Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center: what do users think?
Fransisca Laurentinus: since i drive and didn’t stay out till late at night, i don’t really see homeless people that the other said on their review. it is close with hospital and the sirens sound can be a little bit annoying. the room itself was clean and decent. the breakfast was okay.
Rick O'Malley: Good place to stay while on a quick stop to Boston. Clean rooms, smooth check in.Walkability: Easy access to Mass Ave, SOWA, and the South End.
Juliana Molina Gómez: Terrible experience when I arrived and when I left because of the guy at the front desk called Jerry, he was extremely rude with me and my parents who are very old. He rejected to help us and to speak in our language even though he speaks it. Other than that, we had a nice stay and we liked the hotel. After, I left I found out that the hotel made additional charges that were not on include my reservation.
Pearse Hillock: Good priced hotel with excellent morning breakfast buffet. Rooms are spacious too. Location is just undesirable especially with the constant ambulance sirens from the nearby hospital.Rooms: Spacious and clean.Food & drinks: Great breakfast buffet.
Megan Zalenas: I have been coming to Boston for 20+ years. With COVID, everything got turned upside down. Patient-Family housing became non-existent. Finding a rental was impossible. Things have improved a touch, but it is a major issue.I decided to reach out to the Hampton Crosstown Center and see what their availability was. The manager Thea was absolutely amazing. Very kind and accommodating. She happily confirmed my reservation and wished us safe travels.Upon landing, I ordered my Uber to the hotel. Multiple people did warn us to be more alert around the area. There is a large homeless population down the street. The hotel does a great job to keep guests safe.Keycard entry. Armed security 24/7. I’d suggest having things delivered. And you will want to be waiting for it. Otherwise, your delivery may vanish. The hotel does all they can, so not their fault. The staff is incredibly accommodating. Security is just as accommodating. They helped me multiple times loading a wheelchair and bringing the occasional delivery up to my room. The staff here TRULY cares.I say this as a Diamond member who’s traveled and stayed in the finest hotels. The service here has many of them beat. The staff CARES.The rooms are clean and cozy. I had the dual-queen room. It had a nice HDTV, Mini-Fridge, & Plenty of Workspace to setup a small office! WiFi is quick and dependable. The rooms are fresh, crisp, and clean. The housekeeping ladies do an amazing job. The hallways are clean and fresh, no lingering odors. No issues with tobacco or MJ smoke/odor. They run a very orderly hotel. They even have windows that partially open, which we loved. It was great getting fresh air and a breeze in the room.Breakfast is always stocked, hot, and fresh. It’s always very busy - the earlier you head down the better. They always keep it stocked and are incredibly helpful. In the fall, they even had a “Pumpkin Spice” waffle batter.During my stay, I found out I’d have to stay a few months as I could not safely fly. Management was amazing and happily accommodated us. I’m incredibly grateful for their flexibility. They do offer a shuttle to the major hospitals, be sure to contact the desk to get on the schedule. The hotel is run like a well-oiled machine, yet it still makes you feel at home. The fall candle in the lobby and the decor truly makes you feel welcome. The infused water and cookies in the evening is my favorite.Management and staff here TRULY care. I will be staying here again this year and I can’t wait to return!Safety wise, they have it well under control. Boston Police also keep a constant presence in the area. The only downside is you do hear the sirens and such. However, you get used to it quickly.I stayed here a total of 5-months solid last year and have no complaints. I am excited to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone here for medical needs or for those going to a game at Fenway!Rooms: Rooms are fresh, clean, crisp, open, airy. You don’t feel claustrophobic. Beds are comfortable and linens are clean and crisp. Housekeeping does a great job.Rooms have a mini fridge, HD TV, plenty of workspace. Be aware the TV does have the old style movie system so you CAN NOT stream anything to the TV.Rooms have screened windows that partially open.Safety: Do not walk outside of the hotel. Large homeless group outside. Lots of sirens and gun shots audible. However, the hotel has 24/7 armed security and key access to enter and use an elevator.I always felt safe staying here for 5+ months. I’d suggest delivery.Walkability: I’d avoid walking around outside of the hotel. The homeless population is everywhere around the area. It’s not a safe area to walk. The hotel itself is plenty safe and well secured.Food & drinks: Doña Habana Cuban Restaurant is attached to the hotel. You don’t even have to go outside.Noteworthy details: Fresh Cookies and Infused Water in the evening.
Teresa Watford: Didn't care for the location but the staff were very kindRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Scott Gibson: Very nice staff and room but overflow parking in the very back is a hike in the dirt and the breakfast has much to be desired. You can skip that.
Leyki Reynoso: The hotel is neglected. A little dirty. The horrible bathroom. Terrible carpets. They charge you $25 for parking. It is expensive for what they offerRooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Bill Blast: Proximity to hospital resulted in ambulance an police sirens going all night. Not possible to sleep.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More

