Hilton Boston Back Bay: what do users think?
Ramon M: What's the point of check-in and picking a room in advance if the staff can just take the room and give it to someone else by the time you get to the hotel? Being a Diamond member doesn't matter much to them either. And for the price (~$400/night for my dates) there are usually better options available. On the positive side, most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.
Sean S: This hotel is close enough to tourist sites for Uber.It is a very nice hotel. Food is available most of the day and you’ll pay for that convenience but the staff is great!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Vin J: Very old property.. Walking distance from bay back station, convenient location but the room carpets are very old and feels like not clean. Lifts make too much noise. Avoid taking rooms close to lifts.. Concierge staff was very humble but they deliberately hide the fact that they will be charging a $25/night Urban destination fee which can be reimbursed against food and beverages. Why i mentioned deliberately because all my colleagues stayed there and no one knew about this. Bar is good and staff there was super friendly. Make the informed decision and do ask for your $25/ night credit.
goldentearsforyou: Highly disappointed in my latest visit to the Hilton. Upon arrival we were never told locations or times for anything (breakfast, fitness center, etc.) We were also not made aware of the food and beverage credit that came with the room (only found out when I was looking online after check out). Severally disappointed that there was no pool and there apparently hadn’t been one in two years. Also, the bathroom was so small you could not close the door without moving completely around the toilet, and it felt like there was a giant air bubble underneath the floor of the tub. This felt extremely dangerous as I almost fell several times while showering. The only redeeming parts of my stay were the spacious bedroom, the view of the city, comfortable bed, and staff. All of the staff was super friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. I just wish the rest of my stay could have been as nice as the employees.
Josh VanderLeest: Great locations and view.
Albert Pagano: Very nice hotel in a great location. Short walk to shopping, restaurants, etc.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Marissa Spencer: Beautiful hotel and great location for Boston Marathon. Terrible customer service. They wouldn't talk to us when we checked out and refused to let us show proof of cancellation of extra night. Now we have to dispute the credit card charges.ETA - in regards to calling the number to rectify the situation we have already done that with no success.
Deborah Mallar: Google search engine has this hotel listed as having a pool… I had an 8 year old very disappointed granddaughter. The hotel manager and Hilton honors manager said they couldn’t do anything… comp points or meals… because the information is not on the hotel web site.As a diamond member I do NOT recommend this hotel.
Rebekkah Beeco: Great location for convention center, restaurants, and shopping. I found the dark color scheme in the room with limited lighting to be dreary and made it less functional (difficult to see in dark suitcase, etc.). Bathroom was small but clean.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Russ: It was a wonderful area to be in. Rooms were great and spacious. A very helpful staff. And it was good location because of its proximity to everything I needed go to. Lots of restaurants around the area. Overall walkable area.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sarah Scully: Just ok… I booked with a special rate and was told after confirming my reservation that the special rate couldn’t be honored, by then, rates had increased everywhere and I didn’t have many options. The rooms are incredibly dark, and not super spacious. No microwave and the coffee maker is very outdated for the price. Ordered room service on my last night that never came. Had a few issues I took up with the front desk and got rude service. I will say that the bar staff is super friendly and kind. I expected more from Hilton as it is my go-to hotel.
Mara Dicenta: The staff and managers (Brian, Rene) are THE WORST. I was robbed right at the door of the hotel (my whole purse) and they not only didn't help me figure out after the shock, but they treated me in the worst way possible when I was alone in a city I didn't know!!! If you want to be treated well while traveling, DON'T GO TO HILTONRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Voyager Zhang: Decent hotel: shower water pressure is pretty good. Overall, ceiling too low, furniture too low end to be categorized as a 4 star hotel. Good gym, a fridge and a safe inside the room: room is of decent size for 2 people, but I feel it's a tad small as a 4 star hotel. A vent in the bathroom cannot be turned off, hence I am writing this review past midnight. It's impossible for me to sleep with vent noise this loud. Room is extremely dry, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Hilton Boston Logan Airport: what do users think?
Kevin Brown: Rooms: Great, comfortable, and amazing viewNearby activities: Fun, nice and great peopleSafety: Very safe
Chris Bodenski: Great location right on Logan Airport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Large fitness center with Peloton bikes! Indoor pool and hot tub. Restaurant has very good food and good beer selection. One can walk to terminals or take the shuttle. Worth the stay with early departures!Rooms: Clean comfortable rooms.Walkability: Can walk to terminals through sky bridges.Food & drinks: Great restaurant with good food choices. Can get busy, no reservations taken.
Brandon Borghi: Directly next to Logan. Restaurant that’s open late. Clean and everything you need. You can also shuttle directly to your terminal. About $58 a day to valet with them for parking. Logan is cheaper but I like the convenience of dropping off my car.
