Paulo Rogerio: Never in my life have I been assisted by disqualified people, I lost a week going to the store several times, and I even signed a contract and the title of the car and the finance manager told me that I could open the car insurance, and after all that waiting for the days to pick up the car they canceled the purchase. If you don't want to be nervous, stay away from here.

C M: A follow up email from sales manager ended up being what was needed for us to get the exact car , options and colors we had been searching for all done over the phone and drove it home 3 days later. Mehul Kapadia: I was in the market for a car and visited Mirak Hyundai. First, I was made to wait at the dealership for 2 hrs before I could test drive a car, inspite of having an appointment! Next, the sales ‘manager’ spent several days going back and forth about price, while the white car I test drove had already been sold! After that, the sales ‘Director’ got involved and we arrived at a price for a blue car, and she wanted to move forward with the payment and paperwork, but I asked for odometer reading before finalizing. After waiting 2 days for odometer reading and a couple follow ups, she informed me that the blue car wasnt available. Then sales ‘manager’ from before calls and e-mails me in the evening asking if I was OK with the white color I had looked at and test driven a week earlier, inspite of the sales ‘director’ confirming earlier that morning that it was sold!!!! Not sure whats going on, but it was a frustrating experience and I will never go there again. Bought a car yesterday from a different dealer - from first call to full paperwork in 4 hours!

Every time we need a oil change or something, they never give us a rental car, it takes literally all day for an oil change, and you have to make an appointment like 6 weeks in advance. Ridiculous.
Olivia Hussey: more updates: we spoke with Steph in sales. last week we were given the option to sell our car directly to Mirak, the offer was supposed to be extended to 3/10, contingent on assurance that our insurance would cover all costs after our car was sold. We have a signed notice from our insurance that they will continue to cover costs until the car is fully fixed. Steph now says that she will not buy our car until it is fully fixed. it's now been 44 days since our car has been waiting in their collision center for parts. they had it for a month when they offered to buy it. I am now stuck with a car I can't drive and no clue when replacement parts will be delivered.original review: Mirak's a fine dealership if you're buying a car only. I leased a 2020 elantra. When I was t boned and needed two doors replaced they handled it really well. When my car was stolen (look up Kia and Hyundai class action lawsuit) ignition busted, and window bashed in (1/23), they told me repairs would take two weeks, but apparently parts won't be in until 3/15, and no clue how long electrical repairs could take (not their fault).It has been a nightmare - after weeks of phone calls, multiple visits, unclear timelines, we asked to drop our lease early so we can actually have reliable transportation, and they offered to buy the car out from us - fantastic. Except it's taken another week of calls and multiple visits with unreliable information to actually figure out what we need to do between insurance and mirak to actually get out of a lease they told us we could leave. They're not interested in customer service for customers they've already profited from.continuing this review to see if I can get a response - calling mirak is very little help. Apparently our sales rep has moved on from his position sometime in the last two weeks. we were leaving messages on an extension that no one was looking at and no one contacted us to let us know or to continue providing customer support. This is a nightmare.

Im not one of those customers who feels like the dealership shouldn't make money so I was happy with the deal I got. Dealership wasn't one of those make you wait for 8hrs kind of spots. Gabriela new her stuff and was super helpful. Andrea made the finance office experience seamless I must have been in there for 10 minutes max. I would definitely buy from here again, It was def worth the 30 minute drive.

It took months for someone to respond to our request for service, despite our clear consistent communication they booked us for the wrong type of service, and once we brought in our vehicle, it seemed to disappear into a black hole. It has been over two months, and the work is still unfinished. We have had to reach out to them multiple times for updates, only to be told that they ordered the wrong part or are waiting on something else.

Samuel: The worst dealership experience I've ever had.1. I had called ahead looking for 4 different cars to test drive, which they confirmed. But when I arrived, 2 of the cars were not available, wasting my time.2. The salesperson was very unpleasant to deal with. As soon as I mentioned that I was not planning on buying that day, she became very disengaged, not bothering to explain anything about the cars I was interested. But at the same time, she was very rude and pressuring, and I had to tell her at least 3 times that I was not planning on buying a car that day. Additionally, she was very reticent to do anything (e.g. show me the car, give me a quote) until I started walking out of the dealership, as she claimed that their policy was to help only those who were planning on buying the same day.
Relaxing Music: I've walked in pride Hyundai dealership in Lynn MA to purchase a vehicle and no one talked to me for over one hour. There's an old woman sitting at her desk without having a customer in front of her. She left her desk many times and passed me by in her way out and she didn't say anything to me. Another male employee walked in and looked at me from top to bottom and still didn't greet me nor did he ask if I was being helped? No one didn't even care to ask me what am I here for? Am I waiting for someone? Did someone ever talk to me? No greetings, no question, and no service. Never again, Pride Hyundai of Lynn, MA.
Drew M: The service department is useless. Stopped by to get a quote to repair a damaged camera. Lady in the service dept didn't even care. Told me I'd need to schedule an apt just to diagnose the problem. $150 and none of that goes toward the repair. Asked if she could ballpark the cost to replace the camera as I'm trying to decide whether to pay outright or file an insurance claim. She said "no - you'll have to schedule an apt to get it diagnosed". Completely useless and not friendly. Will never return to this dealership.

