We spent 4k on this vehicle just to find out that it needs $2500 worth of repairs to pass inspection. Mr You: ***BEWARE** Never buy any vehicle here. The cars looks good outside as they are part of the body shop but are horrible inside. They sell you the car telling all lies. I bought a car here and as soon as I drove it on the freeway the check engine light came. Went back many times they didn't even look at the vehicle just parked it outside for days so had to get it repaired at another shop for $1500 to pass the inspection. cesar viasus: I'm a little bit dissatisfied. Let me explain the Honda Pilot that I purchases at Prestige Motors, brakes were making noise. When I took it home wasn't too bad, the next day it was unbearable. So I came back and told the salesperson. He said that they won't cover this problem. So I went and replace the brakes and the mechanic said it's against the law to sell a car with the brake pads being less than 50%. So he replaced the pads with metallic pads and said they will be ok for now, but they should have been factory-recommended and routers redone. Now I heard noise from the motor when I start it, this Prestige Motors in Hyde Park Ave they don't fix the card when the owner goes to the AUTO AUCTION and buys the cards he just sales the way the come from the AUTO AUCTION please please do you owner work before you purchases a car for this please.

Mr. Singh: Hello everyone I would like to review boch exotics. This place has a privacy policy on thier website that they do not sell customers information however they state they can store information with consent only. I emailed boch exotics to opt out of thier network. Where I was then greeted by Kathleen M. Genova. She told me that they don't sell customers information to other agencies I said I understand but I'd like to opt out. She then asked me to forward a email that I never received regarding this ordeal of information. I told her I used a service that reduces my digital footprint and they indicted that Bochexotics stores information. She then proceeded to ask me for that email I told her theres no email I used a service. She was unable to comprehend that. Bochexotics please hire competent employees who can solve simple privacy matters.
Michael G: Stopped by two weeks ago with my brother to view the inventory and I must say that the experience we had was not what I expected. It was better. Maria was amazing! She showed us the inventory and spent time answering all of our questions. It was a great experience and she helped me have a new appreciation for the Ferrari. I was more of a Lambo guy myself but now I'm not so sure. Thanks for the experience and it meant more than you may know. We were helped by Esmael Rodrigues, an energetic young guy who knows the ropes. We called Esmael a week ago because he had been so nice to us last fall. We were able to make a deal for a new Maserati within an hour - at a great price that we couldn't refuse.I would highly recommend that you deal with Esmael. He has a great personality and knows how to get a deal done.
Jesse Censullo: If I could give no stars I would. Details are everything, right? Well they are not detail oriented at boch exotics!1- They gave me 2 keys for my used Benz I bought. 1 didn't work, after much hassle they replaced it. It took 3-4 weeks. Who doesn't check to see if both worked? I did first thing.2-Then the tires. They put a brand new set of tires on the car, Nice. BUT they couldn't figure out the correct tire pressure for the fronts and the rears. They were off by 10 psi. ALL THE TIRES.3- ok so I went to get snows for the winter and it turns out they installed the tires all screwed up. The wider tire was supposed to go on the back and narrower ones on the front. WELL they put one wide on the left front and one on the right rear then the other narrower ones --one on the right front and on on the right rear.4- one tire Boch had installed had a chunk missing out of the bead! Boch ended up Buying me 2 new tires.4- To top it off I heard something rattling in the trunk and found that the spare was not secured in it place. I secured it and no more rattle.5- Oh yeah 3-4 times I inquired about the Manufacturer's Warranty. The salesperson, the sales manager and the dealer manager all told me it was no longer under the manufacturer's warranty even after I pointed out it should be, as the way I read the paperwork. Mercedes Benz agreed with me and it's still covered till 2/2017. 9 months were left on the warranty!Oh and what a cheesy Sales Mgr. While negotiating the price on the car he kept saying " you're talking thousands and we're talking hundreds" off the asking price. He said this at least 8-10 times finally in frustration I said" you haven't said anything yet GIVE ME A NUMBER" What a completely loser dealership. Enzo should be ashamed of the way that place is run. I figure Mr. Boch doesn't seem to care.They are terrible at the details, check everything. Don't trust them to really know what they are doing.Thank You and have a Nice Day,Jesse

Danielle Ascani: DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. Multiple cars on their website state that they are “lemons”. After speaking with a representative he played it off like parts were on back order. Please do your research and read very carefully.