Mark Palazzo: Perfect location with direct connect to terminal. Nice rooms.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Scott McCulloch: Lovely hotel .Clean rooms.Staff was very friendly and accommodating .Restaraunt was fantastic.Overall great experience and will come again when coming thru BostonRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Drew Pond: If you don’t have the time to stay in Boston proper, this is a great option for convenience to the airport. The hotel connects to terminals A and E through a sky bridge on the 2nd floor, and you still get great views of the city and Boston Harbor.
Connor Royals: While this is incredibly convenient to the airport and has a good view, that’s there the good stops. The rooms are very dated, including stained furniture and poor bathrooms. Room service food was decent quality, but adding the gratuity without telling and still having a line to include tips on the bill is a bit shady.HOWEVER, that is not merely the worst of it. While waiting to check out at the market / gift shop, the employee who was sick with Covid-like symptoms and no mask made my wife and I wait at the counter to checkout WHILE SHE FINISHED CLIPPING HER TOENAILS BEHIND THE COUNTER. She then asked us to pay with cash directly and to not use a card, which we declined to do and after some back and forth were able to use a credit card. If we hadn’t have had an early AM flight with better options nearby, this would have been enough to make me leave. For the price I paid, the level of quality did not add up. Avoid this place.
Sneha Pokharel: Convenient location within walking distance of the airport. We also took a water taxi to the wharf from the port near the hotel. Fun stay.
Kenny Wright: The staff was rude and did not do anything to make my stay easier or enjoyable. The Wifi did not work and they told me to call technical support who did not help. The only benefit to staying here is convenience, but I would rather stay farther away nd take a shuttle here than stay here again.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Frank R: Great Place To stay if you are flying out of Boston Airport.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Kid-friendly, Great value …More

Paul Grimes: Plush feel to the place. The staff I interacted with were very congenial and thorough. Way better than the first time I stayed over 40 years ago.Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view …More
Michael Hausberger: nächster Aufenthalt in diesem Hilton direkt am Airport und auch zu Fuß (zumindest von Terminal E) relativ schnell erreichbar - auch diesmal alles bestens und sehr empfehlenswert
Meri AmmendoLis: Disappeared. Overpriced. A gorgeous lobby. But the people weren’t very friendly. They had no one to sell you coffee. They were on bathroom break. Won’t go there again.
Samantha Coykendall: Great accommodation during an unexpected layover at the airport. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, well appointed, quiet, and clean!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Julie Moore: Great hotel. No derogatory experiences. Pub was extremely good!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Mallorie Watts: Five stars to Vony! Vony was the most helpful person I've worked with! Thank you so much!

Hilton Boston Downtown/Faneuil Hall: what do users think?
david knox: Gorgeous hotel. Friendly staff. Best gym I've ever encountered in a hotel!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Laura Johnson: I must especially call out Hansel and Tristan for providing some fabulous customer service when I was needing some help and Rodriguez for the best welcoming smile! Including here the stunning Boston sunrise seen from the 14th floor!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
S C: Location is good, service is baaaadddd…… front desk employees have attitude , not willing to help and they have issues with connecting to their Wi-Fi which is the most simple thing for every hotel !!!Housekeeping manager Harpreet was very professional and helpful but still the experience I had with front desk agents was not good or acceptable!!Breakfast was expensive, server lady in the breakfast area was full of attitude too and could not serve the simple condiments for breakfast! The potatoes were burnt and they still served me😡😡
Brenda Ford: A friendly staff greets you upon entering this impressive hotel. The valet is very attentive and helpful in providing directions to the nearby attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and a modern chic decor. I looked forward to mornings in the coffee cafe just to get one of the many beautiful and delicious pastries and a chai latte. This will be a definite return spot on future trips.
Bryce Baker: Fantastic staff is let down by the poorly conceived and badly maintained rooms. The wall heater/ac unit vibrated, rattled, and was too loud to leave on at night, even wearing foam ear plugs. The "ergonomic work area" was a narrow side table, too high to be a desk, and paired with a low, non-adjustable chair; I'm more than six feet tall and could not work at it for more than 15 minutes. The desk lamp was the only light in the room (outside of the bathroom) that worked.
Sarah Bartol: Room was beautiful and clean, decorated well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They do have luggage storage, which was awesome. Close to the harbour.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Zach Munro: You can pay $500 a night for a room and they will treat you like garbage. It’s a glorified motel. They will not bring anything to your room. There wasn’t even soap when I checked into my room. Worst hotel service I’ve ever heard of.
