Todd Hawk: Delicious!
Sameera Luthur: Just arrived in Boston and tried to get something quick to eat. The reviews were promising but it was not good. The food was try, not much flavor. The place was dirty and the staff person had a “take what I give you and go”
Anees Ahmed: I found them closed ...not sure if they are still in business...couldn't try their food
Katie Pelkey: My partner and I stopped in for a quick bite on a rainy afternoon. The man and woman at the register were both extremely warm and friendly, the food was reasonably priced, and very tasty. While we were enjoying our food, the owner came by and gave us two cookies on the house, which was such a sweet surprise. I highly recommend stopping in to support this charming local business! 🙂
Tj Shenoy: Employees were nice. But food was very disappointing. Nothing authentic about this place
Qasim Alahmed: The chicken shawarma was dry, not sure if it was been setting for a while or needed more sauce and the soda wasn't cold. However, was satisfied with food and service.
Enas Alnajjar: The best falafel and authentic middle eastern food in Boston. Not only was the food delicious and presented beautifully, the customer service was also amazing - they are incredibly gracious and kind. I will definitely be going back regularly.

Brian Nissen: Friendly and delicious! Excellent customer service!
Abdulhadi Jfri: Worst Schwarma tried so far here. The place is not clean at all and the serve does not look welcoming at all. Bad experience, I even felt bad to give the food to a homeless. I asked him what do you put inside and he didn’t mention fries and I don’t eat fries .. not recommended

We had the generous and delicious falafel plate served with all the fixings (lettuce, radish, pickled beets, pickles, tomato, dressing). After that we had the falafel bites which are adorable quarter size bites. The babaganoush was my favorite style; creamy and full of flavor. Although not our favorite item, the za'tar flat bread was good. The staff was friendly and attentive. The prices are good. Vela Wang: Charged me a plate price for my roll. I didn’t realized it immediately as it was my first time eat here. Will not go back to give them the second chance to bilk.

sergiu gorgan: Best food in town, strongly suggest !!!!
Emily Morrison: This is one of the top 3 best falafel pita wraps in Boston in my opinion - and it comes loaded with toppings, flavor, and tons of freshness. Be aware that this place is packed (the line doubles around the whole store) from 12pm - 1pm so either be prepared to be patient or come by on off-peak hours. Counter service is incredibly fast and I have yet to be disappointed here in the food or service.
Food Advisor: The pita was disapointed, to dry, not enough spicy 🙁
Marc Martorana: Excellent spot. Quality sandwiches and great service
Daniel Shafrir: Great hummus!

Kareem's Restaurant: what do users think?
Kenny tv kenny TV (KennyTV): I tried this place this the old guy is the owner he make me a plate was too old the food left over and he charge twice of the money I don’t recommend it
kenny salayi: I order food for me and my wife on May 22 -2020 the food was left over and to expensive I get 2 plate $74 not A Good deal Not good Food not Go to this place???
Jackie Chang: I love coming back to this place again and again. The menu is always slightly different. The food is always delicious. The kanafeh is to die for.
Barmak Heshmat: Amazing food from a syrian chef.
Lolita Trachtengerts: So goooood
Asem Ghanim: The food is extremely delicious. It was prepared right in front of us as we enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. The food is a bit over priced, but is totally worth it. Make sure you have cash or check as they don't accept cards! Oops!Oh, and walk ins are welcome but it's better to set an appointment. Seems like their menus change over the week, so calling in advance would be a good idea anyway.
David Walch: I went to Kareem's with my wife and we had the pita & hummus, a salad, and some grilled chicken and some vegetarian dish (wife ordered, but don't remember the name of). Everything was fantastic. Fresh, simple and healthy. Would definitely recommend!
Arthur Safira: I loved the experience here! The food definitely comes through in flavor and homeliness. I'm not sure there are any dishes I would not recommend. Definitely have a chat with the chef!
Colin: Great food. Great experience.
David Meshoulam: Some of the best middle Eastern food in Boston! Make sure to call ahead
Sabriya Syed: We took a wonderful cooking class with Ahmad in October 2016. Ahmad walked us through the steps for making Lahmahjun and Zatar bread, tabouleh, and Fattet Hummus. The cooking class was fun and interactive. We strained the chick peas, learned how to cut parsley properly, rolled out the dough, and taste tested items as they were completed. Ahmed's class was also interspersed with short lessons on Syria's rich history. At the end of class, we dined on the Fattet Hummus and tabouleh and were treated to some delicious pomegranate juice and Kannafa for dessert. Overall, the cooking class was very enjoyable for the 11 participants. We walked away with a great appreciation for Syrian cuisine and will be sure to return.
Erius Houston: OMG I am so glad to learn that Ahmad is back because he and his cuisine have been sorely missed for the past 10 years or so since he closed Kareems on Mt. Auburn St! My family and I had many fabulous dinners there, and my Armenian friend Joe (who searched the world for the best Falafel), declared Kareems to be the best he ever had.I remember the baby eggplants that he would pickle for 6 months - they weren't cheap - but they were always worth the price. So - I have not been to the New Kareems - but I will go soon!!! Ahmad does not (did not) compromise on quality...
mohamed martini: Awesome arabic food, extraordinary deserts, familial atmosphere, very suitable for dating but a little expensive though.

Kevin Donoghue: A great place. The food was wonderful. The Hummus is the best I have ever had. The amount of food you receive for the price has to be seen to believe. It a wonderful family owned restaurant right on Mass Ave. At night we have never had any issues with parking.. still a wonderful time with great food.
Sarah Lip: I grew up in Cambridge and Cafe Barada was one of my favorite families go to dinner spots. There food is INCREDIBLE!! Family owned and the staff was always super kind to me and my sisters growing up. Highly recommend!!
dave j: very good lamb kabobs decent rice{nice touch with grilled tomato onion zucchini } tabbouleh/hummus
Evmorphia Stratis: Delicious & fresh! I got the chicken kebab pita with pickled turnips. The chicken was cooked perfectly and covered with just right amount of tahini sauce stuffed into a thin pita bread. I love the thin pitas! It was served with a fresh side salad delicately seasoned. The Arabic coffee was fabulous with just the right amount of infused cardamom. I usually take Greek and/or Arabic coffee with sugar - but this one didn’t need it. The pistachio baklava was divine, not too sweet with flavorful buttery layers of fillo. I can’t wait to go back!
