Kath Martin: Walked in the store and every single employee had the longest face and so miserable not one person greeted or engaged even after asking how are they doing ? I left I won’t give a store business that won’t even acknowledge or have the common courtesy to greet a customer back.

Olivia C Siegel: Today I was accused by the manager of this Lululemon location of producing a fraudulent receipt to return clothes that I bought on the Lululemon website. He refused to allow the return, cited a "company policy" that you can't return over x number of items but refused to tell me what that number was, and suggested that I produced fake email receipts as well as a fake paper receipt. Afterwards, when I went to the location on Newbury to do the return I had no issues. Unrelated, but I will also add that I watched him help another customer evade tax law by putting the tax on a gift card. I know this all sounds ridiculous because it was and it is entirely the truth.
Ryan Taylor: Normally would have given 5 stars because of the military discount and the quality but now to get the military discount you have to create an account with the company. Complete garbage and very annoying.
Roaa Elgabrouny: Used to be my go-to store, but apparently they have a new change of management that’s just extremely rude. This store lost a customer for sure.
Bianca Dimailig: the store was clean and well kept however not all the employees were the nicest. One of the two employees at the dressing room was super sweet and kind but the other was not the kindest. However when another lady who came in from out of the country and was buying many things she was super kind, helpful, and talkative to her. Additionally I went to exchange leggings for another style and size and the tag said 98. However the checkout rang up 118 and I said the tag said 98 and she said they mistagged it and that was the price. I ended up just getting a tank. The next day I went to the newbury lululemon and they were the kindest. They told me lululemon has to honor the price tag and they were sorry that happened. I highly recommend going to the lululemon on newbury. It is 2 mins away from the prudential one, nicer people and a bigger store.
Emma Freeborn: After talking to the first store associate I ran into, I was about ready to walk back out. When she asked me if I needed help, I said yes I’d appreciate that because I didn’t know my size since I tended to wear off brand leggings. She just snickered at me.Maddie on the other hand was wonderful in helping me find the perfect pair of leggings. She is the reason I’m leaving a five star review. She was super patient and kind even though I didn’t know my size. I never felt embarrassed when talking to her, and it seemed like she genuinely wanted to help me. I appreciate all of her help and kindness, and I ended up leaving with my new favorite pair of leggings that fit perfectly!

Darvy Cruz: Had a so-so experience. I was greeted and offered service quickly, store was clean. The strange part was at the checkout. My husband grabbed two shorts for himself and a pair for me. He gave the sales girl his first responder id and she said in a not-so-clear and rude way that the discount was just for him. All the meanwhile disregarding my presence completely. We didn’t know what she meant and realized she only discounted his items and not mine. I find it odd that a husband can’t buy his wife items and that the sales person was awkward and invasive. If this very bizarre policy holds true then provide some training to the employees so they can communicate your policy without offending people’s spouses.

A J: I've been here a few times now. I'm not sure if things are just different here, but at other Lululemon's in the country I'm used to being greeted upon walking in and being helped around the store. The selection is decent, it's not a big store or anything though.

Cameron Salamone: This is one of their experiential stores, I was blown away! Right upstairs you have access to studios, a lounge, full locker rooms and a cafe. Incredible!

Millie Obregon: This store had a lot to offer as far as the variety in leggings, shirts, apparel, shoes, and jackets. The staff was also friendly as they helped me try on two different pair of shoes. I also found some good deals on the sale rack here so that made it an overall positive experience.

Andrew Huang: This is the best Lululemon store I've visited with the largest selection of men's clothing, out of 4 locations total, including Prudential, Seaport, and Wrentham. This location also has the best staff by far from my experience.Lytle helped me in May 2023. Elise (spelling?), Lisa, and someone else whose name I didn't catch helped me in December 2022. Each one of them was friendly and extremely enthusiastic. They really worked to help find me something I would like by listening to what I liked and didn't like about the items I tried on.

Boston Web: The worst stores ever!!! I spent over $600 in one day. One of the items was the wrong. Came back to exchange the for the right size but they did not have other size in stock. They keep on asking me if I wanted the same item in a different color and I said no I really just want what I paid for. Again they ask me if I wanted something different and I said no. And again another time he ask me if I would take another color… and again I said no. I then asked for a return of my money and they said I can order the item for you online and ship it to you. And again please just give me a refund.After all that they then said to me they won’t return the item I asked speak to the manager and the manager said the same thing. Then I asked why and they said all their sales are final but I ask why because it wasn’t on a final sale rack and it’s a regular item at full price that they sold me but they did not care. Then ask them to look up my account because I bought the same item in the pass in a different color but wrong size again and they exchange it in the pass so why is it different now. They had no excuse…… I ask them to show me a final sale sign in the store or on my receipt but nothing just a look……….. I believe the store has goals and they don’t like to give refunds so be very very careful what you buy from them. I also believe this might be also against Massachusetts return policy.Ps - look at my account I never put a bad review.
tran walsh-cunnane: Wicked awesome super friendly AND helpful staff. My wife and I aren’t Lululemon savy and the intriguing staff helped us pick out yoga pants for our daughter (🎄). Would glady return in a heartbeat if we’re up that way (we drove from Cape Cod). Can’t say enough good things about the staff and the store! THANK YOU! 👍🏼😀
Phillip Page: This is the last time I'll step foot in this company storsThey sale cheep merchandise in a very expensive price and when you have a problem with the merchandise they dont stand behind it and giving you the round a round customer service online are horrible and it's a waist of time they dont do any effort to help they keep repeating the same answer again and again and again until you dont have any choice just to hung up and call it a lost so do your self a favor you want cheep stuff that will last longer then lulu lemon go other place you can tell by the name they sale you lemon
