The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Boston: what do users think?
Katie V.S: It was my first experience and from what I can share - it was worth it! The spa is well-settled for all kinds of commodity that pleases you,i.e., jet jacuzzi, steam room, the relax parlor. The amenities were on point. My massager did an excellent job. I recommend the spa and their excellent service!
Allison Kessler: I don't make it a practice to leave poor reviews but when I spend this much on a luxury service and am left this disappointed, I think it's worth it to warn more than only my friends. The stars are for the incredible massage therapist who was truly talented and really one of the finest professionals I've ever been to. It was a first class massage. The front desk staff were excellent. The issue is that for what you spend at this spa you are promised more than just a treatment. You are promised a relaxing spa experience. But it's not relaxing if the locker area is packed, if the relaxation area is over full and there aren't enough reclining chairs and you are told you can sit in the "pool area" to wait for your service. (It's not a pool. It's the shower area/jacuzzi space and although it's nice, it's not meant to be the area where you wait for your service). There are plenty of places in Boston and the surrounding suburbs where you can get a first class massage or facial but that's not why people come to the Mandarin Oriental. I paid almost half the price of a standard massage in parking alone. I'm ok with that. I'm not ok with not getting the experience that I expected. I couldn't even dry my hair because there were too many other people in the tight locker space with me. That would be fine normally, but not for what I expected and what I paid. The massage therapist, the front desk staff all 5 star. Whoever nickel and dimed the schedule and decided it would be ok to pack guests in like that gets no stars.
M Mighty: I am all about amazing experiences! And unfortunately there is no guarantee everything I partake in, will be just that! However, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental in Boston nails it, every dang time!!! They never disappoint!!! Their attention to detail, as well as their warm and inviting atmosphere, cocoons you like a snuggly blanket! I’m going to leave a little bit of a mystery, only because I feel you have to experience it to truly get what I mean!I book my appts with Lisa the amazing 🤩, way in advance, because no one cancels their appt at the Mandarin! A massage is difficult to score! I go in tense, but glide out feeling like I’m on cloud nine!! I sometimes feel I should have a bodyguard so I don’t fall flat on my face. Lisa has magic hands! To be fair your experience starts when u first walk in! Whether greeted by Martha’s warm inviting smile, or any of the other gals at the check in desk, you will feel the LOVE! And from there it just gets better! After check in is the part you have to fill in on your own, what comes next⁉️
Kenneth Livingston: Best spa in Boston. Pricey but well worth it.
Serge Lucio: One of the best in Boston. Some therapy rooms are on the small side but the facilities are very luxurious and relaxing
Zia Zhang: 真不错,真舒服
Seetha Chandra: Really enjoyed the couple's experience. All staff were very attentive.
Paul Gardner: Terrific spa. Great team, amenities and services. Best in Boston.Pherrada is excellent massage therapist to request.
Ilkania Chowdhury-Paulino: I would not recommend this place to anyone, avoid it at all costs for massages and facials.I was so excited when my husband surprised me with a time ritual at the Spa at Mandarin. I decided to have a facial and a massage. I get massages about once a month. I usually go to cheaper, express places and I have to say that the massage I received at this Spa was the worst massage I've ever had even though it was almost triple what I usually spend. The masseuse scratched me with her nails and pinched my skin. Not only that, I did not feel like she go any of the knots out of my muscles. The facial felt nice, but I was left with scars for a week afterwards from the extractions. I called the spa at least 3 times to discuss and they never called me back. The spa itself is not very nice. The locker room is very small and the area with the steam room, showers, and vitality pool is also very small and felt crowded. This area was not relaxing, especially with other customers' very loud conversations. Not only that, but they limit the amount of time you can be in this area and you are only able to go before your treatment. You are not allowed to use these amenities after you are done with your treatment, so it all feels very rushed. The only pros is that treatment rooms are nice enough.
Yaya Ku: I will give 10 stars if I can! On the scale of 5Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5mins walk from green line)Staff: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (they are super friendly and helpful)Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Loving the spa and sona)Massage: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Definitely one of the best I have)I like getting massage a lot and normally there are two different types I’d say. First one is for therapy that the massage therapist really works on healing some muscle sore or other problems. The second one is for relaxation that the massager might not focus on specific one but the overall experience is very relaxing! And this place offer both! I felt extremely relaxed after my section and also my neck and shoulder pain was gone completely. It is very rare to find a place offer both within a reasonable price range. I really love this place, and I encourage everyone visit whenever you have a chance!
