She went above and beyond showing us multiple units with different views around the building, was incredibly patient as we wanted to see our favorite units over again, and was always willing to work with our time schedule. Natalya made sure 30 Dalton felt like HOME. If you are just moving to the Boston area or currently in Boston looking for a new place, you can not go wrong with 30 Dalton!

Amber S.: I’ve been at 30 Dalton for a year and it is a great apartment community! You can’t ask for a better location in Back Bay / Boston, with all the essentials (3 grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, restaurants, retail, etc) a short to moderate walk away. The units are modern, spacious and have updated appliances - gas range is a big plus! The concierge staff (Eisha, DeShawn, Evelyn, Jimmy) are always helpful with any questions/issues or service coordinations (ie dry cleaning, housekeeping, pet sitting, package acceptance). I’ve had only a few maintenance requests and they’ve all been handled very quickly.

Yangfan Xu: 30 Dalton and its team really made it like home! Definitely the best apartment in the Back Bay Area. The location is super convenient, you can find EVERYTHING within 15 min walk distance. Quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood. Beautifully designed and well maintained building and amenities. The concierge has all the best people in the world! Nice, fun and pet-friendly community is a plus!

Staff is friendly and there are always differently activities arranged for the residents including cocktails, live music, and art installations. Lynn Julian: The prestigious "One Back Bay" condo apartment building LIVES UP TO IT'S 5 STAR REPUTATION by it's luxury location and A+ amenities alone. Built in the center of Boston's coveted "Back Bay" neighborhood, it's residents are conveniently located to...EVERYTHING: luxury shopping, 5 Star restaurants & hotels, public parks, theater district. Right in the OBB building itself, residents are offered many private services: 24 hour concierge service & maintenance, outdoor deck on Floor 6 with BBQ grills, indoor Equinox gym, lounge for guests, children's room, monthly coffee with the concierge and quarterly social events.

Eric Rollo: Another amazing building in the heart of the Back Bay. You'll pay a premium for the location, but the sun deck, grills on the common roof deck, club room, and kids play area all make it worth it. This building seems to be one of the most pet-friendly in the city and is just steps to great restaurants and a short walk away from high-end shopping in the Copley Plaza or Newbury Street, not to mention the great restaurants of the South End.

JI RL: Roaches on the penthouse? They can’t fix it. Weak AC? They can’t fix it. Leaking ceiling every time it rains? They can’t fix it. Always the same answer.

Minjia Xie: Great location and friendly staff but the Air conditioning does not work at all in the summer. I have the AC and a huge tower fan on all day and the temperature is still in the 80s.

Bill Davidson: Really nice apartments in downtown Boston. Awesome view from the Mass Ave side of the building. The rooftop is the longest in Boston I believe they said. A quarter mile long with grills, exercise equipment and seating to enjoy the nice weather or sunset. They have several community activities each month in the clubhouse. Not cheap, but reasonable in comparison to other places in the immediate area with the extras they provide. Quick access to many restaurants, CVS and Whole Foods.

John Chang: The concierge Peter is very nice, however as a stark contrast the other concierge at 199 is very rude. Not sure if he’s my concierge or I’m his.

Elizabeth Ha: Cons:- Air conditioning is HORRIBLE, pretty much non existent in the summer. Expect a massive electricity bill, even though you never once feel cool. You need to leave the AC on constantly to get any relief, so if you turn it off for any reason, it’ll take days to “cool” down again. There’s no thermostat, so you’re unable to regulate the temperature in any capacity. Hallways and some public areas are also sweltering. AC is seasonal, so if you have a hot day in the fall, you’re out of luck.- The elevator is slow with constant issues. There’s no service elevator, so expect long waits if someone is moving that day (which is weekly).- No stairwell access only compounds the poor elevator issue.- Appliances are very dated (think late 90’s). For the last 6 months, we had a barely functioning dishwasher that management never replaced.- Vents in the kitchen don’t work at all. Cook everything on medium-low heat or else risk setting off the fire alarm.- The blinds are basically useless, break constantly, and always get stuck.- LOTS of noises from neighbors and outside. When we first lived here, it was mainly an older, professional community. The building feels like it is now primarily students.- Parking is expensive (which is to be expected for the area) and is often difficult to find a spot- They charge for the gym, unlike every other “luxury” building in the city.- Leasing department is rude and can be unpleasant to deal with.Pros:- Location is excellent- Rooftop is great- The leasing department aside, many of the door men, security and maintenance staff are really great, helpful and kind people.

