Tom Cook: I went here often for several years while in college. This is how my palate for Indian food was formed. I always loved the naans, chicken tikka masala, and saag paneer.

Momo Tran: The food here is absolutely delicious. We got the butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, garlic naan, and more. I highly recommend this place and would come back! The only con is the service here. They would not check in on us and we would have to constantly try to get the waiter to come to us to refill waters, get us the check, etc.

They’re doing a huge “Uber eats” type of business… but the real restaurant experience complete with dine in customers is there!! I’m so so happy!!! Everything was presented and tasted exactly like it’s supposed to. Awesome!! If you had a favorite Indian restaurant a decade ago and it didn’t survive Covid, this is your new favorite!!I just saw some of the negative reviews… I say beware of “local guides” in general… some people enjoy looking for problems. Summer Wang: Wish I can give them 0 stars. I recently ordered takeout from this Indian restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was terrible. Despite explicitly mentioning my allergy, the restaurant completely disregarded my request and put an overwhelming amount of cilantro in my food.The fact that they didn't take my allergy seriously is not only unprofessional but also dangerous. I had an allergic reaction and had to throw away the food. This was a huge waste of money, time, and effort.Overall, my experience with this Indian restaurant was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you have food allergies.

Sarah Hirsch: Went on a late Friday night after a long day of traveling and we are new to the Boston area. Got a large pizza and some drinks. The food was fair priced and absolutely amazing! All tasted so fresh and all around the best pizza we’ve ever had. Surprisingly, the food wasn’t even the best part! The owner Jim came and chatted with us for a bit and gave great recommendations for where to go while in town. As the sign there says, “Enter as strangers, leave as friends!”

Zachary Orsulak: My lunch salad included a bunch of raw chicken. I guess neither the person on the grill nor the person that sliced it noticed that it was cold and raw in the middle. I tried to be fair and reach out to the restaurant first regarding a resolution, but all I got back was a form response asking for the check number, the payment info, and a list of ALL the items that were ordered. This was a very large group order, so I don't have most of that information. Because the restaurant didn't care to reach out in person to apologize, I'm instead uploading the photos here. If you dine at Maggiano's check to be sure that your food is cooked. If it isn't, and you get sick, don't expect the restaurant to take it seriously.

Cathleen Karam: My go to place for oozy gooey yummy pizza. The slices are huge and have a great price to quantity ratio. The onion rings and the fried chicken (freshly made in front of you) have the perfect amount of crunch and seasoning. The subs are also a good option if ure very hungry. But the winner is definitely the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza!!!! The crust is thin yet crunchy, the cheese is stretchy, and the toppings generous.

Scott: When I got hungry at midnight with room service closed, the hotel reccommended Supreme. I could not find on Yelp a well-rated pizza place that delivered past 11 PM. I think the current three star rating is too low. This place is definitely above average. The crust was the highpoint. It had that perfect crunch and charring with soft cooked dough on the inside of each bite. The sauce and toppings were good but not remarkable. Admittedly, my more enthusiastic review may be because I am from the Land of Sad Pizza - South Florida. I'm sure there is better pizza than Supreme around Boston but I was still very pleased with my traditional pie mushroom. I recommend Supreme.

Dr.M Roy: I am giving 3 stars for PF Chang bcz of the poor sanitation of women’s restroom there. It’s located in the heart of Boston downtown with wonderful ambience and good food. However, the condition of the women’s restroom is very poor. It was smelling very bad (won’t expect from a high end restaurant) and had paper towels all over the floor, with a broken right side sink tap (should be fixed). You can’t stand inside bcz of the smell.These things represent how you handle the restaurant quality.Food was good, many nice options. But that restroom thing was a big turn off.

Portion size are small particularly because it's a Spanish tapa style meant to be shared amongst the table.Atmosphere was beautiful. I highly recommend getting a seat outdoors for the summer. It's much roomier and comfortable. You can definitely also go in the winter but it'll be really cold!It's a bit on the pricier side but it's a nice treat.

We ordered asado de huesos, jamón ibérico, queso de cabra, and maíz asado for two people and it was plenty. Service was great and atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend.

Just eating Spanish food because you know it’s delicious is a treat in itself. Toro is a must place to check out. The best way to tapas is to order a little bit of everything, and if you come across something you don’t love, that’s ok. Toro customized our menus with our son's name and boy was he surprised! Sit in their heated outdoor patio or inside the bustling hot spot and you'll be in good hands either way. Don’t let the crowd or wait for a table ruin the whole experience. The local beer selection is good, paired well with our tapas. We started with batatas bravas, calamari with shishito peppers and a well thought charcuterie board to start. Every pinxtos was delicious. Ostros Escabeche, island creek Oysters we're swimming in flavor and although we thought the Empanadas were a bit over fried, they were still tasty inside. We shared two rounds of Risotto de Longostos, it was devine and our boys favorite. The attention to detail to seasoning, plating and staff are on point at Toro.

Mirescu Family: Just ordered all 4 of the week’s meals after looking over options to try for a while. I so wanted to love this service—local, plenty of fresh vegetables, and the meals are flavorful—but I don’t think we’ll be able to incorporate al FreshCo routinely. As an omnivorous family with young kids I’ve seen nothing my kids will eat, and as a side meal just for my husband and me some of the kits just take too long to prepare (well more than estimated, even for experienced home cooks with plenty of equipment) and use too many pots and pans. I also get tired of variations on beans over a grain, which we eat a lot of already at home; main advantage of al FreshCo over our local DoorDash favorites that offer similar vegetarian fare is more eco-friendly packaging. I’ll continue to look out for new seasonal options I can maybe bulk up from time to time with a protein or extra grains, or just to eat by myself for lunch. Omnivores are locavores too! A “just add your own protein” and simmer, sauté or steam (1 pot please!) with slightly bigger portions would make these kits a lot more practical for our household.

It’s a win-win to me. The quality and convenience of these meal kits are wonderful. And the care and intention of this eco-minded, farm-to-table company is even better. You don’t need to be a ‘self-identified’ vegetarian or vegan to enjoy this meal delivery service either. I’ve discovered that for myself anyways :) The food is delicious. I was so excited to find al Freshco with their minimal packaging, local delivery, and awesome meal selections. Heather Ring: Whether vegetarian or not al FreshCo delivers fabulous local food. I am always hesitant to try meal subscription programs. Typically there is so much packaging and the vegetables come from afar. With al FreshCo I am able to enjoy local vegetables supporting local farmers with minimal packaging. Our picky eater of a child is trying new things. She get excited opening up the package and cooking dinner. The simple directions to follow allow me to cook a healthy dinner with her that she actually eats. I enjoy eating local food throughout the year. The menu is always interesting with creative local pairings.

What we thought would be a few meals has turned into three meals a week for almost 2 years now.

The food is fantastic, lots of menu options from healthy salads through comfort food. Each dish it thoughtfully packaged and prepared to make it possible to heat and eat the night of delivery, or to store in your fridge until a later date. They provide regular status updates on our order delivery via text, making it perfect for working parents. Best of all is that the portions are substantial (always left overs for the next days lunch) and the prices are reasonable.
