Davi Lucas Da Silva Sousa: Best laundromat in East Boston!!! Well maintained and very clean. Lots of washers and dryers are available, and all the equipment is coin or card operated. Wash and fold services are available. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be coming back.

The owners are lovely and will pick up and deliver to your Hotel for a nominal price. You can't beat that. Just do it!!!

I dropped off all our comforters and bedding, and the process was seamless. Everything came back clean and not just masked with a floral scent. Natalie Garces: Clean with plenty of washers and dryers in different sizes. You pay for the wash, and the dryer is free. The owner is always on-site, taking great care of everything.
Hector Longoria: Great place, dryers are a bit on the weak side so you my have to add time with towels and heavy clothing. Attendants are on hand and are extremely helpful when in needed.Parking is limited so get there early if possible, especially Tues-Thurs when laundry is at a discounted rate 5:30am to 9:30am.Laundry at a discount, I truly appreciate the savings and the clean facility.

Joohee Muromcew: Used Nim Nim for the last time today. I don't know if they've had a change in management, but the customer service has become unacceptable over the past two years. I put in an order for dry cleaning (two day turnaround) and alterations (3 day turnaround). Both delivery days passed without a delivery. We called, emailed, and even drove out to their office because my child was leaving the country soon and needed her clothes back. NOT ONE RESPONSE. Today, the manager, Ria, said it was because it was the weekend, but their own app offered these delivery dates. She said I should have ordered RUSH service. I certainly would have, but why would I order RUSH if I didn't need it? Earlier this year, I sent 4 items for dry cleaning on February 19th. 3 items were delivered back on February 21st, but they didn't get the 4th item back to me until March 8th. November and August, similar situation where I emailed and texted them about a late delivery, but no response. For full disclosure they offered me a 50% refund on this most recent order, which I accepted because now I have to ship this clothing overseas.Services:Laundry wash fold,Dry cleaning,Alterations,Delivery

Scott McGinty: I do not recommend using NimNim services. I used NimNim several times without issue, however, they have proven themselves as dishonest and untrustworthy. I sent an item to NimNim for treatment and the company claims the item was never received to their backend team. I have tried to contact the company numerous times via phone call and email and they have stopped responding to my inquiries. One of the employees promised I would receive a credit to my account to reimburse the missing item and they have stopped responding to all communication. You should find a local provider that values their customers

nita muk: So, I requested for my laundry to be picked up in the evenings. I selected a time that they posted. After finalizing everything i got alert that 5 dollars from nim nim was withdrawn. Next 3 hrs i get a message from nim nim that my selected time could not be full filed, so i now had to negotiate when i can get my laundry picked up. So agreed to Saturday morning around 7 to 10 time frame. Cool, i waited and waited till 11:30 . Nobody came, so i left my house and went for an errand. Nim nim called at 11:55am stating they will come 15 mins before 12.. i was like what , i told them im not home and that they are pick up before the time window. They said we come pick up monday evening, did not receive a call or a text.. now that i check the order status it says picked up and currently wash n fold pending… ooh my god the worst laundry service please becareful.. i really dont know whats going on .. but i hope they are not being discriminating against my area. Also the number on the website for communicating with them is incorrect, also there email is very poor

Nicholas Schneider: BUYER BEWARE | Very poor service - first the order was several days late (which is fine), but they had marked it complete without delivering and when I requested an update, they just closed the ticket without resolving (until I reopened). Once the order was delivered, an expensive sweater was ruined (went from being adult sized to child sized) and the new ticket on this one was also closed without resolution until I re-opened.. finally they asked to pick up the sweater, which they did - at some point the ticket was closed without me having received the sweater back... they have now gone silent for weeks on the whereabouts of the item or any reconciliation for the issues... they used to be good a few years ago, but now cannot be trusted...Service:Delivery

Very helpful, nice and cool in the summer, very clean.Went to some other places in the neighborhood with coin operated machines and apparently you aren't permitted to launder your own clothes at those establishments.
Glenn Sparks: What a fabulous experience!! We were moving from a hotel near Fanueil Hall to one in Copley and needed to our laundry. A quick fifteen minute walk and we were there. Super clean facility with such helpful staff. And there is a coffee shop just steps away while you wait.A wash was $3.50 and the dryer was 25¢ for four minutes. A total of $5 and we had washed and dried all our clothes. Highly recommend!!