Robert Reyes: The hotel was great, but the valet was the worst. Valet attendant was found in my car and lied about me speaking to him about my car.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jayee: As a loyal Hilton member, I probably will NOT be staying here again. The valet guy had a complete attitude when I informed him that I misplaced my ticket to receive my car. It took housekeeping forever to bring more soap to the room since there was none provided in the shower as Hilton normally has. Room service keep knocking on my door at 2.5 hours before check out and I had to keep informing there of my departure time. It almost seemed like harassment. The handle in the shower was broken so I couldn’t move the shower head and they informed me that my room was newly renovated….However the location of the hotel is great!
Ben Penning: All staff went above and beyond with friendliness. Always greeting you with a smile. Getting you any information or assistance you need.Nearby activities: Close to Freedom Trail, aquarium and many restaurants.Walkability: Walking distance to everything we needed. Subway entrance was less than 5 minutes away.
Phil Wood: Beautiful room. 2 very nice restaurants in the same building. Other very good restaurants very near by. Easy walk to transit and other sites to see
Lucy: Clean and comfy bed. However light in Bathroom is weird and randomly turned on several times in middle of night. Super annoying when in middle of sleep. Also housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 am and 10 am when we were still in there. Never had that happen before at other hotels. 8 am seems excessive since check out is at noon. Another thing is I went to find the gym and I followed The signs. climbed the stairs all the way to the third-floor from the lobby. Then the door wouldn’t open and had to climb back downstairs.
Jamie: We are from NJ and just returned. I wasn't expecting to have such great customer service. All the staff were amazing! Also, people have complained about rooms being hot, we never had that issue at all!. We stayed in a king suite, and wow it was huge! Our daughter slept in suite area on pull out, and we had the king in a separate room with a door. The actual bedroom was huge too! Amazing view on 15th floor, we had about 6 windows! Fin Point restaurant there is awesome! Great food , modern decor, and not too loud or crowded . Pizzas were excellent! Awesome location with great walking distance to just about eveything! Dunkin donuts and Kane Donuts right there around the corner. The Tradesman in the hotel looked great too! No issues with complimentary water, and valet for them to park your car was fast, efficient, and around $57 a day. They had clean beautiful gym, and really cute lounge area in the hotel . For the price it was worth it! Also, amazing with food allergies . Thank you! We will come back!Read less
Joy Schaefer: Stayed for a quick weekend visit in April. Loved that there wasn't much foot or car traffic, which made for a quiet, restful stay, but super close to so many sights, food, and some shopping.Rooms: Beautiful, clean, and seemingly newly renovated. We could have used more outlets in the room, but that was our sole complaint!Walkability: Within minutes walking distance to many Freedom Trail sites, as well as the New England Aquarium and wharf.Food & drinks: Plenty of neighborhood restaurants, bars, as well as the food stalls at nearby Quincy Market. The hotel restaurant and the cafe are stellar - great food, service at a very good value.
Brandon Lucchese: Very very good service all around
Mark Beck: Very busy hotel. Good staff and room was nice. Sirens are loud at night but it is in the city. Both restaurants are 5/5
Eunice Heo: Stayed a night and we needed a corkscrew. Called twice in a matter of an hour with this one guy for guest services who kept telling us that he'd check for a corkscrew and never got back to us. Third time we called they told us to come down and there was a line of people waiting but Aldo checked the front and even went into the restaurant when it was closed to get us a corkscrew. We really appreciated it! Thank you Aldo! Amazing service from him.

Jena Miller: Avoid this hotel at all possible costs. It does not feel safe, it is extremely unsanitary and just something nightmares are made of. The hotel has clearly not be well maintained. I was supposed to stay 6 nights and I only stayed one just due to pure exhaustion from my travels that day, but could only sleep 4 hours. The hotel welcomed me with rotten bananas on a plate and molded water in the water dispenser. Then the room itself was not cleaned at all…dust everywhere, water rings on the countertops, stains on all of the towels. Their heavy mold in the shower and even the light switches were molded and discolored looking like heavy dirt or mold. I didn’t even want to take a shower because I wouldn’t feel clean. I checked out as soon as I could and then front desk lady didn’t even ask me why I was ending my reservation early. I guess this happens all of the time. Then talking to fellow coworkers, they told me this part of Boston is not safe at all either. AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS!!!
Cheryl X. Rivera: We stay in Boston, they charge for breakfast,Food & drinks: They chatge for everything in breakfast...Rooms: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Renish Shah: Worst experience ever! Racist people at reception and difference in services based on skin color and raceRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Karen Schoessler: Very pleasant stayRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Great value …More
Butch Wheeler: As a professional bus driver the most important aspect to a hotel is the staff and their customer service skills. The front desk people are rude and short with the customer. If you can't be friendly to people you are in the wrong business. This Hotel must be under new bad management. The location is right next to a large low income housing project and has homeless people everywhere. No signage outside for parking. If you enjoy being talked down to, this is the place for you. Good luck and enjoy.
