Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital - Human Resources: what do users think?
Janine Rivera: Currently hospitalized I’m pregnant with Hyperemesis Gravidurum. Bleeding and throwing up they wanted to send me home I refused because I felt weak and extremely dizzy. They decided to keep me upon transport I was vomiting violently. When I got upstairs entire staff was men. They were awesome. Upon shift change they’ve been ok till I realized how the nurses are making fun of patients my room is dark w no tv because everything makes me vomit. Well I close my eyes to avoid brightness and I hear them saying she’s just sleeping moaning complaining when we ask how she’s doing but she’s sleeping they all laughed. Now I’m hearing them call another patient crazy. These people are no good. No compassionate care hopefully they are never on the other side and experience such trauma. Mind you I waited 4 hours to be seen swimming in a bloody diaper
Lee Lassow: Wonderful caring hospital and medical office staffs. Parking could be better
Richard Rivera Massa: Only the urology clinic at 4SI have been standing at the EMPTY front desk for 5 minutes. I had to go to the back to find someone to check in.there is no longer customer service in America.
BRG TRANSPORT LLC: The nurse was great. The doctors have no time for patients and they don't listen to anyone. Most frustrating is how they disregard patients concerned and with pain. It's a shame that for a 31 second doctor visit I got charged over $12000. I didn't even get a motrin. Honestly disgusting.
Leslie Marcel: Figures my status on how awful this place is would get deleted but I have the screen shot of my last post not to long ago after sitting in the er eating room for over three hours holding my son who is suffering from chest pain and a rapid heat beat the E.R. team sucks on person there with a heart is mike the security good thing I woke up to check and like I thought it was deleted and if it happens again I’ll just post the pictures if have of the nurses station where they wanna just chill n play games or text on there phones and complain about how many patients they got …. I know the only work here for a check cause they do not care
tania joseph: Dr Agarwal and the hospital is phenomenal! I did a breast reduction beat Decision i made!!! Great Team , very professional. A lot of patience
Matt M: Security here are thieves, went through my belongings and basically took what they wanted
Steven Figueroa: Was transported to faulkner for heart complications.... they treated me like a junkie off the street... wouldn't give me water wouldn't give me a warm blanket and when I asked them to fix IV cuz it was burning they refused to change it I just literally walked out with iv still in arm and Noone seemed to care . Worst hospital and worst staff I have ever been to in my life they have no care or patient care in thier Hearts. Very embarrassing that I am a patient there 💔
Cali: I was treated very well here thanks ladies !!!!!
Doris Lin: Went to the ER with my partner, waited 8 hours. YES, 8 HOURS. We got there at 5:30 ish, didn't get seem until 11PM. Waited again for the result. We didn't leave until 1AM ish.I give 4 stars because all the staff there are super nice and professional. It is really not their fault that the wait time is so long, they are simply understaffed. We watched the way they call patients and they do their best to prioritize patients with more urgent needs. The receptionist was so patient with everyone. The staff deserve more credit for their hard work.
Rob BOBBY: Nurses and cnas where Great and some doctors as well but the main doctor on the 6th floor unit was horrible . She could not communicate well and blatenly lied about what she was saying about my care. Basically she say my breathing was bad then the next day it was good so she would get me out door. The day before she told I had a pulimary embolism " I have to talk with cardiology and hrs went by into the next shift and where doctors and nurses apologized for her actions. I told her I've been dizzy and was noxious. Her reply was I didnt know anything about this I wouldn't be sending you home. But the nurses document this in my chart. I told her that I shouldn't be having problems with my breathing and balance. The nurse just tested my oxygen by walking me u.p the hallway and it read 88. The care I received from her was horrible. Following day at home I got dizzy and loss my balance and my oxygen went down. I felt like I was going to pass out. If it wasn't for my wife stepping in and worrying about me falling and she was practically arguing with ther to prescribe oxygen for home I would be worse off. This doctor should be fired.
Kam P: I received exceptional care here from the surgical teams and in patient nurses (Erin and Barb in particular were amazing!)
