Chris Ferry: This place has been in business since the late 1800's, which is quite a feat considering how quickly these small places are closing. The gentleman I talked to was very friendly and talked to me about some of the history of the place.They have a wide variety of things inside and it's definitely worth stopping by for a few minutes just to look around and see some of the old items inside.

But her real value was in the support she provided during the 6-7 months period of construction, making sure items were shipped in a timely manner, answering numerous queries we had, and helping arrange installation schedules with our contractor. Ken Ben: I purchased a kitchen faucet and a water filter to go with it from this store. Turns out later that the filter does not work with this particular faucet. After discussing it with Kohler, they agreed to refund although it was past 90 days refund period. This was the second time I was using Kohler for a full-house renovation and I will be coming back for the third.
David Katz: Sarika Laddha is the BEST! We were kind of desperate, having bought the wrong toilet at another place, not knowing that we had a very small space. She was calm and efficient ... even when I called a few days later to say that I forgot to order a toilet seat. He had great recommendations and even drew a diagram of something to explain the difference between a pressure balance valve and a transfer valve. Don’t ask for anyone else but him and you will walk away relieved and happy to have received such outstanding customer service. Thank you Ron!

Fred Newman: We renovated 2 bathrooms during COVID. Our decorator recommended the Kohler Signature Store so that we could do one-stop shopping for all of the fixtures, cabinetry, etc. Ron Smith was the designer at Kohler who worked with us throughout the process. He was outstanding in helping us make the product selections, providing us with detailed documentation, keeping track of back-ordered items, handling changes, and just being a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend Ron and Kohler more highly.

Susan Cragin: Tried to close our business account in late April and get documents delivered to our office. It is now late August and I have no records and no delivery date. Customer service is incompetent, obscure, frustrating, time-consuming, illogical, unresponsive, repetitive, and a host of other unpleasant adjectives. If I could give them a negative review I would. But at the same time they have the nerve to keep charging the monthly storage fee, and telling me I can't get my records unless "all invoices are paid up."So I went to the BBB and finally...finally got an email that they were delivering Friday before 5:00. Well they never showed up. They had my email, my cell phone, and they never called to say they weren't coming.So I still don't have my records. To make things clear, they are holding the microfilm backup for all the property records of Merrimack County, New Hampshire.And the heavens only know where they are.I just got ANOTHER form email saying that my delivery date was sometime in September. I am beyond frustrated.
Ray Wilburn: Iron Mountain has to be the worst company to deal with. We have been trying to purge records for over 8 months and have yet to have communication from the same person twice. They are still charging us storage fees even though we have requested record purging 8 months ago. Their customer service department can't figure out how to follow up with operations and they won't even let you talk to a manager. If you have records in storage at IRON MOUNTAIN I would recommend you move them elsewhere. BUT good luck with that as they don't respond to customer requests to close accounts. STAY AWAY
Adam Mallet: Believe the poor reviews. I'd get quicker shredding service by utilizing a pair of scissors. My company signed up for their shredding service on a once-a-month basis. It's been a year and I still have to call to complain month in and month out because they simply DO NOT SHOW UP at all. It's alarming to see that a company which prides itself on how "secure" they are cant figure out the simplest logistical task of actually showing up on a schedule to conduct the shredding services we are paying for. Instead, I waste upwards of an hour once a month waiting on hold, having to beg them to come out because of my overflowing shred receptacles. They DO NOT allow you to have and kind of client rep information to straighten out problems and you walk away from the customer service call wondering whether anything will actually get done (50/50). I'll be cancelling my shredding service with them this month and finding an alternative. Maybe hire a child with a pair of Crayola scissors as I have faith that they'd actually show up and it'd be a marked improvement from this "(un)professional company".

RetroBlue Plays: They kept sending me on wild goose chases about job opportunities, including forcing me to make people sign documents as "witnesses" when their own employees were the ones who had to sign such documents, telling me a position suddenly was filled up when I submitted my application providing personal and BANK info, and then sending me off to start on my first day of work at one of their locations on a made up street address which no one ever knew where it was located. I get this air of this company being a scam program overall.
Master Gnome: Driver currently hauling trailer 11942 on I-70 in St. Louis, MO on 12/22 at 15:24 CST is driving while on his phone. He almost rear ended us and wasn't paying attention when we were trying to pass from the right lane.

Whenever I have to deal with this company I know to allow at least 2 hours of my time because of the continual need to call back and repeat my requests/issues, etc. Worst company with whom I've ever dealt. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.
Nina Nelson: Need -25 stars for this one. I tried to get Iron Mountain in Oakland, CA to pick up 4 boxes from the Federal courthouse and shred them. After patiently trying to work with their overseas dispatchers (because it is impossible reach an office or driver directly and you never get the same dispatcher twice) over the course of 13 days, I gave up and found another service that got the job done in 3 hours. It was ridiculous and unnecessary.
mark poplawski: I was unfortunate enough to work at this god awful company for almost 13 years. They let me go while I was supposed to be on FMLA leave. On top of that my ‘co-workers’ were some of the most incompetent I have ever worked with. Losing boxes and files containing customers crucial information and just sweeping it under the rug. They are the kings of inadvertent disclosures. So glad I am no longer working for a company that could care less about its harder working employees.
Ajishra Support: If I can give them rating in negative, I will definitely do that. Worst service . I'm trying to get the records for the past 7 months, and yet didn't receive a bit of paper. Worst customer service. The manager Sabrina Jackson won't answer or return your calls. Very disappointed.
jz twinzmom: Iron Mountain is a COMPLETE rip off. You can get yourself a storage unit (even a climate controlled one) for a fraction of the price. I don't mind that they charge a fee for pulling your things from storage, or even putting them back once you're done - it's the UNREASONABLE fee to NOT put things back into storage that boggles my brain. (We are talking THOUSANDS of dollars). They are a bunch of crooks - and if you search enough online you'll see that I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Beau Cote: We live local so this is our local hardware store. We used to go to the Watertown location and between the two this one is better. Register staff is generally always helpful. Staff around the store are generally not. I came to buy a Makita saw recently when the Milwaukee rep was there and literally nobody would help unlock the cage so I could buy the saw and they were all talking behind my back to the Milwaukee rep about how I didn’t know what I was doing. If you’re going to keep things behind lock and key, then have staff appropriately around the store to help. It’ll probably do the job if you need to come here but don’t expect much help. Plan ahead.
Bob Schoenberg: The store had various strong chemical smells that I had to leave. Two items I wanted they didn't have. Never found the 3rd one because I had to leave the store to get some fresh air. I like shopping at Home Depot, but not this one. I was with a friend who also had to leave because the fumes were stinging her eyes.

He got his license in 1971 and was a wealth of knowledge as he tried to help us with connectors for a portable dishwasher. Unfortunately, we couldn’t solve the problem as HD did not have the part but we were appreciative of this gentleman’s patience and help. Thank you.

Christine Kramar: $10 for a container of cut cantaloupe or other melons. Mixed berries well over $12. Salad bar starts at $10.99. A prime example of why families have trouble being able to afford living downtown and having the ability to afford healthy food.

Prices are a little on the high side, but not exorbitant, and the selection is somewhat limited, but they do offer a good variety of pre-prepared meals and side dishes, as well as deli and sushi (the sushi, though, is not particularly good, even for premade grocery sushi; paper thin and not very tasty.) The store is generally pretty clean, but often pretty crowded, especially near commuting hours.