Charlie Silver: Spent my evening driving from Rhode Island to look at a Tesla Model 3. I had an appointment with Bobby who made me wait for 30 minutes. No big deal, we all run late sometimes. While I was in, a woman who had just purchased an Audi Q7 was there just a couple hours after picking up her car because her tire pressure sensor was going off. Although they fixed it, Bobby tried to blame it on her and said "you probably just ran over a nail after picking it up" to which she responded that she had driven it only once so far. Anyways, I was very interested in the Tesla I had found online as it was exactly what I was looking for, but after visiting the dealership, it was clear that this was not a place I would ever purchase a car from. Bobby was extremely unfriendly and seemed as though he had no interest in actually selling the car. He barely said hi to me and just led me over to the car, unlocked it, and then left and went to do something else. He did not ask if I have any questions and seemed angry at me for even being there. I have never felt so disrespected by a car salesman. I am young so that may be why he was not taking me seriously, but I showed up in a Range Rover and was actually looking to purchase a new car. I do not understand why Bobby was so disrespectful and unhelpful, as he very well may have had a customer if he hadn't treated me so badly. They seem to have a response back to all of the negative reviews justifying on their end and I am looking forward to seeing what their response to this is. Absolutely horrible experience. STEER CLEAR OF BOSTON FOREIGN MOTOR.
Greg McElroy: Both gentlemen there were very helpful and informative. They wasted no time and were straight forward in assisting me. They allowed me to take my time without trying to convince me to purchase. Each test drive was enjoyable. They have a great car selection to choose from. It might even be difficult to choose. Im happy with my purchase and this will probably be my first stop for my next car.
Clas Linnman: Bough a car from these guys (Shaun) and the whole process was a pain. Car was more expensive that blue-book, and the seller had a ton of tricks to confuse me when negotiating the price.Car fax was not shown, then the registration took several weeks (I had to register the car in another state, but was told this would be a matter of days). While waiting for the car, they did not communicate what was going on, and when I finally got the car (about a month delayed) they lied about why they were so slow and blamed the DMV (records indicated that the DMV responded immediately, then papers sat on their desks for a week or more despite my repeated calls).I took the car to get serviced and inspected, only to find out that they had put cheap tires on that do not meet the inspection, so that is another 500 bucks!When I talked to the seller about these concerns, and told him I was not satisfied as he had madepromises he did not keep, he talked back to me and told me "you know you can´t always get what you want".Their business model is basically to buy lemons from California, only tell clients minimal information unless explicitly asked, and then add fees and fumble with papers as much as they can get away with.Stay away from these guys.Update: 7 years later. Car worked fine, but when I tried to sell it no dealer would take it as it has “Lemon law” on the title, so essentially no second hand value. Boston foreign motors did not explain this to me. Lesson learned.Regarding their comments below, my wife and I did buy a car from you in her name, and I am just not using my real name here as I am a professional and this is a review, not a formal complaint to your business model. The fact that you sold us a car with a lemon law title without explaining it to us (we were first time buyers and new to the US) just shows that you are not very serious about being a customer friendly business. Also, yes, tires on the car were approved, but as cheap as they come.
Michael Caffi: Milad Farahani was easy to work with and the cars were priced competitively. I opted for a newer model (Audi Q7) that had lower miles and still under warranty because it was the best price I had seen after looking for a couple of weeks in the greater Boston area. When I arrived for my appointment the car was ready to test drive and looked brand new inside and out. An hour later I had a deal, no games! Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a preowned luxury car.

Be ware even stepping foot on these guys property before they start calling you names or making faces at you. Tried to negotiate the price on a branded title car that got sold to them for $15,000 is now listed for over $30,000 people check the car fax reports on the cars from these guys because they won’t tell you what’s wrong.

David Girioni: Excellent experience. The car I purchased was exactly as I'd hoped from the online description and pictures. I travelled from Rhode Island after making an appointment with Bobby who was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The no-haggling price online was very fair and made it easy to focus on the details of the transaction rather than worry about whether or not I was getting the best deal. Bobby was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with - I will be calling him when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
Michael Feltis: Terrible experience. My wife purchased the car after we were told it had been driven several times and how it was in "amazing shape". Well, after the purchase and on our way home, a drivers side cv shaft starting clicking about 15 minutes into the drive, and 3 lights came on. ABS, Traction control, and brake light. I pulled over, and they did come and get it, not with a wrecker or flatbed mind you, but drove it back that way. (I'm sure that was good for it) and then told me they would get right to work on it, and apologized. Things happen, I get it, bad luck on my part. But from that point on, communication was TERRIBLE. After a few days had passed, I would text, and sometimes the salesman would reply the same day, but other times not get a response until a day or two later, if at all. Well, After fixing the shaft, the garage they were at couldn't fix the lights that were on. They took it to a "specialist" at a different shop who said the transfer case was bad and would need to be replaced. We asked where the car was exactly, (I mean at this point we own it, we have a right to know I would think) and the salesman would not tell us, just what town it was in. My wife asked the salesman several times through text if it was a new, used, or rebuilt transfer case, and he avoided the question every time. Claiming he didn't know what they installed and would have to find out and let us know. First of all, how do you not know as the customer of the specialist what he's installing? They are fixing what could be a several thousand dollar issue if it's new, or a several hundred dollar part if you just put a used one in. There's no way that wouldn't have been communicated before installation. She also asked several times through text if we could get a copy of the invoice for our personal records, price did not have to be included, just a copy so we know what work was done. The salesman didn't tell us that either and there was no paperwork in the car. About three weeks into this, my wife called the dealership and wanted to speak to the owner. The person on the phone was very rude to her, insisting he had to know who she was, and what she wanted, and then ended up hanging up on her! Anyway, long story short, they had the car for over a month before we finally received it. (Purchased Dec 10th, received Jan 12th)Aside from poor communication, side stepping important questions, eating up 32 days of my 90 day warranty, and being rude on the phone to my wife when she tried calling the owner of the dealership just to figure out what was going on, We will not be purchasing ever again from Boston Foreign Motor. Also, those 3 lights that came on and the "specialist" fixed with an "I'm assuming" used transfer case. they've come back on 3 different times since we got it 2 weeks ago. But there's NO WAY I'll be bringing the car back down there!