Dawn Calabrese: The staff at this hotel was amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. We will be coming back to Boston and staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in Roxbury which has a large homeless population but we never felt unsafe. I was traveling with my two teenage daughters in a strange city which can be stressful. However because of the kindness of the staff at this hotel we never felt like strangers. It was one our best experiences at a hotel.
Dylan Sidd: Nearby activities: there are absolutely nothing to do aroundWalkability: I may not consider late night walk aroundFood & drinks: there’s only one Cuban restaurant in the corner of the building
Christine Simmons: The staff are always friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and inviting. The security staff are always friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. We appreciate their presence and kindness. We thank them for their service, as it is a tough job today.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom Young: Stayed for one night for weekend at Boston. Very impressed high value for reasonable rate with friendly service, large room, good breakfast.Rooms: Room was large and had everything you need.Nearby activities: Went for a run to the water and saw large number of homeless. Felt safe but definitely an area with a lot of struggling people.Food & drinks: Breakfast is very well run and of reasonable quality
Donald Stolpp: Our room had a stained chair, the wallpaper and paint was peeling, and being right next to the hospital had sirens all night. Wouldn't stay again.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 1/5 …More

Aura Lee: Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. As Hilton Honors participants we expected at the very least, acceptable service. Family trip with young boys, we arrived with the youngest getting carsick at the front desk. Immediately alerted the desk clerk. Instead of getting someone to clean or provide us with cleaning materials, he went about checking us in. Oh the smell! I had to maneuver other guests away from the mess as it was blocking the walkway causing a hazard. Visualize being tired, checking in, sprayed with vomit , assisting a small nauseous child in a crowded foyer and directing traffic! We needed hotel staff assistance! We found guest laundry, as it was obviously needed, however, we were informed it was coin op and they didn’t have any change and the person who had the change wouldn’t be there until the next day. We didn’t have a car and there is not a lot around this area. No suggestions or offer of alternative solution. Not even a friendly smile, although I guess one doesn’t smile when you puke all over their floor. We ended up washing clothes in the bathroom and using the dryer the next day before our flight. Nicely packed damp puke suitcase. It was the sick boys birthday and being young and nauseous he left his brand new cat headphones in the room. I called to let the hotel know and was informed, housekeeping handles that and they keep it in a room without access and wouldn’t be back until the following day. I followed up with an email as now we were back home and never received a response. I don’t understand how there isn’t a proper lost and found system. The Hampton Inn failed miserably at problem solving, follow up communication and thinking outside the box. We were distraught and in need of help, there was none to be found. 2 rooms 715, 717 , 03/20/23
ack right: BE AWARE! Even if you book a room and pre-pay in advance, IN THIS HOTEL---THE ROOM IS NOT GUARANTEED!!!!! I am giving one star, because after booking and paying online in advance, I walked into hotel at midnight after 31 hours long flight, just to hear WE DONT HAVE ROOM FOR YOU, WE HAD A LOT OF WALK-INS TODAY AND ALL THE ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT. I was not offered any alternatives or help to find another hotel or any other help. I made this reservation on line and this reservation was non-refundable. So I had to spend 40 mins trying to get money back and at 1am I was in a unknown city, with no hotels available around, basically on the street. People at the front desk were apologetic, yet I had to take a 100$ cab to my next destination to arrive there at 3am after traveling and not having proper sleep for day and a half. There were at least 15 other people at the lobby going through the same issue. I guess it's pure GREED and ABSOLUTELY ZERO CARYING ABOUT CUSTOMERS to re-sell pre-booked rooms and leaving people on the street in the middle of the night. Never again HAMPTON INN you will see me at any of your properties. Too bad, it was one of my favorite places to stay, till it gotten so greedy that it stopped caring about people.