alexandra gerry: WOW!! This building is so beautiful, and everyone is so friendly. When I got there, the doorman gave me chocolate and conversed with me about plays and his love for music for over ten minutes. We discussed wicked, and he gave me different Boston food recommendations. He was sincere, so charming, and funny! Kellie Geraghty and Gabriella Hanley are sweetest people ever, and gave me a great tour. The whole building was beautiful, and my jaw dropped when I saw the rooftop. Younger adults were seen sitting in chairs and studying, and everything seems so clean and genuinely nice. Gabriella Hanley really sold it (both literally and figuratively), and even inspired me to look into a future real estate career. The whole process was so easy, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much! I can't wait to move into my new home!!

Yara K: As a Bostonian, I’m sad, in shock, and frankly disgusted by the racist behavior of the building management and the racist email sent out to residents by Boyd Smith. Don’t live here if you don’t want to be treated with hate and discrimination.

I'm not Chinese but I'm a resident in this apartment. I'm seriously disgusted by the management. Moving out as soon as I can...

During COVID, they went above and beyond to try to serve their residents by creating an in building office space. Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly. The location is great! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Alan Levitan: I've found Church Park to be the finest building I've ever lived in. I'm 84 years old, and being surrounded by a preponderance of warm, courteous, charming young people among residents and staff makes me feel young again, as does the wonderfully efficient and helpful staff, from Management to carpet-cleaners. I have become close friends with several of the older people, as well, who are equally warm and supportive. My apartment is wonderfully spacious, with beautiful views and elegantly useful appointments.When the charming leasing agent comes across me in the laundry room, the huge common room (called "The Penthouse") or the quarter-mile-long gardened roof-terrace as she shows prospective residents around, I love her warm greetings, and I often cannot hold myself back from quietly telling the "touring" prospects that they should really move into this building!The concierge and door men are not only warm and friendly, but intelligent and constantly considerate. One of the door men even shares my interest in classical music. Music, by the way, is one of the great advantages of living at Church Park, since it's within a few minutes' walk from Symphony Hall, New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory, Berklee Performance Center, and several churches, all of which feed my passion for classical music performance. I attend four to six concerts a week during the nine months of the music season.I cannot imagine a better-run or more comfortable venue for me, and I recommend Church Park Residences uniquivocally.

Hristina Nikolova: This is not a safe place. A homeless person was able to chase me and my infant son today and enter the building. Thankfully, the concierges helped and made him leave but he should not have been able to enter in the first place...!!! This means that if the concierge is not on his desk (which happens from time to time), random people might be able to enter the building. I personally no longer feel safe here. The apartments are OK (pretty old). The only good part about the building are the people - everyone is very nice and friendly. But that's not enough!

I really can't say enough amazing things about it - between how quiet/respectful all of the tenants are, the amazing staff (one of the most lovely parts, they really care), the views, the rooftop, the animal friendly policy, the gym - I'm so happy to be living here. As a young professional, I was looking for somewhere quiet, in a great neighborhood, with large windows to keep me content (soooo much sunlight in these apts!) I could go on and on but Church Park has been my best living experience yet.

Amanda Famularo: It was wonderful living at Flats. It's in such a perfect location to either access south Boston or seaport at a walking distance. The front desk is always available and willing to help in any moment. The building is very dog friendly which was perfect for us as well and they even supply doggie bags! Overall a great place to be.