We wired Bobby the additional cash we were putting down and sent the check for the loan FedEx next day. Bobby facilitated an automotive hauler to deliver the Porsche to our house 800 plus miles away. M Kay: I'm inclined to agree with Steve R's review, it should be visible from a few months before I post this one. Check other sites for reviews on any establishment- especially this one. There are some padded good reviews from folks who were happy with their purchase (and ignored other factors) or window shoppers that were awed by the brand.In my opinion "3 strikes and you're out" is a understandable philosophy to employ...especially if you're a fan of a company. My favorite performance car brand has been Lamborghini for the longest time, with legends like the 1) Miura SV 2) Countach 25th Anniversary 3) Murcielago SV and many more. Giving the staff chances to behave right & them squandering it confirmed their discrimination. Just because myself or others are minorities or otherwise, doesn't mean staff have the right to be rude or anything. Perhaps being famous or dressing in a suit would help? Though my attire was never unkempt or offensive...Some time ago, with my first interaction with Lamborghini Boston, there was someone from the locations management staff talking to people. Excited about the prospect of purchasing an Aventador, me and my companion approached the man. Immediately his body language got hostile and indifferent. It made me shocked to see: if they treat a potential customer like this, how would a Lamborghini enthusiast, children, and others be treated? This brusque behavior made me irate and I started talking financing, ad personam, and other minutiae (which funnily enough, made him turn into the nicest person.) Ended up not closing on a deal.Second time, Lamborghini Boston had an Aventador on display and were letting everyone touch it, take pics, and sit in it. Waited for a right time to get my chance with the car and get hands on experience before plunking down money on such an expensive car. As soon as this long haired staff member saw me approach, he immediately went to shut off the car and close the door. They even went so far as to fabricate some issue regarding "the door's pump" which isn't an actual issue. Even if that was an issue with that model year Aventador, people shouldn't've been allowed to interact with a faulty car in any way. Third instance was at the New England Auto Show....can you believe as soon as they saw me near the booth they began to stare me down?? Using a nickname to post this review in fear of retaliation.Their inventory seems to be somewhat better as of late but usually it is mediocre. With these incidents it was disappointing, truly, to the point where I've directed friends and family to buy from rivals such as the Ferrari, McLaren, and other performance dealerships. I've closed in on a specific Lamborghini to purchase and will have to take it to one of the few shops with Lamborghini service experience or drive it out of state-will definitely not take it here.

When I arrived the vehicle was not there to see AND they started negotiating the car while I waited, then sold it to the previous customer. I was there with my son and this was going to be his first car. We left disappointed and surprised that such a high end dealership would do practices like this. I get it's a Toyota and not a Bentley, but it's the general principle that is wrong.

Boston Motorsports Maserati: what do users think?
Kevin Walsh: My 2014 Maserati started to go into "battery safe mode" about 6 months after buying it new from a local dealer. Battery safe mode shut off the radio, heated seats and bluetooth. I took my car to a local dealer and it must have been in the shop for 6 months or more over several years while they tried to fix the problem. I was always told Maserati techs at corporate were involved and suggesting the next steps. It never worked! Fast forward a couple years, I brought the car to Boston Motorsports. They fixed it! The team at Boston Motorsports was fantastic. They were very clear in communications, fair as to price of work done, and in the end proved their technical superiority to the other dealer and even the specialists at corporate. Boston Motorsports has earned by trust and business going forward. While I will never buy another Maserati (don't hold their value and a very poor experience with corporate), I love my car and it has had no issues other than the one described above. If anyone has this issue, you have to have them replace the battery cables that run from the trunk to the engine. Seems like a no brainer but the other dealership and corporate couldn't get it done! It is normally a $3k job and I think Maserati Corporate just didn't want to spend the $.