Jesiel Solamo: I love the place near by the ocean and harbor walk very nice on warm weather could walk to john Kennedy library, very friendly staff offer us a ride to go john Kennedy library, no microwave in the room but can use by the lobby, I would recommend the hotel definitely stay againRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Seth M: If you catch a good price this can be s great deal. Great views, walking distance to public transit, and extremely walkable area.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Maria Morby: Good enough, but no room service.
Brandon Proby: Nearby activities: Close to downtown and rail lineRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Kid-friendly, Great value …More
Ed Doran: Clean good staff
The Guy: $22 per day parking !!! They have plenty of parking. Why isn’t it included in room rate? I took one star away for greed/deception. Room was nice. Clean. Staff was friendly. $9 corona in the hotel bar. Rip offFood & drinks: $9 for a Corona at the bar.Noteworthy details: $22 per day for parking. Ridiculous fee.
Jorah Wexler: This really could be a 1 star review, but there are worse places, so I’ll up this old beat down overpriced dump to 2 stars. The place overall is used and dirty. It has paper thin walls and you can hear complete conversations of your neighbors. The guest next to me apparently sleeps with the TV on, which meant I got to hear a TV all night. The window curtains do not seal properly and that means you get to enjoy a early bright sun wake up call at 5am! The bathroom I got was meant for a handicap person, so maybe not the same for most rooms, but it was worn down and gross. Finally, $22 for parking, which is not even their parking lot. It is the parking lot of the property to the right of the hotel and a nice little walk to the hotel.
Egor Gurev: Highly not the best Hilton hotel in Boston.1) It is far away from the center and the underground is smelly and goes very slow. 30 minutes to downtown.2) Breakfast is 20 USD but it is super bad, similar to 2 star motel on the interstate. Bar is no the normal bar, just a table and 20 bottles.3) Rooms are good. There is enough space. But the heaters are very noisy.I would recommend it only in case you need to stay closer to this area.
Leynier Padilla: Great Place to stay...Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Angie M: Sammy the driver and all the front desk crew were awesome. So nice and helpful.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great value …More
Sincere Yemaya: The rug definitely wasn't vacuumed as a housekeeping supervisor I was disappointed but I didn't make a fuss bout it definitely need to work on vacuum n also putting liners in trash cans the glass cups was also dirty we had to re wash before using them there was a stain on our sheet that we removed I will not be back here the cookies was great though

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Logan Airport: what do users think?
Tracey Aldrich: 3rd visit: the whole third floor smells like pee or mold including our room but great shower.1st visit: Nice room, nice size room & good service. I would recommend.
Bruce Mitton: Ots a typical Hilton. When I fly into Boaton I typically stay at this hotel since it is close by the AirportRooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
J.J. Trott: Room Type reserved not available. Pool accessible lift was not functional for disabled guests. Truly would have liked to see the property offer guest, something other than hotel points for inconvenience
Logan: Great location with a solid staff. Clean rooms with a very busy lobby. Dinner was one of the better ones I have had on the road in a while. Didn't do breakfast because work timing didn't align.Had to engage the staff a couple times and they were professional and great.Only issue was the timing of the airport shuttle. 1/3 of the trips had an unexpected delay that was annoying. Remaining experiences were solid.
Daniel McGinley: I work for a company and we did regional education at facility. The hotel has nice rooms and lobby and staff amazing. The conference staff was amazing. Gina was attentive and extremely helpful and always communicated everything. Chuck the engineer was helpful and Teresa set up and serving meals was amazing. Thank you I know where to come now in Boston to host our education events.
Norman Roy: This was the best trip of my life. I’ve been waiting three years to take my son to crocodile Bay Botanica for three years since Covid started. So just say we were excited for this trip is not an over exaggeration. The fishing was epic, the Eco tours Were mine blowing. We snorkeled and hiked in the national park and saw so many animals. If I could give this resort six stars, I would. I could not be happier with this vacation.
Susann Hayes: The hotel is fine, but when a Diamond Member checks in and is offered the $20.00 per diem food and beverage credit, it should be made ABUNDANTLY clear that in Massachusetts this cannot include alcohol. If one is staying at a hotel, odds are you AREN'T from there. Totally unacceptable that this isn't clearly outlined.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Riman Man: Great hotel if you are leaving from Boston airportRooms: Great clean rooms.Food & drinks: The restaurant at the hotel was top notch
Grace Barger: Very nice hotel and only a 6 minute walk to the subway station
Kitty Cat: Nice and spacious rooms. Keurig Coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and ironing table available in the rooms. Stand-up shower. Gym and Indoor Pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Short distance to/from BOS Airport.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Edward Sferrazza: Rooms: One can always wonder as you walk down the hallway to your room what the swipe from the card key may brings. Will i be disappointed? Will it smell? Is it clean? Well….. as we walked in it was a pleasant surprise. The room was fresh and clean. Crisp clean white linen sheets with an amazing homely feel.James the manager and Ramos at the head were very warm and inviting. Very hospitable and eager to assist my wife and i . I highly recommend this location. Check them out for yourselves!!!Noteworthy details: Ample parking, clean indoor swimming pool. Amazing staff!!