My car is just two weeks old and it had some safety and technical issues, i went to the dealership and bob (manager)told me to fix the problem myself as they cannot do anything about it. I was complaining to them about what is going on, so he took me beside the services area where there are not many customers present and raised his voice on me and completely neglected my concerns. He also made some personal comments. I remember the day when they wanted to sell the car to me and how polite he was acting but just in a span of two weeks, they showed their true colors and how they treat their customers. I suggest reading their reviews on yelp before buying or visiting them. I wish i had done the same. They have the worst reviews on yelp. Bob is very rude so if you are visiting the dealership, please avoid him and my suggestion is to go to quirk hyundai or mirk and not the pride Hyundai of lynn. Once they sell you the car, they do not value you as a customer and treat you badly as if you owe them something. Also the sales associates will call you day and night to purchase a car from them and will provide you false information all the time and when you confront them they will prove you wrong. I am planning to pay the car in full and sell it asap. Not even 400 miles on it and it has issues and when i visited the dealership they treated me very badly also told me not to walk in without an appointment. I mean my car had some very serious safety issues and if i wait for their appointment which you will never get, its a life threatening concern for me and my family. Btw they dont care if something happens to you or your family. What they care about is selling a car and cheating customers. I strongly suggest to read their reviews on yelp. Worst dealership and worst customer service. Will never recommend anyone to buy a hyundai or go their dealership. Made a big big mistake.

Joe Sanchez: Review is for Service, not Sales:Have been coming here since 2011, but sadly have moved on. It used to be, if you came in for a service and had other concerns they'd take a look and recommend repairs if needed. Seems like around 2021 things changed. Recently came in for a routine service and expressed that I had some serious crunching and grinding noises coming from the rear and was told they can't do a diagnostic appointment with my generic service appt and would have to schedule something almost a month away. When I exclaimed I was concerned it was a safety issue, they said that unfortunately, that's how long it will take to get someone to look at it no matter where you go. So I called a different Hyundai Dealership and got my car looked at and repaired (The 4wd Couplers were corroded and falling off) within 3 days. I'm bummed that the Service Department has gone downhill so much - this was always my go to Hyundai Dealership wherever I lived, even if it was super out of the way. Hopefully new Ownership will address and update the way things are done.

I showed up pretty defeated since other dealerships were not accommodating and difficult to deal with. They immediately sat me down with Charbel and helped me find a car that worked for my needs. They have been extremely communicative and responsive. I have been leasing Hyundais for 9 years (4 different cars) and this dealership was hands down the best experience. Kyle even brought me a loaner when my out of state registration took a few days to get sorted. Advisers are always absent, leaving voicemails never answered. Promised dates and communication just don't work. The attitude, while not rude, was just stone cold and mechanical replies that didn't help.

We got our wheel rotation/alignment, never got a report, car service was delayed by 2 hours, did not get a call back to pick up the car which they said they would. They do not care about you or your car, save your time and go somewhere else.
Katelyn Goodwin: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. My car crapped out after only two years of owning it, turns out there was a class action lawsuit against Hyundai for that make, model, year, for that exact problem. My boyfriend and I called them and we were told that they would work with us and offer us a trade. However, when we got there it was a completely different story and they wanted us to have the engine put back together (it's in pieces at the shop), have it towed there, and they could assess it themselves. If they found that it was not the defect in the engine, it was going to cost me $350. They also told me I needed to provide them with receipts of all of the oil changes I had, and any work done on the car. On top of it, they wanted to me to look on their lot and see if there was anything I wanted to buy! Both managers we dealt with were so pompous and arrogant. I will never do business with this place again and I will be calling Hyundai directly.

Donna Beattie: Had an awful experience with them we went to Brockton to look at a car, sat there for two hours the car we wanted when all was said and done would’ve cost more than the asking price , they manipulate you into thinking you’ve gotten the best deal but, in retrospect it all comes down to how much money they can take from you, typical car dealer not at all honest just looking for $$$$ so if you can go else where!So an update to my prior post they called me back and offered me an addition $500 on my trade in but, looking at KBB it’s not even close to what they offered but hey! They are here to help me. They also told us the car would go up in price so we said we will keep an eye on it to see if it does, and boom they took it off the website real grown up move

Katherine Hall: I purchased my vehicle over a week ago. The dealer has the wrong phone number on file. The company that I financed it through has not been able to get in touch with ME to set up the rest of my loan. I've left multiple phone messages on voice mails at the sales person's and finance manager's phones and not one returns my calls. I guess once they get your check, the customer service ends.

Fred Perkins: I recently bought my second car through McGovern Hyundai of Brockton. The most recent one was the 2023 Palisade. Great car. The salesman, Doug was awesome. I wanted this car, but it was on another McGovern site. Doug was able to get this car down to me in one day. He really made the transaction run very smoothly. I drove off that day with my new car. I've been going to this dealership for the last 7 years. I'm so impressed with their service department. That's why I stayed with them. himanshu arora: The dealer didn’t accept my employee discount. They refused the discount that they are showing on the true car website. Overall sales experience was also average as compared to other dealers, I’d recommend calling and checking the price first before heading to this place.

James Page: Worst experience! Zero courtesy and unprofessional handling of a situation. I requested to scan a used car for fault codes after test drive and salesman agreed. He went inside for a moment and then sprinted out to stop me. The car had noticeable mechanical issues while driving, and in the short amount of time the scan was running it was able to pull quite the list of codes. After that all he kept asking me if I was ready to buy. This car is full of problems that you clearly don't want me to know about. I said no thanks, I'm not interested in buying it today without knowing more. Not another word was spoken as the salesman walked infront of me back to the car and parked it. To anyone interested in the Audi S8 - I would absolutely avoid that purchase until it is sorted out.