I worked with Asia, who was pleasant and helpful in discussing the car and negotiating the deal since I am not from the area. Once in the store, everything was incredibly prompt. There was no wasting my time. Way better than the places where you are stuck for hours. My car is perfect and was exactly as described by Asia. Once I decided to purchase, it was only about 15 mins to close. I highly recommend.

Jacob Blalock: Boston Motorsports can not be trusted. Buyer beware! Purchased a new Maserati Trofeo from out of state, and vehicle was delivered damaged. Estimate confirmed over $19,000 in damage. Boston Motorsports claimed they could repair the vehicle if not for the distance between Boston and California. Boston Motorsports asked me to take damaged vehicle to a repair center, and they'd cover repair costs. They did not. I paid to ship the vehicle back to Boston Motorsports. They did not repair the damage. Although I have paid 6 monthly auto and insurance payments, I have not been able to drive the vehicle as this will most likely end in court. I have reached out to Maserati of North America to intervene. Aside from Boston Motorsports' fraudulent behavior, they still owe me approximately $1,500 reimbursement from the initial purchase transaction. Boston Motorsports can not be trusted. Buyer beware!

The whole experience from when I arrived for a test drive was perfect. Adam allowed me to test the car as I wanted and was there to answer questions and guidance. I'm no expert but I know enough to realize I got a very good deal on a tremendous car. I highly recommend Copley especially when the popular auction sites get a buyers fee on top of the final amount. James Tapper: I contacted Adam Check to discuss purchasing a 1998 Porsche C2S, I tried calling to speak with someone and ended up leaving a voicemail containing my phone number and email, I quickly received an email response. After exchanging emails, discussing my plans for a PPI, I was told that I needed to get the deal done within the same week (this was Tuesday) and it would be best if I had my PPI done by "their guy". Maybe this person is reputable, but I couldn't find any information about this person or their associated business. As you can imagine, I would not purchase a car inspected by someone I don't know. I stated that I would need a reputable dealer (Porsche Dealer nearby) to perform the PPI, leak-down test, etc. At first I was being pressured to get the deal done "this week" and that waiting 2 weeks for a PPI at a dealer wouldn't be acceptable, then shortly afterwards a PPI through my own party was acceptable.I made an offer on the vehicle which I was clearly told had been accepted. After accepting my offer, I began to start making arrangements for a PPI and began planning to fly up to visit the dealer, inspect the car and meet the Porsche dealer before/after their PPI. All of which was going to be done within a reasonable amount of time.5 hours after confirming my offer had been accepted, I receive an email that a better offer had been accepted and the sale would close this week, the reasoning I was given was that I failed to supply information for their sales agreement (no information had been requested since my offer was accepted).This was my experience with Copley Motorcars and Adam Check. Proceed with caution.

Stu Carpenter and his wife Caren are awesome people and support the local neighborhood and local business. Stu has has an excellent memory I contacted him back in 2016. My family was looking for a certain a white Mercedes S class sedan to be similar to my grandfather's car from 60's to 70's. Since then I've gone to events Stu & Caren have put on locals of Needham Massachusetts. This past year, Stu got in his inventory an S-Class coupe. He contacted me and set it up to have surprise test drive for my father on his birthday. Stu went out of his and let us take the car for the day. Stu made memory for my family that we will never forget. Took my father to blast in the past, when he was child and his father was alive. Stu has extreme knowledge of automobiles but his passion is even larger. This is the guy to find a car through.

Michael Goulde: I made an online appointment for one-year service on my 2023 BMW M550i. I was told the service would take about an hour. I called back a few days later and asked about getting a state inspection. They said the service would take about an hour and a half. I brought the car in and the service advisor said the service would take about two hours. After three hours, I told them to forget the car wash and give me the car. That's when I found out they didn't do the inspection I asked for! If I had known it was going to take 3 hours I would have dropped the car off and gone home. Instead, I sat in the waiting room for three hours! With no updates after the original estimate of two hours had passed. It seems to me that the person I spoke to on the phone and the Service Advisor were on different planets. I don't think the Service Advisor had any idea why I brought my car in. Geez!

Nick Lagas was a great client advisor and David Torres in the business office was very helpful in finalizing the purchase. frank hoffman: New car Sales manager yelled at me, told me I was a cheap fu….. and to go buy car somewhere else. Then I went to a leasing company who got the car I was looking to lease and leased me the car for $400 less a month for the same term with half the money down. I hate leaving bad reviews but this behavior was uncalled for.