Phoebe Wang: Free shuttle from the airport but you have to call to order it. Free early check in! The double queen room was very clean and the most spacious standard hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The MTA is about an 11 minute walk away.
Josh Garrett: Really poor service when checking in. The front desk person was eating pizza while talking to me was very unhelpful. They did not offer me any of the normal things I receive as a Hilton honors member. The late night staff was not what I expect from HiltonRooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Downtown: what do users think?
Julie: Clean and spacious rooms. I would stay here again.
Ken P.: Really would have like to have a glass or 2 in the bathroom. Wouldn't have even cared that much if is was a paper or plastic one even. The shower door in the room was a bit wonky and needed extra attention to make sure it closed properly. We arrived early and they held our bags for us as we went touristing around. Online check in is nice, but I went with good old fashioned personal service. They were helpful and booked a tour for us and provided directions. The room was good, large king bed. Comfy enough for a good sleep. The I-thing alarm clock time was an hour behind and no apparent way to adjust it. It was also annoyingly bright, I had to unplug it, as turning it away didn't diminish the light enough for sleeping. Building maintenance could be a bit better, there was some broken suitcase wheel parts in the elevator, that were still there the next morning when we booked out. Still better than many places I have stayed at.
Ting W: 服務生很客氣!雖然房間的插頭有點老舊,地理位置還算方便,大概15分鐘路程能到波士頓公園。
Asfand Altaf: This place exceeded expectations. the management Kira was one of the best Hostess I have ever come across. The management made sure to message me personally if I needed anything, they were friendly and smiley all day. Housekeeping was impeccable. Rooms were open, clean and very elegant.Again, the service was the highligh. I just asked for toothpaste it was in my room before I came from work, even small things like getting a warm cookie made my day. At checkout the person (i don't remember the name) chased my down to starbucks to hand me the paper receipt to make sure I had a record when the email didnt work. They went out of their way to ensure I was treated exceptionally. Thank you DoubleTree for a wonderful experience and huge props to the staff!

Peter May: I would highly recommend a stay here...staff and management wonderful...they make u feel right at home...they seem to care ❤Nearby activities: Best location for theatre district and Chinatown restaurantsWalkability: Very safe area...close to a lot of diverse activity
Michael Freeland: Excellent location good service over charged because of the Boston MarathonRooms: Nice size clean roomNearby activities: Good locationSafety: We personally felt ok!Walkability: Easy to walk the cityNoteworthy details: Room rates for the Boston Marathon were triple the normal rate!
Darryl Wagner: Totally scammed. I booked a reservation, but entered the wrong dates. Called back to change my dates and customer service said I would receive a confirmation number dates were changed. A day later I called back because I never received my confirmation number and I was told my reservation was cancelled. My money was non refundable because it was a "special rate". I didn't want to cancel. I just wanted to change the dates. TOTAL SCAM. Never stay again at a Hilton.
Roberto Cavallini: Hotel vintage. Però Hilton es siempre una garantía. Fantástico el personal del front desk!

Imran Mohamed: The room was nice and clean. The staff was amazing. Not only at the beginning. During the middle, super early hours in the morning and when we checked out. Thank you Melinda. Also, thoroughly enjoyed the cookies and water.Rooms: Room was cleanSafety: Very safe to walk around the areaWalkability: A bit far, however if you take the # 66 bus, that has a stop very close to the hotel. The bus stop is not marked. From the hotel walk to the intersection, hang a left. Hotel should be to your left. The bus stop is on that bridge slightly up with traffic heading towards the hotel. There are no signs to show bus stop. We just happen to find it using Google maps.
James Kauczka: Nice hotel, great location right off 90. Be careful of the hot water… can almost cook an egg. Way too hot.
Brian Sit: $15 per hour parking.$47 for validated overnight. The location by the highway would normally be a good thing but it means you have to loop around on one way streets to get here.At $15/hour for parking in the garage when there's nothing else nearby and it's not walkable just feels absolutely ridiculous. It's practically just a bad concrete island resort with loud road traffic.Walkability: Terrible. Not walkable. Vehicle required.