Candyss Woodberry: I called the main number and dialed to speak with an operator from the hospital. The first operator sounded like she was rushing and quickly transferred me to the wrong department, which was also unavailable. I didn’t think it was a big deal. I just knew to let the next operator know that I needed to be transferred somewhere else. So, I called back. I wish I didn’t. The second operator was extremely rude! Oh my goodness. Customer Service is not fit for her attitude. She picked up the call. I let her know that an operator just transferred me to a certain department that is closed/unavailable and that it would be best if I not be transferred back to that unavailable department but rather to a different one. Listen, before I could say much else she quickly snapped and replied, “Well, I didn’t speak to you in the first place.” I replied back and said, “I didn’t say you did.” At that very moment she transferred me right back to the department I told her was unavailable. Lol. I just had to laugh because she was so unprofessional and ridiculous. Thank goodness it wasn’t an emergency. I was taken aback by the experience because I thought BWFH was better than that. I guess not. From that experience, which I had earlier this morning, I simply concluded that it was best for me to seek healthcare elsewhere because if the customer service is this bad in the morning- I’m not even interested to know what it’s like in the afternoon! Lol. No thanks. I’ll pass.
Michael B. Mackan: Great small hospital with quick service and parking.
Ivan Carroll: $4570.87 FOR A SPLINTERWAY TOO MUCH MONEY GO ELSEWHERE.Got a splinter a bit too deep to pull out myself. Urgent care was closed after 4 on Saturday Nov 12Faulkner Billed $3385.87 discounted to $2539.40 for self pay. Made a 30 month payment plan ($84.xx per month) when checking on first payment due date I was informed there was $888.75 owed outside of plan...WHY?Because ANOTHER BILL FOR SAME DAY FOR $1185.00 was added a omnth later (888.75 was discounted... gee thanks)SO FOR A 30 MINUTE SPLINTER REMOVAL WITH NUMBING MASS BRIGHAM AND WOMENS FAULKNER CHARGES (3385.87+1185)$4570.87 FOR A SPLINTERFIND A 24 HOUR URGENT CARE AND NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOUR DYING.
Rob Smith: Dr Starer, the insurrectionist work here?
searena angomas: Faulkner ruined Brigham for me. Completely and utterly mind blown by the way these health care professionals treat their patients. It should be a crime. I’m not sure how they can stay in business with the way they conduct the ER. The administration needs to be evaluated and fired because this horrific service ultimately is their responsibility. Just absolutely sickening..
Sam Kuy: The worst hospital in America stay away
Sara Martinez: Las personas que trabajan ahí son amables
Susan Cho: HORRIBLE.My friend had a severe bunion surgery at this hospital and in recovery, it was impossible for her to get any nurse's attention to go to the bathroom and she ended up wetting herself! A nurse eventually came over and just gave her a mini flimsy plastic bed pan and left!
Kel Mauro: Ableist behavior from 4 N office. Drove 2 hours and was 4 minutes late. The office had zero compassion for my paraplegic husband.

Motion Recruitment (Formerly Workbridge & Jobspring): what do users think?
Maya Dav'e: Applied for a position listed on Linkedin, and received a call about a day later from a recruiter named Owen Busser. He stated that I was a great match for the position and asked if I would give them confirmation to send my resume off as part of my additional interview process. I confirmed within three minutes and never heard back. I emailed Owen twice and called and left a voicemail once, and he never got back. Stay away if you don't want to be ghosted.
Joey Guerin: Motion recruited me to their team in a fast, easy and efficient way. Thanks to Austin and Phil I have the opportunity to start an awesome new job in a few weeks!
Katherine Rodriguez: Spoke to Kayla vonkahle about a job position. Asked for all my information and ghosted me. Haven’t heard from her in 2 weeks. Ridiculous.
Paul Chin: Michael Couhig was my recruiter at Motion Recruitment for a high-level software position. He did an amazing job advocating for me to the client. He was in constant communication regarding next steps, and was able to get me an offer with a base pay towards the top of my expected salary range.I can not say enough about Mike and his professionalism. If you are in the job market, he and the rest of the Motion Recruitment team are the recruiters you want on your side!