Jennifer Milagre: Best spa in Massachusetts, hands down.
Karima: Best massage of my life. They listened to every concern i had, and it was the most peaceful experience i have had
dan Johns: So relaxing and tranquil! My husband and I loved it.
Alexis M: Just okay.I’m the queen of spending cash for a great experience. However, I was incredibly underwhelmed at the Mandarin. Having previous visited the location in San Francisco, I was looking for the same top notch experience, not to be.The staff was very kind but the pre massage facilities were not all working when I arrived. The pool was out and the sauna was on the fritz. The relaxation room had so many people coming in and out, that it was less than relaxing. My masseuse spent very little time on the areas that I pointed out on my sheet. She also talked, a lot.I would go elsewhere at this price point.
Vivian Benitez-Collazo: Amazing!! Thipawan was incredible I had the oriental qi massage as well as the collegen facial and absolutely loved her! Was thinking of a way I can travel every couple of months to just see her! She's that good! It's important to be with someone that has the expertise and knowledge of how skin works. Will definitely go back again! Thank you so much for making my stay phenomenal!
Mariesca Darby: Positive:Professionalism
Moise Picot: Lovely place and excellent service and hospitality provided 😍😍but unfortunately too pricey 😔Beautiful hotel and location 😍
sam kupper: Janet was super rough with me, on a side note the message was good too.
Juana Wise: This place is clean and The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Bostonfriendly. On top of that the treatments are well done and affordable.
Leah Moncada: This place was so wonderful. Everything was so relaxing, and the staff were lovely. I highly recommend the Rose body treatment, the masseuse mentioned it was her favourite as it was the most gentle but most effective of their scrubs. The entire experience from steam room through the individual treatments had so many thoughtful little things included.
Khuong Nguyen: Five star!

G2O Spa + Salon: what do users think?
Jessica Lynch: I’ve been a member at G2O over the last year and this is my favorite spa in Boston! The staff is so kind, the amenities are wonderful, and most importantly they have the most incredible massage therapists like Louise Caray! Louise is exceptionally talented, super caring, nurturing & professional, and I always leave feeling 10 times better. Highly recommend seeing Louise and visiting G2O!
Roxanne Lowe: Linda is amazing! She makes me feel so beautiful everytime I see her. I look forward to getting my hair done.
Catherine Powers: Amazing! I had Marcela for a facial and she was so knowledgeable. I had a great experience with her and everyone who worked there were so friendly and nice. The facilities were very clean and very relaxing. Highly reccomend Marcela for a facial!
Tom Hardy: WARNING - do NOT come here, it is NOT Covid safeThey encourage patients to come in, even if they have contacted Covid - rather than rescheduling appointments. Also, after communicating with the front desk ladies 3-4 times, in person and on the phone, on different occasions, I can confirm the staff is VERY blatantly rude - because this has been a general experience, they must be underpaid and unhappy, experience bad company culture, and bad top-down mentoring with no focus on client experience when paying for $400 service (without tip!). There is 100% some sort of training issue. Stay away.
Lauren Stark: Rude receptionist, i called to cancel because im not feeling well and she gave me a lot of attitude
Kevin Montague: the people at G2O are very good and very help with all kind of thing with message hair ant other ting I give them 25 stars
Sam: I had a phenomenal essential facial with Alina. She took very good care of me and was extremely detailed and attentive. Would definitely go back!
Esther Helas: Had a recent experience with the mud ritual treatment at their spa facilities. It was my first time doing anything like that and the experience was definitely…something to do.The service provider (unclear what her title is) didn’t give us an explanation of the mud or anything, just guided us briefly and left us to our own devices. I assume it’s because we came to the appointment on time, not early, but still, a pamphlet or something would be nice. The mud was pretty stale, but my friend assumed it’s because we would be sweating in the sauna and maybe that would rehydrate them? Okay. Wish a professional would tell us that.Anyways, we tipped her because we still enjoyed each ourselves regardless.
Gabriella M: You can NEVER get through on the phone then when you finally do they're ALWAYS booked for weeks out and every single time i've tried to call the girls on the phone have an AWFUL attitude, I truly will never go there again solely because of this. Ridiculous!