Mindy Lee: The air condition in my room was very noisy. In addition, the amount charged to my credit card was higher than the bill that was presented to me when I checked out. I have written to the hotel but have yet to receive a reply after 3 days.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Christopher Brangwynne: Great hotel. Beds were great, service was great, and the room had a beautiful view of the Charles. We enjoyed watching the rowing crews. Parking was very expensive given the location of the hotel and added fees were excessive. I would definitely stay there again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly …More

Hilton Boston/Dedham: what do users think?
Shannon Johnson: Just spent a mother daughter weekend there with my mother. Easy checkin process and the man at the desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed/pillow was super comfy. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. There was a woman taking our info for the breakfast, not sure of her name, but she was nice and explained how the buffet worked. Would stay there again.Nearby activities: We went to the Muse paint bar at Legacy place which was great fun.
KDVAZ: We have stayed at MANY Hiltons (My husband is a rewards member). They’re usually our go to because we’ve always had good experiences, however, this one was a huge disappointment. Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months other than a quick vacuum. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, toothpaste all over the vanity and loads of dust on baseboards. The wall paper was peeling off the walls, water stains on the ceiling, holes in the curtains, and broken lamp shades. I checked with others in our party, thinking perhaps it was just our room, but they all said the same. I wouldn’t even let my kids make waffles at breakfast (which is waaaayyy overpriced) because the waffle maker was so gross.Aside from the cleanliness, the walls are also paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING in the room next to us. I’m glad the couple was having a good time, but it wasn’t really something I was prepared to try and explain to my two young children at 12:00 am.I would not recommend staying here.
Steffon Liford: This hotel lives up to the name Hilton. Very helpful service, nice comfortable rooms, no odd smells (very clean), beautiful glass shower doors, & marble tile in the entire bathroom. Comfy, quiet, convenient and we saved through a travel site.Bar, Breakfast, dinner, mini fridge, free parking deck, big towels, no annoying cigarette smell. We'd definitely stay here again.

Vazira Akramova: I went w my family for work service is good polite people working in room everything is fine but I don’t have Microwaves I just wanna warm my kid food so for this I went downstairs to warm the food, also breakfast is not included. You have to pay it for each person like buffet.
Dan Hu: Safety: good safety featureRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Latoya Anderson-Goodman: I was staying at the property because it was the venue for my cousins wedding. It started out with the front desk agent Frank being very rude and unwilling to assist when asked to locate luggage cart during check-in. It continued to go downhill from there. The Needham room where wedding party was to use to get ready was dirty (see attached pictures of mess in room) from the day of check-in and on the day of the wedding, I reported at 8:55 am the room was still not clean. I was assured by Frank someone will get to it and at 2:57 pm I went back and it was still dirty. During the event, the power to the djs equipment mysteriously disconnected and it was reported 3 times before they dispatched an engineer to look into the issue. It took over an hour to restore resulting in guest leaving and my cousin missing the opportunity to have her mom and daughter dance, son and mother dance. When I went to express my concern with the event director(Micheal) and the GM(Peter), Michael expressed the front desk agent(Frank) is a "racist"and Peter expressed "Frank is not the right type of candidate for the front desk and unfortunately after covid, these are the types of candidates we are getting". Overall, the experience was disastrous.
Cindy Corcoran: This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The beds were warped and very uncomfortable. They don't clean the rooms. You have to go to the front desk to ask for towels every day. The staff doesn't answer the phone when you call the front desk from your room. The staff is missing half the time. There are no trashcans and people leave trash all over the place next to the one trash can in the lobby. Security can't handle parties at 3am, they just let them happen. Don't stay here unless you want to waste $150 a night.Rooms: The beds were so uncomfortable.Food & drinks: They have a restaurant. Don't go there unless you want to drop $20 on disgusting food and want to wait 60 minutes for service.
Michelle Lambert: Rita was an absolute saint! When I entered my room, it was over 78 degrees and she had her teams fix the issue immediately! Not only did she adjust the temp with her team but made sure to follow up with me on the experience.Secondly, Angeline at the bar was a RIOT! Besides being outgoing and extremely knowledgeable, she made sure to constantly check in on us and make sure the NBA playoffs was on! Other than drinks, she KNOWS people! Thank you both for an amazing experience!Nearby activities: Legacy place is only a 6-7 minutes drive with minimal traffic! Best bang for your buck!
