B T: Went here to pick up a suit needed for a wedding the following day. The employee working there, Chris, helped me get a perfect complete outfit in no time at all. He provided plenty of options and suggestions, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing there. Very professional, and great fitting suits! Have already recommended them to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back.

I had a number of alterations done to my most recent suit and the staff did the work with enthusiasm. They really take pleasure in knowing a customer feels good in the suit they buy here.

William Maye: Joe was absolutely wonderful-- best customer service in as long as I can remember. My boyfriend bombed into the Ludlow Shop half an hour before the store closed, drenched in sweat, carrying his bike, with me sheepishly trailing behind in my post-barre clothes (I'm posting this review from his account). Joe didn't bat an eye, he just offered us both water and started making calm, cool-headed recommendations. My boyfriend needed a suit for a client meeting tomorrow, and walked out with a full ensemble from suit, to shoes, to pocket square. I will be recommending the Ludlow Shop at Copley to everyone I know from now on. The clothes are modern, debonair and impeccably made. The service was unparalleled. I'll be sending my boyfriend here from now on, and I know he'll be in good hands.

K H: Made an online return there this week which included my receipt and returned items with tags.Because the window of 60 days had passed, the woman with brown short hair and glasses at the counter reinforced their policy and rudely told me they dont usually takes returns past 60 days.However, because I never do it she'd grant me a pass out of courtesy. She then proceeded to examine each item of clothing and question my integrity such as making comments.. "Has this been worn?" then incessantly repeating, again this is a courtesy.. as we dont usually accept returns passed 60 days...I just wanted to tell this woman off!!! Go back to your customer service manual of Jcrew and re-train on customer service etiquette. Also never ever treat a customer like that again. They are the reason you have a paycheck.Disgusted with Jcrew and their obnoxious clerks. The clothes and style aren't what they use to be. And now, this situation makes me think even less of the brand.

The woman who answered was clearly not pleased to be assisting me via the phone. She promptly reported they didn't have either item in stock. However, I made the decision to drive over anyway and found both items on the floor.

We visited at the end of the workday however Faune did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. In fact she went above and beyond to take care of our needs - she brought us cute outfit suggestions, answered all of our questions, and also made sure we took advantage of the promotion deals. She is one of the most professional and patient employees I've ever experienced at a retail store. The other employee Allen was also very kind - when we noted a dent on one of the pieces he immediately steamed it out and took care of it with a smile.

Tylden Dowell: I bought a watch from J.Crew about a year ago and recently found that it wasn't keeping good time. It wasn't the battery, and so I was apprehensive about approaching the store for a replacement. I didn't even buy it at the Natick store, and didn't have a receipt when I went in to ask about it, and the woman behind the counter replaced it on the spot, no questions asked. It was one of the easiest and most pleasant customer services experiences I've ever had, especially considering I thought it would be difficult. I highly recommend the staff at this location.

Bought an expensive pair of jeans there, got as Christmas present, tried on at Christmas they fit took tags off and hung in my closet. I went to wear a couple weeks after noticed weird jean misprint at knee. I was still within the 30 day return period had my receipt but tags were off. Store would not even give me a store credit for the jeans!!! Told me to call customer service, who were very pleasant! They told me store should take them back, went back inside and she still wouldn’t do it. Now have to go through hassle of shipping back with copy of my receipt and then they’ll credit me!I will never shop at that location again!