Jordan: Had the pleasure of working with Michael Couhig throughout my hiring process. He was professional and dedicated to landing me in the perfect fit of a position. The communication was excellent and I always felt prepared going into interviews. Would highly recommend working with Michael and Motion Recruitment.
Gunther Cox: The recruiting team I worked with (Austin Getzloff, Sally Leung, and Peter Hammel) was excellent. I didn't previously have experience working with recruiters and I wasn't sure what to expect. I feel like the quality of the companies they were able to connect me with was significantly better than what I found on many of the common job search sites and I couldn't be happier with how much help they offered me.
Freedom Dumlao: Constant badgering and unprofessional contact. It seems every day I get calls on my personal phone number from them and when I ask them to stop they hang up on me before I even get two words out. They spam me on LinkedIn and have absolutely no consideration for me or my time.
Patrick LaValley: Worked with them on recruiting 5 years ago (when they were Jobspring) and weren't very much help. Asked them to kindly delete my email and phone number. Proceeded to still get calls from them for months and months. Today I just got a call from someone at this company asking if this candidate they had would be a good fit at my new company. I didn't recognize the name "motion" and asked how he got my number and he stuttered and said "uh...online." Extremely unprofessional.
Natalie Smallwood: I was contacted a few months ago (via LinkedIn) by one of their recruiters regarding an opening for a contract-to-hire role. After calling me and telling me I was a top applicant, she proceeded to submit my application for the job, and even disclosed the pay and benefits. However, I was completely ghosted from that point on. I tried following up various times and unfortunately never heard back. Very unprofessional.
Ben Kertman: Madeleine Popp reached out to me through inmail for a role with Pear Therapeutics (I do not have a prior relationship with Motion Recruitment). She was surprisingly unprofessional, and frankly, rude from the moment I answered the phone. She berated me for not telling her sooner I split my time between Boston and Mexico City (which I tried to explain I had assumed the first informational call would be appropriate for disclosing, but I was sorry nonetheless). The rest of the call was quite distressing as she went on to make personal attacks of my character. I could not get off that call fast enough. If you're seeing requests from them in your inmail to interview, I do not recommend taking the call.
Kris Haddad: Positive:ProfessionalismShane Tomlinson and Katherine Kelley have been nothing but great help and very professional about their work. Went above and beyond to help active job seekers and really care about what they do. You can't find a lot of employees now a days who are as passionate as them.
Sally Smith: The "supervisor" Taylor Mazzie was extremely unprofessional.I was working with another recruiter on a position and she stepped in. She verbally offered me the position with different details than I was given prior and forced me to make a decision on the spot. After sometime, I declined the position because of the miscommunication of the job description. She then went on to say how I was going to be looked at in a bad light moving forward for declining instead of being aware that Motion is the one with the communication issues. If the position did not meet my needs because the description kept changing, why am I being punished?WHO PROMOTED HER?!?!?!?!?
Adam Drew: Shane and the entire group at Motion Recruitment have done an incredible job helping me find a new job, even with all of the craziness that 2020 has brought about, they helped me every step of the way in a very professional and helpful manner. They kept me up to date with everything on every step of the job referral process.
Jonathan Heigl: I responded to a LinkedIn post and I was immediately contacted. I spoke with both Shane Tomlinson and Shayla Schoeneberger. Both of them were great! They ended up working very closely with me and getting me interviews and even got me into a place I really wanted! They are both professional, extremely responsive, and just amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone! I am extremely happy with the experience and will go to them again if I am ever in need.
F. Lozano: They have helped place me at my two most recent jobs. This time I worked with Shane Tomlinson and cannot say enough good things about how attentive, available, and connected he was throughout the process. I was approached with a couple potential jobs and then selected one to pursue. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Shane and Motion Receuitment to help with finding and attaining your next career move. Thanks!