Catherine Mygatt: Started using Hampton Inn for airport parking after the thrifty down the road closed during the pandemic. What started as an inconvenient but cheapest parking option is now maddeningly ineffective and inefficient. It took us an hour to get to our car on the return trip, due to them only running shuttles every 30’ and also driving past us despite us being the only people standing in the assigned spot, and they then gave us the wrong keys. Service got even worse after they joined shuttle service with another hotel. They didn’t have the service bandwidth to share before. This place is not worth the cost and inconvenience. For the sake of Logan travelers I hope they take these reviews to heart and start running shuttles every 20 mins and guarantee pickup within 20’ of your call.
Reuel White: Parking is a great deal but the shuttle can get a bit backed up in the early hours. Make sure to show up early to get in line so you don’t miss your flight.

Hampton Inn Boston Logan Airport Chelsea: what do users think?
Dan Hegsted: Staff was good. Breakfast had a good variety and was good. Rooms clean.
Lisa Wilson: Clean and comfortable. Not very convenient to get to and from Boston. Next to a 24 hour food distribution trucking facility so it's as if you are staying at a truck stop. I found the incessant hum of the trucks soothing, my husband not so much. The reversing beeping we both agree was the worst. Therefore, it's the location that warrants the lower rating.Food & drinks: Great Mexican restaurant across the street
bill hua: Fairly new or newly refurbished hotel. Services from airport transfer to professional front desk staff, from housekeepers to the dining room staff are very friendly and ready to assist anything we may need. Nancy Moore: Stayed here last night between coming into and going out of Logan airport. Everything was great. Sam on the front desk was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Had a great shower and comfortable beds. The complementary hot breakfast was very good. This hotel was quite a bit cheaper than any of the other airport hotels around Logan, some of which are twice as much as this. Even though this is a 10 minute Uber ride away from the airport, we thought it was totally worth it for the savings.
Elliot Mason: Really enjoyed my stay here, not sure why the hotel is only rated 2 stars, I’ve stayed in 4 star hotels they have been awful. Free breakfast is nice and has plenty of choices. Bed is very comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like was the rooms are only cleaned every 4 days, you can request it to be done but I would of liked it done daily or every 2 days. But overall it was a nice stay, good location, great plenty of things around

leeann dungo: My kids have been to various hotel around the world like Marina Bay Singapore , beach resorts etc. they rate this hotel as 4 stars because it’s clean and the breakfast is decent and worth the taxi rides we took to get to city centre. They loved the El Porto Mexican restaurant in front of the hotel. Their only complaint is that then hotel is near some factories. Next time we come back, it’ll be closer to the main city area. We saw how nice it is at night with many restaurants open in downtown. Overall, the rooms were clean and comfy.

Emily Elizabeth: Anthony and Katie were so gracious while handling customers. They had a few extremely rude customers and handled the situations perfectly with such kindness and empathy! Hampton inn is very lucky to have these two! We watched Anthony go above and beyond to appease guests needs! We will definitely be return guests, and as my mom is a travel agent we will recommend this hotel for years to come!😊

