Jean Kracher: Thankfully I have been a client of Dr. Dybdal for more than 10 years. He has helped me navigate the throes of mental illness with his knowledge of medication combinations, keen diagnostic skills, wisdom and expertise of both conventional and alternative treatment modalities. It was through the application of these interventions and his sincere compassion that I have enjoyed being healthy for more five years. He has helped me with such things as overcoming trauma, grief, anxiety and depression where others were never able to help me transcend these issues. I have also learned some very important and basic concepts such as advocating for myself, setting boundaries, accepting myself, and realizing I am important as an individual. jenn m: My new “doctor” recent grad of web md put my life in danger changing things to suit her license- if I thought I’d walk away I’d stay to sue and take her license/ they’re inconsistent and put me in serious danger- my doctors tried reasoning with her explaining the situation- she dug her heels in telling a neurologist “ if she needed that badly, then you write it” egos of two doctors and I wouldn’t trust them with my neighbors cat- I was there for. Years if I’m not safe no one is
Romina Kardashian: would be amazing if you could get a hold of someone on the phone, called every single day, waited from 8AM -4PM, on hold, every single day this week and last week, not one person ever picked up the phone once, psychiatrist left bmc and now cannot even get ahold of anyone to make a appointment with a new provider. Also had to stop all 5 of my psych meds cold turkey as the psychiatrist just up and left, psychiatrist name is Dorota Borkiewicz. Stuck with no provider, nobody to get ahold of, no medication. Thank you very much BMC for doing what you always do… NOTHING. Just a letter in the mail with no option to contact anyone, awesome.
TRN Rizzo: If you call, you will sit on hold for 45 minutes just to not receive an answer. I have been trying to contact this office for the last week. No response. Even left a message with their answering service. Didn’t receive a call back. I feel it’s quite unfair when our mental health treatment is in their hands.

J Giuliana: It was great for 3 years Dr. C (not sure if he's still there) and a nurse practitioner were cool. Then all of a sudden it wasn't. They do not like to prescribe anxiety and adhd meds together so if you have both, go elsewhere.

Anton 319: My rating is based on my family's recent dealings with the reception desk - in person and over the telephone. My initial contact was via a telecom with John and he was very helpful and informative. As a follow up to our telecom, I needed to come into the office to take care of a matter. The receptionist, Ms Thomasina Baker, was extremely helpful. We were in a predicament and she went above and beyond to assist us. In our situation, she could've easily taken the convenient route and just turned us away. However, she showed genuine compassion for our situation and diligently pursued various venues until finding a viable solution. We were so relieved that Ms Baker was able to assist us. Can't ask for more than a compassionate and competent front office.
Billy Mo: Pray you don't get Dr Ashley Burns then you mine as well read psych 101 at your local library. Just got by the basic text. Seems unable to comprehend not everyone will require the same treatment. For instance if you end up homeless. Cant see your 6 year old any more and it all happens within the 2 week period of one friend dying who died on your best friends for 25 years birthday who also died you'll basically get benedryl even though they may require something more than the basic Freudian diagnosis better yet what the government recommends now..But if you have money go then you'll get whatever you want
Kevin Chappie: I've been seeing Dr. Tae Woo Park for over a year now and very happy to have him as my doctor. I feel like he takes a legitimate interest in my mental health needs. He's just so helpful and invested in my treatment. I feel like he's always in my corner.

Will Change: Dr Lisa Bosco refused to help my daughter with her mental illness wanted to up her meds witch has been before with bad outcomes she needs to stay on her medication witch the doctor said no and if she don't up her Dr Lisa is medication that she will not get any more Dr Lisa Bosco should not be allowed to work with mental health problems she is a health risk
Connie Henry: I was wanting to die. Nothing mattered anymore. But these people talked and listened to me and showed they really cared. I was kept over night and for the first time I felt a little safe. I haven't felt safe anywhere at all in any level for years. They helped me and Im greatful for them being there. The best hospital I've ever been in is Tufts in Boston.

Aaron Maloy: I realize psychics aren't real, but every time I see her she knows what is really going on about things I don't remember disclosing much details about. With precision and accuracy. She is spot on with the real diagnoses of people I know, without disclosing too much about them. I never would have arrived at her conclusions, and they actually are very sound. I do not know what I would do without her. Really opened up my eyes and now I get it why my life has been the was it has. She is not taking new patients. Luckily I got in at the right time. She is not a psychic, just experienced, or something. Something. As a provider myself I can state that takes a certain kind of gift.