Erica Tsai: The facilities are beautiful and I thoroughly enjoy my regular visits. However, it is disappointing that, especially in recent years, prices have been rising noticeably with the loyalty programs being less valuable (e.g., increases in membership prices with fewer benefits, removal of loyalty points for pre booking, surcharge for weekend massages)
BOLD STROKE: One-time experience!!Cute..Expensive
Alexandra Alford: Linda goes above and beyond for her clients! The best hairstylist in Boston!
Ann Marie Palmer: Amazing! The services offered and those who provide them are top-notch! The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing!
Tayo spoonzess: I was taken by the personal and the out come was magnificent
david dwyane: The selection is just outstanding. You must go to this salon.
Shelby D: I had the body scrub and facial done. The lady was 15min late which was fine, but she rushed thru so much. She was running around the table trying to put the scrub on quickly where it actually splashed on my face bc of how fast she was going. Then for the facial, she tried to sell me on everything. Reading all the ingredients of the products and stating the price. There was never a quiet peaceful moment. At the end she put tinted sunscreen on me (it was 7pm) and I don’t wear makeup so I don’t do tinted lotions which I mentioned to her. I figured it out when I looked in the mirror wondering why my face didn’t look clean. I was very displeased with the service. Don’t know if I’d come back.
Maggie Fleming: Always a great time getting my hair cut every other month. I go upstairs after, read my book and take a nap! Will keep going back! Hair photos from two different visits with Robert. Been going to him for 3 years.
S Joseph: I've been going to G2O since 2000. I can say the service has gone down considerably. Lucy makes it worthwhile to continue to patronize the place, but good luck trying to get an appointment. Also, the front desk is extremely rude and unhelpful. Lastly, I tried several times to book for my entire team (this requires a form or call to a “specialist” who manages large parties)--I never received a call back to my request. I decided to take my team to Mandarin Oriental instead and was treated wonderfully. Their loss, not mine.
Coralys Vega: Clean and very professional but too expensive I have a dermabrasion that last 30 minutes for 90 dollars, no even change to relax most facial places at the end put you a mask for extra 15 minutes so your skin have chance to get moisturize and you to relax, so I think it's not good deal for your money
Sarah Spinella: Make sure to ask for a tour and information on amenities if it's your first time.
Kimberly Clark: Amy is a master hair stylist and simply the best at haircuts and I believe superior with blonde hair color. It’s not often you find a stylist who can do both your haircut and color. I am so lucky to have her and you will too!

exhale® Battery Wharf: what do users think?
Nora E. Tague: They’re amazing..staff is lovely & friendly. Once spent multiple calls trying to accommodate both my girls at once by shifting things & making it happen for us! My daughter had a facial recently & was mightily educated about her skin & my other daughter gets a regular lash lift because she doesn’t wear makeup but likes the boost. I’m just mom moseying around with my tea enjoying the solace and serenity of the space..great for moms & daughters.. we’ve had many of whispers in the quiet room there. Very special, well run.
Lisa: Peaceful spa with all amenities on-site including a sauna & showers. Lovely lash tint & facial by Dina!
Debora Etzi: I stayed at the battery wharf hotel for my boyfriends birthday. The wharf was great. Lovely place. Lovely staff from reception desk to valet. And i booked treatments for his special day. Be warned, if you book a spa treatment be very aware that they will suggestive upsell but not necessarily tell you its an upsale or add on. Example. I booked a facial and while i was in the facial room the esthetician recommended a facial based on my skin, however i assumed that the $190 cost of a facial was what the price was for the facial like any normal person. Especially because i have never had one before. She said “I recommend a hydrating facial” that will make your face glow. “Awesome” i said. Sounds good. Not knowing that she was upselling me. After the treatment she had me sign an upgrade sheet for the services she “added on” to my facial. I was a bit taken back. She was a real sweetheart but i feel it was a bit underhanded to not let me know the type of facial she was recommending for my skin would have cost extra, i just wanted a basic facial. I assume when the esthetician says “lets do a hydration glow facial” (or whatever the exact name was) it was just a standard cost. My $190 facial turned into a $315 dollar facial. The treatment was great, dont get me wrong, however how it was presented to me was, i feel, purposely deceiving. I paid the cost but it was a bit offputting. Coming from 25 years of sales background there is a certain standard to keep your client informed on what they are paying for, and not feel like they are being what we call “sharked” and informing the client before the service not after. A simple “the hydration facial will upgrade the cost $125, are you ok with that additional cost?” Would have been the correct way to handle that in my opinion.