Lindsay Beatty: I’ve enjoyed living in this building for the most part. Very reliable and efficient maintenance team and the units and amenities are new and clean. Don’t move here unless you enjoy dodging dog poop and pee like Frogger on the sidewalks around the building though. Residents consistently do not clean up after their pets despite bags being provided at the entrances of the building. Absolutely disgusting.

They’ve answered all my questions and provided whatever info I needed, plus worked with moving company to get my furniture delivery lined up on short notice. I’ve even moved apartments in a short period (same building) and they went above and beyond to get me in an apartment that suited my needs.Apartments are pretty much what you’d expect. Central AC/heat, equipped kitchen appliances and W/D. Key fob access and dedicated trash rooms. Depending on how much stuff you have you might find storage an issue (cabinets/closets) but they have storage space to rent if needed (3 diff “space” sizes). The kitchen cabinets are super high for me, but taller folks won’t have an issue.Location is clutch! Dry cleaner, DD, transportation, easy access to I90, and walking distance to the Seaport waterfront restaurants is perfect. The parking fee for the building is pretty steep so keep that in mind if you have a vehicle. That being said, there’s a decent amount of street (metered) parking and Boston resident permit spots.The mail “room” can be a disaster. There aren’t enough lockers so packages get strewn in a collective pile and ppl have to Easter egg hunt their way through it daily. I haven’t had anything disappear or get stolen (biggest concern) so I really don’t mind packages being left out. I just wish that there was better organization or system to separate the packages (by floor or last name initial). But space is limited and we’d have to hope the delivery ppl actually sort mail when delivering.The building is always clean and facilities are great. There’s a common area/courtyard that has hours so ppl aren’t supposed to be out there all hours of the night. Management said that if there is a noise disturbance in the middle of the night that we can just call the cops. Something I didn’t know when I first moved in - and was subjected to a “party” outside my window on the first night living there until about 2am. Management got the complaints and immediately sent out an email letting everyone know it wasn’t OK and that we can call the police. Quick response and corrective action! Top notch management that doesn’t ignore resident concerns is essential for community quality of life.Gym/workout rooms are nice and equipped with the essentials. There is a game room on the 6th floor but I haven’t used it yet.I looked at ALL the apartment buildings in the Seaport area and went with Flats on D because it fit what I needed at the right price point. There are other places with a lower price point (esp the parking fee) but that’s not really a sticking point for me since I don’t park my car at the apartment. Rent is pretty comparable and is market based. Sometimes you’ll find a unit here with rent lower than expected, and I recommend that you take it. When the price drops they don’t stay vacant for long. Overall, I have no real complaints about the building, management, or rent - and highly recommend Flats on D!

Kaelin Woods: Absolutely love Flats on D!The staff has been exceptional in terms of answering my questions and concerns etc.The location of the apartment is incredibly situated which offers walking distance between the town of South Boston and the Seaport and located right across the street from Lawn on D that offers concerts, and I have been told turns into a beer garden in the summer months. The apartments are large, with a ton of light with great cabinet and closet space.Additionally, the building is very clean and most of all VERY quiet.I can't recommend this building more to future potential tenants.

Brendan O'Leary: I needed to find a 2BR luxury apartment on an extremely short time fuse...2 days. I looked around at EVERY luxury building in West End EXCEPT The Victor just because my schedule wouldn't allow it. However, I reached out to Cameron, The Victor's on-site manager, and told him what I was looking for over email. He had a 2BR with gorgeous views that had come available and he sent me all the info I needed (and more!) including a great video of the actual unit. I've only been here a week, but the staff here is incredibly friendly and move-in was a breeze...zero hassle. The building is in great shape and the amenities are excellent. My teenage kids LOVE the roof deck and the sports lounge. I love the reservable conference rooms and gym! Location is also perfect. Entrance to North Station and TD Garden is literally across the street. Also, I think it's the closest luxury building to North End in the West End that is still quiet...very little traffic right around this building...mostly surrounded by quiet side streets.