Tony Stark: I highly recommend DR.T . For years .I felt like I was just going in circles. .however DR.T from the first day I met her I felt something I had not felt in years and that was hope. She sat ,She listened to everything never looking at her watch or rushing me out. She made me feel like I mattered and that I was her only patient. Which of course I'm not but that's the treatment she provides is a security blanket of always being there. When I need her wether its 4am or x-mas day or a pharmacy issue shes on top of it. Shes very thorough getting all the details to best meet my needs and I may only see her once a month but in over 2 years shes helped shape and rebuild myself and my future and I cant thank her enough mental health care isnt something to be taken lightly or done alone and she knows that and that's why my life has gone from nope to hope.. and my familly loves the new me...thank you
Claire McQuin: I worked with Dr. Tilo for about a year - I saw her up until a cross-country move - and she is the best psychiatrist I've worked with, to date. Dr. Tilo listened to my experiences in the past and recommended different classes of medications, which lead to the most effective treatment I've ever received.It wasn't an easy process to find the right mix. Throughout the year, we tried many things that didn't work or did work but had adverse effects. Occasionally, I would need to remind Dr. Tilo of medications I'd tried and why we'd decided to discontinue their use. I always felt in control of my treatment and empowered to say "no" or "this isn't working for me."

Renee Chan: Dr. Tilo was fine with treating me during our first appointment, then switched my meds before seeing me a second time despite saying she wouldn’t until our next office visit. All of a sudden, she started throwing referrals at me and saying she didn’t want to see me again (I only saw her the one time) and that I should get a second opinion. Meanwhile, I’m on this new med that I’m not familiar with and a diagnosis I don’t know what to do with, and most of the referrals she gave me are for people who aren’t even currently taking new patients, if they respond at all. No continuity and no trust. Don’t see her if you want consistent treatment without being passed off to someone else!
Lisa Legault: Dr. Mukherjee came highly recommended from a close friend who had been seeing her for years. After putting off the initial phone call for months, I finally decided to give Dr. Tilo's office a call. From the moment I called her office to set up an appointment, I knew she was someone I could trust. Her calming, and caring nature was apparent over the phone. When I arrived at her Lexington office to meet Dr. Tilo for our initial appointment, she was respectful of my perspectives on my own feelings and opinions, and exceptionally sincere about the advice she offered . She made me feel at ease about what I was going through at the time, which made her advice and recommendations easy to follow. Her office was a serene place that made me feel comfortable, and her understanding and non-judgmental demeanor offered me solace. When Dr. Tilo moved her office to the Prudential Center in Boston, she offered to refer me to another doctor that was closer to my home. I appreciated Dr. Tilo's support and willingness to help me find another doctor, but, I decided to remain a patient of Dr. Tilo's. I look forward to my monthly appointments with Dr. Tilo, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who is a true professional that approaches her practice and patients in a caring manner.

jean colaneri: My husband had been prescribed several medications by Dr. Mukherjee. He saw her at the appointment with her and he stated that he was having suicidal thoughts. She took him off that medication. One month later she prescribed the same medication. One month later he died by suicide. The records from the office visits reflect all this information. I am still pondering holding her partially responsible for his death.

D Ac: The office staff will block access to your doctor. They will do this even if it endangers the child. Find somewhere else.
Elfy Gacha: Add another horrible review for Bressler. Not only is the front office process a nightmare, you can't count on them to honor their appointments. Started the scheduling process in June of last year, and here it is the week in March before my daughter's appointment, and they call to reschedule to a time we are not available. Why does this place even exist when the MGH's Lurie Center for Autism is so professionally and highly regarded worldwide?
Sarah Sheikh: Office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, despite having been seen here for years. If you enjoy not being belittled on the phone when calling to ask about prescription status, I suggest you find another practice.
Zazil Mardones: Itai B. Is literally a nightmare to schedule with. Extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. He tried to reschedule me to be seen earlier (did not really make a difference to me, but okay fine) when I let him know that the days he had given me did not work for me he rudely asked why not, what is so important that I cannot reschedule. I found it rude, at this point I will be looking somewhere else.
Bo Shang: literally the top research/clinical program for ASD in the world; doctors and staff are extremely affable; free parking ($50 value per trip) and perhaps other compensation if you participate in research; clinical alone is top notch too!