Barry Kneeland: I was pleased to see how new and clean the hotel looked. I asked how old the hotel was and I was surprised to hear something like 20 years. I was told there had been recent renovations. They did an excellent job with everything! Probably the nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at! Staff, rooms and location were great. Less than a mile from TD Garden!
Louise Schultz: It's the worst room ever. As a member of HH, we have stayed in their hotels in many states and have never experienced anything like this. They issued many excuses why they could not relocate us to another room. Would never stay there again.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Janay Moss: Good hotel for the price and location in relation to public transportation to downtown. I highly recommend.
Joyce Jang: If I could give this place ZERO stars that would be the most accurate. It started with the reception staff being absolutely rude and unbelievably unprofessional. I booked 2 nights with points and the night before my husband got very I’ll so we traveled the next day to see his uncle who was recovering from a stroke. This was already a very stressful day of driving 5+ hours through stormy weather. Because I had not called the day before mind you because my husband was ill they not only cancelled my reservation even through I “checked in” online. I went to the front desk and they LITERALLY refused to honor my reservation then the desk person called the on-site manager and she also was completely unwilling to help. They made me call the 800 number and go through the Hilton honors hotline- which hung up on me after making me wait close to 20 mins to sort my reservation then when I called again the customer service person assured me they would honor my reservation and had me on hold for another 30 mins. After over 1 hour of talking to the useless reception and on-site manger they finally gave me and my sick husband a room. The nightmare then continues because then they CHARGE me for the room and tack on 4 other charges FRAUDULENTLY. In all my years of traveling I have never dealt with this level of rudeness from hotel staff and frankly deceitful behavior. I’m reporting them to BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Do not stay!!!
Joe Bauza: I had what I call the Blue Brothers room. Right against the train tracks. The trains start at 6am and run every 5 or so minutes. You hear dogs barking and drunk young people, and you hear the elevator door opening and closing. There is really nothing the staff can do. There are not enough parking spaces, and you are told that when you check in. So if you find a spot, don't move your car you may not find a spot when you return. Free breakfast area, which is good. I can't think of anything else good to say about my Very Expensive stay. If you to book here ask for a street side room. The backside of the building is against the train tracks. And as my daughter said, " You can hand someone on the train a bagel and a cup of coffee as they go by"

Only complaint, the window let in a decent amount of street noise.Walkability: Literally next to the Lechmere station on the green line.
Hieu Nguyen: The room was very clean and quiet. I stayed on a high floor. The carpet was in a very good condition. I had a good rest after a long day. The staff was very helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Sydney Earhart: We made reservations at this hotel for our honeymoon, as my husband is from Boston and Watertown is very close by. Upon arriving, we felt very welcome as Tanya greeted us at the front desk and was incredibly hospitable the whole trip and congratulated us on our wedding. Once we got to our room, we were welcomed with a lovely greeting card and personalized screen on the television. This is a new hotel, as the area has been remodeled, yet, it’s also a quaint place to stay. One major amenity I would like to mention- We were able to walk and buy groceries at Roche Brothers throughout our week here, as our room also featured a microwave and refrigerator. Not to mention the free breakfast! Highly recommend for travel to New England!Nearby activities: Movie theater, shopping, and dining. 15 minutes to downtown Boston.Walkability: Located in a town like areaFood & drinks: Plenty of restaurants, but near a lovely local grocery store that you can buy food to keep and heat in the mini fridge and microwave provided

