Shane MM: Great experience. Both attendants and advisors were on point. Was able to enjoy a Porsche 911 for a few days.
Tian Wen: I made a reservation on midsize sport sedan (Maserati ghibli or similar) but when I got there I found out they didn’t have those types of cars at all.What’s more surprising was that the staff said I could just pick up any car in the garage I want - I ended up getting an SUV instead (Maserati Levante). Cat itself was in very good shape and brand new model. I guess I’m not super upset because I paid for the cheapest option and got the chance to select any model they have?But it’s still very unacceptable that they don’t classify their vehicles to different prices as what the website does, so I suggest people just always select the lowest price vehicle type when you book here
Steve Mclaughlin: Terrible outfit at enterprise exotics at logan airport. Non responsive for 2 weeks. I must of called 2 dozen times. Left voice messages. Text messages. No one answers. No one responds. Are they even open you wonder.UPDATE: 6/23/22. Chris M. Responds to this review and i emailed him with my phone number and my email address. Unbelievably still no response from this company or him. Smh. You have to be kidding me.
Carter Coe: We had a poor experience, especially considering how much we paid for an exotic vehicle. The check-in process did not go well. We had a reservation that the agent could not find. He was also dismissive of my being upset that he took someone behind us in line before checking us in. The guys in the garage were very friendly. Unfortunately though, they gave us a Range Rover that seemed beat up. It had a shredded front tire sidewall, and it drove poorly. I’d rather drive my 2011 Toyota. I filled out a survey and heard nothing back. Pretty disappointing.
Aseel Al-Sufyani: Used hotwire to reserve my rental for 10 days a month before the due date. None refundable and it's the manger special. It did cost me 640 dollar after tax before insurance. I found out the manger special is a 2019 Corolla that done 60k miles on the Odo. If that's not enough, they lost the keys to that car and I had to move my luggage to a different old dirty smelly Honda.If this is a good deal to you, then I would really recommend it exclusively to you.(Update) the guys from the care has reached out and had the chance to change the rental to a perfect one. The lesson is never go for manger special and rent it directly from the service provider skip the middle man (HOTWIRE). THANKS CARE TEAM
David Le: It was a good experience with Enterprise exotic car rental. George was able to get me set up with a car quick. Everything was a smooth transaction. The only down fall was the car was not maintained properly, resulting to the tire light coming on due to low pressure, as well as the front two tires being bald around the edges. It was quite a scary ride in the rain while going about 40mph. You can heard a loud humming noise. After I returned the car, Steve Biagioni and Lily Brown was able to accommodate me regarding my concerns. It was the best customer service I had ever experienced at a car rental, and I really appreciated that. I definitely would recommend and will rent again!
Marc Parker: This service is a scam. The classified the car as a Audi R8 or Lamborghini, then when I showed up they gave me a Jaguar F-Type and claimed it was in the same super sports car classification. Billed the same amount, which is fine, but never mentioned that the car I got was in a different classification. Whatever you do don’t book the super sports car cause I don’t think they even exist. Disappointing.
Ben Vinzant: Wanted to rent a vehicle in the super car class for a week. Description is an Audi R8, a Maserati, an Aston Martin, or a like vehicle. Booked it online and then tried to call to confirm which vehicles were available. Called multiple times with no answer. Left a voicemail and sent a text message as requested on the recording. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone until we arrived. When we got there, none of these cars were available. I asked if they ever had them and she said no. Only option was a Jaguar. Website has a Ferrari and a Lamborghini showing as options. That’s a bit of false advertising compared to what the option was. If somebody is willing to pay for a vehicle of that caliber, I think there should be some communication beforehand so the customer is happy.

Yoshi Jbzy: Not a very good meet and great! I was advise they would have certain type of vehicles in case one didn’t work. They only had the one and we basically had to make it work! On top of that wasn’t advise it was a drop too! It was raining out. Just not the best experience but managers said they will look in to it. But car was pretty nice just little bumpy do to Boston streets being broken! Worth the price tho!!!

Douglas Tinker: I rented a Maserati. For that type of car and money it should be cleaned. Wheels had months worth of brake grime on them. Water spots all over car.
Alexa Plenge: We rented a Lincoln Navigator for an extended trip across a number of states. The car was new, with only about 900 miles on it and a very luxurious model. The pick up and drop experiences were streamlined and easy. We will rent from Exotic again!
Abdullah Furqan: I originally booked an “Elite SUV” but when arrived was told my car would be a Nissan Pathfinder, not sure how this could ever pass as an “elite” car so I had to pay an extra $130 to get a BMW X7 that wasn’t even cleaned. It was disgusting and disappointing to see crumbs, finger prints and trash in a car I just have to spent extra for. On top of that one would think the car should be cleaned at the least vacuumed before giving it to a customer, especially given the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall I’m disappointed
Marc Lauture: Ryan and Liz run a great operation at the airport location. Everyone is personable and they have an attention to detail and care that I’ve yet to experience outside of enterprise airport locations operation. Highly recommend this location when choosing your rental vehicle.