Michelle Perrotta: The massage therapist was fantastic! However the front desk service was rather disappointing for all the money that is spent to enjoy a day at the spa.
Caitlin P: Yoga with sandy is wonderful
Jaclyn Luongo: I had the most relaxing, luxurious experience recently at Exhale Spa at Battery Wharf. I loved the warmth of the Hammam Room, and my massage and facial was one of the best I ve received. I love the spa robes, and welcoming treatment rooms. The staff was welcoming and delightful. I highly recommend booking a visit if you are in need of a stress relieving day. It’s in the most beautiful spot in Boston too.
Lisa Cook: Love this place but it gets busy on Saturdays which means the quiet spaces were loud.
Melanie Reilly: Booked a full body massage and got just a facialAfter talking about how my massage should be done 🤦🏻‍♀️
Chrissy Schmitzer: Exhale Battery Wharf is my favorite escape in Boston. The staff is warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Nina keeps my skin glowing every month! Recommend to all my friends.
Jessica Munson: I have been a member here for years, but since 2021 this place has lost all customer service skills. I continue to come to see one woman for facials, but otherwise, I would not recommend this place. They have new completely ridiculous rules, and booking/front desk staff that is so under trained they cannot manage their needs. Today I was told that I couldn't reschedule my same day appointment for another time on the EXACT SAME DAY without a charge or manager approval. Most of the people who work here work somewhere else as well - visit them there. That will likely be my plan go forward. Have literally never left a Google review for any other company but I'm delayed in writing this review to be honest.
Lori Banana: My slice of heaven in Boston - the most amazing yoga experience! These yoga teachers (Sandy Klemmer, Haley Dawn, Scott Trippy) have changed my life.Plus the most relaxing shower, sauna, and hammam experience. I’ve been a member for over a year - coming 5 days a week for yoga classes. Was gatekeeping this place because it’s rarely packed, but can share now that I moved out of Boston. What to expect:1) all the amenities of a spa (towels, robes, slippers, tea, water), clean showers (with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion)2) variety of yoga mats (jade or manduka) that are cleaned and rolled up for you after every use3) the most kind and thoughtful yoga teachers that incorporate the mindfulness aspect, not just about doing hard poses. You are talked through every move with variations for beginners to advanced.
Deepti Patel: Best place for fitness classes such as yoga, Barre, Pilate, core fusion. Amazing spa with beautiful facilities. Get your Zen here !!
Kimberly LeBlanc: The massage was so amazing and the staff was very friendly!!
X X: My favorite place to workout and relax after. You can find any type of classes that suit you. From relaxing to sweat drenching. Not to mention great changing room with all the little nick necks.
Darin Olson: Basic spa services for luxury spa prices. I had a 90 minute massage that cost $275 ($330 with 20% tip that added automatically at check out). The massage therapist was very nice and personable and gave a good massage, however, it was very no frills. There was no calming start or ending, no customization of lotion or oil, no warm props used during the massage, not even anything covering your eyes when you’re face up. It felt just like what you’d expect from a massage envy or similar volume based spa. Their locker rooms are also bare bones just body wash and lotion are provided. It’s not bad it just isn’t what you’d expect for the prices they charge.
Kelsey Vilcek: Awesome instructors and classes, great and clean amenities, friendly and helpful staff! The fitness membership is amazing!
David Dallen: The services are good, but the lack of price transparency feels deceptive and add one can leading to doubling the cost of services
Ally Shafer: The massage itself was fantastic!however the last thing i want when I’m paying a premium for a spa day is to to feel like I’m being upsold consistently. From the second I walked into the massage room, I was asked what oil I wanted to use (CBD or aroma therapy) and no mention of a cost difference between the 2. I asked which one is better, which is when I found out about the $45 upgrade fee for the CBD. Then upon leaving an amazing massage, the front desk asking me if i want some type of package. Everyone was nice, it just wasn’t what I was expecting — I expect that experience at a place like Massage Envy. I know it’s a business but just felt very strange to do in person, send me an email or something vs messing with my zen in the moment. In the end i wanted to try some place new but moving forward I’ll probably just continue to splurge at the Mandarin spa.
