Kelly F: Bought my engagement band & wedding band here (and had them set my diamond). I had a great experience with Melissa and Kayla, and a poor experience with John on multiple occasions. Melissa and Kayla were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me. John, on multiple occasions, made both my husband and I feel uncomfortable as he questioned us why we didn’t buy our diamond from them, how much we paid, where we bought it & how we made a mistake, how it will have no value in a few years (lab) and on and on. When we deferred answering his questions he grew clearly irritable. He was pushing sales for rings that my husband did not like, and even told my husband “pick any ring, get married, and then come back within 30 days to exchange for one you like”…. Definitely only cares about commission and doesn’t like to take no for an answer. He also lied and told us we could not go to Dedham location which mgr Ashley later said was false. John also told me that although I bought both bands there with insurance and had them set the stone, he will not even eye the stone because it’s not from Jared and “too bad” when I said the prongs/stone is loose. Moving forward we will only work with the female staff or visit other locations. John unfortunately really put a damper on what was suppose to be a great time ring shopping and added unnecessary stress.

He answered every single question and even taught me everything I needed to know. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable with every sentence he spoke. She had the patience to sit with me for over 2hrs, pencil-draw a customized design for a kind of ring i was had in my mind for buying, patiently sit down and calculate the weight and size of every single stone that would have gone into the making of that ring to fit my budget..only to dismiss the idea (coz it didn't turn out to be exactly the size I would have wanted and also fit my budget) and then find me a pre-made ring that was perfect!!! If there were 100 stars i would have given them to Ms Ashley for her professionalism, warmth, compassion, and patience! Couldn't have had a better experience!!!!! 100 out of 5 stars!!!

Manica Pierrette: My sister wanted to compare styles for her hand to share with her fiancé. I picked this location to look at engagement rings with my sisters last minute. We had gone to a smaller mom and pop shop right before but they didn’t have many options. We were directed to Ashley the GM, she was so incredible! We loved her personality, her patience, her transparency and she seemed so genuine. The other staff were friendly as well and seem to love working with her as well. Ashley even cleaned and steamed my own wedding ring and band while we looked at styles for my sister. Ashley is awesome and I’d recommend anyone looking at rings stop by this location!

However, when we were being helped and they were typing up our ring choices, they assumed we were paying right there. We told them that we had a couple other jewelry stores to look at and we basically got push away. After that reaction we will definitely NOT be giving them our services and we were willing to pay good money for the rings. We just wanted to look at options. NOT PROFESSIONAL REACTION