James Spencer: I have worked with Jobspring Partners Boston twice throughout my career and on both occasions they were able to place me in ideal roles. Tony Lorenzi was very professional, and did a fantastic job of finding a position based on my skillset. He was very mindful of my requirements and kept in close contact throughout the interview process to ensure each potential role was meeting my needs as an employee. It is obvious that Jobspring Partners Boston not only puts in their best effort in quickly placing candidates, but also in finding the most suitable position possible, and for this reason, I would recommend their services to anyone seeking employment in the Greater Boston area
Brian Bacon: I had a great experience with Tony Lorenzi from Jobspring Partners. Tony was a pleasure to work with while I was in the job market. He helped me through every step of the way in the interviewing process with my new company, from offering tips on what to prepare for in the interview process to how to gracefully resign from my previous employer. He was always quick to respond to any inquiries I had along the way and would regularly reach out to ask how the process was going. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tony to any technologists looking for new employment in the Boston area!
Michael Field: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI would strongly recommend Workbridge Associates. Phil, Peter, and Sally are very professional and have a strong knowledge of the Boston Mobile scene. I have worked with them for years now, and they have helped me find roles that have been excellent for both me and my career.
Shane O'Donnell: Positive:Professionalism,QualityI had a very positive experience working with Matt Rogers. He matched my skill set and experience to the perfect role in a company that fit exactly the profile I was looking for. I would happily go back next time.
Nathan Waldron: I had the privilege of working with Nicholas Costello at Jobspring Partners Boston, and it was a rewarding experience. He did an amazing job matching me with companies that were looking for software engineers with my skillset. and was instrumental in helping me land my current role. He was very communicative throughout the job searching process and did a great job at articulating the steps in the process. I would recommend him to any software engineers looking for work in this very difficult market
Yev Berezovsky: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value

The Hollister Group, Inc.: what do users think?
P T: This outfit is a joke, king of the come-on ads, poor communication and shady practices. Avoid at all costs.
S. F.: A staffing associate reached out to me to do a phone screen via email. I agreed to do a phone screening for a job the following day. The next morning, the associate never called me. I sent a follow-up email and heard nothing. Don't bother using their services, especially when it based on false hope for employment.
Dhwanil Shah: Beware - they will hire you, and after you quit your current job they will ghost you. I learnt it the hard way, avoid them at all costs.
nataliza cardoso: Spoke to Luis about an interview, scheduled it for the next day. Around the time of the interview, I had received a call about an emergency in my family. Luis had just called me so i tried to respond back but then he texted me about why i didn’t show up and I told him why and can we reschedule. He said Unfortunately not and that I should have let him know earlier, like if i had know earlier I would’ve called. He seemed so nice on the phone yesterday but then today was a complete 180. If his attitude and demeanor is a insight on how that company’s ran, I will look elsewhere.
Will: Lazy and unresponsive
Erica Okharedia: Critical:Responsiveness
Nabil: I've recently been working with Hollister Staffing in order to help me get a job, and it's been a very good experience so far, Christina was super helpful and professional in addition to being so nice and accommodating. Highly recommend
Michael Caveney: My initial impression of Hollister was strong: recruiter was professional and quick to respond, and they seemed detail-oriented and asked throughtful questions when I came in for an initial interview and paperwork. After that? Nothing. No potential jobs floated my way, just "we're still looking!", etc. If there was an issue with presentation or my resume/work history, it definitely wasn't communicated to me. To clarify, this was last fall when I signed up, so there were five months or absolute nothing before COVID effectively shut down usual work practices, and nothing inside of a year. I feel like they just want to collect data on as many people as possible, and the time I spent getting set up with them was an absolute waste.
Lena V: Critical:Professionalism
K. Renee Antoine: I had a great experience working with them. I had to scale up for better opportunities, but once they recognized I was reliable, I kept getting offers. It did take a week or so of applying for jobs before I heard back, but once I interviewed, things moved quickly. So thankful to these folks for being there during a rough patch.
Ian Collagan: I worked brielfy with Ned Linehan and can't recommend him more. After conversing on the phone, getting a feel for what I was looking for and what he/ Hollister could provide, we set a time to meet.Upon our first in person interview he already had 3 prospective employers ready to hire,ASAP, with thorough breakdowns of what each job entailed and offered for compensation. All the jobs Ned presented accounted for the location, field of work and pay I had desired and expressed to him in our conversation days prior. Two days removed from our meeting in person he had two interviews lined up for the following week.I've interviewed with a handful of placing/temp agencies in Boston before and my experience with Hollister and Ned particularly was head and shoulders above the competition. If you want proven results and a company that treats you with the utmost professionalism while conducting your job search, choose Hollister Staffing and ask for Ned too!