Simon Boileau Chantal Goulet: Perfect for pleasure travel or work sessionsRooms: Hyper cleanSafety: Perfect
kaitlyn barnes: Worst hotel everI will never stay here againI complained to the help desk at the hotel MANY time but they said they could not help because I did not book through the hotel I booked through a 3rd party but anyways the hotel was gross and very loud and noisy there were odd noises and they only clean rooms every 4-5 days witch I think is kinda gross and when I called and asked for towels the lady at the desk was rude and I never got them but the main reason my stay was so bad was because on Thursday around 3 my boyfriend and I were in our hotel room and another guest walked in to our hotel room like it was there because the guy at the desk messed up and gave them our room it was absolutely ridiculous I was scared the rest of my stay that it could happen again and I could not even enjoy my stay I called the front desk and I was told the would comp my stay and they did not and I was told I could have a letter check out time he told me 1 instead of 12. Then around 9 when my boyfriend and I came back from dinner our key cards stoped working we went to the desk and talked to frank who was rude as can be I thought and then I was told I could not have a letter check out because they were booked when they were not because I looked online any ways my boyfriend and I went back to our room then went to the basketball course and when we went back to our room our keys did not work again and we had to get new ones then again at 11 my card stopped working again it was ridiculous today when I went to check out I wanted to talk to somebody about all the issues again and I got frank again and he did not care what happen the day before when somebody just walked in to my room he said he could do nothing about it because I booked through a third party booking accountwas the worst stay everNearby activities: Good food around and some shopping about 3 miles away
Zachary Bowen: My significant other and I came into the hotel and it looked nice for the first part until later on we realized the rooms don’t get cleaned unless your there for 4 days, then we had another guest have access to our room which is scary knowing our privacy was gone and that any point of time someone could get into our room. It doesn’t end there because shortly after we dealt with that Situation our cards to unlock our room wasn’t working and we had to go to the desk 3 times for them to reactivate our cards just to get into our room. Finally we requested if we can have a late checkout and they approved on the phone and we would have an extra hour to later find out that night it didn't get approved. The worker that was in the gym that would give me a good basketball was helpful and kind along with gaven(I believe that’s how you spell it sorry if it’s not) he was trying his best and he was understanding.
Bruce Cheeney: It was clean and I felt safe and comfortable. I will stay there again if I go back to that area.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Dhexa T: Nice place to go to.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
TayGetsFit 2020: I went to Boston for a family emergency. I was told that the deposit would be $35 a day but I was charged 80.20. I didn’t think much of it because I was expecting to get it back within a couple days like at other hotels. However, we’re going on almost two weeks now! I would’ve never stayed here if I knew this would happen. It took no time to charge my card, so why is it taking so long to get returned to my account????For this reason and many others, I will no longer stay at any Hilton properties since their refund policies is 30 days!Update:I was told to reach out to corporate. I did. I then received an email 3 days later. I promptly responded and it has almost been a week since and I have heard nothing. I will not be returning! I advise you not to even go if you have other options!
Lauren Corrigan: My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway in Boston. The staff was very friendly and provided us with everything that we needed. Our room (457) was clean when we arrived and we had complete control over the HVAC(I saw comments about not having control over it). Our plumbing was a little slow so I can agree with some of the reviews needing an update to the hotel. We had a nice and quiet room so we slept peacefully. We were close to a train station (about 10 minute walk) so we took the train in everyday to Boston. Even to drive in to Boston, it was only about ~25 minute drive and you’re close to other suburbs around to eat and tour. Overall, I think I would stay here again.*Disclaimer: We did not eat any of the food at the hotel; I know reviews were saying the food was nasty but we ate out everyday.Walkability: To train station.

Marley Stevanus: This hotel was... Alright. The room was great and the showers were comfortable, but when we arrived they initially put us in a single king bed+a fold-out couch, when my stepfather had requested a 2 queen beds room. They did relocate us immediately afterwards, and it was to a room on the first floor. The complementary breakfast was great, if a bit crowded (which is understandable, we went over Good Friday into Easter weekend). The neighborhood surrounding the hotel isn't the best, and parking is confusing, but it's only a 15 minute walk to Andrew Station to get on the MBTA system's Red Line and go to the rest of Boston. My brother utilized the closet in the room as a "Hideout", so there's enough space to banish a 7 year old in there if ever needed. The TV is a decent hotel TV as well.Safety: The hotel is safe, but the surrounding neighborhood is not safe and we encountered 3 druggies when walking to and from the hotel.Walkability: Walkability is limited compared to other neighborhoods in Boston, but better than where I live in a suburb. It is easy to get to the metro system if able to walk.

Darren Jones: Excellent spot, quiet, secure, next to the mall, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, breakfast....... Even though it's been suggested they could carry maps of the area to let you know about restaurants and stores in the area, places to visit......Rooms: The rooms were very decent and clean, cleaning staff was friendly and helpfulNearby activities: Didn't really find out about those until the last day there....Safety: Very safe and secure, without a card you can't get in the front door, the elevator won't move and of course no access to room.....I felt that way greatWalkability: Easy accessFood & drinks: What was there was a little expensive but there was limited food and drink except for breakfast, which had a little bit of everything

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline: what do users think?