Eric Van den Steen: The lady at the reception in the afternoon/evening was the saving grace. She was extremely helpful and friendly. But I was shocked to learn that my room had been changed *after* I had checked in (by some other staff member) and without even letting me know! Not only had my room been changed, but it had been changed to a room that was the exact *opposite* to the preferences I had stated. As I was staying for a week and for work, this was simply awful. It shows a serious lack of integrity and customer care. I was told it happened often at this place. My regard for Hilton properties dropped dramatically.
Johnny Cato: Nice place to stay
Renu Tolani: I stayed in Hampton for 3 weeks for business work. The king room is extremely small, no space to walk at all in the room. The hotel has a weird entrance - lobby at first floor and absolutely no security on ground floor. I am also deeply concerned about the hotel security , my package was delivered at the hotel and signed by ' Theresa' front desk staff , apparently she claimed she was on sick leave and the package is no longer with Hampton and they have checked their CCTV, They made me email their manager / go to next door building and search for my package - I gave the proof of request from UPs signed by 'theresa'They lied to my face that they checked CCTV. only to realisation that the package was under their desk all this while..The breakfast options if you are vegetarian is very poor- there is just oatmeal and fruits. They don't even provide hot milk on request. The housekeeping is not available for half the day. So if you want a spoon, they will ask you to come and get it from the front desk. My company paid 4000$ and the service was not worth it. Oh also, they take an extra deposit of 50$/per day incidental roughly 600$ deposit for God knows what when they don't even have basic housekeeping services through the day. Highly under staffed. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Beautiful Bell: Excellent stay with Excellent service from the housekeeping staff, The Front Desk employees, The sales department and the breakfast staff. The hotel is beautiful and located within an awesome district with a Target and Starbucks within a 3 min walk. I can’t wait to come back and visit again. Kudos to The Front Desk Manager for leading by example, She is an absolute sweetheart. (I forgot her name).
Danny Chan: The service provided by the front desk was fantastic and my room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Would absolutely consider staying here again for future visits to Boston.
Jay: Great service. Special mention of Tanya in the front desk.Rooms: Very clean rooms. Excellent housekeeping.Nearby activities: Plenty of stores ( best buy, Target, old Navy, home depot etc.) and choice of restaurants plus a movie theatre.
Cathy B: I stayed at the Hampton Suites this past weekend. I have stayed several times and usually have enjoyed my stay. I especially like the location. With that said, I have never experienced such rude customer service on Sunday when I asked for a later check out. I went to Starbucks and it took longer than expected. I tried calling the hotel and the phone rang about 15x. Finally when I did get through I got put on hold for 5 minutes. I was told matter of fact there is no late check out. She didn’t care that I am a diamond hilton member. Well when I got back to the hotel about 11:03 to get my stuff I was locked out of my room. When I went to the front desk the woman was extremely unfriendly and rude. She said in a condescending way that 120 guests were checking out and they had 2 housekeepers so why should I think I should have a late check out. I told her I called the front desk numerous times in the morning and the phone just kept ringing. She said what do you expect I’m alone here. She was obviously frustrated that they are understaffed. I’m wondering how clean the rooms are if there is not enough housekeeping. The worst part was that she gave me a stare down. It shook me and made me extremely uncomfortable. My sister was with me and couldn’t believe it either. She gave me 5 min to get my stuff. When I was in the room at exactly 11:15 I heard the door click so she changed the code. I have never experienced this before in all the other hotels I have ever stayed at. This person should not be at the front desk of any hotel!!!!!

Rachel Torres: This hotel was great for just what my husband and I needed visiting the outer Boston area! The room was decently clean and sizable, the service was very friendly, with the biggest plus being the hotel is pet-friendly, which many other hotels in the area are not. The only cons I noted were the fair amount of trash littering the pet walking area, and the shower did not drain water well at all. All in all, a decent hotel to stay at.