Marisella: The place is very nice and clean. If you are looking for an awesome workout join Exhale and go to Cheryl’s barre classes. They are the best!! You will leave the gym feeling great! She teaches with passion and has been by far the beat barre teacher I have ever had.
Sarah Walton-Suh: When I lived in Boston, I came here regularly for invigorating classes & relaxing spa treatments 😌 Even after moving to the West Coast, I make a point to stop here for a quick workout & refresh in the LUXURIOUS locker room when I travel. The staff, the space, the classes, & the spa offerings are truly incomparable!
Deborah Lucas: Barre classes are great as well as the yoga. Outside yoga near the Boston Harbor is a summer treat.

SPA InterContinental Boston: what do users think?
steph mcardle: Robyn is simply the best! By far one of the best facials I've ever had. The spa is a clean and relaxing environment. Definitely recommend Robyn!
Kelli Keiler: Excellent massage, friendly staff, beautiful and clean facilities.
Nancy Aiguobs: It was an awesome experience.Thank you.
Andrea Bergeron: Today we celebrated being 40 !!Happy Birthday Elisha!! Girls weekend was made by Amber our manicurest! She was funny, detailed and did amazing pedicures!! Thank you Peter for the great massage and the Spa team was wonderful 😊
Nkem Obelle: My boyfriend and I got couple massages here and we would definitely recommend it. When you go in they have you put on a robe and slippers. The actual massage was a great experience, the room is dimly lit with relaxing music. My massage therapist did a great job on focusing on my problem areas. I felt great afterwards and took advantage of the sauna and clean showers. I left here feeling refreshed!
Toni Cardiel: I’ve had a lot of massages and frequent really nice establishments like Intercontinental because I know when I am there, I will get my moneys worth. I have visited Intercontinental hotels in a number of countries and have grown to trust their brand.I booked a massage at the Intercontinental Boston because I’ve been traveling extensively lately. Being out of my normal routine has caused tightness & soreness in my body so I was really looking forward to my 90 minute massage! I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could book an appointment for the next day after my plane arrived. The front desk at the spa was super helpful! When I got to the spa, I was excited and I added on some extra treatment options: yoga balm and hot stones. My treatment was expected to be $300+ which I was happy to pay. I quickly changed into my robe and went back for my treatment.I had a male provider which did not bother me at all, I’ve had both male & female massage therapists in my past. I explained to the guy what was ailing me and why I was there. He kept commenting on how my hip was tight (yes, that’s why I’m here, please help!). I laid on the bed and the service began. To my surprise it was a lot of rubbing with very little pressure, a lot of tugging on my limbs, and randomly shaking my body parts….not your typical deep tissue massage at all. I kept waiting for him to straighten out my fascia or provide some relief but it never came. He put more oil on me than any massage therapist I’ve ever had before, I felt like I was soaking the sheets. He needs to work on his sheet management as there was a lot of inappropriate grazing. It happened quickly but didn’t go unnoticed. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble but I’ve not had that happen before so it was very noticeable. To his credit, he did ask frequently how it was going but I’m not sure how to stop in a service and say “you’re not doing anything for me.” Maybe one day I’ll learn.I enjoyed the steam room a lot! It was a bit odd that they had shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers but no disposable combs. The bathrooms were not very clean either, not what I’d expect from Intercontinental.I spent time in the bar afterwards and have to say that this is a very nice hotel, I would have just expected WAY more from their spa. Seems like a waste of money, I wouldn’t recommend the spa.
Amy Patel: Facility is nice/clean. The staff is professional and very kind. My husband got a deep tissue massage and said it was fine. I got a prenatal massage and it was quite possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had (I’ve had pre-natal massage before so I know it’s different than a traditional massage). It felt like oil was just being lightly rubbed on my body about 90% of the time. I don’t really love deep tissue and just prefer regular pressure — this was the lighter than light (even for me). It was way more of an oil rub than a massage. Would not recommend the pre natal massage!
