Camille Inge: Overcharged and wrongly diagnosed. Burksy Locksmith came by to remove a key that was stuck in the door. The locksmith tried one tool for about 30 seconds before telling me it was impossible to remove, and they’d need to replace the whole lock for $400.He charged me $59 just for coming, and had me send the money to his personal Venmo (which seems shady).Charles Street Supply was able to come by and remove the stuck key easily, and only charged $50.