Michael Esq. ATP, CFII: Clean but very rude staff. I was in the waiting area in lobby. I asked if they could change the channel on the TV, he “no” they’re watching the baseball game! I was the only one in a large lobby area.
Matthew Harrah: Clean and the views were terrific. Just three tram stops from Fenway.
Calvin Walker: Guests from Bermuds stayed here while a procedure was being undertaken and they were within walking distance of some very good restaurants.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Denise- Marie: The best part about dinner was the popovers. Everything else was less than even adequate. As shown in the pictures be prepared to wake up to a bed full of molds. And that's sleeping on top of the sheets! Breakfast is definitely not worth getting, the buffet is not maintained and you'll find it dirty coffee was bland. When you have a complaint everybody suddenly doesn't understand English. The pool area is not maintained well and with the rest of what was going on at this gross hotel I wouldn't use it. Nicest feature was the deck/ outdoor patio. Convenient location for a couple of hospitals -that you might be in need of them more when you leave.Management did follow up by phone but the credit wasn't what was relayed.Rooms: Deceptive may look clean on arrival but when you wake up you'll find mold on a sheets pillowcasesSafety: Seems like a safe areaFood & drinks: Don't bother cleanliness at this location is severely lacking and I'm not sure if it's a real chefthe food was awful
Tommy Domingue: The hotel is in a great location for access to the local medical facilities, and it had the right high end features I was seeking for my stay. The staff were professional and attentive across the board. The rooms - I had a king bed suite - that sported floor to ceiling windows, and nice desk to do my remote work, and a very clean environment. My room had an air purifier, which I felt was a nice touch. All of the appliances and furnishings, and features were all new and what I tried worked well. In the lobby is a fresh single cup coffee machine that made a fine drip coffee. There are snacks available, even some decadent ice cream. When I visit Boston again, I will be booking my stay at the Garden Inn at Brookline.
Kristie Hasin: The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. However, I have to give this hotel only 2 stars as the parking was another issue. They offer valet parking at a steep price. Our car was returned to us with extensive damage, the entire side dented and scraped. Hilton staff didn't even offer an apology and stated they have nothing to do with it as the valet service is offered through a vendor. Very disappointed in the Hilton and obviously untrained parking attendant.
Reham Kouzman: Very bad and disrespectful way of customer service. The receptionist Imani Vines was so rude , she hang up the phone on me when I asked nicely to validate my room card. It was her mistake and she was talking to me in a very rude way . She laughed on me and she said I don’t care about you. I wish Hilton check who’s working for them and represent the big name of Hilton . I won’t be in Hilton again because my family and I deserve a respectful way as a value customer.
Kristie Strope: I'm not really sure what my rating should be. It's a nice hotel and the rooms were nice. However, no free parking or even a cup of coffee. I've honestly never stayed at a hotel that charged you for everything. I'm surprised they didn't have a charge to breathe the air.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Eireann Bunny: Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were very kind and helpful. The valets were quick and polite. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Perfect spot to stay for a hospital visit. Definitely be back to take in a game at Fenway.Walkability: Brookline Village was right up the street with plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Alesia Martin-Brangman: There are no dressers to put your clothes in. There are no nightstands between the beds with drawers in them. Other than that, Chris was amazing at check in, the room is spacious and very clean!Rooms: 3/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, High-tech …More
Kareema Hunter: Beautiful rooms, nice resteraunt, and walking distance to medical center.Rooms: Beautiful, spacious, well appointed with microwave and refrigerator, ironing board and dressing room with full mirror.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Kaitlyn Davidson: Nicole Lafferty and her family deserve justice.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Morgan Long: To simply state that a "third party" was responsible for the horrific experience that family suffered is absolutely disgusting. Your hotel still was contracted with them and therefore utilized them as their parking service making your establishment equally responsible. No matter how good your service has been for other families in the past I hope no one ever utilizes this place again until you have given clear resolution to this family and fully owned your responsibility in it.
Jake Eck: Terrible hotel, with even worse valet service, valet service will wish death apon you and your kids and disrespect you when they cant find your car, disgusted by this place and the death they caused forcing the parents to run on foot to a hospital just to lose there babyRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Karyn Gouger: Centrally located to where we were headed to on Longwood for college visit.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet …More
Gabrielle Martin: Stayed at this hotel last week and the staff there was extremely rude. Location is not great, there are plenty of other places in the area. I spoke to a friend who stayed here and she had horror stories about the staff here as well. Please save yourself your money and stay at one of the tens of other hotels in the area.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Hannah Cormier: The staff at this hotel are among the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. This is not like any Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.