Sailed Out: Like everyone else said, the place is clean and up to date with nice washers/dryers BUT like many also said the owner is extremely overbearing. Unfortunately it surpasses helpfulness and is just plain intrusive and micromanaging. He even goes as far as to calculate approx how much you will be spending so that he can tell you that you are going to need more money (AT NO POINT WAS HE ASKED FOR HELP). It starts as soon as anyone walks in, even if you don't ask, even if you have no questions, person after person. I've never seen anything like it. It was really odd. It's a laundromat and I understand he's trying to protect his business but ppl just want to do their laundry in peace like "big kids" and not be watched "like a hawk" as someone else mentioned. I wish I could go there as needed bc it's super close to my home but I literally have to check and make sure the owner isn't there to ensure a peaceful stress free wash day. So I just go to the old school laundromat a little further away. It really is a nice place and he is nice, just not my style.

Robert Crawford: Place is OK.Not being super familiar with how the laundromat works, would have been nice to have a price list, or an explanation of what services are available but they didn't have that. The place is quite clean but a bit dusty and not very tidy.Having to buy loads of quarters here feels like something we should just leave behind in 2023 and pay direct on the machines.Didn't ruin any of my clothes, so that was good
Mirela Virlanuta: This used to be my go-to dry cleaner when I was living near them. After I moved, I drove for a long time to have them remove a slight stain from an off-white wool dress. The lady at the counter told me that they can only clean it if I sign a liability waiver, because they require that for all white clothes. She also said that they will probably damage it further, and I have to sign that I will pay them for the service, and that they will have no liability for it.This was never the case before, and I’ve had white clothes dry cleaned here before. Hopefully this helps to inform others who may want to get white garments dry cleaned here.
Jonathan Epstein: Terrible experience. Destroyed multiple items one instance and said it was my fault because buttons caused it. Made no sense and owner was a coward and said he was always busy when I asked to speak with him.
Dave Malia: This place was recommended to me for an event whilst in Boston - and with good reason. Fast turn around, excellent prices and friendly staff. Would use again if in town.
Maria S: They completely ruined 2 items. I asked for very simple alterations - enlarge armholes in 2 tops and narrow down one of them in the waist area. It took more than 2 weeks (even though they said it would be ready in one week). They apparently used inappropriate sewing machine and made HOLES everywhere around armpits. It was regular cotton fabric and I have never had such problems with any alteration service before. And they didn't narrow down in the waist, but instead narrowed the chest area what made it impossible to wear this top (I specifically asked them not to narrow down in the chest area because otherwise it would get uncomfortable). I noticed it only at home and just had to dispose of these two new tops which I liked. Never again.

G: I’ve been going to this laundromat for months, hoping for a better experience each time, but now I’ve had it with the rude staff at this place. Two stars because my clothes are clean. I could list all the times I’ve been made to feel uncomfortable, rushed, and unwelcome at this laundromat, but no one would want to read a review that long.Also, no “lost and found” at Lavanderia, which seems like a disservice to customers, and a waste of left-behind laundry. Other places nearby are cheaper for certain services, as well. And, why are staff so possessive over the trash bags? If they aren’t free, put up a sign.Basically, the staff here makes you feel like you’re an intruder, rather than a paying customer. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I sure will.

John Tatro: Prices are now $7.50 for a "triple" load (more like double) which is only 35 minutes btw, and a single load is $3.75 for only 25 minutes and they're not that big. I will say I'm not an avid laundromat explorer but I feel like these are smaller than average, and only have options for all warm/hot unless you pick cold/delicates. I guess the bathroom use is only for people she likes or something, told me to go next door but of course they're closed and nothing else around and said they dont have a bathroom here....very small and 90% of the machines are full of clothes thatre done and just sitting there with absolutely no one around....
Maddie DeHaven: Great experience! I’ve started going here regularly since it’s cheaper than the machines at my apartment. The employees are very nice and will exchange bills for quarters if you ask. Dryers are large and good for large items like comforters. The place is clean and has tables and ample outlets if you need to hang out while doing laundry. Definitely recommend!

RJ Hall: I have used this place twice. First time they lost all my bedding. Sheets pillow cases and everything. They lost it. They said I was crazy and that I didn’t bring it. Workers barely spoke English which made the experience all the more frustrating. Then 2 days later they called me saying they found it. Second time using them. I’m certain I’m missing things and I have gained new items that are not mine. Absolutely unprofessional.

Stephanie G: I used to drop off my comforters (full size, synthetic). I was initially charged $17.50 per piece on two previous occasions. Then, last I went, I was being charged $30 for the same item. The person spoke was the owner, an older lady and then she went from $30 to $25. I didn’t realize I had to bargain my laundry when consistent pricing on the chart and my history was less than what I was being told to pay.

The owner is great, and it seems like it's a family-run business. I can't recommend this laundromat enough.The prices *might* be a little higher than cheaper laundromats, but it's worth it to me. The machines clean your clothes well without being too hard on them, and it's a place I don't mind hanging out while I wait for my laundry since it's so nice and cozy.

There is a lot of seating including some leather chairs and a window view table for doing work. To pass the time there is free and fast WIFI.