Matt and Wes make a fantastic team and were client-focused, easy to communicate with as well as going out of their way to make sure that the car was provided as a ‘home-delivery’. We rented a Porsche Macan S for the week that was in perfect condition so highly recommend the vehicle if someone is need of a compact SUV. Thank you!

Adrienne Balionis: I would leave 0 stars if I could. I reserved a midsize SUV to rent while I was in town. When I got to the counter, they told me the vehicle was not available and the only vehicles they had were a BMW sedan or midsize SUV. I was told I would get a discount since the vehicle I reserved was not available at $40/day. What she failed to mention was that this would be IN ADDITION to what I had already paid. Had I known it would be almost double the cost of the vehicle I had originally reserved, I would’ve gone to another company. Customer services response was very delayed and did not resolve my issue. I will not be renting from this company again. If you rent a vehicle, make sure you get a COMPLETE explanation or what you are paying for before signing their agreements.

It was supposed to be skip the counter (it wasn't had to wait in a long line) tried to up sale me I said no I already paid then told me I needed a toll tag for 30 bucks I said fine then added all the other stuff I had said no to I looked at him and said good try buddy take them off if I hadn't been paying attention would have been charged hundreds more. So we walk to go get our car no clue which one is ours do we just keep hitting the button they are all white till one beeps it was not the size of car we were supposed to get but at this point we said screw it we were not waiting in line again. Then we get out finally as the exit is broken yeahhhh, and the car is a piece of junk literally makes terrible noise just what we needed to attend my husband's father's funeral a horrible loud piece of junk car but we did not have time or the mental bandwidth to deal with it. We just were embarrassed. Plus we didn't realize until we had passes a couple tolls we were supposed to pull open the toll thing as I have never seen anything like that not one person was in the garage to go over the car with us for damage or explain anything. Never ever ever use this company!!!!

Lack of communication between those in the garage and general disorganization was at play.We eventually got the car, it was fine. However, when I returned it I left my new phone in the cabin. I located it remotely and set the alarm off so it could be found. It was found and never returned - someone in the garage stole my phone.Outrageous, unacceptable, dishonest. Never again.

It turns out that this information was not true. It was possible to pay the toll online with the license plate.

Fabrice DEBBASCH: I had reserved a certain type of car with a GPS. Upon arrival, I was told the model I had reserved was not available and the only option I had if I wanted a GPS was to rent a larger, more expensive car, with a GPS already included in the car. I asked for a demo. of the GPS and the person delivering the car to me said the GPS was not working at the moment because of signal acquisition problems at the airport, but that everything would be fine out of the airport. End result: the GPS never worked and I had to buy one form Best Buy. When I returned the car, a Sixt representative checked and confirmed the GPS was not working. I asked for a compensation and I never got it, I was charged the full price.My conclusion: avoid Sixt at all costs, at least at Logan Airport.

Aaron Rothrock: The rep told me that I would run into a lot of tolls on my way up to Woburn, MA from the Boston airport. So he sold me a toll transponder after I turned down the unlimited toll package. He stated that I would hit a toll as soon as I left the airport. I went through exactly zero tolls during my week of the car rental. That is money that I am not getting back. Not sure if the rep got a spiff on the upcharge but it was not good customer service. The car smelled like someone had smoked in it. It said it needed service and an oil change as soon as I turned it on. I would not recommend Sixt to anyone based on this rental!

lakshay chauhan: Worst customer service, the representative was not at all willing to help and wanted to cut the call on me. Asked for rates and he kept on saying just check online and in a loud tone. Have been renting from enterprise in revere, MA and believe me their customer service is a 100 times better than these people. Will never have a friend or family rent from this location in boston. Very rude and unprofessional.

joel lucoff: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Enterprise location and its staff. We rented a SUV through Costco. This location was far and away the lowest priced (including other nearby Enterprise locations). I was told that this was because the location was fairly new and Enterprise was trying to increase business. I am going to Boston again in October and checked prices. Apparently, Enterprise's low price idea worked. This location is still competitively priced but not always the cheapest. We were allowed to return the vehicle to the airport and I was even refunded the extra hour that I was charged. I agree with the other reviewers: Lauren and Ricky were fantastic. I plan to rent again for my next trip to Boston. I don't understand how someone could have a bad experience here.
