Jasmine B: We go here for training classes for our dog and I’m so impressed with how much I’ve learned. Our trainer, Summer, is helpful, dedicated, and cares about every dog in class. We will certainly be doing more training classes here, I highly recommend this location for any training classes.
Renee modlin: The rescue league is just as serious as I am about animal cruelty. They were sure to follow up several times AND involved the Boston Police who also followed up.

Luisa Salazar: 3 years ago I adopted my cat in this place, but today I visited the place to take a donation and adopt another cat, the woman at the reception a whole love, but when the manager of the place came to talk to us I had a terrible experience, she has no empathy, her treatment was rude and grotesque, she was sad and disappointed after having had a good experience years ago,Adopting is the best option but you always want to have a good experience when you visit a place, it makes me sad that she is the manager of a place to adopt someone who will be part of your family
Angela Allard: They are awesome at the Boston Animal rescue League. They have the most wonderful and caring people you will ever have the privilege to meet. They are absolutely wonderful. They helped us find our girl. When we went out (from Worcester) there to see the dog they felt he wasn't a good match for us, and they were right. When we got back home, I sad so disappointed. We told them again what we were looking for, and they said they would keep their eyes open for us and said they would do their best to find us what we needed to complete our. When we get home that night they sent us a picture of our baby. Right away we knew she belonged home. We went back out the next day, spent some time with her, took her home that day and she hasn't been back since. Our forever girl found us. We've had our little girl for two years now. We couldn't love her anymore.Thank you Boston ARL for completing our family,The Allard'sDavid, Angela and Charli ❤️

Holly Snoop&Fuzzy: my favorite local shelter. So much so that ARL is Beneficiary in my Will. Hopefully, ARL has a tow company arrangement for vehicle donation. The MS PAWS Mobile is 20 trs old and "done". Will be donated to charity.

Jacob Dong: In the afternoon, I was bored with my girlfriend and wanted to go to shelter for a walk. I came across a new litter of puppies. One of them was a black one, which we saw at first sight, and the staff kept telling us to make sure there was no one in line ahead of us to see the litter. After an hour of waiting, we finally got in line, and the staff knew we were next and adopted the dog with an another family. We double-checked that the puppy was not reserved, first come, first served, and that family came after us. Later communication with the staff was useless, only admitting their mistakes but not solving any practical problems. The most outrageous is telling us that we can't punish another family for their shelter's mistakes, implying that we have to accept their mistakes? Just don't go to this shelter to get angry 🙏

Kelly Miller: We recently had our cat neutered through the Franklin Park Spay Wagin'. It was a great experience! The staff was wonderful and the incision healed beautifully. Highly recommend if you are in need of low cost vet care.
Julor Hart: I called them about a lost guinea pig and talked to someone there. I was told that I would receive a call back and someone would come out that week to get him .. I never received a call or any type of reconntion after calling back a second time. I know nothing about guinea pigs and it was almost impossible to get to talk to someone about him.. now the guinea pig is extremely sick and I feel like a bad person because of his current condition. IT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INHUMANE TO HEAR OF A ABANDONED ANIMAL AND DO NOTHING!!
Raza Shirazi: Caitlin and Michelle is who I spoke with. Very unprofessional staff including managers and very unfriendly welcoming. They basically want to keep pets which are all nice and easy going. Generally speaking they won’t help u with your situation and rather run their business.

wang qi: For the entire courses we were asked to stand outside the classroom. We come early to let her get familiar with the environment, Karen still refused let us let us in the classroom even it is nobody here. And told us we should only consider take the lesson outside the room. Even though later my dog was getting well with other dogs, Karen insisted refusing to let us in and the reason is we looked uncomfortable in the classroom. We are reasonable parents, and willing to accept solutions best for every dogs' parents. But this time in Karen's intermedia course at pet smart, we feel being treat different and discriminated. Never come to this Everett dog smart again!

