Lisa Butler: The online info clearly states "Walk in Only Boston Fenway" and upon arriving you will be turned away unless you are Fenway Health customer. I've been going to this location for years and suddenly I'm no longer welcome. Very frustrated as this is not clearly posted anywhere

Dzmitry Hliakau: Holy cow...these companies are becoming increasingly powerful and increasingly disrespectful to people. The online info clearly states "Walk in Only Boston Fenway" and upon arriving you will be turned away unless you are Fenway Health customer. What kind of kickbacks does Quest receive at the location to tell the other clients to leave without any tests. First they monopolized the market in Boston - now they create the rules out of the blue. Clearly shady things are going on behind the doors. We are in Boston but receiving a treatment like these people are godsent and we are lucky they even talk to us. I would say never go to Quest - but do we have any other choice here? We need a competing company to treat the Quest market hijack, otherwise this will only get worse.
David E.: Frustrating to come here to get blood drawn for an emergency hypertension situation - only to find out they are not open to the public at this time. Now I have to wait until Monday. It's insane that such a facility is open only during limited hours in the first place.... And doesn't update info online for the public.Don't pay attention to any of these so "called responses" to complaints on this page. It's all for show!
Hans Butler: Super frustrating because the Quest Diagnostics apps and website stated this is a walk in only which is perfect with my schedule and after you spend an hour getting there they tell you they’re ONLY doing walk ins for Fenway Health patients. Mariana Jimenez: Had a young asian woman who couldn't find my vein and literally turned the needle while it was in my arm and proceeded to stab me multiple times (pretty sure this is not how you find the vein, you need to take the needle out and then reinsert). Then she yelled at me for not drinking enough water but when she went into my other arm the blood squirted into the vile... these people need to be retrained on how to take blood and how to have good manners.
Tim Benoit: I was initially hesitant due to the all of the negative reviews but I had a great experience with a Saturday morning blood draw here. There were a lot of people already waiting when I arrived but the line moved quickly. Convenient , quick and easy.
Aimee Bielot: Felt the need to review since some of the prior reviews almost scared me off from going to this location. I went in around 5pm thinking it would be busy after work. I was greeted kindly and got in within 60 seconds. The lady who took my blood was kind and efficient. I would go back to this location and recommend to others.
Jackie Fischer: I had a very pleasant experience at this facility. I went during lunch hours and only waited half an hour which I thought was fantastic. Both women that I worked with were very sweet and the facility was clean. Khadija (sorry if I am spelling that wrong!) drew my blood and was fantastic. I did not even feel the needle go in and I have terrible veins which usually causes a problem for phlebotomists! Definitely will go back if I have another need for blood work.
Ella Smith: It was a very frustrating experience getting test done at Quest diagnostics. I have a doctor’s order and made appointment at Quest lab in Arlington. When I got there, they reviewed the doctor’s order, entered information on line and handed me a stool collection kits. They told me that I can drop the specimen at any Quest lab. A week later, I went to Quest lab in Fenway. After check in, the technician told me they can not find my doctor’s information online. They need my doctor’s fax number. I had to step out, made calls and found the fax number. I then need to check in again and waited to be seen. After the technician entered my information in her computer, she took my order and the specimen. I asked for a receipt or confirmation, but was told I will receive it in my email. Now, 4 weeks later, I have not received any confirmation nor my test results. Of course, I can not find a live person to ask questions. My entire experience exposed how poorly Quest lab trained their technicians and how their online system is broken. Very disappointed
C McC: DO NOT COME TO THIS QUEST. Employees are incompetent. They refuse to communicate with patients and other offices within the building. They made me play telephone for them between floors. There were also several other people waiting for appointments that were having issues who were not receiving attention or proper communication. They also send you to other offices (which if you are not a patient will not receive service)

bonnie novak: Do NOT go to Quest Diagnostics in Boston! When I went to leave a urine sample in the bathroom spinner, I found that there were 3 other peoples samples still sitting there. They were never removed. I called this out to the attention of the employee and was told "Don't worry about it. Yours has a label with your name on it". I told him that this was not ok and that often people are tested for drug use and that they could easily switch it out. Again he said "Don't worry your name is on yours" and left them all. Horrible!!!
Noor: I’ve been here twice and both times I had to wait over an hour even though I was one of the first in line and the screen said I would be seen in 5-13 minutes. My second time here I think the staff didn’t show up until 9 am, and there was a long line of people that had been waiting an hour without anyone coming in or out. I’ll never get my bloodwork done here again, the staff seriously don’t care about anyone’s time.

Brian Wilson: Used to get my draws here a couple of years back and they were nice and reasonably gentle. I am a nervous patient around needles (sweating etc, never fainted though) and they offered me a little bottled water each time which was a godsend. Fast-forward to today and the contrast is night and day. Now they have gone "corporate" it is more like a factory. Instead of a private area I was sat down in a blood-draw chair right next to an active hallway. The lady drawing my blood had to keep dodging out of the way of people moving through the passageway. Another patient who had her blood drawn was dizzy and was seated across from me. She actually had to look at me getting my procedure no doubt making her even sicker. Honestly, is patient privacy too much to ask? To top all that off they could not find my vein (despite me drinking so much water beforehand I had to run to the bathroom 3 times), and collapsed the vein on one arm. The supervisor in charge managed to get it on the second arm, thankfully. But I was bruised for a couple weeks afterwards. Anyhow, now I am 1000x more scared of needles than I was before. I am terrified to go back, but it is not like I have a choice when I need bloodwork done. I do not blame them for not finding my vein (these things happen, I guess, and newbies must be trained), but I do blame them for the utter lack of privacy during the procedure. BTW, the best blood draw I have ever had, the doctor made me lie down flat on a reclining chair (like a dentist chair). It was amazing. If you faint lying down there is nowhere to fall!

