were a full service salon so that they can have a more intimate relationship with the customer's hair. When I find someone I'm comfortable with, I only want that person to work on my hair throughout the entire process from wash to style. But now that they know what's up with my hair, I'm ok with washing it at home before I get my sew ins.Highly recommend and they gained a client for life!

After asking an employee in the store if they had any, she said and I quote, "We don't sell extensions like that here because the ladies around here have their own hair, which is very long." I didn't take kindly to this because as a black woman she assumed I didn't have hair or long hair. How would she have known my hair is short under my headwrap? Non-black women wear extensions too and she shouldn't be making racially biased statements like that.
