Carolyn Wood: Three times a Lyft driver told me they were going to come get me I depend on MTM medical transportation and this is the third time I have to cancel my appointments at the last minute and I'm being charged by the doctors at least $115 I'm sending the bill to lift corporate headquarters

nazir ahmed: I worked for them for 3 years as 5 star driver . after 3 yers I went back to get the job , they said no..it's not even worth working for them no more, I went to there office ask for a job back, there like you cancel to many rides , I cancel rides cuz some customers are far and by the time you want get to the customers they cancel the ride.. you guys need to fix your technical problems before you fire a driver, I wonder WHY Uber is better . And it's been 3 years that cancel rides so you guys shoudl give a chance to a driver , not only me ,it can be anyone . There is million job out there ..

Lissette Torres: This is the second time I don’t get paid for a ride. I drove from one town to another upon arriving the app said arrived but I know I wasn’t there yet because that rider is one of my regulars so I kept driving to the correct destination. My rider never came out I waited the time I was supposed to so then I called the rider it went straight to voicemail so I cancelled like the app suggested and Lyft won’t pay me. I’ve explained it and still no they won’t. I’m very disappointed I left my 15 year job for this and I regret it. I don’t recommend Lyft to ANYBODY… If this happens to anybody just press arrived when it pops up even if the rider has to walk almost a block because you won’t get paid. WE DONT MATTER!!!

Justin Piper: I rate this service ⭐⭐⭐. The customer service offered was phenomenal. The car rented through Lyft was clean and highly functional. Transparency is the biggest issue when it comes to renting a vehicle through Lyft.If you want to be a Lyft driver, it is more profitable to use your own vehicle, rather than through Lyft's express drive program. It's not the cost of the rental that makes it less profitable. Lyft's payouts will drop tremendously per mile/minute if you are planning on using their Express Drive car.The biggest issue is I had to find this out on my own realizing that my payouts were much lower than usual rather than the associates informing me before I made my final decision.That's why I've given it three stars. If you are a full-time driver like myself, please consider getting yourself an eligible vehicle of your own to get the best out of operating your small Lyft business.

Nicole Yalenezian: The one-star is for their lack of driver support. I have worked for this company for 2 months and had 3 different issues. There's no phone number to call to resolve any issues and there text support NEVER helps in any Resolution to any problems that Arises.

Bogere A Timothy: The worst experience I've ever had. I had a rental appointment but upon reaching Weymouth lyft hub after 45 minutes drive, I was informed that the appointment was Aug 03 2021. I asked the agent to cancel and refund. He told me he had canceled. I waited for 7 days without a refund. When I texted Lyft support, I was informed that they hadn't canceled my rental yet the agent at the hub confirmed that it was canceled. Imagine a drive of over one and a half hours (to and from) with no work done?!Timothy Bogere
Mike Pap: I drive part time for Lyft. I put my vehicle in the shop and decided to give Flexdrive a try. The price for the rental was 274$ which they take out of your earnings as you drive. They advertise free unlimited Lyft miles which is not true. They also take 30 cents a mile from your pay while a passenger is in the vehicle. You also think for that price you would get the car for a full week. Picked it up on a Monday if I dropped it off the following Monday I would be charged an extra day. There closed Saturday and Sunday. This was the biggest rip-off. I dropped it off Friday got no credit for early drop off. Even if you worked the maximum hours per day you would make less than minimum wage. Renter be aware.