Problemattik: Rapper Review!I gave Petsmart a 4 star review due to one reason... the way Beta fish and Reptiles are housed. The staff in Everett is always A1 which is why it's my home store. They always keep up with the cages. So this is more of a company review. With all the space in the store there should be a better reptile and beta area. The betas sit in a cup until one is lucky enough to be chosen like the aliens in Toy Story. You only need probably 10 small 5 gallon tanks at most for the Beta fish, and the Reptiles could have a bigger cage especially being so small and overpopulated.Service is good,

Ava S: I had a pleasant experience with Boston Vet care. All of them were super professional, helpful and treated my cat with the compassion I was delighted to see.My only suggestion is to advise their new customers that they may confuse Boston vet CARE with a similar clinic nearby and have the address included in the text message reminder. I didn't even realize they were two similar clinics till i went to the wrong location but luckily they were only a few minutes away from each other.
Mark Diethelm: We bring our cats here. The staff is really friendly and great with the animals. One of our cats is terrified of everything, especially strangers and I was shocked at how great he was with the gentleness of the vet. Highly recommended, even if you have to be on the wait-list.

Luke Brady: I’ve taken my cat and dog here over the past 10 months. Everyone we’ve interacted with (vets, techs, and general staff) has been friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The standard care they’ve received has been great, and we’ve also been given solid advice on how to handle our dogs arthritis. They’ve been great with the pets, have allowed us to be with them for everything, and given many great recommendations.

We have been with Dr. Clay, who is the very best, for over a decade now and know we are getting the best care.

I felt like my concerns were listened to and I really love the lead vet as she wanted to follow up on my dog’s condition throughout treatment. I understand that times get really busy and those are reasons why I wasn’t contacted asap. It was still disappointing in the moment, but I appreciate being reached out afterwards. I really like this clinic, I feel like calling and trying to get an appointment is easy, my dog is taken cared of, or other options are always listed out for me.I have been going to this clinic for my dog for about some time now and enjoy coming and appreciate all the staff. However, one incident just today made me really frustrated. I called today regarding my dog’s infection that had not been resolved after his course and wanted to follow up and see what we could do, seeing as he is very uncomfortable. I called early in the morning at 9 and hadn’t heard back so I called again at 4:30pm, and the message was not yet relayed back to the vet. I understood as they are busy, and was reassured I would get a call back before they closed. However, I personally came to the clinic as it was close to closing and was told the vet had left for the day, and I had not even gotten a message back before that. This incident is very frustrating and I hope communication improves, as I tried my best to reach out early and throughout the day, with basically no effort to contact back. I still like coming here but this did anger me.

Mevilton Dsouza: Update: After our previous incident, we continue to have good experiences at BVC. The veterinarians and support staff are wonderful - they are gentle and friendly with our dog and are great at explaining what’s going on and answering any questions. They have great communication and follow up and I’ve been able to reach them for quick questions. Our dog is very comfortable and in fact may even be excited to go in there. I’ve also been able to see the vets on time per appointment schedule in my last few visits, and the front desk staff have been professional.———————————10/2021: We had an appointment for my pet at BVC. During our last appointment, we waited for 35 minutes after the checkin time before I was called in, but I didn’t complain and understood the situation. Today, we got there two minutes after the grace period at 5:12 pm after driving for over an hour in traffic, and they declined to see us and didn’t show any empathy and were very condescending. I expect the BVC front desk and phone staff to show more empathy and understanding. Note to the manager: They should be trained better to treat people with empathy, equity, and respect.

Lauren Hall: I cannot say enough amazing things about Boston Veterinary Care. We have a 1 year old bernedoodle and have gone in (and exchanged multiple calls and emails) more times than I can count. And every single person we've ever had the pleasure of working with has been INCREDIBLE.Everyone is friendly, understanding, helpful, and kind. I couldn't ask for more.Not to mention the fact that many of our friends who don't go to BVC haven't had great experiences with their vets.So if you have an animal in the Boston area, start here! You won't be disappointed.