Stephanie Cruz: Got a really nice massage here and it was so enjoyable. The staff was friendly, the place was very clean, and the facilities are open to you as long as you are getting a service. There's a pool on site, sauna, gym, locker room, etc. This was my 2nd time ever coming here, (covid messed everything up) but the professionalism hasn't waiverd. Lamara was a great massuer and although Robyn didn't work on me, she was great and super helpful. Both women are very strong and you will not be disappointed in their services. The 90min massage is more expensive than the 60 min but it's worth the price! Both are worth it but if you really need to get knots out, the extra 30min comes in handy! Thanks again ladies for all your help.Alyson who helped me get my reservation together and let me know what was available was also very great. She was awesome and friendly, remembered my name, and answered all of my questions. Can't wait to go back.
Rebecca Luce: Great exercise room and Spa. Disappointed that there was no nail tech mon, tues or wed.
Sarah Risko: The three stars are because the facility was amazing - clean and professional. My girlfriend and I booked two nights in the hotel and planned a day at the spa. We got a couples massage and pedicures. Couples massage was ok - not the best I have had and the staff were professional. Pedicures were horrible - not worth the $75. No foot scrubbing (my feet were never scrubbed, sanded, buffed, filed, anything!), wax, exfoliation etc. We booked 60 min pedicures and had one technician doing the two of us. We were both done in less than 1.5 hrs. The $30 pedicure I normally get from a regular salon leaves my feet feeling much better - I would never recommend or repeat this service at this spa. We were both quite disappointed as we splurged to get the "5 star experience" as a special treat and it proved no better (with the exception of the facility) than the normal 3 star places I frequent.

Austin Power: Worst buyers remorse I’ve experienced so far in my life. Don’t buy a spa unless you are sure you will use and enjoy it on a regular basis otherwise it is a huge money pit. Whatever they quote you for the tub you should double for the total price of install etc. We are at $30 k and counting and we only bought a $15k tub. Run away as fast as you can.
Kremdal TheOrc: The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.
Debbie Mastroianni: Our spa technician was efficient and knowledgeable and he figured out our problem right away and also suggested that he perform an additional service that was needed. Even gave me a tutorial on our spa menu which was very helpful.
Jimmy Ruel: Great experience. Nick is a real expert and explained everything clearly with enthusiasm. I consider Nick a true friend and partner. Thanks for doing such o good job!!!!!
William DeBenedetto: Purchased my Sundance in 2021 from a different dealer but after multiple issues with them I got Sundance to transfer my warranty and service coverage to New England spas. Unlike the other company, I receive prompt responses and they came out within 5 days of requesting service. The tech Dave that came out was very personable, super knowledgeable, and helpful. I explained to him I had service down back in mid 2022 and the issue then was the same as now, a temperature sensor. Dave was upfront with me that Sundance did have a ru n of bad sensors but the issue was fixed. He explained the problem sensors had a green wire and the new sensors that addressed the issue was now red. I was very satisfied with the service and appreciated the candidness. Would recommend this company
Erik Britt-Webb: NE Spa people are always so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
Katie Flanagan: Nicholas was super helpful, very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of our questions. If only all customer service could be so good! Thank you Nicholas!
Steven Gallien: My wife and I bought a Sundance Hot Tub from Nespas and from day 1 it was tripping the breaker almost daily. I had Service tech Dave Groulx from Nespas come out and he figured out it was the way it was wired in the breaker panel. It was not the hot tub at all. Dave was excellent, professional, and kept me in the loop. We are now back to enjoying our hot tub!! Thanks Dave!
Dan Costello: Bought our hot tub here and they made it easy and fun! Getting supplies and advice is easy peasy!
MBL: Bought a pretty expensive Spa at this place yet all communication stopped once I signed and dropped off the downpayment. Our spa finally arrived several month delayed, got „dropped-off“ at the house yet nobody bothered to help us with the setup such as connecting it to power or setting up the proper chemicals. I’d never buy at NES again!
Carolyn Donnelly: We had a great experience at the Natick location from the moment we entered the store to delivery of our spa. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel heard and understood when it came to our wants and needs. Also must add, he was very patient and kind with our three little ones while we were perusing our options. Augie, Dylan, Anthony and William were our delivery team. Even amongst rain they were professional, respectful and diligent. They gave us ample opportunities to make minor changes to positioning of the spa and helped make smart decisions. We are so thankful for this team and excited to use our spa asap!