Julie Waschela: Only sad part about our stay was the jacuzzi and pool are closed. They have amazing breakfast and the front desk are amazing always very nice and sweet. The staff is amazing and having the shuttle has been such a big help.Food & drinks: Amazing variety and I am diabetic so them having sugar free options is great.
Robbin Babb: Had a great experience staying at Hampton Inn. Front desk staff, shuttle drivers, and breakfast staff all friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold foods. Shuttle took us to and from the T-station and was always prompt. Pool and hot tub not open for use, but we spent most of our time in the city so not a problem for us. Will definitely stay again.
Deborah Freeman: Great location, clean rooms, terrific breakfast, friendly staff, great shuttle service. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely will return again, my choice for short vacay in the Boston/Braintree area.Rooms: Clean, quiet, great temperature control and nice shower.Nearby activities: Lots of resturants and shopping mall. Close to airport express station.Safety: Secure hotel rooms, nice safe parking, 24hour staff on siteWalkability: Walking distance to eateries, mall and theatreFood & drinks: Great buffet breakfast in morning. Hot beverage available 24 hrs. Received a nice welcome snack bag with free water, Boston Bake bean candy and bag of Cape Cod chips. Wow!!Great TLC, I felt special. Loved my stay.
Mike Natale: Desk clerk rude trash and broken glass all over the place by main entrance.
Hayley Bartlett: When we got there we were informed the hot tub AND pool were both closed which is one of the amenities we were really looking forward to. Our room was very nice but there was a huge rip in the foot rest for the couch and we found small steands of hair in our shower. The drain also wouldnt drain unless u completly took the whole drain plug out of the tub.
Douglas Liebig: Standard Hampton Inn hotel. Inexpensive hotel in a location that is nothing special but does give easy access to I-93. The front desk person was friendly and helpful during check-in. Plan on driving to everywhere you might want to go, there are no restaurants to walk to.Walkability: There is nothing in walking distance.
Bryan Lynn: Whelp! I was visiting family here they said this place had the best rate so hence we all piled into the mini van and headed out to the amazing Hampton Inn located in Braintree for a tiny family gathering slash pizza and Panera bread catered party. Little did we know about the pool being closed for renovations, oh bummer my kids will stay dry for a whole evening. We did think it was kind of quiet for a Friday night except whatever the crazy fog machine thing going on next door. Anyway my in-laws said hey this place is great and they now take Hilton points so we ate our food in the dimly lit lobby while two tvs played in the background.Rooms: They were pretty standard rooms.
Michael Salvaggio: THIS HOTEL IS THE BEEEEEEESSSSSSSSTTTTT!!!!Rooms: It’s the bestNearby activities: It’s the bestSafety: It’s the bestWalkability: It’s the bestFood & drinks: It’s the bestNoteworthy details: It’s the best
Darryl C. Sylvia: The room I stayed in was far from the quality one would expect from a Hilton property. It has seen better days. The chair in the room had wholes in the back cushion. The carpet was ripped and material was shredding. I believe this was done by an animal. The wall paper is pealing in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The soap dish is leaning so the soap falls. The bathroom floor was sticky. The place felt unclean. The breakfast was of the cheapest quality. I stayed at this location before the pandemic and it was totally different. I asked the woman at the desk if the property was corporate or independently owned. Of course, she said if was franchised. I already knew the answer because corporate owned properties are not run down like that one. The maids do not speak English which means you cannot communicate with them. I will never return to that location and will seriously consider staying at another Hilton property. I have pictures.***UPDATE***I received a refund for one night.
Abby Mayou: Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Plenty of available charging ports. Bathroom was great with all the necessities. The shower was outstanding. I loved it.Noteworthy details: Breakfast exceeded our expectations. It was fabulous. The woman who worked there kept it clean and well stocked. You couldn't ask for more.
nenuco xikitin: Exelent place
Jodi Joyner: The staff is amazing! Everything was perfect! We couldn’t have ask for more! The rooms we clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. House keeping was excellent! The Complementary shuttle service was beyond our expectations! The drivers are so friendly and helpful with where and how to go. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. We give this hotel a 10 out of 10 and would most definitely stay there again. We stayed 4 nights and never drove anywhere! They completely took care of us! 24 hour coffee in the lobby and warm cookies in the evening! It was awesome!
Mohammed Rahman: Pool out of service, mold in the hotel room, noisy guests...

Debbie K.: The Hampton Inn and Suites in Waltham exceeded our expectations, especially with regard to cleanliness and customer service. The room was immaculate. (Cleanliness is our number-one priority.) Requests for extra towels, etc., were fulfilled quickly. Every associate we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Parking and breakfast are included in the rate; however, we did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast. The hotel is located in a safe, quiet area. We highly recommend this hotel, and it will be our preferred hotel for our future stays in Waltham.
Hanloong: A great hotel to stay. Tidy and clean, convenient and comfortable, with great service. We specifically thank Kofi and Naga for their kindness and help. Highly recommended!

