Boston Money: I would not refer Benjamin Duggan for anything regarding criminal matters.I was appointed Benjamin by West Roxbury District court. In my experience, he put in a few motions with no meat. I believe he works with the Judge and DA behind the scenes. Didnt put up 1 bit of a fight! He was supposed to put in a motion to suppress in my case based on Delaware VS Franks. Instead, he did it based on the 4 corner's of a affidavit without any physical evidence. I fired him! He kept trying to get me to take a deal even though I have a weak case! I definitely wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know!

Yin Yin: I had an attorney working on my case for a year before Jeff takes over. When I first time met Jeff, my case was in a devastating situation, because there were many potential problems, that were not address correctly, in the agreement and I was chased by the ex-husband attorney for unreasonable fees. Jeff spend extra time to review the supporting evidence in details and quickly put an action plan together. Within a month he had the ex-husband attorney to agree waiving whatever the fees before. His negotiation skill is beyond excellence. Meanwhile he was helping and educating me how this divorce negotiation works. Geri Morazzini: Twice I left messages and did not get a return call. 1st time I waited over a week for them to return my call after leaving a message with the secretary. Then called back requesting someone please call me as I was in need of help and the secretary said she will give them the message and I still have not heard back from anyone. This is incredibly unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
Li Chai: Peter made it easy to successfully navigate my first engagement with a relater lawyer. We had an issue in our condo deed and he helped us resolve it timely and professionally. When I tried calling their reception to re-schedule the phone xinsult, no one answered the phone, even though I tried calling several times during normal business hours, to verify that the missed consult was not due to a mistake on my end. This phone-consult no-show on their part has happened twice over the last three yEars with this law firm, and I will not be attempting to retain their services for a third time. I am a legally-blind, disabled older client, and for some reason, they repeatedly no-show to phone consults with me. This is Incredibly unprofessional behavior / business practices in their part.

They help underprivileged individuals/families the right to have legal representation, but they do cut the cord for what cases they are not willing to take on. So also find an alternate option. Just incase!!

Isabelle Eckelhoefer: I am a legally-blind, , lower-income, disadvantaged resident of Boston whose landlord (Oleg Eliseev of the Greenville Group) is retaliating against my tenancy because I have filed breach-of-habitability complaints with ISD against them (Greenville group) within the last few iminths. This landlord -- The Greenville Group -- has a history of engaging in retaliatory, DECEPTIVE business practices, and my tenancy is now being threatened. GBLS's housing division, (which has assisted me in the past against this same landlord) has refused to provide legal representation in this urgent matter, even though I am (again) a disabled, low-income tenant facing court-actipn from a retaliatory landlord. NO disabled, disadvantaged law-abiding tenant should be arbitrarily denied legal representation by an agency designed & contracted by the city to assist them. (See: pro-bono bar requirements). Any legal-aid agency that forces disabled, low-income tenants to represent themselves in court against well-founded and crooked, prejudicial , retalitory landlords should have their case-selectipn practices investigated. Kudos to Attorney K. Hardwick of GBLS, and to paralegal H.Bekele, who have been an incredible, dedicated, talented team who heroically represented me against my landlord in 2021, and saved my tenancy from retaliatory court action by the Greenville group. .Unfortunately for disabled clients such as myself, Attorney Hardwick has left GBLS and the organization's Housing divosion is now refusing to represent tenants who, like myself, are in immenet danger of losing their tenancies.
Bayo Cary: I, have several legal issues, that require legal representation, and not only, advice. Greater Boston Legal Services, only provides legal services, to low income clients, with issues related to housing and evictions, and for no other, problems. There, are not enough, pro Bono services, available, in Boston, MA. Lawyers, are supposed to participate, in pro Bono legal services, to maintain their Bar Membership, to practice law-and, they do not, do it, most of the time. Pro Bono legal services, are generally not available, to poor or low income-for most relevant legal problems, not anywhere in America.