Curt Anderson: Yesterday, July 7, 2022, the New England Spas service technician performed his magic on our brand new HotSprings Grandee spa. We were able to go into the spa for the first time last night, due to David's prompt response to my wife Susanne's and my request for help. The water was not heating.David not only arrived and fixed the wiring mistake in the Grandee control panel, but David also made sure the salt level in the spa was correct and he stayed at our house for the extra time necessary to make sure this fantastic spa was working perfectly.Thank you to David Groulx and thanks to his New England Spas Team including Steve Hanna. This NE Spas Team has the depth and expertise and customer friendly attitude that makes our purchasing decision with NE Spas the right decision.Thank you, David. And thanks to Steve. And thanks to the entire NE Spas Team!Curt AndersonWeston, MA
David Moy: Great experience from sales to delivery to installation. Installers Augie, Shawn, Dylan and Edwin were on time and did a great job. Original electrician fell through so we used recommended NE Spa electrician and cost was outrageous.
Sue Edelman: I purchased a new Sundance hot tub from New England Spas in Natick, MA. I am impressed with the professionalism, customer service and genuine friendliness of the staff, from sales to delivery and set-up. The salespeople took the time to educate us about different types and features of hot tubs and guided us to a model that is right for us. The delivery crew was simply amazing. Augie, Nick, Dylan and Edwin made it seem easy as they hoisted our new spa from the flatbed truck to the front yard and then by crane to back yard over the top of the house. I never doubted them for a moment! They set up the hot tub, packaged up all the wrapping materials and helped me put the recyclable items in my bin. Since delivery, Steve in sales has been very helpful with getting me all the supplies I need. I am very pleased with my purchase so far and would recommend New England Spas to anyone who is interested in improving their outdoor life.
Regina P: Delivery and setup of our new spa was perfect. Augie, Dylan and Jose had a timely arrival, put the spa exactly where we wanted it (which was not easy because these units are very heavy!) and did a quick wrap-up of the packing materials. Great crew!!
Tony Lisa: Just had a great service visit with Dave G. Incredibly helpful and polite. Can't recommend him enough! He is a very valuable employee.
Klaudia White: Amazing customer service! We just had our spa delivered by Augie, Nick, Jose & Dylan and they were very professional and friendly. What a great crew! They were on time and set up the spa exactly how we asked. They cleaned up all the packaging and made sure everything was neat and tidy when they left. They even walked us through the initial set up! Daniel at the Natick store was very patient and wonderful to work with (we had a million questions). He helped us pick out the perfect unit for us and we are so excited to finally use our new spa!
Jessi Champion: Our delivery went very smoothly. The guys were thorough, cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood everything. We are very happy. Thank you to Augie, Nick, Dylan and Jose!
Kim Suga: You are buying a luxury item and Steve Hanna treats you as such. The guy knows his products. He is responsive as is the delivery team.Installation team was fantastic. Friendly people carefully setting up your tub.I highly recommend the staff at the Natick location.
Cyril Lemaire: I called a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment to change my clear ray bulb and was perfectly happy with the timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism of our service tech, Ruben. He called on his way to let us know he was coming, explained what he was doing in a very courteous manner, and gave me good advise for ongoing self maintenance. Thanks Ruben !
Joy Hurley: Just had our Hotsprings spa delivered and it was an easy experience all around. Our salesperson, Stephen was helpful and knowledgeable and gave a great introduction to using the spa. Augie, Nick, Dylan and Edwin called us when they were on the way for delivery and made sure the spa was in the right spot. They were professional and set up our new spa in no time!

Christine Lee Kim: Hands down the best hotel in the back bay! The mandarin oriental Boston is my home whenever I am in Boston. Love that it is located right in the heart of back bay, walking distance to all the good shopping, perched on top of the Prudential Centre. The newly renovated rooms make for a better lit and ethereal environment. The daily complimentary hot chocolate with fixin’s and beignets were an extra treat. Look forward to my next stay!
Anthony R: Along with the Four Seasons Back Bay, this Mandarin Oriental is our favorite place to stay while visiting Boston. You absolutely can't beat this hotel's location. It is situated right in the heart of everything that is the best of Boston. The rooms, service, and decor of this property is top notch as well. Best of all, they treated our dog Bella like a princess during our visit! We will definitely return and would highly recommend this property, especially if your pet is tagging along!