Emily Kaz: The staff was friendly.Disappointed in the accommodations and lack of shuttle to the train station that was advertised. The rooms were ok if you dont look too close, however, upon further inspection there was hair in the bathroom. The room with the pull out couch lacked extra pillows and blankets. They were also unable to provide the convenience items listed on the placard in the room.
Ronald Atwood: Nice place pet friendly missing poolRooms: Clean and a good bedNearby activities: Golf course next door grandson is down the road about a half mileSafety: Great lightingWalkability: Needs a little more the for the dog walkFood & drinks: Great restaurantNoteworthy details: Nice ice machine
suzanne guiod: I had a suite with two closets. I left an expensive boutique long sweater coat in one of the closets and it was stolen not turned into lost and found!! It cost more than the stay at the hotel. The desk associate I spoke with didn’t know the managers name and number for me to call. He said look it up on the web. I couldn’t find a mangers name or contact. Don’t stay here where thieves are employed!
M A: Rooms upon entry seemed good but at night we could not sleep as we were itchy. So we turned on our flashlights to inspect the beds as our 2 little kids had slept off, and saw tiny blood spots and lots of hairs eveywhere. Disgusting! Also, towels were not white as they were old. Gave 2 stars for good breakfast options. We had stayed for 1 night with double queen beds... will not return.

Deanna A: I wasn't going to write this publicly, but the manager on duty when we checked out told us that since we used our Hilton honors points for the hotel, she couldn't do anything to give us a discount for the inconvenience they caused. She then said she'd give us 20,000 points back into our Honors card instead. It is not in our account. It was Friday March 31 when we checked in. Came back from Celtics game at 11pm and our key wouldn't work. The gal at the front desk looked up our reservation and said the room is out of order and we haven't checked in. Told her that all our things are in the room and she can see it for herself. That we checked in at 3pm with Giselly. She continued to say, room is out of order and no check in on the computer. She said she had no way of getting in the room. What? So if there was an emergency, your doomed? I told her, what are we going to do? All our stuff is inside the room? She wasn't even troubled by it nor had not desire to try to look into it further until I told her that my husband's medications are in the room! She finally called her manager who then helped her on the computer and get our keys rekeyed. Wow. If her manager didn't answer, then what? The bulb on top of the sink was also out and the shower curtain kept sliding to the center and not staying closed because the curtain rod was loose. It was annoying. We were out everyday and not coming back to the hotel till late at night and not seeing the manager but seeing only that same gal at the desk so I didn't bother to talk to her because I knew it wouldn't get anywhere and I would just ruin my evening. So check out, finally got to tell Tanya, the Manager on duty 4/4/2023 about our ordeal and to please make sure to further train the other front desk gal more customer service skills. Tanya offered the points back into our account and nothing yet has happened.
Kyle B: Our room had hair everywhere. On the pillows, bedspread, in the shower, on the night stand, on the floor. It’s not bad but also not great.
Joseph Cardillo: Spacious rooms, little dated and breakfast was so so. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The is an Irish pub and restaurant on site and accessible from with in the hotel.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly …More
Trina DeMattei: My room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The hotel needs an upgrade for sure but my room was adequate and I had no issues during my one night stay.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Stanley Caminero: Horrible experience I would rate 0 stars
mayra rivera: I'm sorry but the smell it was bad!.It smelled like an old basement,And it didn't have drawers, I usually need drawers to settle in, mostly if I'm staying more then one night. Also it needs better cleaning like more deep cleaning,(not just what meets the eye as soon as you walk in).The lady at the front desk was nice, though...Even though the environment at the room wasn't very pleasant the breakfast and the eating area was very nice.
Nicholas Franceschelli: REBECCA IS AMAZING!! I have been in the industry for many years, she had a guest infront of me, who had used a cheap third party site that would usually cause issues.... normally the hotels tell them to call... she went above and beyond!! She deserve some credit or recognition for handling a situation also with a huge line out the door by her self!! Rebecca your the MVP!! I'll come back just for you haha!!