Samantha Campbell: the waiting room was cramped and hot. small and didn’t seem clean. i had an appointment at 1:30 and it took forever to get seen for my blood draw.
Matthew Salamilao: I had an appointment here this morning, and I was seen in a timely manner! It's a pretty small location, but it looked clean and the staff were very nice. I'll be happy to come back next time I need labs done.When you enter the building, there is a door on the left and it's labeled with the green Quest logo, so it isn't difficult to find your way here.
Janelle Rodrigues: I had a scheduled drug test for my pre-employment, but the time on my appointment sheet was different from the office. I was a little confused on my end. The lady in the front was very rude to me and lacks customer service skills. That’s not how you talk to people, regardless of the situation.

Jon Langbert: This place is a tiny dump, which in this case, is even worse than a large dump (because that means you are on top of one another in the waiting room). No soap or towels in the bathroom. The were walk-ins that were there before me, but they called me right in.

The waiting time for walk-ins is literally unacceptable and they don't guarantee to attend you despite being on standby list (which is for walk-ins). They are very inefficient and seem understaffed. Also, the waiting area has only 4 chairs and 2 fans making it extremely uncomfortable for the visitors.Edit: My turn came after nearly 3 hours. One of their employees (middle aged male) was quick to clear the queue and provided good service.I feel they should enforce strict appointments only service as that would make everyone's job easier.

There's a tablet you check in on, and then you click the "text me when ready" button with your phone number. Then, leave and go get a Starbucks or something. Maybe go home. They text you at least 15 minutes ahead of time.Hope this was helpful!The rest of the process is fine enough.

Katya Gar: I had a wonderful experience here. Shellie and Nancy were so sweet and so helpful! They helped me figure everything out and they were patient and diligent about everything. The wait was barely 10 minutes and the check in process was great. I have horrible horrible veins but the blood draw was so quick and painless and she got it during the first try. I highly recommend this office and I'll be back for my future clearances as well!
Simon Green: I understand why this place gets a bad wrap. Tiny, hot and dingy waiting room filled with impatient students. Only one receptionist and nurse trying to do two jobs at once. That aside, Nancy did a great job at getting me in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment. She was super positive despite all the frustrated patients in the room. I hope Quest decides to staff this location with more staff as it’s a super busy location.

Alden Gagnon: Absolute disaster—I worked hard and rescheduled my month to get here for a blood test on a certain day of my menstrual cycle while also having a sprained ankle. All their computers were down and they sent me to a different location that then had even more horrible service and a TWO HOUR wait despite my having an appointment. At all costs avoid going to ANY quest for a blood draw.
A T: Everyone was really nice and the service was so fast, particularly as a walk-in. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the facilities. Quest Diagnostics should be ashamed to run a facility like this in such a run down, dirty looking operation. The employees are clearly doing the best with what they have, but I’m sure that many people don’t return because of the dilapidated state of this office. When you are having blood drawn, you want a clean facility. Floors and furniture were worn, stained, and dirty. Please invest in renovating your location!

Cat Banks: My mother is in 7 west such a bad unit the nurse here don't care. If you have family here make sure to visit every day and call status of your loved ones. The nurses hang at nurse station and ignore patients needs. I also worked at this hospital and was treated poorly aswell on this floor when I went to serve patients meals.

It was a Telehealth visit for intake, under 60 minutes.1st charge for the physician: $502 (okay, fine)2nd charge "Ancillary Charge": $719Ancillary charge was for the physican prepping the room for her call and using a laptop, according to a Supervisor at Boston Medical Center. I asked them why I wasn't given the option to have the intake appointment in person then, she said the charges would've been the same for the facility fee.Ae you kidding me?! $1,221 to talk to someone for an intake appt via zoom. I am absolutely beside myself. I don't even understand how that's possible. Disgusting.NP was wonderful though!
L L: My mother was admitted at BMC last month. She was in the trauma step down unit 3W. Due to the fact that she is elderly she was mistreated. She did not receive the care that she should have. Stephanie Grogan, the worse doctor in the place, who is a dentist playing doctor let her starve and refused to put a temporary tube to give her nutrition. She became very ill and nearly died. If you are sent there run if they put you in 3W and you are assigned doctor Grogan.

Angelica Rivera Williams: I have been a patient here for over 4 years, and This is an amazing practice. However I have come across twice with Natalya Voshchin, RN as my PCP was out of the office - In both occasions Natalya was very rude, unprofessional, and condescendent. She seems to be always rushing and does not seem to care about the patients. Needless to say, I will never go back to her and I would recommend her only to the perfectly healthy and no one else.
Jake Cohen: Avoid! Two weeks (and counting) to get prescription; gave me the wrong shot (!!!); and multiple weeks to get routine lab tests results back. Very disorganized and bad experience here.
Molly Loudon: If you are used to dealing with urban doctor and dentists offices, then i think you will be very happy with this office. Very clean and small, and generally no trouble getting an appointment at all. I find the staff very helpful, and the staff and doctors are wonderful and professional. While it is busy, a little hard to find, and no, there's definitely no parking, these are all to be expected in any downtown city setting.