Annabelle Lewis: I worked with Christina and she was so helpful and put me at ease with the whole process. I ended up getting a different position in the end elsewhere but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend hollister and Christina to anyone looking to advance their career.
Kyo Maco: Hollister was initially very good, friendly and helpful. But I found quickly that most jobs they offered me were not as they appeared. I was looking at data entry positions and instead they offered me a variety of sales positions instead. Furthermore despite being offered many positions almost none of them resulted in interviews. When I was finally given an interview they gave me poor tips for preparations for the interview. The phone call I received afterwards I would call insulting as they told me I did not get the job in a snarky and unprofessional manner. They ended the phone call with another job offer that surprise I did not get an interview for. Overall I would say that they wasted time and have a poor understanding of the job market. Do not make the same mistake I made.
a.ltodel: They are the worst company ever. They take all your information. Give you this feeling of excitement as if you're about to get all kinds of resources everyday but you really don't get anything. They're just collecting your information without following up. Even if you go to them and call and are consistent, nothing happens. They say they'll call, they'll sound apologetic and then tell you how they want the best for you and then nothing. I don't even know why they're still around. All around trash and a waste of time.
Tyler Smith: Lori was great to work with, and presented a number of jobs that were all in the field that I wanted to pursue. I'd recommend them, they were easy to communicate with and got me a direct hire job!
Emayra Sanchez: My experience overall with Hollister Staffing was pretty good. The person I was paired up with found me the exact job I was looking for and was very good about keeping in contact with me. The only thing is that the receptionist was pretty rude but when she left for her break another women came and took spot and she was so sweet.
Mayura Shekatkar: Extremely useless and shamless people. Just call you in office they don’t have any single position but still waste your time even their VP is useless
Michael Del Greco: USELESS!! Place is a JOKE!! No one answers your emails. No one returns your phone calls. Do not bother applying online or calling them. You are wasting your time.
Edward D'Silva: After reading their recent reviews, I was so excited to contact Hollister after finishing a freelance gig.  I called in and was directed to a long and odd URL for applying. I tried to engage them but felt pushed to their impersonal online system that corrals even your interview timeslot. I called back again to check the URL and the same person I spoke with earlier did not seem to recognize me.I feel like the first point of contact is indicative of an organization and the relations to follow. I felt rushed and dismissed, like they wanted an impersonal digital version of me to thumbs up or down. I was disappointed by Hollister.
Shanon Fraser: I recently accepted a long-term contract role through Hollister Staffing, and have had an excellent experience with this firm. The recruiter I have been working with, Emile LeVeille, contacted me on LinkedIn while I was still contracting in a different role through Creative Circle in Boston, and his communication was friendly, professional, clear and concise. Even though I had not really started looking for a new role, Emile's timing was impeccable as my previous contract was coming to an end. He asked all the right questions, as well as answered mine thoroughly - and a couple of interviews later, I was offered a new contract role at a highly respectable financial services firm located at the Prudential center in Boston.I've also had the pleasure of working with Samantha at Hollister, and she was also wonderful and went above and beyond normal working hours to assist all parties involved with the interview process and obtaining an offer.I have always had success working with employment agencies. It is important to remember that the recruiter(s) and account managers are simply there to assist with making introductions, managing relationships and administering paychecks. What every candidate needs to keep at the forefront of their minds is that we are still responsible for selling ourselves during the interview process, and performing well when on the job. I have loved my experience with Hollister Staffing and highly recommend this firm for contractors and employers alike.
Irina Danilova: It was my first time working with Hollister, and I got a great contract position through them in less than two months. During my visits to the office and communication via e-mail and phone, I was impressed by the professionalism of people here. My agent, Emille, is very knowledgeable and experienced. He is always here to give an advice, to provide a solution, or to just check on how things are going. Definitely will work with them again and would recommend to everyone.
